Sehr gute Lage. War beruflich auf der Biennale 2026. Sehr gute Infrastruktur zu den Giardinis und zum Arsenale. Auch das Meer in der Nähe.

In die Jahre gekommenen Hotel. Sehr dreckiger Lift. Alles ein wenig morbide.

Posizione comodissima e defilata in una via tranquilla. A due passi dall'arrivo dei motoscafi/taxi e dai vaporetti, e a 15 minuti di camminata dalla zona della mostra del cinema. Hanno biciclette, che però non si possono prenotare fino ad esaurimento. Però ci sono 3 noleggi di bici, mezzo perfetto per girare lido, a meno di 300 metri. Staff gentilissimo, accogliente sia il ragazzo di notte che la ragazza di giorno.

il prezzo esorbitante sotto la settimana della mostra del cinema. Non è di questo albergo specifico, capisco sia dettato dal periodo piu richiesto dell'anno a livello internazionale però parliamo di quasi 400 euro per una singola con un letto singolo.

Ich komme schon seit Jahren ins Hotel. Toll auf Standard renoviert/ Bad, Klima, Elektrik. Frühstück viel vielfältiger, feiner, als früher.

Ein Sturmbedingte Stromausfall wurde nach 6! Stunden in der Nacht behoben.

I servizi, quando erano funzionanti, erano esattamente come descritti. Pulito, buona colazione, buona posizione. Il personale gentile.

La prima sera, al mio arrivo, l'hotel era completamente privo di energia elettrica a causa di un guasto tecnico. Il problema è proseguito per tutta la notte e non mi è stata offerta alcuna alternativa, né il supporto per una sistemazione presso un'altra struttura. Non avendo di fatto altre opzioni praticabili, ho deciso di rimanere e pernottare comunque. Mi sono ritrovato a fare la doccia illuminandomi con la torcia del cellulare e a trascorrere l'intera notte senza elettricità né i servizi essenziali che ci si aspetta da una struttura ricettiva. La mattina successiva mi è stato inizialmente proposto uno sconto del 20% sulla notte trascorsa, poi aumentato al 50%, con la motivazione che, essendomi fermato a dormire, avevo comunque usufruito di parte dei servizi. Non condivido questa valutazione: la mia permanenza non è stata una libera scelta, ma la conseguenza dell'assenza di alternative concrete in quel momento. Ho quindi richiesto il rimborso integrale della notte interessata dal disservizio, richiesta che è stata respinta dalla struttura. A oggi non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso. Desidero comunque sottolineare la disponibilità e la cortesia del personale, che ha cercato di gestire la situazione nel migliore dei modi e nei limiti delle proprie possibilità. Purtroppo non posso esprimere lo stesso giudizio nei confronti della direzione, il cui approccio alla gestione del problema e alla soddisfazione del cliente è stato, a mio avviso, profondamente deludente.

Brot egal welche Art vom Frühstücksbuffet war eine Zumutung so etwas geht gar nicht halb durch gegart Brötchen und Croissant leider war auch kein Toaster da um dieses schwammartigen Gebäck etwas Biss zu verhelfen. Alles andere war wirklich top beim Frühstücksbuffet

Het Hotel ligt in een rustige woonwijk, aan het einde van de straat loop je zo het centrum van het Lido in. De vaporetto’s vind je op 5 minuten lopen. Ontbijt was prima en het personeel erg aardig. Volgende keer komen we weer!

Matrassen mogen vernieuwd, kamers zijn wat gehorig.

Le personnel était très agréable, le petit déjeuner plutôt bien garni et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal (Vaporetto à proximité, magasins et plages proches). La chambre était propre et même si la déco n'est pas très moderne, elle était propre et il y avait tout le nécessaire.

Espace un peu serré avec 2 lits supplémentaires dans la chambre (chambre familiale pour 4) mais dans l'ensemble, on n'allait dans la chambre que pour dormir donc ça va.

Dicht bij het centrum en vaporette gelegen. Ontbijt uitgebreid en mogelijkheid om buiten te ontbijten. Vriendelijk personeel. Hotelkamer was ruim en hygiënisch.

S pobytem v hotelu jsme byli naprosto spokojeni. Po roce jsme se sem znovu vrátili a o to víc nás potěšilo, že si nás personál pamatoval. ❤️ Všichni byli po celou dobu neuvěřitelně milí, ochotní a vstřícní. Kdykoliv jsme něco potřebovali, vždy nám ochotně pomohli a bylo vidět, že jim na hostech opravdu záleží. Cítili jsme se tu krásně a skoro jako doma. Máme tento hotel opravdu moc rádi a jsme rádi, že jsme se sem po roce mohli vrátit. Všechno bylo v naprostém pořádku a nemáme vůbec co vytknout. Už teď se těšíme, až se sem zase vrátíme. ❤️ Děkujeme celému personálu za krásný pobyt a za všechnu péči!

Avevo già annunciato qui, riconfermo il mio giudizio positivo. Posizione cortesia e pulizia sono i grandi pregi di questo hotel, oltre al, nel mio caso un buon prezzo. La colazione è possibile farla anche all’esterno ed è completa un po’ di tutto. La reception è aperta 24 ore su 24.

Close to ferry, shops, restaurants, beach. Great breakfast, aircon rooms. Nothing was a problem.

Дуже привітний персонал! За невисоку ціну отримали гарний номер, дуже класне розташування, неподалік гарна вулиця з каналом та кафе, поруч супермаркет. До безкоштовного пляжу пішки 15 хвилин, але після 19:00 можна і на платний потрапити, він ближче на хвилин 6. Смачні завтраки 👌

Чайник прийшлося вмикати на полу, бо не було поруч іншої розетки :)

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel Rigel sehr genossen. Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück und die Lage auf dem Lido ist perfekt. Ruhig und man ist schnell im Zentrum von Venedig.

Hotel Rigl is a good spot to discover both, Venezia Lido and Venezia Old-Town. It is located only a few minutes away from public transportation to the Old-Town. The staff was super friendly and the room had a good size for the three of us. The hotel is not super up to date but features the charming Italian hotel design of the 60-70ies.

No big setbacks. Everything worked out fine and to our expectations. Only very minor point was that unfortunately only half of the garden was opened for breakfast, would have been nice to eat outside.

Wir waren das 4 x in dem Hotel, was zeigt, dass es uns sehr gefältl und fast etwas Heimat ist. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig zum Valporetto und zum Strand in einer ruhigen Straße mit tollen Villen. Es ist sehr ruhg und es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück- Daa Personla ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber zeckmäßig eingerichtet. Nicht besondres gut ist der Wasserdruck, aber es ist alles sehr sauber.

Super Lage - in wenigen Minuten erreicht man sowohl die Vaporetto-Station als auch den Strand und Hauptstraße mit Geschäften und Lokalen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Quando abbiamo chiesto se ci fossero delle convenzioni con i bagni privati della spiaggia, ci hanno risposto che ci sono solo se si prenota tramite il loro sito e non con booking…. Clienti di serie B? Tra l’altro spiaggia molto cara, 40 euro per un ombrellone e due lettini, e non particolarmente cortesi (spiaggia Bluemoon)

Hotel situato a pochi passi dal centro. Personale gentile e cortese, ricca la disponibilità per la colazione, camere silenziose e letti comodi. Un valido Hotel con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Solid traditional house. Everything works and the team is very friensly and helpful Very good breakfast with many option from sweet to savory to healthy. Also the location is very handy.

The mattress is a bit soft, should be replaced. And some rooms would benefit from a makeover of the furniture. Fine for now, but no longer top of the range.

Hotelul este situat pe o strada frumoasa și liniștită destul de aproape de vaporetto si de centru și cam la 10 min de plaja. Micul dejun a fost variat, cafea bună. Personalul este foarte amabil, exista și o camera unde poți lăsa bagajele dacă ajungi mai devreme. Ne-am simțit excelent și vom reveni cu siguranță!

Starší hotel na klidném místě nedaleko hlavní třídy, relativně blízko přístavu. Rekonstrukci vybavení už by potřeboval, ale matrace byla kvalitní, klimatizace funkční a spalo se dobře. Vynikající snídaně s možností venkovního sezení, spolehlivá Wi-Fi, malý balkon s výhledem, recepce 24/7, možnost platby kartou, výtah, profesionální a přátelský personál.

ヴァポレット乗り場からも近く、アクセス抜群です！ 静かな住宅街って感じですが週末の夜は遠くに少〜し賑やかな声が聞こえるかな、って感じです。 部屋は狭いですが2人で泊まるには充分。 世界的観光地なのでお値段もこんな感じかなって思います。 趣きのある建物なのでエレベーターが激狭で、乗りにくいけどそこは楽しんで欲しいです！笑 朝ごはんも美味しいですし、お天気な日にテラスで食べれたのでこれまた最高でした！ 自転車も借りれるので海沿いを走りました。 最高に気持ちよく、買い物にも便利です！ スタッフさんも親切でした！

Great location near the ferries. Good classic hotel with all details you need in the room, and with a rich breakfast. I also liked the garden outside where you can sit.

Mieliśmy 3 pokoje. Pokój 2-osobowy jest wygodny. Natomiast jednoosobowe nam się nie spodobały. Materace po prostu okropne.

Supernettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gute Lage, nach wenigen Metern ist man im Zentrum. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit venezianischem Charme.

Stanza amplia, luminosa, pulita, aria condizionata fin troppo efficiente, si può regolare o spegnere. Nessun rumore dall'esterno perchè in zona tranquilla e finestre buone. La mia camera aveva il terrazzino.

Mi sembra che la stanza non sia ben insonorizzata, sentivo qualche rumore dalle stanze a fianco ma comunque non il parlato. Il materasso non è comodissimo ma si dorme comunque e non mi son svegliato col mal di schiena.

This is my second stay at the Hotel Rigel. The location of the hotel at the Lido was fantastic! Near shops, including a great supermarket, restaurants and local buses and water buses. My room was spacious, very clean and air-conditioned. Plus the room has a small fridge There’s also a beach nearby too. I didn’t visit thr beach - not really my thing! I attended the Biennale Arte, which by boat only takes about 15 minutes thr water bus is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel - very convenient. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfasts include hot and cold options with lots of fruit, cake, juices yoghurts and hot drinks. As a solo traveller I also felt safe at the hotel too.

A small point - the kettle needs a longer lead - the plug didn’t reach the socket - so I had to boil the kettle on the floor.

wat ons het meest bevalt is de uitzonderlijke zuiverheid en het perfecte onderhoud. iedereen die in het hotel werkt is bijzonder vriendelijk het ontbijt kan genomen worden in de tuin wat bijzonder prettig is wij verbleven voor de derde keer in het hotel en zijn van plan om nog vaak terug te gaan

Sehr freundlicher Service und einfaches, aber sehr sauberes Zimmer mit bequemen Bett zu einem fairen Preis, also für mich alles gut. Wichtig: ruhig gelegen am Lido. Das tut gut nach dem Tagestrubel in der Stadt. Lage finde ich sehr gut nur 5 Minuten entfernt von der Vaporetto-Station und Eisdiele, Restaurants, Supermarkt gleich in der Nachbarschaft. Komme immer wieder gerne.
