Our room was beautiful, we had the private jacuzzi and it was so worth it. Beautiful experience. The food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the pizza. Breakfast had a good selection also. Location was superb, a short walk to the ferry. Would definitely return.

Beautiful room looking out to the lake. Excellent staff and pick up from train station. Breakfast was good. We had room 36 on the top floor with windows on sides and front with beautiful view. Steps from ferry and in the middle of Sirmione on Lake Garda

Superb location. Hotel has been refurbished to a lovely standard. Nice relaxing place to stay, in what is a busy tourist area. Sirmione itself is beautiful. Bedroom cleaning and servicing is also excellent.

Restaurant staff at times not attentive. One or two menu items no longer offered. Breakfast could be improved in terms of variety over the week.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage im Zentrum und direkt am See. An der Rezeption hat uns alle notwendigen Informationen gegeben. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Seeblick im 3 Stock. Alles war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, es war köstlich, genau wie das Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, besonders Rafaela, die uns beim Abendessen bedient hat.

Nett, dass man mit einem kleinen Zug vom Parkplatz abgeholt wird und zum Hotel gebracht wird. Toll direkt am See. Guten Frühstück, man sitzt sehr schön draußen auf der Terasse.

Lage super. Direkt am Lago di Garda. Frühsück sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Man konnte auf der Seeterasse frühstücken. Zimmer sauber Genügend Schränke und Kleiderbügel. Bad gepflegt, sauber, grosser Spiegel.

Duft im Kleiderschrank war nicht gut. Dies verbessern.

Good location, reception staff were excellent and helpful.

We were "upgraded" from a comfort room, to what I can only describe as an exhausted dingy room. The bathroom was separated by a dingy orange curtain, the carpets looked dingy, where other rooms had laminate we had a carpet. I asked to change, but was told that all rooms were the same separated by a curtain to the bathroom.When I looked in other rooms, when the cleaners are cleaning rooms which were empty, the rooms were not all separated by dinghy orange curtain. We we try to get drinks served out on the decking.Over near the lake, however, we managed one day to get one drink with no problem asking for a second drink we were virtually ignored and had to ask three times on two other occasions no drinks arrived and after thirty minutes, we decided to take our business elsewhere. The carpet on stairs was so dirty.

The property is wonderful and just wasn’t happy with the bathroom, it was very small and I couldn’t move around in the shower without knocking myself. I am not sure why they built such a small shower in a beautiful room and hotel.

Cet hôtel , au sein de la vieille ville , est très bien situé au bord du lac , avec une superbe terrasse en surplomb . C’est un emplacement idéal pour prendre un verre au coucher du soleil. Belles parties communes décorées avec soin . Grande chambre bien équipée , avec vue sur le lac . Remarquable petit déjeuner , avec un grand choix , à base de produits frais . Accueil plus qu’aimable. Et , au global , un très bon rapport qualité /prix . Il est prudent de réserver un parking par l’hôtel . Une voiturette électrique , organisée par l’ensemble des hôtels de la vieille ville vous amène à l’hôtel .

What a brilliant hotel with great friendly staff. Really clean and tidy and in a great location in Sirmione historic centre. I have to say the staff were so good. I didn’t get the girls name but she was amazingly helpful and friendly. Room was a great size and all the facilities were great. Breakfast, was really good too and as it’s on the lake, the breakfast view was exceptional. We used the restaurant on one evening and it was really good. Waiters were very professional. There is also a little seating area at the front if you just want a drink and watch the stars. If you do go, they also have a couple of paddle boards for hire. I think they were repurposed, windsurf boards. However they were fantastic to go and have a little explore on and if you’re brave enough definitely do it. At some point I will find myself back at Garda and this will be where I stay.

Beautiful location, overlooking Lake Garda, in the heart of historical Sirmione, in its own scenic piazza. Warm welcoming staff, an uplifting atmosphere, amazing breakfasts and very good restaurant overlooking the lake for dinner, to enjoy the fabulous sunsets.

The bathroom was a little dark, but was fine. Plenty of towels, and the shower worked well.

A friendly welcome by the receptionist Hotel is in the perfect location in Sirmione In the old part of town and a few minutes walk from the ferry port and ticket office. It sits on the water and you can enjoy breakfast , drinks, dinner etc on the veranda that is on the water. Watch out for the mosquitos and flies though ! Breakfast was good with juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, eggs, meats, salmon, croissants and cake You can swim in the lake from the veranda however this does mean everyone in the restaurant can see you in your swim wear as you walk to the steps which I felt was a bit off putting. It would be better if there was steps to one side of the platform so it was more discreet. We stayed for 4 nights and spent a day exploring Sirmione , the castle, Jamaica beach and all the lovely streets. So many lovely restaurants to eat at too. Sirmione is at one end of the lake but it is doable to get to the north if you take the fast ferry. We managed Malcesine cable car and Limone in 1 day. We also visited Bardolino where we went to Zeni winery (amazing - free wine tasting and you can upgrade and pay for more too ) We had travelled from uk to Verona (spent 1 day and night there ) before getting a train and but to Garda - very easy We then travelled on to Genoa which took 4 hours by train and extended our holiday further. Thankyou Flaminia for helping to make our Italian trip such a memorable one.

Access to lake for swimming - didn’t feel comfortable getting into water whilst people were eating and drinking

Location could not be more perfect. Bed & Pillows so comfortable. Very clean , staff work hard. The little touches that add a little extra like the tea and bottles of water means they have thought about clients needs. Their restaurant is lovely too. Looks popular with none guests too. Sun terrace is perfect when you had a day and come back for a snooze. Loved it . Thank you.

I feel like the rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade and be more modernized! However, still a lovely hotel!

Service Restaurant Personal war öfters mangelhaft oder unaufmerksam, wir hätten oft viel mehr getrunken oder überhaupt etwas bestellt - aber es kam niemand der Bestellungen aufgenommen hat oder nachgefragt hat, beim Frühstück war alles ok

La ubicación es espectacular. La comida es muy buena, el desayuno bastante sencillo pero tienen de todo lo que te puede apetecer. Los baños están muy bien, las habitaciones son más básicas. Si tienes oportunidad de pedir habitación con vistas al lago merece la pena.

Beautiful hotel, ideal location, the staff was so helpful especially Cara in reception.

I didn't like our shower being open in the room, I was with a friend and we had no privacy, someone aways had to leave the room when someone wanted a shower, but we just worked with it.

A perfect location by the lake. Breakfast was great sitting outside with a view of the lake. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The only downside was that the bathroom and especially the shower were too small!

Le personnel présent au petit déjeuner n’était pas capable de dire bonjour, de plus, il n’était pas spécialement aimable. La chambre était un peu vétuste, les fauteuils étaient taché et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement.

Me gustó la ubicación, el restaurante del hotel junto al lago muy bonito. El personal encantador. Muy bien organizado el estacionamiento del coche.

No nos gustó la habitación, muy encerrada, daba a un callejón y había mucho ruido en la noche. Fue una pena no tener una habitación con vista al lago.

Our fourth stay here and we have loved it every time. Lovely rooms with high ceilings and plenty of storage. Air con is really good. Many rooms have lake views (ours had a side view). Breakfast is phenomenal - one of our all time favourite hotel breakfasts. Staff are great - very helpful and friendly. If you book the town parking you get a lift there and back on arrival and departure.

La posizione è ottima, il parcheggio è vicino e c'è una navetta che volendo può accompagnare gli ospiti direttamente in struttura (anche se costa 20 euro al giorno). C'è una bella terrazza sul lago per prendere il sole e una per il ristorante. Abbiamo pranzato lì e il cibo era molto buono, anche se piuttosto caro.

La camera non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, visto il prezzo davvero alto. Il materasso era troppo mollo, i cuscini piuttosto scomodi. L'arredamento è molto vecchio (a parte l'armadio per i vestiti), il bagno aveva la vasca da bagno con la tenda, non c'era un kit soddisfacente di benvenuto (solo beauty e showercup). Il bagnoschiuma era in un flacone già presente in bagno. Le lampade sui comodini erano rovinate e sporche, la pulizia generale della stanza poteva essere decisamente migliore. Una stanza così può essere un 2 max 3 stelle, non certo un 4 stelle e al prezzo di 240 euro a notte. La colazione con poca scelta e la frutta non era buona, probabilmente per il caldo. Moquette nei corridoi dell'hotel.

To stay in the heart of Sirmione was wonderful and the hotel was near to the entrance of the castle town with good access to the carparks. A shuttle could be ordered to transfer you with your bags. The key for me was the staff. They were truly wonderful. Professional, efficient, helpful, utterly willing to manage your expectations and most of all welcoming but in a way that you felt you were among friends. We had a Brazilian group and we were qwuickly introduced to a waitress who was brazilian, Rafaela, who was so lovely. These things make a difference. I spent a day on my own in the hotel writing and the staff such as Dani and others were so kind and thoughtful. the sun terrace was great, the food excellent and one could slide into the lake and swim with swans and ducsk who were freindly too!! the reception was truly aweome and willing throughout the trip and nothing was too much trouble. At the desk was, at times, Sophia I believe. Simply thank you. We will definitely be going back... as soon as possible :))

Hotel situato nel centro storico, con possibilità di parcheggio appena fuori le mura. Pulito, colazione buona e ricca .

La terrazza con gli ombrelloni che sta al piano di sopra (di giorno faceva troppo caldo, ed infatti era vuota), ti potevi fare il bagno scendendo le scalette e stare praticamente tra due ristoranti, ma acqua sporca e zero spiaggia. Il ristorante aveva recensioni troppo negative, pertanto, non ci siamo andati.

The hotel has a very home vibe, and the staff was very nice especially Chiara who was extremely helpful and always smiley. The location is exceptional. The menu at the restaurant has a good variety, the food is very good and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

The ac in one of the rooms we booked wasn’t working and the room also had a bad smell coming from the drains.

The property is overlooking lake Garda and is located in the Centro Storico of Sirmione sul Garda. It is with in close walking distance to the restaurants and shops.

Not very clean. The bathroom floor was not clean. There were flies and mosquitoes in the room. I had huge red mosquito bites all over my legs. Our room was street facing which made it very noisy.

The breakfast was nice. The dining room is a spacious balcony right next to the water front, very nice.

The room is very shabby; not enough power outlets; the shower is like from an hotel in the 70's. The room is very low quality in comparison to the many other hotels we've been in this holidays.

The staff was very friendly and the location is great.

We reported the A/C was dripping water after the first night and it was not addressed. This caused a second night of disruption because of the constant noise of water dripping.

Very helpful and friendly service desk staff offering solutions for parking and evening dining. The room was very comfortable although limited space to put our own toiletries in the bathroom. The shower was quite novel! Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of fresh food. The outdoor dining terrace gives a spectacular view of the lake.

Das grosse, lichtdurchflutete Zimmer mit Seeblick war fantastisch; das Essen und die Atmosphäre im hauseigenen, preiswerten Gourmet-Restaurant ein Schmaus und am besten war die aufgestellte Rezeptionistin, die nicht nur alles möglich machte, sondern die einem auch das Gefühl vermittelte, sich im Hotel wie zu Hause fühlen zu dürfen (ich durfte mit meinem SUP durchs ganze Hotel laufen, ohne schlechtes Gewissen 😍)

Das Personal beim Frühstück hätte etwas aufmerksamer sein können; dieses wirkte etwas lasch.

Tolle Lage, tolle Sonnenterrasse, super Frühstück und auch toll wenn man Abends dort isst. Sobald man das Hotel verlässt ist man mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Sirmione. Wenn es einem zu heiß wird, einfach schnell über die Stufen in den Gardasee und Abkühlung finden... der Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus ist traumhaft. Wichtig zu wissen: Dieser Teil von Sirmione ist Autofrei und auch mit dem Fahrrad darf man nicht fahren. Das Auto kann auf einen nahegelegenen überwachten Parkplatz abgestellt werden (€ 20 pro Tag) und man wird mit einem Golfwagerl direkt zum Hotel gefahren und dort wieder abgeholt.

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein (vor allem die Dusche) und schon in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem alles sauber und funktionell.

Chambre avec jacuzzi très vieillissante et manquait de propreté. Le jacuzzi sentait mauvais et la terrasse était sale (cacas d’oiseaux sur les transats et chaises). Petit déjeuner très moyen également

La chambre est agréable et très confortable.

Le ponton pour aller se baigner dans le lac est directement au bout des tables de restaurant. Quand tu sors de l’eau, tu dois passer devant toutes les personnes qui se restaurent : pas agréable.

Hôtel idéalement placé, sur la presqu’île dans la partie piétonne. Au bord de l’eau. L’hôtel est très bien équipé ; il dispose d’une terrasse pour le petit déjeuner, d’une terrasse solarium et d’un ponton à partir duquel on peut se baigner dans le lac. Sur réservation ( 20 euros/24h) , la voiture est laissée au parking à l’entrée de la zone piétonne et on vous emmène en voiture de golf à l’hôtel. 2 restaurants complètent cet hôtel ( Mano et Vista). Nous avons dîné au restaurant Mano et nous nous sommes régalés avec un service parfait. Le petit déjeuner est complet et de qualité. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons volontiers.

La sdb pourrait être rafraîchie et on aurait apprécié un plateau courtoisie dans la chambre. Mais cela ne gâche en rien le plaisir.

Prévenir en amont du système de parking en dehors de la cité

Bon emplacement permettant de tout faire à pied.

Parking public réservé avec l'hotel. Réservation sans problème. Mais forte dépendance aux navettes municipales. Nous n'avons pas été informés lors de notre réservation et de notre enregistrement qu'il fallait réserver la navette pour le retour. Après négociation avec le personnel Madame la Directrice a réussi à nous trouver une navette pour retourner au véhicule et a eu un geste commercial pour compenser l'erreur de l'employée de la réception. Le plus désagréable a été de découvrir une chambre dont la décoration n'avait absolument rien à voir avec les chambres sur le site internet.

The hotel has a friendly and warm feeling. All staff were amazing from reception staff to bar staff to the staff that served at breakfast. A special shout out to Kiara who was absolutely amazing at front of desk. Location of hotel is key.bedding was freshened everyday and bathroom was cleaned with fresh towels everyday as well. On the lake and just a few minutes walk to the ferry pier. Highly recommend Flaminia Hotel.

Rooms were clean and tidy with basic furniture. The wardrobe in our room could have done with an update. Soft closure doors would reduce noise. Overall great room ( with mini fridge) and bathroom. View of the lake was so lovely

Location was amazing, breakfast was amazing, room was ok, did not really fit a 4 star hotel, was clean and comfortable but very basic. Small shower and only 1 small mirror in the bathroom

The food was great at Flaminia but the service was very hit and miss. The older waiters and waitresses seemed very good but unfortunately they were not always on duty
