The light from the stoep penetrating through the glass walls too bright. I need a very dark room to sleep. Suggest to maybe have blinds on the side were the stoep light stays on the whole night.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026I honestly liked the beach. The proximity to the beach was lovely. However, the other route to the beach could do with some proper lightning something for blue lagoon to consider doing or request municipality to do?
The lady at reception upon my arrival was not friendly and made me uncomfortable. There were no towels in my room had to request them. The shower does not have a door and bathroom mat, this means water spills on the floor and causes a slipping hazard, NEEDS immediate attention. Something to improve is the restaurant menu since the place is a bit far from malls and other restaurants, the BAR music was too loud after the rugby game.

Restaurant used tables were left uncleared for long periods after guests had left their table. The restaurant seemed untidy and not well maintained whilst during super busy times.
