Hotel Soperga

Posizione

Letto scomodissimo

Great location and room upgrade on arrival. Midday check out a positive !

Location and it was clean

One of recipients was unfriendly and the others were ok No iron in the room No kettle or other facilities It was a bare minimum

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Rooms clean and great for our needs. We, unexpectedly, need to stay again due to flight delays so had no hesitation in going back.

All good

Helpful staff. Convenient location for transport.

Limited facilities. Shower a bit small.

Location

$

Nice budget hotel close to Milano Centrale.

The single room is extremely small.

Personale gentile

Odanın karanlık, iç cepheye bakması ve iç sıkıcı olmasını

Location, shower, and relatively modern hotel. One nice cafe and one good restaurant nearby and also a pizza place around.

The room and lobby do not provide water or snacks. Not enough pillows in the room.

Milano C entral

Close to central

Carpet was putrid, walls needed a paint, bed was very hard and had a spiderweb next to bed in corner and everyday I left a light in corner so the housekeeper would see it and clean it , but no still there everyday . Staff in cafe for breakfast was very rude she totally ignored us when arrived , second time I tried to get her attention she got very with us , this is unacceptable , so we left and took our business elsewhere for breakfast!

Very kinde personal and clean hotel. The location of hotel is greate.

-

The room was enormous! I wasnt expected that. There were two showers and two sinks! It made showering very efficient... Everything was spotless.

The elevator is tiny, it barely fits two people with bags

The bed was nice.

Asked for an iron box and the staff said there was no iron box and that left me wondering how can it be possible there was no iron box at the hotel property, how are their laundry done, I felt it was on purpose deny .

Very dark room good curtains

Room was small

Great service and great location

Just 10 minutes from Milan central station. The lobby is welcoming and spacious. You can get a coffee and croissant for €4

The room was maybe a bit dark, and not very big, but otherwise totally fine.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Late checkout time was nice!

Nothing - good value for money and comfortable property

Très bien placé, personnel très agréable.

Petite fuite dans la paroi de douche.

We loved the location of the property to everything we wanted to visit in Milan. The room was clean and bed was firm but comfortable. The bathroom had a double sink and a large shower. We had a balcony too.

Being picky it was hard to see over the balcony walls as it was very high and the pillows were a bit flat so you needed 2.

Nicely renovated, kind staff, useful baggage storage, convenient location, spacious room.

The bed was really bad. I felt the springs of the mattress and woke up not feeling one of my legs. Pillows for back sleepers, I guess, because they were very very thin. A real let down, because the room and bathroom were really quite nice.

Close to station, nice staff.

Uncomfortable bed, pillows like planks of wood

The lobby was pretty and clean

The rug in our room was absolutely filthy. No person should be putting in a room with carpet that dirty stained horrific. You couldn’t open the shutter to look out the window.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Soperga in Milan. The hotel is charming, clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly, helpful and available whenever we needed assistance. The location was very convenient for us, especially being only about a 10-minute walk from Milano Centrale train station, making it easy to get around the city and connect with transportation. Overall, a very good experience and a great choice for a stay in Milan. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was exellent to travel to the airports, room was clean and spacious, staff very friendly and helpful

no drink making facilities

A lovely hotel near to the train station. Everything we needed. We walked in to Milan (around 50 minutes) and back again. It was torrential rain so we ate at the restaurant about 4 doors down. It was lovely, traditional and fairly priced. The food was great. The bar at the hotel was quiet and my husband made the most of the football on the tv!

I was super happy they offered us a free upgrade to a bigger room… to find that we now had some. bunk beds, a small double bedroom and a long corridor to the bathroom. Would have been idea for a family but unnecessary for a couple staying one night.

Bit tired, but great location and staff were exceptional

Rooms could do with a lick of paint and upgrade.

Struttura relativamente nuova e molto funzionale

It’s a terrible place

They don’t even offer the most basic things like an iron. During the first night, a person come banging on my door like a mad person. I was so so scared. This is the most terrible place I’ve stayed in a loooong time. Don’t go!

Perfecto amplio y personal agradable

Poche attenzioni stanza povera

nada

I asked for boiling water but was refused rudely, and the hairdryer in the room didn't work.

Excellent stay, helpful staff and great conditions of the room very clean and spacious. In very close proximity to the train station too. Highly recommend.

It eas late when I checked in and not feeling well as it was hard to find but the guy behind the desk was really helpful

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones comodas y modernas, personal muy amable

Good location, polite staff , comfortable beds

Bit dated

I recommend . Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well located.

Great room and excellent staff. Fantastic pizzeria right next door.

Not completely next to station; it's a 10-minute walk.

Abbiamo fatto fatica a prendere sonno.

Location and staff

Noisy guest which there is nothing horel can do because when I say noisy talking very loud. Problem may be because of the building

Its location to the central railway station and the city transport links was very useful when arriving very late in the day. The cost was competitive, which detracted from the slightly dated appearance around the edges of the room. Breakfast was optional and limited but remained competitive.

Possibly a wider selection on the breakfast menu.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Nice bathroom and shower. Nice air conditioning.

Nothing not too like.

The staff were more than helpful and the room was cleaned daily which I didn't expect.

.

Close to station, clean and comfortable, friendly staff.

It is a

Location good, AC good,.free water!

No kettle in the room.

The location was comfortable (right next to the metro) and the room was pleasant, clean and everything we needed

Nothing

- sehr nettes Personal - sehe moderne Einrichtung - Klimaanlage - Lage zum Bahnhof - Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Clean, modern and comfortable

Nothing

Walkable from the central train station. Clean, spacious family room with small fridge (we didn't use the bottled water that was available as there was a supermarket near by, for drinks). Late check out (noon) was great too. Toiletries and towels provided. (Reminded me of a remember inn, if from the UK). Staff recommended a restaurant a short walk away, but was great too. Staff were friendly and approachable. You can add breakfast if required.

Nothing.

La pulizia e la posizione

Amazing place 🥰

Lindas instalaciones, cama comoda.

Staff was very friendly and responsive

The AC didn’t work , the staff was very kind and gave us a different room but the AC still didn’t work.

Sauber und netter Empfang. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu erreichen.

Es gibt fat kein Frühstück .

Close distance to central station
