L’emplacement et la disponibilité/amabilité du personnel. La chambre avait une superbe vue

La propreté du canapé (jauni à certains endroit qui m’ont empêché de l’utilisé) et des murs plein de traces. Par ailleurs, enceinte et ayant dîné dans l’un des restaurants sur réservation de l’hôtel, j’ai demandé à 3 reprises un cocktail sans alcool (on m’a dit « yes it’s virgin » …finalement il m’a été servi un cocktail avec alcool que j’ai goûté. Il s’agit d’une erreur inadmissible pour le prix payé et le standing de l’établissement. Cet incident m’a procuré un stress qui n’aurait jamais dû se produire…en espérant aucune conséquence sur ma grossesse… La diversité du buffet. Le manque de diversité et peu de nourriture locale authentique.

Le personnel est incroyablement sympathique et attentionné et très gentil . La vue de ma chambre parfaite ! Emplacement très bien facile d’accès et parking à disposition. Pas d’enfant c’est parfait !

Nagyon szép és különösen tiszta szálloda. A személyzer minden tagja nagyon kedves és udvarias. , mintha már régen ismernénk egymást és a vendég úgy éli meg, mintha csak az ő kedvében szeretne járni a személyzer.

A szállodánál állandóan erős szél fúj, ami hűti a tengert és a medencéket. Az egyébként is hűvös vizű medencéből kijőve a szél tovább rontja a még vizes vendég hőérzetét.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. It is truly a perfect hotel. High-quality dining with a choice of three restaurants, including the main one. An excellent bar—they have everything, from cocktails to beer. It’s right by the sea—a perfect spot with activities scheduled for the morning, afternoon, and evening. Top-notch service; everyone is friendly, and the rooms are spotless.

Suite mit Pool und direktem Blick auf das Meer - hervorragend! Das Personal ist durchgängig sehr engagiert und sehr freundlich. Der SPA-Bereich mit den angebotenen Massagen ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Hotelbereich, Lobby, Bestuhlung Restaurants und der Suiten- eher in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel zeigen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren.

Great set up. Right on the beach, unlike many of the other local hotels, excellent pools, dining, entertainment and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Le Personnel est à l'écoute, attentionné et toujours avec sourire. Les équipements et aménagement de l'hôtel sont au rendez-vous. Fort agréable également de ne pas avoir de stress en ce qui concerne les transats en grand nombre.

Pour la petite note , cela concernerait la restauration ou je dirais que l'assaisonnement des plats mériterait d'être amélioré à mon goût bien sûr.

Having to choose your main dinner option when you book restaurants in hotel. Location is far away from Ixia down some dusty back streets. Swim up pool / private pool rooms - the bathroom is practically in the room , could partition the room better.

It was very clean, the rooms were lovely, big enough, everything was new in the room. Staff were very friendly. Food was nice, several options. Property is located in a very quiet area. The app to order drinks by the pool/beach was very good. The Greek restaurant was exceptional.

Biggest issue was water fountains, there wasn’t many, and the water was always hot, that is not a good thing considering that some of the days were 35 degrees. We ended up buying bottles of water in the shop inside the hotel. Entertainment was very weak, because it mostly singers would be there from 9pm until 10pm, no DJ afterwards. Everything would go absolutely silent at 10pm. A DJ playing until 23:30 or 00:00 would be a huge improvement. This next part, is not related to the hotel. But probably a consequence of a very weak entertainment at night time. Going to Rhodes town was very expensive €18 per journey in a taxi, even though was only 15-20 minutes journey. So €36 in a taxi before you had a single drink in a bar. Very expensive, we were very surprised by this prices.

Loved our room - it had plenty of space and was very modern.

I liked the atmosphere of the resort. It was very clean, good value for money if you have the premium package. The staff were also very helpful and nice. I liked that you could order drinks to your sun bed.

I think the food could have been slightly better, it was repetitive and the entertainment was quite short in the evenings.

The location was on the beach which was a plus. Private dinning service was good.

Expensive for what you get compared to other hotels on the island. Rooms were dated, TV connections were just ok, internet was slow - ok for light browsing but poor for video calls for work. General dining food was cold even though we were the first ones in. We had a suite with private pool but it could do with a little maintenance touch up on the decks.

The entertainment was nice

The room was very disappointing the bubble bath in the room was leaking a lot, the room in general was disappointing, the bed was broken.

Fantastic hotel, loved every minute of our stay. Swimming pools were always clean and loads of choice for food.

Wspaniała lokalizacja hotelu, zaraz obok ładnej, kamienistej plaży z czystą wodą. Hotel ma kilka rodzajów pokoi, byliśmy w pokoju z prywatnym basenem i to był strzał w 10. Pokój przestronny, codziennie uzupelniany mini barek w ramach pakietu all inclusive, basen bardzo przyjemny. W pokoju kosmetyki, szlafroki, ekspres do kawy. W naszym pakiecie mieliśmy opcję śniadań w restauracji a la carte- bardzo dobre, ciekawy wybór dań w menu. Korzystaliśmy też z restauracji japońskiej a la carte na kolacje- bardzo smacznie. Z lotniska do hotelu można dojechać autobusem w 25 minut. Przystanek 200 m od hotelu. Przyjemny bar przy basenie z napojami i przekąskami.

Hotel ma już swoje lata i widac, że w niektórych miejscahc przydałby się mały remont, ale to detale. Układ toalety (oddzielona od sypialni tylko cienką szybą) mało komfortowy.

Le personnel est aimable, le complexe (piscines, plage) est beau et le transfert vers la ville de Rhodes est fluide et simple. Les restaurants à la carte sont sympas et bons.

Ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles : Les chambres sont en dessous des attentes (au niveau de la propreté, modernité, décoration, insonorisation,etc.) Le personnel du spa accoste sans cesse et attend que vous sortiez du buffet pour vous pour vendre ses produits Le buffet est limité en termes de choix (quasiment tous les jours pareil) La salle de sport est un sous sol sans aération

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour grâce à la belle localisation de l’hôtel, sa jolie vue et ses piscines, qui constituent de véritables atouts.

* Le nombre de porte-serviettes dans les chambres est insuffisant, surtout lorsqu’il faut également suspendre les peignoirs. * Le sèche-cheveux est peu efficace, chauffe excessivement et sèche difficilement les cheveux. * À l’arrivée au restaurant, il faut attendre qu’un employé nous installe alors que le fonctionnement du buffet pousse naturellement à se servir avant de choisir une table. * Le contrôle systématique des chambres avant l’accès au restaurant est peu agréable pour les clients. * Au petit-déjeuner, il n’est pas possible de se servir soi-même en café et le service en salle est souvent absent ou insuffisant. * Le grille-pain est très lent, ce qui génère de longues files d’attente et oblige souvent à passer le pain deux fois. * Le spectacle saxophone du jeudi soir gagnerait à être retravaillé. * Les transats sur la pelouse sont trop serrés les uns contre les autres. * Une odeur de pain peu frais était parfois présente au niveau du bac à pain. * Certains membres du personnel ne saluent pas systématiquement les clients. * À notre départ, aucune chambre de courtoisie n’était disponible et nous avons dû utiliser les douches de la salle de sport. * L’animatrice sportive passe beaucoup de temps assise dans la salle avec ses écouteurs avant les cours, sans saluer les clients. Son attitude nous a semblé peu accueillante et parfois jugeante. * Les tarifs du spa manquent de transparence : des remises présentées comme exceptionnelles semblent être proposées de manière systématique.

לצערנו, החדר הראשון שקיבלנו באגף המרוחק היה ברמה נמוכה מאוד ולא הרגיש כמו מלון 5 כוכבים, אלא יותר כמו אכסניה. לאחר שהתלוננו הועברנו לאגף אחר, שהיה מעט טוב יותר, אך האווירה בו הרגישה יותר כמו בית אבות מאשר ריזורט. החדר היה סביר, אך עדיין מיושן, לא נקי מספיק וסבלנו מהרבה יתושים. גם האוכל היה בינוני וחזר על עצמו.

המסעדות של הסוויטות היו מעולות, לחדרים הרגילים האוכל היה משמעותית פחות טוב

This was our 2nd time visiting and we will come back again in the future for sure. Excellent rooms, very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurants was very good, don’t miss the à la carte options! The beach front is amazing, close to the ocean and comfortable. The bar is a short distance so getting drinks is quick.

The pre-prepared cocktails. While the food was consistently delicious and fresh, the drinks were disappointing. Freshly prepared cocktails and a broader variety of wine, sprits and local beers would really elevate the experience. However, I did like that both the draught beer and sparkling wine options available were low alcohol.

The property was well located along the beach, with plenty of space and no shortage of sunbeds.

The hotel and hotel rooms are a little dated, but the public spaces, pool and suites are well looked after.

A perfect holiday – even if you only realize it once you’re home! Everything during our stay ran so smoothly although I probably didn’t appreciate just how smoothly until I got back home and missed it all! 😊 Every dinner was themed one night Greek, next Italian, then something else delicious… and the à la carte. Absolutely worth trying – juicy steaks straight from the grill from your table. A huge thank you to all the hard working staff who kept everything running like clockwork, even with a full hotel. Special thanks to Eleutheria, who’ll teach you a few words of Greek – don’t forget to greet and thank the team in Greek, they’ll love it! And Eugene, who gets things done before you even finish your sentence. I sadly don’t remember the manager’s name, but I want to sincerely apologize for my behavior on the first day regarding outdoor seating. I didn’t know I had to wait a moment, and I was too impatient – sorry about that. Petros at the bar – an absolute gem! Thank you for the always-perfect sparkling wine 🍾 Whether you’re by the pool or the sea, you can order cocktails or coffee straight to your sunbed using a QR code. It’s quick, easy, and smooth – just don’t forget to tip! These people make sure you relax so much you forget what day it is. The music playlists are surprisingly well thought out – one vibe in the morning, another in the evening. You’ll even hear it gently playing while floating in the sea (yes, really not too loud, just right!). Speaking of the sea – the entrance is a bit rocky, so bring water shoes. Or… take the fun route: jump from the pier or use the ladder! Just know that on wavy days, the ladder exit becomes your mini workout. Rooms were spotless, water bottles refilled daily, Nespresso machine in the room was perfect for that first coffee before breakfast (ideally enjoyed with a glass of sparkling wine right after 😄). AC worked perfectly.

The atmosphere, the food, the people everything felt easy and relaxing. I didn’t realize how well everything worked until I got back home!

Wir hatten eine Suite mit Swim-Up-Pool gebucht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir bei der Ankunft ein Upgrade auf All-Inclusive erhalten haben – ein wirklich schöner Start in den Urlaub. Ein großer Pluspunkt war auch, dass wir als Suite-Gäste in den à la carte Restaurants frühstücken konnten. Das hat einen riesigen Unterschied gemacht, da das Ambiente dort deutlich ruhiger und angenehmer war. Das Essen fanden wir insgesamt sehr lecker. Den großen Speisesaal, in dem die übrigen Gäste essen, haben wir nur an einem Abend ausprobiert dieser hat unseren Vorstellungen nicht ganz entsprochen. Dafür haben uns die anderen Restaurants, die wir dank unseres All-Inclusive- und Suite-Pakets besuchen konnten, umso mehr überzeugt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch das Personal: durchweg super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Dieser Service hat den Aufenthalt für uns zusätzlich besonders angenehm gemacht.

Als kleiner Minuspunkt bleibt zu erwähnen, dass man an einigen Stellen sieht, dass die Anlage und auch die Zimmer ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen sind. Für uns fiel das aber nur gering ins Gewicht. Außerdem waren wir uns nicht sicher, ob das Essen in dem Hotel unseren Ansprüchen entsprochen hätte, wenn wir ein normales Zimmer gebucht hätten denn die Möglichkeit, in den à la carte Restaurants zu essen, hat für uns den entscheidenden Unterschied gemacht.

très beau complexe adult only et une belle vue les 3 piscines sont très bien et la mer tout près au pied de l'hôtel la piscine "quiet" était un vrai bonheur de calme les 3 restaurants étaient super ! Même un resto pdj incroyable (voir photos) le spa très bien mais trèèèès cher, mais pour un temps vacances c'est bon Les chambres swim up valent le détour mais la chambre avec mini piscine que nous avions sur le toit n'était pas très clean (vieillot)

la nourriture du buffet était pas top pas représentatif de la grèce pas du tout pâtes à gogo et pizza et les desserts bof tout près pas du fait maison le snack de la piscine une horreur ..trois snacks à dispos dans une vitrine toute la journée à déconseiller. The area was big enough for guests to find a table in vis a vis or sunbeds. The room was bigger than it looked. Hotel’s mobile application was the key to order drinks from sunbed, extra offers and schedules. Staff was smiling at all times. Drinks were available when I needed them.

It was a bit boring for me, the events didn’t feel like adult fun. I was expecting more services available for all inclusive. Some restaurants and Spa was extra. It could be better to take only breakfast and dine outside in local restaurants. Had a few mosquitoes in the room every night and had to hunt them for sleep.

We loved the quiet pool area, but the loungers were very uncomfortable. What did not help was the bed in the room was too soft and gave us both back ache after the first day. The staff did turn the mattress and set up the sofa bed in the room which helped alot.

מלון מפואר ויפה. בריכת אינפיניטי מדהימה הכוללת גם בריכת ישיבה ועוד אזור ״ג׳קוזי״ קר בתוך הבריכה. הרבה מקומות ישיבה נוחים ונקיים. הים מדהים והחוף נקי ונעים. חדרים נקיים, שירותים ואמבטיה יפים ומפנקים. קיבלנו חדר עם נוף לסוויטות, היה יפה ממש. הארוחות טעימות ומגוונות. מוצע לאורך כל היום אוכל בחדר אוכל בשעות המתאימות או בעמדה בבריכה. השירות מעולה וכולם אדיבים מאוד. הגענו ביום הראשון כבר ב10:00 בבוקר ונתנו לנו להשתמש בכל מתקני המלון ולהיכנס לארוחות לפני שקיבלנו את החדר וביצענו צ׳ק אין. המלון קרוב לשדה תעופה ובסביבותו מסעדות רבות (לא השתמשנו כי היה לנו הכל במלון). במרחק רבע שעה נסיעה מהעיר. נסענו הרבה בגלל הקרבה. המתקנים מדהימים, הכל חדש ואסתטי וממליצה מאוד על המלון ונחזור אליו בחופשה הבאה ברודוס

הארונות בחדר השינה היו לא טובים וקשים לפתיחה. בחדר האוכל היה ערב אחד שבו היה רק חזיר או דג מעורבב עם שרימפסים - בעייתי לישראלים ולא היה מענה אחר. לא אכלנו כמעט באותו ערב בחדר אוכל ויצאנו רעבות. בערב אחד הייתה הופעה יפה של להקת זמרות. בערב נוסף היה די ג׳יי בתוך הלובי, בסאונד חזק מאוד והיה קשה לשבת שם להעביר את הערב ולכן הלכנו לחדר מוקדם. ממליצה להוסיף עוד אטרקציות ערב למבוגרים שבוחרים להישאר במלון בערב כמו אותה הופעה. בנוסף, גילינו במקרה. על אותה הופעה ולכן כדאי להודיע ולפרסם מראש על ההופעות. בארוחת הבוקר ניתן לקבל רק קפה מהמלצרים - הקפה אינו טעים ועדיף שיהיה אופציה לעמדת קפה בחדר אוכל. הזמנה למסעדות המלון - בצ׳ק אין אמרו לנו דרך האפליקציה להזמין אבל זה לא נתן. גילינו לאחר הלילה שיש להזמין דרך עובדות המלון בלובי. כשהגענו כבר לא היה מקום במסעדה היפנית לה ציפינו מאוד.

This is a lovely hotel with everything you need to chill for a few days. The food in the all inclusive is nice without being wow and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Downsides are that the pool is very cold, the hote is quite remote so it is a cab to get anywhere worth visiting and being a gym bunny I thought the gym was very basic.

Hotel sehr schön gelegen. Ruhig. Anlage insgesamt ansprechend. Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Zimmerservice gut.

Speisen/Getränke und Gäste leider sehr "all inklusive-geprägt". Die Bewirtung gleicht einer kantinenartigen Massenabfertigung und entspricht definitiv nicht einer 5 Sterne-Ausstattung mit Ausnahme des Alazonia Restaurants. Die Getränkequalität ist unterirdisch, der Wein ist ungenießbar. Die Gastronomiebereiche sind schmuddelig, Tische werden nicht ordentlich gereinigt, insbesondere in den Bars. Das Abendprogramm wiederholt sich im Wochenrhythmus und ist laut und nervig.

הצוות היה מאוד נחמד ושירותי, עוזרות משק הבית מקסימות וגם הקבלה תמיד נכונים לעזור החוף מעולה ויש בריכות גדולות(אבל היו קפואות בעונה שהיינו) לא מורגש עומס בשום אזור של המלון

האוכל לא היה ברמה בכלל וזה די איכזב אותנו החדר גדול אבל לא מעוצב מודרני או ברמת תחזוקה גבוהה

Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft sehr schön, mir persönlich doch etwas zu groß / zu viele Leute aber das Ambiente war nett sprich Poolbereich, Liegen in der Wiese, Snacks zu jeder Zeit, Restaurant usw.

Die Zimmer in der billigeren Kategorie sind sehr minimalistisch aber nicht schlecht, was allerdings schlecht war, ist dass in diesem Bereich der Taubenkot um kurz nach 7:00 in der Früh von den Putzkräften mit einer Spachtel entfernt wurde, das heißt wir konnten den ganzen Urlaub über nicht länger als 7:00 schlafen .. wir waren zwei Mal bei der Rezeption und haben das Personal gebeten das bisschen später zu machen, beim 2. Mal wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten aber nur gegen einen Aufpreis in eine andere Kategorie das wollten wir nicht wir wollten lediglich, dass der Kot vielleicht 2 Stunden später entfernt wird 🤷🏼‍♀️ Das Essen war eher durchschnittlich bis geschmacklos und die Themenabende haben nicht ganz das Thema getroffen Der Strand ist jetzt nicht besonders schön ein eher unspektakulärer Kiesstrand

Overall, I’d say a 7 out of 10. Firstly, my usual gripe on 5-star ratings. There is no official yardstick so can only compare with others rated as 5-star. This just isn't - maybe a 4 at best?. Room construction / layout / materials quality not 5-star. Pools / reception area close though, very nice. All inclusive : Food not great and repetitive, drinks quality below average and the usual watered-down variants. Restaurant felt like a school dinner hall after the first couple of nights and having to wait for an outside table quickly became boring. Nightly entertainment variable (and on weekly repeat loop…) Managed to get a sunbed at anytime (unusual and a plus) but pools were cold (sea was warmer). Beach small but nice view, rocky though so couldn’t just walk into sea bare-footed. Staff generally OK – reception / reception bar and cleaners all good, others a bit perfunctory. Our 2nd try at all-inclusive and probably our last, the lack of choice, quality of food / drink; lack of individuality and feeling of being tied into the facility not really worth the perceived value for money. We did meet / hear several groups who were on their multiple return to this hotel so for some it clearly hits the mark.
