Breakfast spread was amazing, they had everything plus more that can be requested that’s it already on buffet menu. Staff was extremely polite and professional. Even the housekeeping staff Pydamma and Lakshmi were friendly and helpful, kept the rooms clean every day. Room had amazing sea view.

Main reason we chose this over other hotels or stays was that it was a beachfront property. But we were so disgusted by the amount of rubbish on the beach along the The Park property. When asked if any staff is going to at least clean it up, everyone said municipality would do that. But we did wish there was one or two staff on beach duty. Every guest was enjoying the sea view from inside the fence but none would spend any quality time on the beach sand right outside the property. There was also maybe a nala bringing in municipal garbage into ocean and the ocean currents/high tides bringing it back to the shore. It was so so disappointing that we spent mornings and evenings at other neighbour beaches instead of the beach adjoining the hotel. Unless the management steps up and does its part in keeping their beach front clean, we don’t see a reason to come back again to this property. All positives of Park couldn’t outweigh this disappointing reality of trashy beach.

Everything was great. I have stayed at this place in 2016. Later my parents stayed here in 2019. After all these years, The Park Visakhapatnam continues to maintain its high standards. It is also a beach front property with beach access. The strong waves hitting the shores along with the breeze and rustling leaves provide a great calming effect to the guests. It has great Spa services. Breakfast buffet was great with a lavish spread and great variety. The staff I would like to complement are Swarup from the reception and Ramana from Vista Restaurant for their great work. But by no means were the others any less. Overall a wonderful stay

The hotel has an exceptional view of the Bay from every room. The room was spacious, neat and well kept. The hotel offered a variety of food to cater all palates. The take-away breakfast was exceptionally thoughful. It was on a walkable distance from the RK beach and the museums. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Must stay hotel.

The breakfast spread could have been a tad bit better. The availability of the spa could have been better.

I recently stayed at the park hotel vizag, and had a very comfortable experience. The manager, Guna, was extremely supportive and always ready to assist us at any time. We truly appreciated the hospitality and will definitely come back again.

Nothing, this is bad hotel they dont have any sense of customer service. They called 10 hours before the check-in to tell that the A/C was not working for the whole property and asked to cancel. I had booked the hotel 3-4 weeks prior and this caused so much panic and extra money i have to pay for other hotel. Choose NOVOTEL if visiting Visakhapatnam and stay as far as possible from this hotel. I would never book any room going forward in this chain

Excellent location with a private beach and amazing South Indian food for breakfast.

On the first day we were given a room below the grade we booked and it was a very old room which also had cockroaches in the bathroom. On the second day we got our sea view room but there was a massive wedding with stage just outside which blocked the view. Very disappointing - hotel needs major upkeep.

Very worst service with a 10K+ room/night Services are very poor. Rooms are not cleaned, its looks like 2-3K standard rooms. Very old property. Food is not up to the mark

Th Park hotel doesnt need to be a 5 star hotel... for its kind of maintainance it's just kind of 3 star hotel... room furniture pretty old... breakfast is the only thing we liked... Overall Its not worth for the price we paid..just over rated hotel...I dont think I will consider thos again given if I have good alternatives.. anf I hope I can find better than this for sure...

The location is great, the open grounds and pool are well maintained. Staff are respectful towards guests, responded quickly for requests. Premium Luxury Rooms booked are spacious enough. Kids enjoyed well with the pool. Near by beach area walks. Overall area looks scenic.

The rooms are bit older.For example room baths does not have adequate glass doors, water is coming all over the bath. Does not have night foot lights, Fans could also be provided for the weather. My parents does not wanted AC. Food is expensive for the location. Beach is rocky.

Located at the right place in Vizag and feasible for shopping as well as beach walk from the property in the morning was awesome . Lalita the person was very helpful and great hospitality from her end and follow-up to check with me everyday on room service and other cleaning was great .

My booking was cancelled by hotel. They said their HVAC had some problems and hence cancelled Booking. I think they deliberately cancelled for better options

1. The location is excellent. Its around 30 mins from airport, and is situated on RK beach 2. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Special mention to Mr Arunav and Chitra from front desk. 3. The dinner buffet was awesome. Good spread, and the local cuisine was delicious! 4. The property has a nice swimming pool and outdoor space. Its nice to sit out especially during evening.

1. The rooms are good, but the bathroom has a glass wall, not something to have while travelling with family. 2. The property caters more to business travellers. Could have few options for family travelling with kids like some play areas, indoor games and few outdoor sport options 3. The breakfast buffet is average in terms of variety and taste. So is ala carte menu. Didnt enjoy much.
