Bella Vista Hotel & Self Catering Suites

Die Lage war sehr gut. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Sehr freundlicher Empfang.

Great staff, made us welcome

We liked the location, not far to walk to the waterside, the room was top floor and sea facing, so we could see the cruise ships coming in. The staff were very good and efficient and served a good breakfast. All this with on site free parking. We stayed for 1 night only. Probably one of the best places to stay in Cobh.

Nothing as we stayed for 1 night only.

I loved the spacious, clean room on the main floor. The restaurant was excellent and the location was superb.

Nothing

Das Frühstück war super

Da acomodação e do atendimento dos funcionários

Beautiful location. Having a restaurant and a bar on the property was very convenient.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress should have been replaced a while ago, and yet it remains. Sagging and worn are the 2 adjectives that come to mind.

the view was nice and parking availability…

outdated and very cold decor…linens not the cleanest…slept on top of top cover because we found another’s hairs under the covers…eww!

Location, car parking on site & view from room. Great breakfast Staff very helpful & friendly.

Only evening meal option was Chinese same in the town. Blinds in the room a bit shabby & broken.

Schwierige Parkplatzsituation. Sehr steil .

everything about your place was amazing right from your reception, check-in all the way thru the room views and hygiene.. amazing place

none

It was perfect for kids and adults

Walking up hill

The staff was really nice and helpful. The place was comfortable and had great views of the church.

Very nice

Very nice

Nice hotel and nice staff!

Cleaning can be improved

Good location easy to find and we had an accessible room which had a large bed ,kettle, iron and TV. The walk in shower was nice too.

My partner and I have degenerative breath disorders so to find what we believed was mould in the bathroom was worrying, we both woke feeling very tight chested with a fair bit of coughing included .

Fab location and stunning views from our room. Staff incredibly friendly and onside Chinese restaurant was gorgeous.

Only downside was the bed was extremely firm. Not hotels fault, id imagine it was a new mattress!

Sehr schöne Aussicht

Really spacious, clean and super location. Staff were really friendly and informative of local places and things to do. Alexis was so helpful for our checking in and with our bags. Dinner was in the on site Chinese restaurant and it was SUPERB! restaurant was busy with a great buzz around the place. Breakfast was also wonderful with a wide selection to choose from. Beds really comfy and nice big shower. We had a view out to the sea and could watch the ships coming in and out. Just lovely. Will recommend.

Our room had beautiful views of the cathedral and the sea; it was spacious and clean. The receptionist—who was from Valencia—was very attentive and professional; thanks for all the explanations. The breakfast was decent.

NOTHING

Location and cosy feel

Nada

Great view to the East, walkable to the city sights, and the rooms were updated and spacious and modern.

The outlets near our bed had a very slight beep sound, which was notable at night. I think it was coming from the USB charging ports, and is a sign they need replaced. The breakfast food didn’t taste the best.

Lovely hotel, great location, very clean and great service provided,

Net. Esmorzar excel·lent. Personal molt atent.

Llits molt tous i coixins molt gruixuts... Però vaja...va gustos.

Beautiful Views

Loved everything just the hill walk up to it

location, space

lots of blinds that work, with warnings that if we try to open them they will break, and we will get an extra charge.

As I said in room review, all was excellent. Very clean and spacious and excellent with four kids

Booked an suite and I double room and all was excellent, and location to all was great

Location was very good. Staff were excellent. Apartment was clean and spacious

No complaints

We had a lovely two night stay here at the Bella Vista, we couldn't fault a thing. Alexis on the reception desk was really helpful and gave us some recommendations for restaurants and pubs. There's free parking, a lovely bar with sea views, spacious rooms and an amazing Chinese restaurant on site. The whole place is spotless, staff really friendly and helpful and a great full irish in the morning.

Výhled, čínská restaurace a hotelový bar, parkování v areálu hotelu.

Lovely views from our room this kids loved seeing the boats and cruise ships passing

It has a lovely quite bar and a nice Chinese restaurant in the hotel itself witch was nice also

Stayed in self catering apartment, everything you need is in the apartment, clean and comfortable.

Stayed one night in self catering apartment, spotlessly clean and all facilities you need for self catering are there. We arrived early and they did their best to get our apartment ready for us shortly after we arrived. The staff are more than helpful and very friendly. Great location, beautiful view from the balcony, 5 minute walk to the town but located on a hill so might not suit ppl with mobility issues.

Posizione Personale gentile

Pulizia scadente.

Great location, fantastic staff and a breakfast worth paying for. Clean, huge bed and large bathroom. Fantastic views from the restaurant and bar.

The room was rather basic, but it did have everything needed. The hotel is next door to a church - its bells ring every 15 minutes from 11pm to 7am, for those more early and light-sleepers.

Posizione panoramica. Personale molto gentile e pronto a dare ottimi consigli

I love the view of the water And staff was very friendly

I thought the rooms would be bigger

view fro balcony at the bar

the walk up the hill

Réceptionniste très accueillant, proposant de bons conseils. Parking inclus.

We had two families stay for just one night at this lovely spot in Cobh. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern, but still maintained their old charm. We stopped in the bar for a nightcap and sat on the porch overlooking the bay. Breakfast was lovely too! But, the best part of our trip was the lovely staff and customer service we received. Everyone was so kind and helpful!

Close with centre, big and comfortable room

Room was under roof, in summer there is quite hot

We had two wonderful rooms with beautiful views. Bathrooms were updated and there is plenty of space for luggage. The restaurant was great and the bar was a lot of fun! The staff is fantastic, Alexis was super helpful and accommodating and everyone else we encountered was great too. Ask about the best way to see the Cathedral and "Deck of Cards" houses and they'll direct you to the best spot.

That we couldn't stay longer.

Suite did not appear to be finished and room decor needs to be upgraded. Would have like a view given that there were so many windows that looked on to the hotel not as the name of the hotel suggests: Bella Vista

So many windows but no view. Furniture Decor and bathroom need updates.

Lovely helpful staff and lovely room. Ideal location too.

Great location of the hotel

We had a very enjoyable stay in Cobh. We stayed in mixed accommodation of hotel rooms and self catering in Belle Vista which was perfect for our family group: Excellent location, very helpful staff , we will definitely be back,

The views were amazing. The staff and facilities were excellent

Noting stands out i liked it all

Rooms were clean and comfortable and had a safe, fridge (with small freezer) and microwave. On site bar and Asian restaurant were very nice. Due to location on a steep hill overlooking the town, not recommended for individuals with disabilities.

We were originally booked into the hotel self catering but were moved to one of the townhouses on the Quay which worked out very well for us. Great location and views!
