Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The room is quite average but the beds are quite comfortable and the bathroom was quite clean and renewed. Air-conditioning worked well but it was impossible to regulate the direction of the air flow.
There was not that much space to put the luggage forcing a bit of maneuverability inside the room.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026I had a pleasant three-day stay at Hotel Bolzano. The location is perfect for a short stay in Milan close to the train station and metro with supermarkets and plenty of shops nearby. Despite its convenient location the area is quiet and pleasant. The breakfast was very good and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Milan!

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after long days exploring Milan. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We also found the tourist brochures available at reception very useful when planning our days around the city. The location was excellent. It is very close to Milano Centrale station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city and taking day trips. There are also great restaurants and cafés nearby, a pharmacy within walking distance, and plenty of shops at the station, so everything you might need is close by. The bathroom and shower were excellent, and despite being so well connected, the area around the hotel felt peaceful and quiet. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan!
