We love this hotel.

Fantastic breakfast generally except for kippers which were toooo salty and not really edible. Quite a good dinner menu. Lovely pool Staff great

Breakfast was very good, location very good, weather was great, staff friendly & view from hotel was magnificent.

We like some entertainment but there was absolutely none in the hotel so we were disappointed with that. There were very few in bar on Friday night but a good crowd on Saturday night .

The staff are just all so lovely. We love coming here each year. Will be here again next year.

It was a little hot in the rooms

I like the location & the food.

I have stayed here 3 different times & each time I have gone to the pool with my kids, it wasn't possible to use the pool as there were local classes taking place. My kids have been extremely disappointed each time. Also there is no air-conditioning in the rooms and the heat was unbearable we couldn't sleep. I had asked for a fan to be told there were none available. It was stifling & so uncomfortable to try and sleep eventhough the beds are comfortable.

The staff were very welcoming .. they had storage for our bikes... beautiful location .. mighty breakfast

This is the perfect location to explore west cork from or just relax and stay to enjoy your surroundings.

I didn’t like the bathroom, looked tired and unloved and needs attention to keep high standards.

It was actually my two daughters who stayed the night, I booked it for them as it was my youngest daughters 30th birthday on Monday the 10th and the eldest daughters birthday on Thursday the 13th. But the really loved it. The hotel itself, there room, the facilities, the location , the weather was a big bonus, and the staff were absolutely fantastic, really lovely and mannerly and really helpful. The had a lovely relaxing two days. Thanks Guys.

Breakfast is very expensive for an average meal. Room was uncomfortably hot at night. No mini fridge in room. Basic relative to cost

We liked the spacious room and lounge area, friendly staff, beautiful views and beaches nearby(e.g. Glandore). Rosscarbery is a charming village. Kids enjoyed the water park(The Lagoon) right beside the hotel.

Swimming pool and changing area need improvement. The room was a bit warm and stuffy. A small electronic fan would be helpful in each room.

Great location, we walked to village and beach.. rooms lovely. Staff helpful. Pool always quiet. Restaurant nicest in area.

The staff are all really nice , the location of the hotel is great , there was many breakfast lunch and dinner gluten free options available, the swimming pool and sauna and steamroom were very nice , the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable

We stayed here on the hottest night ever and asked numerous staff members would it be possible to get a fan to the room as the rooms don't have air con and we were assured many times the fan would be delivered. A staff member wrote it down too and said while we were out of the room the would drop up a fan . We never got our fan and the room was extremely hot , the window too hardly opens as it's one that locks at a certain point which is fair enough but with no fan and no air coming into the room it was horrendous. We got no sleep because of this and checked out an hour earlier then needed the next day as the room was so intense with the heat . Also the hand soap and shower gel was almost empty in the room too. It is a shame about the fan situation as otherwise it was a great stay

The staff were welcoming, accomodating and friendly and the hotel as a whole is excellent. The location overlooking the lagoon is ideal and the village centre is a short walk away.

I really couldn't fault anything.

Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The hotel is spotless. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and great value for money. The location is one of the best things about this hotel - next to the beach, lovely walks, cute village with pubs, plenty of activities nearby including family friendly water course, tubing park and inflatable obstacle course. A hotel that has everything you need for a great break away in West Cork.

Rooms need air condition. A fan was provided.windows only open small bit. A little disappointed with few cleaning issues. But it was rectified.

No air conditioning, it was a very hot night!

They accommodated our needs and we're very goody. There, are plentiy of beaches. Scenery is excellent. When you open the window you can hardly hear passing traffic even though our room faced the road.

Got locked out the second day of ourr stay had to reset our keys.

Fantastic views very clean spacious rooms with huge comfortable bed. Leisure facilities excellent used sauna and steam room which were hot and nice pool.

Easy to get to nice facilities and had the gym and pool etc. rooms good size and hotel nicely laid out except bar area which is really laid out for food. Bed was really comfy a great nights sleep. Hotel was mostly very quiet at night except in mornings when early bird folks left their rooms and doors seem to slam behind them. Would defo stay again.

The rooms get pretty warm - no air con. A nice big fan was provided and much needed as window opens only small bit for safety and with big curtains not much air from that plus some traffic noise in morning can be heard if window open. It was not warm days in fact cold but in hotel room with no heating on it still got very warm for us so fan helped and we slept well. Only down for me was bar area is not really a bar area it’s more foody and very open plan so just how it is suit many I know I just like a bar in hotel to feel like a pub but still very nice hotel and if weather was nice would have drank outside front hotel which is a nice area.

Very friendly staff on every department.

They only had Irish saorview channels, no English channels which you can get in every other hotel in Ireland. That was our only disappointment. I did check at front desk and receptionist said only Saorview is available.

A large hotel with plenty of great amenities and friendly, helpful staff. Our room was spacious, quiet, and offered a lovely view out over the lagoon. The bathroom was clean with a good, fully functional shower. We also really enjoyed the food here—both dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast were very tasty. Having convenient off-street parking on site was another great plus.

The rooms are already quite pricey, so it was a bit disappointing to find that breakfast wasn't included in the room rate and had to be paid for separately.

The location.

I specifically requested a room away from extractor fans and lifts, a week before arrival, , but outside our room was industrial size extractor chimney, so I got very little sleep and couldn't leave the window open. Reception were very unhelpful and essentially said tough!

Everything about this hotel was comforting. The rooms were fine with plenty of space. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and leisure facilities were quiet and in good condition. Our dinner was delicious. Overall, a lovely relaxing stay.

The rooms were very warm, which seems to be the case in all hotels, so our sleep was a bit disturbed.

The location was beautiful with wonderful beaches nearby, staff very friendly and helpful.

Our room backed onto the noisiest flue and when you opened the window it was impossible to sleep with the noise.
