The location was nice and staff really helpful.

The location was very good. It is definitely on the calmer part of town away from all the tourists.

The WiFi did not work in our room on the first floor and the housekeeping did not properly clean everyday. Some marks were still left on the sink after the housekeeper cleaned.

Do serviço de " shuttle " tivemos de estacionar a nossa viatura (obrigatório)a cerca de 800 metros do hotel e não tivemos transporte para o mesmo nem à chegada (porque chegamos tarde) nem na partida, porque têm horários próprios para transporte de hóspedes!! Resumindo: Tivemos de transportar malas à chegada para o hotel e na partida para a viatura estacionada no park. E pagamos € 20,00 por dia de estacionamento !!

Die Aussicht und Lage

Die Betten waren sehr unbequem und das Bad sehr klein. Es gab keine Möglichkeit zur Ablage.

Hotel is located in the heart of the historic town. Staff is friendly and accommodating to all guests. Breakfast was ok, very limited choice and same spread everyday. Rooms are small, but it’s ok for a night or two. The lake views from the rooms are also very nice.

Housekeeping didn’t refill the shower gels and shower caps during our stay. Although they sent it to us later when we asked the reception staff for it.

Der Shuttle-Service war super. Man wurde vom Parkplatz direkt zum Hotel gefahren.

Organizzazione impeccabile sia al check in che al check out con le navette da e per il parcheggio convenzionato e super disponibilità da parte dello staff, gentilissimo ed efficiente, camera silenziosa e pulitissima.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da migliorare penserei alla colazione dove non viene servito caffè o cappuccino espressi ma sola con la macchinetta erogatrice anche se la qualità è comunque buona.

Posizione centrale, ottimo il servizio navetta con il parcheggio convenzionato. Camera e struttura pulita. Colazione varia e di buona qualità.

La nostra stanza era un po piccola e datata, suggerirei una piccola ristrutturazione (la serratura della porta del bagno non chiudeva bene, il condizionatore molto rumoroso). Wi fi molto lento.

Tolle Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse mehr als ausreichend.

Struttura ben tenuta e pulita. Personale molto gentile e preparato su ciò che il territorio ha da offrire. Posizione ottima, situato nella piccola penisola di Sirmione, abbastanza al centro da permettervi di muovervi liberamente a piedi e raggiugere facilmente i vari siti di interesse ma allo stesso tempo non è una zona troppo trafficata. Molto vicino alle Terme! Colazione ricca, camere ben tenute, con balcone.

The young lady on the reception with glasses - she was so nice, smiling, helpful!:) Also other staff on the reception were nice.

I must say that the breakfast was not that amazing. It was 9:15 and the pancakes finished and they were not added up. We kindly asked a lady - blondish hair, whether they could add more - she answered with a few sentences in itialian - not nice tone - you can feel that, and we understood nothing. we do not speak Italian, she does not speak English and that’s completely fine. We are traveling a lot and we know, that when you really want and try, the others will understand you. We felt like the bad guys, just for asking for something, what should be there, cause you paid for it.

Rendkívüli helyen található a hotel, bent az óvárosban, a várfalakon belül, ugyanakkor sétatávolságra van a parkoló, ahol az autót kellett hagyni, mivel a szállás ZTL övezetben van. A parkoló és a hotel közötti transzfer is remekül meg van szervezve, be- és kijelentkezéskor nem kell a csomagokkal cipekedni. Változatos a reggeli, nemcsak édes pékáru, hanem rántotta, bacon, felvágott, sajt, zöldségek, gyümölcsök is szerepelnek a kínálatban.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, hell und freundlich und es ist alles da was man braucht für einen Kurzurlaub, wo man das Zimmer meist nur zum Schlafen benutzt. Betten/ Matratzen sind gut und im Schrank wären zusätzliche Polster und Decken gewesen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist auch für jeden was dabei, vielleicht nicht die mega Auswahl aber sehr lecker und absolut ausreichend. Sehr guter Schinken und Salami und tägl. frische Kuchen und Torten, Croissant usw.

Die Dusche war sehr klein und unser Zimmer war seitlich, ohne Balkon und das ist leider früh morgens sehr laut, wenn das Personal Müll raus bringt und dort arbeitet und sich laut unterhalten.

Die Lage des Hotels war einfach nur perfekt. Es liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Sirmione und alles dort ist schnell erreichbar. Der Griffo-Parkplatz ist auch super organisiert und man kommt bei der An- & Abreise schnell vom Parkplatz mit einem großen Golfcart zum Hotel. Das Frühstück war okay.

Das Hotelzimmer war ungünstig gelegen. Wir waren im Erdgeschoss direkt auf der "Stadtseite" und konnten nur gegen Gebäude schauen. Gemäß der Bilder wirkte es offen mit einem Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Ich gebe zu, dass ich bei der Buchung nicht gesehen hatte, dass es verschiedene "Seiten" gibt, da diese auf den Bildern auch nicht ersichtlich waren. Zudem war unser Hotelzimmer nicht richtig sauber und der Ablauf am Waschbecken hat nicht richtig funktioniert - dies wurde dann aber auch behoben.

Die Lage war sehr gut, man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen.

We booked 2 rooms with a superior room with a balcony and a lake view. We had a good view of the lake which was great & sat on the balcony with the view was very relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and we slept well. The shower was over the bath in one of the rooms and we would have preferred both to just have a shower. The lady on reception (with the dark hair & glasses) was extremely helpful & informative (we should have taken her name). We enjoyed the location as it was slightly on the edge of the main area, however this meant it was quieter, but only 5 mins walk to the main attractions.

The hair dryer in the rooms are not your typical hairdryer and very slow. I suggest taking your own if one is needed. The breakfast was ok, pastries, yogurt, very small cheese selection and salamis, bread rolls, cereal (which I did not like) There was no milk in the room for the tea & coffee (I could have asked if I really wanted it & I could not see any in the breakfast room (again, I could have asked if I really wanted it), however I did not like the cereal offered).

I liked the location

The bathrooms are really small and the shower curtains touches your body while you shower, which is unsanitary and gross. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable.

L' hotel è in posizione ottima per visitare Sirmione....e il posteggio è molto comodo...

L' unica pecca e che non puoi portare il cagnolino nella stanza della colazione ma lo è staff gentilissimo

With an excellent location, just a 4-minute walk from **Castello Scaligero di Sirmione**. The staff were really kind and helpful. They recommended that we park at **Grifo Parking**, outside the old town, as cars are not allowed inside. It worked perfectly and was very convenient for visiting the city. The room was nice an comfortable. We enjoyed a lot.

Il peut y avoir une difficulté à prendre le petit déjeuner. En effet la salle est petite et vite complète. Le Check out n’a pas été anticipé avec la voiturette, on a dû marcher jusqu’à la voiture avec toutes nos valises dans une ville saturée de monde.

L emplacement au coeur de Sirmione, avec l arrivée en voiturette de golf (parking payant à 15 min à pied). Malgré la foule de touriste l établissement est situé dans une rue calme. L accueil en français, personnel gentil dans l ensemble (sauf au petit déj et la femme de ménage). Le petit déjeuner copieux. L embarquadere pour les bateaux du lac de garde à 3min à pied. Frigo, bouilloire dans la chambre.

La climatisation non réglable et pas assez puissante pour rafraîchir convenablement la chambre haute de plafond. Il faisait plus de 38degres en moyenne dans la journée et les soirées n étaient pas fraîches. Joins des parois de la baignoire à refaire (flaque d'eau après chaque douche). Chambre assez étroite pour trois personnes (lit d appoint ajouté dans une chambre pour deux personnes). Un tancarville serait le bienvenu pour étendre serviettes et maillots de bain lorsqu on revient de la plage. Parking payant à 15 min en voiture (non idéale pour les personnes ayant des difficultés pour se déplacer, cependant navette payante possible, à réserver à la réception). Le prix du parking inclus uniquement les navettes à l arrivée et au départ avec les bagages.

Lage zentral in Sirmione und für den Hund gab es ein aufmerksames Willkommens-Geschenk. Alles in allem etwas kleiner, aber sehr freundlich.

Sehr hellhörig. Kindergeschrei von nebenan war gefühlt im Zimmer. Spiegeleier beim Frühstück kosten extra, obwohl man mit Frühstück gebucht hat. Beim inkludierten Shuttle-Service gab es leider einige Probleme, sodass wir diesen leider nur richtig auf dem Hinweg nutzen konnten, obwohl dies anders mit dem Personal besprochen wurde beim Check-In. Der Duschvorhang ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und nervt etwas.

La colazione è varia e ben servita, forse sala un po piccola. Posizione ottima, proprio in centro, vicinissima alle terme e alle grotte di catullo e a varie spiaggie. Staff cordiale e pronto a qualsiasi richiesta e problema

Unica nota negativa, pulizia della camera, non so se se per il periodo di alta congestione dell’ hotel, comunque una cosa da migliorare per raggiungere la perfezione

Leider wurden die Angebote beim Frühstück schon eine dreiviertel Stunde vor dem Ende der Frühstückszeit nicht mehr aufgefüllt, sodass es eine deutlich geringere Auswahl gab. Croissants, Pancakes und Kuchen waren nicht mehr zu erhalten.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti 8/10 Agosto presso l’Hotel Mavino di Sirmione. L’hotel è in ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni di Sirmione. L’hotel si trova in centro storico di Sirmione vicino a moltissimi locali. Hotel molto carino dotato di tutti i confort aria condizionata su tutto. Desidero ringraziare Nicole per la sua gentilezza e per i suoi preziosi consigli. Consiglio l’hotel Mavino per tutti coloro che vogliono visitare Sirmione e altre località sul lago di Garda. Ottima qualità prezzo.

Der Ort war ziemlich gut!Was uns auch sehr gefallen hat war das Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit vom Personal.Uns wurde alles gründlich erklärt.

Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht ganz funktioniert.Also sie war an aber hat quasi die Kälte nicht rausgelassen,was natürlich ziemlich schade war,weil es dadurch im Zimmer sehr Stickig wurde!

Mysigt hotell i den gamla stadsdelen nära sevärdheter, bad, shopping och restauranger, men bortom de mest välbesökta turiststråken. Personalen är väldigt trevlig, hjälpsam och engelskspråkig. Biltrafiken är begränsad i den gamla stadsdelen. Parkering bokas via hotellet och då ingår transfer från parkeringen till hotellet.
