Die Lage bringt außerdem den Lärm der Straße mit sich.

L’hôtel est très bien, l’acceuil en français est toujours agréable, même si l’anglais ne nous pose pas de souci. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner et notamment les omelettes, œufs au plats, … préparés devant nous à la minute (suggestion : mettre bcp moins d’huile pour leur cuisson …) le personnel est top, special remerciements à l’équipe du bar.

Rien … (en dehors de l’huile trop généreusement présente dans les œufs brouillés ;)

Die Parkmöglichkeit im Hotel war etwas schwierig bzw eng und wenige Stellplätze am Hotel. Etwas entfernter war eine großzügige Garage mit mehr Komfort . Für Booking Bucher war dieses kostenpflichtig.

Breakfast wasnt great.

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt und kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das außerordentlich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Sowohl beim Empfang als auch beim Frühstück wurde ich jederzeit sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und wohlwollend behandelt. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass ich sogar bereits eine Stunde vor der regulären Check-in-Zeit mein Zimmer beziehen durfte - das war wirklich unkompliziert und gastfreundlich. Gerade als alleinreisende junge Frau habe ich mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts sehr sicher, gut aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Ein absolutes Highlight ist das Frühstück - wirklich atemberaubend! Die Auswahl ist groß, die Produkte sind hochwertig und es bleiben eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Besonders toll fand ich, dass Eierspeisen frisch vor Ort nach Wunsch zubereitet werden. So startet man wirklich gerne in den Tag! Auch die Sauberkeit des Hotels ist herausragend. Sowohl mein Zimmer als auch die allgemeinen Bereiche waren ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut: Man ist in kürzester Zeit am Strand. Wer in die Innenstadt möchte, muss allerdings ein paar Meter mehr zu Fuß einplanen. Für mich war das aber absolut in Ordnung. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Eine der Tiefgaragen liegt etwa 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt, ist dafür aber sehr groß und bietet entsprechend viel Platz

Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt es beim Einzelzimmer: Das Bett ist recht schmal und hat bei Bewegungen etwas gequietscht. Das hat meinen insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck jedoch kaum geschmälert.

- Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend - Zimmer und Balkon waren sauber

- Haben einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage erhalten, würden eine Reservierung eines Parkplatzes als sinnvoll erachten. Ist Glückssache, ob einer verfügbar ist oder nicht.

Die Sauberkeit des Hauses und die Lage. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super und reichhaltig. Eierspeisen wurden frisch zubereitet.

Godt hotel, beliggende i udkanten af byen, men med udsigt til søen. Super parkering som dog ligger 100meter væk, men det var i garage. Gode muligheder for aktiviteter arrangeret af hotelet.

Trappen til tagterrassen var glatte og det sidste trappeløb var uden håndliste. Altaner var for tætte på hinanden.

Kjempe hyggelig personale veldig hjelpsomme og blide. Spesielt frokosten og baren, god frokost.

Eine sehr gepflegte Unterkunft.

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig klein. Die Kopfkissen hart. Zwei Kleinigkeiten ansonsten haben sich alle Mitarbeiter bemüht unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Die Betten ansonsten super.

De locatie is mooi en heel dichtbij het meer. Het centrum van Riva del Garda is op loopafstand goed te doen. Verder is er een zwembad met ligbedden waar je heerlijk kunt zwemmen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Alles was goed voor mekaar. We waren alleen even verrast dat onze kamer al schoon werd gemaakt zonder dat we het bordje aan de deur hadden gehangen.

המלון מדורג 4 כוכבים אבל הוא לא שווה 2 . החדרים קטנים מאוד, אין מכונת קפה, אין קפה נמס , כוסות חד פעמיים , ללא כל אבזור המקובל בבתי מלון בדירוג זה ואפילו בשל 3 כוכבים.

Se al primo sguardo ti emoziona, hai trovato il tuo hotel. Dall'accoglienza appena arrivati, le camere ordinate e pulite, la piscina ed il suo bar all'altezza soddisfare il tuo drink a bordo piscina, possiamo dire che uniti ad una spa ed a servizi personalizzati sei al Top. Di quello che ti serve per il tuo soggiorno fronte lago a Riva del Garda, non serve altro. Un plaudo alla proprietà ed a tutto il suo staff. Ritornare da voi sarà un piacere.

Die Aussicht war unbeschreiblich ! Das Personal war immer nett und hilfsbereit. Tolles Frühstück mit schöner Auswahl.

Der Pool sollte keine Schließzeiten haben oder diese sollten verlängert werden weil auch abends würde ich den Pool nutzen wollen da es eine schöne Abkühlung ist.

The hotel is a wonderful location and the facilities are great, the dining staff are so kind and welcoming. Walking distance to the best view in Lake Garda!

Super clean, modern, great location & stunning views of the lake. Breakfast options were varied, fresh & plentiful! Staff were fantastic, really helpful before we arrived with organising airport transfers, massages & made lots of restaurant recommendations! Bike hire was really useful & convenient & a quick way to get around.

Zelo okusen zajtrk, sveže pripravljena omleta po naročilu, zelo prijazno osebje, čiste in lepo urejene sobe. Garaža, bližina glavne ulice in središča mesta. Uporaba bazena in ležalk. Bližina izposojevalnice koles, plaže in lokalov s hrano in pijačo. Dobro izhodišče za kolesarske izlete.

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location, right by the promenade and very close to the beach. The staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety of options. A big plus for the live cooking station where a lady prepares fresh fried eggs, scrambled eggs, or omelets to order. The parking is also very convenient. Additionally, the hotel features a nice, cosy swimming pool and a bar where you can order tasty snacks and drinks.

The only minor thing that could be improved is the room equipment – it would be great to have a drying rack for clothes and wet towels.

Das Zimmer warsehr klein und dunkel. Es waren ständig Geräusche von irgendweinem Gerät zu hören-das war mühsam beim Einschlafen und Aufwachen.

Sehr schönes , modernes Hotel ! Sehr nettes Personal. Die Lage ist top. Die Lage ist perfekt in der Nähe des Strandes und nach einem schönen Spaziergang entlang des Strandes und der See Promenade ist man im Zentrum von Riva del Garda.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Rührei oder Omelett wird frisch zubereitet,sehr freundliches Personal ,super Ort um Ausflüge zu machen

Tenhle hotel je absolutní topka. Skvělá lokalita, milý a velmi přátelský personál, čistota, výborná snídaně. Opravdu moc hezký hotel se službami hodně vysoko. Krásný a prostorný bazén včetně sluněční terasy a množstvím lehátek pro slunění. Navíc s řadou dalších benefitů jako jsou sdílená kola, parking, SPA. Jeden z nejlepších, kde jsme kdy byli.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wyjątkowa obsługa. Hotel głównie nastawiony na dorosłych co uważam na plus. Bardzo dobre śniadania, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo czysty, dbałość widać na każdym kroku. Wspaniały widok z balkonu.

Keine negativen Erlebnisse

Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Betten wirklich bequem. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und bietet genug Platz für alle Gäste. Die zubuchbaren Massagen sind herausragend und wirklich ihr Geld wert. Das Fruhstücksbuffet ist gut, hier ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei.

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten alles hören, was sich vor unserem Zimmer abgespielt hat, was sehr unangenehm war, weil wir direkt vor den Aufzügen waren. Auch aus den anderen Zimmern hat man regelmäßig den Fernseher, Schritte und sonstige Geräusche wahrgenommen. Wer sehr lärmempfindlich ist, sollte sich also auf jeden Fall Ohropax oder ähnliches mitnehmen.

Great location right on the lake, very clean and tidy and great value for money, staff very friendly.

Breakfast needs more than one coffee machine had to queue! Breakfast could do with improvement. The rooms also are quite dark and air con didn’t really feel like it was working. Would be nice to provide water in the room as well as an iron or steamer, did ask and they didn’t have one.

Everything was perfect! The location is beautiful, the property has an amazing breakfast buffet, the staff is extremely courteous; from the front desk to the breakfast staff and the bar.

We liked a lot the pool, the generous breakfast, the position quite near the promenada till the city center. Not to mention the personell, who was very friendly and supporting with all our needs. Very good choice, we definitely recommend it!

The room was slightly too small, but overall it was quite comfy.

Generalnie wszystko mi się podobało: sama organizacja hotelu, urządzenie i funkcjonalność całego obiektu zasługuje na uznanie, wspaniały personel na recepcji, obsługa restauracji przy śniadaniu, ekipa sprzątająca, profesjonalny barman Adriano, gustowne urządzenie całego hotelu itd.

Jest chyba tylko jedna drobna rzecz, którą można by pominąć ale mimo wszystko uznałem że to podkreślę bo jednak mocno odstawała od całej reszty: totalny brak uśmiechu i surowa twarz jednej z Pań w restauracji (myślę że kierownictwo hotelu wie o kogo chodzi). To aż raziło na tle całej reszty pozytywów.

Great location, lovely staff, comfortable and clean rooms, good breakfast, nice pool area. The pool bags are such a nice touch. Yoga class on a Monday morning on the terrace. Massage was one of the best I’ve had.

Could be more options for daytime snacks.
