Es war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und auch immer etwas vorhanden. Über die Sauberkeit war ich beeindruckt. Ein ganz liebes Familienunternehmen. 👌🫶

Im Zimmer fehlte mir persönlich ein kleiner Kühlschrank.

Just returned home after a week stay at Hotel Berta, what a absolutely lovely hotel this is. Our room although a little small was spotlessly clean. The staff, friendly and helpful, breakfast was fabulous with many choices and dishes frequently replenished. Relaxing claen pool area and roof top plunge pool area with plenty sun beds. It's location is a little outside of main Desenzano, bus stop about 5 mins walk from hotel, although bus timetables are not very reliable, let's just say a bit hit and miss. It's a good 30 minute walk in Desenzano ( a straight road walk or a lakeside walk) although there's a pretty village called Rivoltella half way, nice for a wander or if you're lucky pick the bus up from here. All in all would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to friends.

The only downside was the location is little outside of main Desenzano and the bus timetables are not very reliable. On the up we got plenty steps in.

Das Besondere an diesem Hotel sind die zwei Whirpools auf der Dachterasse mit Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Gerade am Abend ein Genuss! Ebenfalls herausragend ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig. Es gibt neben vielen süßen Dingen auch eine große Auswahl an landestypischen herzhaften Spezialitäten. Unser Zimmer war sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Es ist kein neues, modernes Hotel. Statt dessen wurde ein altes Hotel renoviert, so scheint es. Alte Möbel wurden erhalten. Somit ist das Hotel ein Mix aus alt, aber neu angestrichen. Das Angebot des Restaurants ist sehr einfach. Wir haben lieber etwas in der Gegend gegessen. Die Lage des Hotels an der Hauptverkehrsstraße zieht Autolärm mit sich. Das ist am Gardasee üblich, wenn man nah am See wohnen möchte. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht da, aber soweit wir es beurteilen können, gab es keinen nahegelegenen Zugang zum See.

Die Parkplatz Situation ist nicht gut - wir wollten die Tiefgarage nutzen jedoch mit größeren Autos (Van) kaum Platz zum manövrieren. Außerhalb brauchte man ein bißchen Glück einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel zu finden.

Hotel jest cudowny, gdybym mogła to bym dała 100gwiazdek. Pyszne sniadania, czyste pokoje, które codziennie są sprzątane podczas nieobecności. Możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów, jak również na recepcji jest możliwość prosić o zamówienie taxi. Ludzie tam pracujący to chodzące anioły. Byłam wraz z partener w tym hotelu kiedy on trafił do szpitala i ja potrzebowałam transportu do niego, nie znając włoskiego, ani okolicy bo to był w sumie drugi dzień we Włoszech, pomógł mi Mateo okazując wielkie serce, zawiózł mnie do szpitala, wszedł ze mną i dzięki niemu mogłam odwiedzić partnera,po czym odwiozl do hotelu. Rano na drugi dzień w takiej sytuacji przygotowano mi śniadanie na wynos abym zawiozła je do szpitala. Obiekt jest super pod względem, jedzenia, czystości, basenu, ale co najważniejsze to personel tam pracujący są cudowni, jeśli kiedys będę miała wrócić nad Gardę to tylko do tego hotelu.

Wir haben leider nur eine Nacht im Hotel Berta übernachtet, da wir von Cavallino (Jesolo) in Richtung nach Hause gefahren sind und haben eine Unterkunft benötigt. Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen. Sehr nettes Personal, sauberes Zimmer und das Frühstück war wirklich grandios. Es war sehr viel Auswahl am Buffet und es hat toll geschmeckt 😊 Wir von Haar Immobilien eG sagen Dankeschön und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Kleiner Pool mit wenig Liegen

The property owner and staff were very delightful. We had an issue with our check in and they immediately remedied the situation. Lovely pool and roof top deck. Having rental bikes available was perfect. The breakfast is absolutely incredible with options you never even thought of.

Just a lovely place to stay - deserves more than 3 stars. Rooms comfortable, food good and lots of choice for breakfast. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Located off the main road, a couple of restaurant choices near by but plenty just a short drive away. The rooftop spa is a real treat and lovely you can book a time slot just for your sole use- a real treat in the evening as the sun comes down over the lake. If I was to give one suggestion for improving, it would be to get more than 1 coffee machine at breakfast as the queue can build up. We would definitely stay again.

Location is challenging if you don't have a car. Buses in Garda never come on time, taxis are hopeless and expensive, and it's an hour's walk to the two main towns. We also asked in advance for e bikes, and were assured they were going to be charged, yet when we went to collect them they had not been charged. This ruined a day of our holiday as we had planned a long bike ride which could not go ahead. No apology at all from the staff member responsible.

Die Betten waren zu hart.

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich. Es gab alles, was man sich vorstellen konnte inkl. vielfältigem Antipasti. Es gab die Möglichkeit Cocktails usw. zu bestellen und diese auch abends draußen zu trinken. Der Pool ist schön und es gab auch immer freie liegen - allerdings alles etwas eng. Es gibt (kostenpflichtige) Stellplätze neben dem Haus sowie in der Tiefgarage. Man kann sich aber auch einen Stellplatz an der Straße suchen.

Leider hat es in unserem Zimmer extrem nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Aufgrund der Wärme konnten wir nicht lüften. Wir vermuten, dass es sich um ein ehemaliges Raucherzimmer handelt (wir hatten keins der renovierten Zimmer). Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht so gut. Man muss entweder nach Sirmione oder Desenzano mit Bus/Auto/zu Fuß, um z.B. was essen zu können. Die Busse fahren abends aber nicht besonders lange. Einen Strand in der Nähe gibt es auch nicht. Wer ein Hotel sucht, um abends noch in die Stadt zu gehen, ist nicht ganz richtig.

La habitación estaba muy bien y la cama era comodísima. El desayuno muy completo y variado. La piscina y jacuzzi de maravilla. Cerca hay sitios para aparcar en la calle sin problema. Todo estaba nuevo.

Hay que coger el coche para ir a cualquier lado, ya que está un poco alejado.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir waren begeistert und werden auch deshalb wieder kommen.

A lovely hotel with a great selection of breakfast. Pool was a great way to cool down at the end of the day with a few beers or Aperol Spritz and bar snacks. Good air conditioning in the room. Also a small balcony to sit out on .

The staff told our children off for jumping in the pool even though there was no one else about. The hotel was a bit far out for the lake and restaurants so had at least a 20 minute walk to get a meal each night. Although , when we were about to vacate , found out that the hotel did meals although did not see anyone eat there other than breakfast.

Personal und Inhaber super freundlich, um alle belange sofort gekümmert. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und es funktioniert alles. Das Frühstück ein Traum, so viel Auswahl auch einheimischer Kost, nur zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, von der Dachterrasse wundervoller Blick auf den See. Radwege in jede Richtung.

Ich hätte einen Parkplatz mitbuchen sollen, es sind welche vorhanden, aber nicht für jeden Gast. Wir mussten an der Straße parken.

Die Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals ist wirklich außerordentlich und es beweist sich, dass die Freundlichkeit der Gäste mindestens doppelt, eher dreifach zurück kommt. Das, bereis von allen anderen Gästen beschriebene, Frühstück ist einzigartig und phänomenal. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unser modernes und renoviertes Zimmer lag im zweiten Stock und hatte einen wunderschönen seitlichen Seeblick vom großzügigen Balkon. Laut Aussage der Hotelleitung werden in den nächsten Monaten viele weitere Zimmer modernisiert.

Viele der Gäste haben sich deutlich mehr auf die Teller „aufgeladen“ als sie verzehren konnten. Somit wurden viele der tollen Speisen und Lebensmittel verschwendet. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts und ist auch weitestgehend machtlos dagegen. eventuell sollte eine „Strafgebühr“ für zu viel genommene Speisen erhoben werden. Denn ein Frühstücksbuffet heißt nicht, dass Lebensmittel verschwendet werden müssen.

We had a great stay at Hotel Berta. Nice family room with balcony, excellent breakfast with wide variety of food, very friendly staff with family feel, the pool and roof terrace are lovely to relax in for the day or after sight seeing, with a bar on hand too. And the hotel is well situated to explore Simione and Desenzano which are both great. And you can book a reserved parking space and get food at lunch and evenings too Great value, we had an excellent couple of days there as a family as part of our wider Lake Garda holiday. Highly recommended

Minor point but kettle and fridge in the room would have been nice

Camera matrimoniale piccola (come specificato nella prenotazione), da prenotazione Booking però, nel bagno vi sono servizi mancanti come ad esempio il bidet. Inoltre sarebbe carino poter contingentare gli ingressi nella piscina della struttura, per poter permettere a tutti gli ospiti di usufruirne senza tanto affollamento.

The best thing by a long shot was the breakfast. Great variety and plentiful! It was nice to use the swimming pool. We did not have time to go upstairs (I.e. sauna, etc).

The rooms are fine, except they are not as well insulated as more modern hotels (I could hear chairs being dragged around in the room above us. There is plenty of parking around the street, but not as convenient as hotel parking.

The hotel itself is pleasant, clean and well-kept, but the staff is what really took the experience to another level. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. The breakfast was perhaps even better than in some higher-star hotels. I’m gluten-free, and I was genuinely impressed by the variety of options available, more than at any other hotel I’ve stayed at. We also had an unpleasant experience with a local taxi service, but Paola handled the situation incredibly well and resolved everything for us. She is such a wonderful person and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️

Staying in Hotel Berta felt like staying at a home away from home. The staff were so helpful and kind - they always had a smile and were very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. They have good local knowledge to help you find your way around or recommendations for dinner. The breakfast was incredible. A traditional European breakfast with such a wide variety to get your day started. Each morning saw a range of new dishes. The bedroom was a good size for a family and had all the amenities we required. The air con was in good condition and kept the room cool. The balcony was lovely to sit on and relax in the evenings. The pool is not large but perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sunshine. Sun beds were provided as was drinks service from the bar to your seat! A good range of drinks to enjoy in the sunshine. The location is quiet and peaceful. You look out over the lake from the rooftop jacuzzi and enjoy the beautiful scenery. This hotel is a little hidden gem and we will definitely return!

Posizione un po defilata dal centro di Desenzano ma con l'auto non abbiamo avuto problemi avendo anche preso il parcheggio in hotel. Mancanza di un frigobar in stanza.

Hotel bardzo przytulny, w cichej okolicy, personel przemiły i bardzo pomocny. Bardzo czysto, pyszne lokalne śniadania.

Małym minusem jest brak małej lodówki w pokoju aby schodzić np.wode

Beste hotellfrokost i Italia så langt. Parkeringsgarasje, bør reserveres på forhånd, men vell verdt det. Fint basseng. Flott takterrasse med super utsikt og boblebad. Rimelig sykkelutleie. Veldig vennlig personale. God AC.

Takterasse stenger for tidlig, så får ikke nyte utsikt på kvelden (kl20). Åpner ikke før kl 10, så får heller ikke morgenstund her. Dette var dårlig kommunisert. IKKE kjøleskap på rommet. Lys mot hotellet tiltrekker seg svært mye insekter mot balkongen på rommet.

Nous avions une chambre avec petit balcon vue sur la piscine et le lac . L’hôtel est moderne et le petit déjeuner juste avec une variété de salé et de sucré incroyable et vraiment très bien cuisiné .

Il faut réserver pour avoir un parking sécurisé et l’endroit nécessite de prendre la voiture pour accéder au centre ville animé et aux embarcations

Uitstraling van het hotel, het personeel, de kamer, het eten, de service. Alles was top. Echt een goed hotel. We waren hier 3 dagen en hadden wel langer willen blijven. We komen zeker hier terug!

Eigenlijk niets. Alles was top. Als ik iets moet noemen, dan zou ik zeggen de ligging van het hotel naar het meer. Maar dan nog, wij vonden de afstand prima te doen.

The range of food at breakfast was excellent. Bike hire available. Staff friendly. Good pool that isn’t overcrowded. Hotel location - within walking distance of a beach front bar, good restaurants and a pizzeria, as well as an Aldi and a homestore and 3 bus stops to get to Sirmione, Desenzano or Verona.

Some people using glass by the poolside (despite the staff regularly cleaning up).

Great hotel - lovely family feel, being run by the third generation. The Pool lovely. Hugos by the pool were fantastic! Breakfast varied and well presented. Very Clean and well kept.

Frühstück ist okay, große Auswahl, welche so aber nicht unbedingt benötigt wird.

Zum Teil unfreundlicher Service. Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sehr klein. Lage ist auch nicht besonders, Auto oder Fahrrad wird für alles gebraucht. Es stehen nicht aussreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung, man muss vorab welche buchen. Pool direkt an der Straße und optisch nicht so wie auf den Bildern. (Palme) Außerdem Baustelle mit Kran vorm Hotel. Preis Leistung passt hier nicht. Benutzter Aschenbecher auf unserem Balkon, wir sind Nichtraucher.

Keurig hotel op een goede locatie, prima kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is zeer luxe en uitgebreid. Erg van genoten. Fietsen gehuurd en er lekker op uit gegaan.

Beste ontbijt ooit voor 3-sterren hotel (variatie en kwaliteit) ! Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ook voor huisdieren.

Parking is wat krap, en straatkant oogt wat rommelig (verwilderde stuk gras & rommel).

I was part of a school party who visited the region at the beginning of July. This was our fourth visit to the Lake Garda area on a school choir tour and, in my opinion, the best. The staff were so very friendly and helpful, from ordering taxis to making the space for us to rehearse. The breakfast had an amazing array of savoury and sweet items, fresh fruit and variety to choose from. The area is perfectly situated on a regular bus route to Desenzano from where you can hop of a ferry up to Sirmione and beyond.

Fajny hotel, bardzo dobrze umiejscowiony. Śniadania fenomenalne, ogromny wybór w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Dużym atutem jest widok na Jezioro Garda zwłaszcza z dachu, na którym jest umiejscowione jacuzzi. Polecam
