Breakfast was great !

Host davvero gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa e caratteristica. Attenzione per la colazione, inquanto celiaca sono stata accontentata nella richiesta di alimenti senza glutine e lattosio e a fine pasto l'host mi ha anche regalato tutti i prodotti acquistati apposta per le mie esigenze.

Perfect for a short stop on route from the Ferry to our destination. Comfy room and excellent breakfast

Bathroom a bit small, some of the fixtures and fittings are a bit tired.

The location was excellent and the house is easily accessible off the main road with parking. Roy is very accommodating and informative about the area and makes a fabulous brekky.

Roy, the host, was very kind and attentive. The place was comfortable and within walking distance of town and great food. We also could walk to the water to see the beach and nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Ethan House. The host was incredible welcoming, friendly and accommodating, especially when my circumstances changed at the last minute. He was very understanding. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend the B&B to anyone looking for warm and welcoming place to stay.

Roy is een erg aardige gastheer. Kamer was netjes. Iers ontbijt werd vers bereid, verder was er yoghurt en sap. Op loopafstand van het kleine centrum.

Vrij kleine badkamer, maar was geen probleem.

Roy is a great host Hunter his cat is worth coming for.

Ethan House was a convenient location. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good and served at a little earlier time than usual per our request...very accommodating!

The toilet didn't always flush properly and the owner said that's the way it is sometimes.

We had such comfortable and relaxing stay with all the facilities you would need for a lovely stay. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful, the perfect host. His breakfast was so good, freshly cooked and plenty of it.

Hübsches Haus mit großem Zimmer, netter Gastgeber mit Tipps zum Essen gehen und zu Zielen in der Umgebung. Gutes Frühstück, ausreichend Kaffee. Ruhige Lage.

Betten waren etwas weich, 2 Decken wären schöner.

Der Gastgeber war außerordentlich freundlich und humorvoll. Er war sehr bemüht, damit wir uns dort wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und wurde vom Gastgeber persönlich zubereitet und serviert.

Het ligt langs een zeer drukke baan. Maar ’s avonds valt dat best mee.

Fantastic accommodation. I actually turned around at first because it looked far too fancy for me and I thought I had the wrong driveway! 😄 Roy was extremely friendly, the nearby beach is well worth a visit, and although we only stayed for a short time, I would definitely come back.

Breakfast options were limited but that's didn't bother me as I eat very simply at breakfast time and I was asked personally what I wanted. No complaint there

The bed was a bit small and the materace was very soft - but that reflects our individual preferences.

Roy heeft ons verblijf tot een feest gemaakt. Een perfecte gastheer die voortdurend voor je klaar staat. Bij alles wil hij helpen. Ontbijt helemaal naar wens. Locatie dicht bij het centrum met goede eet- en drinkgelegenheden.

Bed is wat hard (was bekend) badkamer wat krap maar ook dit was op de foto’s zichtbaar en bekend. Het is een B&B geen hotel. Eigenlijk alles volgens verwachting

Fruehstueck war sehr gut.

Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist sehr laut. Fuer die Qualität ist der Preis überteuert.

Rosscarberry is a wonderful little town.

The electric shower alternated between scalding and very cold, which is typical of electrical showers when the water pressure is too low.

Roy was a great & welcoming host. Pointed us right next door for a great & reasonably priced fish/chips. 10 min walk into town has pubs & a bistro. Room was smallish but very comfortable. Great breakfast.

It’s was in a perfect setting. Everything is walking distance beach, shops, pubs, coffee shops, etc. Parking is easy & Roy is an absolute gent. We have stayed with him 3 or 4 years now & everything is perfect. The breakfast is top class & keeps you full for the day .. I’d highly recommend him

The bed was very uncomfortable with a spring mattress and if felt very small. Very difficult to find any comfort as the room was within the main house and everything could be heard. Bathroom also tiny.

Our overnight stay was very pleasant. Roy greeted us as we pulled up outside the door, friendly and welcoming. Ensured we were looked after, lovely room - fab breakfast in a lovely relaxed environment.. Highly recommend..

Charming B&B with plenty of parking. The room was cozy, the facilities were spotless, and the breakfast served was delicious. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and full of helpful local tips.

Roy was an exceptional host. Super friendly from the moment of arrival. Very welcoming and interested in our trip. Great recommendation for town- bearings and places to eat/ drink. We picked the Nighthawk for amazing fish and chips. Breakfast was exceptional. He went to so much effort. It was a very comfortable stay and felt safe and welcome.

Loved our stay here! It's a really beautiful structure with cozy vibes, and the owner is welcoming and makes a very nice Irish breakfast 😋 the location is amazing: just underneath the village and right in front of the water, next to a very beautiful walk on the coast!

Just needs a bit of dusting near the windows, and not everyone is fond of moquette but it is a traditional building!

Netter Gastgeber, der gerade aus dem Urlaub zurück kam, daher konnten wir erst ab 18:00 anreisen, war aber kein Problem für uns. Er hat uns sehr nett empfangen und Tipps fürs Abendessen und unsere weitere Reise gegeben. Das Full Irish Breakfast hat uns gut geschmeckt. Wir konnten direkt vor dem Haus kostenfrei parken.

Ich fand es nicht sehr sauber, es fühlte sich klamm an im Zimmer und roch es unangenehm.
