Dinner choice. I couldn’t believe I saw chicken nuggets and chips but then I know there were a few bus tours so probably accommodating them.

Drittes Bett ist kein Bett, sondern eine Sofa! Sehr unbequem Abendessen geht nicht zu diesem Preis, und schmeckt nicht Sport: Tischtennis (für uns war das wichtig!) steht in unmöglichen Platz, echt spielen kann man nicht, dazu noch kein normales Licht im Saal

Hotel liegt recht zentral, ist sehr sauber und hat sehr gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Essen im Hotel ist exzellent (wenn man nicht gerade die etwas lieblosen Pommes Gerichte wählt).

Naprawdę wysoki poziom hotelu i obsługi. Pokoje czyste. Personel super. Teren zadbany. Piękna roślinność. Pobyt bardzo udany.

Posizione ottima.

Abbiamo viaggiato con una cagnolina di 5kg maltese e ci sarebbe piaciuto poter usufruire di ristorante e sala colazione che ci sono stati interdetti. Abbiamo soggiornato in alberghi molto più esclusivi dove ci è stato consentito entrare ed in altri dove si sono adoperati a trovare una soluzione ed avrei voluto anche in questo caso poter godere completamente della struttura.

Badezimmer viel zu klein. Die Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert, Duschkopf defekt usw.

•A fürdőbeli lefolyó szag valami förtelmes. •A liftek ijesztő hangot adtak ki sokszor. •A parkolást át kéne gondolni, mert nagyon szűkek a helyek és 5 centire álltak meg tőlünk. Lehetne a rendszámot felírni a szobákhoz, hogy szólni lehessen az autósnak aki rosszul parkol. •A beltéri medencébe szólni kéne a gyerekeknek, hogy tilos ugrálni, mert életveszély, amit sokszor csináltak. Viszont ezek a dolgok nem befolyásolták nagyban az ittlétünket, mert nagyon élveztük!❣️

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Zimmer waren absolut sauber und gepflegt. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir bestens versorgt: Das Essen war immer absolut ausreichend und das absolute Highlight am Abend war das tägliche 3-Gänge-Menü, das nach dem Buffet serviert wurde. Herzstück der Anlage ist jedoch der wunderschöne Garten mit seiner tollen Blumenpracht und dem großen, einladenden Pool. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist extrem sauber und top gepflegt.Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Rooms fir 2 persons are too small and alit insects circulate in the room once you open the window. There is no one to help with the bags..people moves in the lobby as if ther are close to the beach..

Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Großes Zimmer, tolle Terrasse mit Liegestühlen. Zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten zum See - ausreichend Wiese/Liegemöglichkeit. Etwas länger geht man ins Zentrum - tolle Altstadt mit netter Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Ci sono piaciute molto tutte le opportunità di attività praticabili tipo piscina, sauna, giochi tipo biliardino, ping pong, passeggiate, sulla riva che era vicina, e in centro città, agevolmente raggiungibile anche con una breve passeggiata. Ottima anche la disponibilità delle bici in loco e le molteplici attrazioni del luogo. Insomma un misto di relax, in un luogo molto piacevole e ben curato, e di attività in un paesaggio affascinante che rendono il soggiorno speciale. Ottima la colazione e comodo il parcheggio.

E' stato tutto ottimo nulla da sottolineare come negativo.

L'hotel è molto curato, lo staff gentile e disponibile e i servizi veramente ottimi. Cena e colazione abbondanti, con molta varietà di proposte per tutti i gusti. È un hotel molto grande quindi con molti ospiti e questo, per quanto mi riguarda, è l'unico neo ma solo perché a me non piacciono i luoghi troppo affollati. Comunque un' ottima esperienza. Consigliato.

Great location, close to the lake and a short scenic walk to the town. Pool was great. Rooms were clean. Plenty of free parking and ability to store & charge our e-bikes. Staff were incredibly friendly & there was lots of advice available about the local area. Food was excellent. We were half board & had a four course dinner each evening. Not everything was to the taste of my 11 year old but that was more about trying new things. No one ever went hungry.

هذا عبارة عن شقة تطل على حديقة جميلة وتدار. عن طريق صاحبها وهو شخص متعاون جدا ،الشقة متوفر لها مواقف خاص للسيارة برقم الشقة مجاني وهذا من النادر تجده لان كل الفنادق والشقق الأخرى توفر لك موقف برسوم يومية موقع الشقة جميل جدا بجوار كل شي المطاعم العربية والأجنبية ومقابل الحديقة من الجهة المقابله توجد سوق الساعات الثمينة مثل رولكس وكارتيه ورادو وغيرها ،، على بعد خطوات مشي يوجد ستاربكس ودانكن وعدة مقاهي جميلة

فندق قريب من اهم الاماكن السياحية في ريفا، الطاقم ودود جداً ومتعاون.

• The staff were incredibly kind and professional. • The breakfast buffet was superb. • The outdoor pool and indoor spa are the icing on the cake.

I loved this place and will be back with my family very soon, but some areas of the hotel could use renovation.

מיקום מעולה, האוכל טוב מאוד גם בבוקר וגם בערב, השירות נהדר, יש חנייה.

החדר קצת קטן ל 4, המים בבריכה מלוכלכים, הזרם במקלחת חלש, המזגן בחדר חלש ועושה המון רעש, המיטות לא נוחות.

Cały obiekt jest duży i w miarę zadbany. Dużym plusem są dwa baseny wewnętrzny i zewnętrzny, a także 3 stoły do bilardu. Dania na kolacji były smaczne i codziennie inne. Darmowe rowery, ale raczej do zwiedzania miasta. Przyjmują psy i są elastyczni względem ich rozmiarów. Okolica cicha, a jednak bardzo blisko plaży.

Trochę stan obiektu. Wymaga pare remontów. Wieczorne koncerty mogą być uciążliwe, jak ktoś ma balkony lub tarasy bliżej ulicy i od strony jeziora.

Alle waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, der Ort Riva del Garda ist zauberhaft. Wir hatten mit Halbpension gebucht, wascich nur empfehlen kann.

Lovely hotel in a great location so close to the lake. We had a spacious family room which was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We absolutely loved the food- fantastic breakfast with so much variety and each evening meal was delicious. Friendly staff throughout the hotel and the pool area was great. We made use of the bikes at the hotel to explore further around the lake which was great. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very successful stay at the Savoy Palace hotel. A major advantage is the free parking for hotel guests. The hotel is beautifully surrounded by flowers, and both the heated outdoor and indoor pools are a great place to relax. The interiors are very elegant, clean, and well-maintained. ​Breakfasts and dinners were at a very high standard—a large selection and excellent quality of food. The staff deserves special mention. After reporting our daughter's food allergy, the next day we received detailed information on which menu items contained the allergen. This shows professionalism and care for the guests. ​The hotel also has a very good location. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable holiday and a high standard of service.

L'emplacement a côté d’une sublime plage. Les chambres grandes, propres. Les fromages du petit déjeuner étaient de très bonne qualité !

J'ai été déçu du petit déjeuner. Certes il y avait beaucoup de choix mais la qualité n’était pas la.. les oeufs brouillés étaient, je pense, tout faits. Le bacon on aurait dit du plastique. Le café pas bon du tout. Pour un 4 étoiles, peut mieux faire, quand bien même il y a beaucoup de clients.

La posizione è fantastica: vicinissima al centro e perfetta per accedere alla passeggiata lungolago, ideale anche per fare il bagno grazie alle zone sicure delimitate dalle boe. Ho apprezzato tantissimo la colazione, eccellente e con un'ampia varietà di prodotti; in particolare, ho trovato ottima la parte del salato, che viene mantenuta calda e quindi sempre 'fresca'. Molto utile anche il sistema del 'pass' per il parcheggio: sapere che l'hotel può contattarti in caso di necessità trasmette una grande tranquillità.

Zapłaciłem i uważam że byłam takim samym klientem jak inni Byłam w wielu hotelach o wysokim standardzie ale nigdzie takich wariactw nie było Poproszę o odpowiedź i rekompensatę

La mia camera ogni giorno veniva pulita e pronta per le 14:30 / 15:00 ! Il costo di euro 4,50 per una bottiglia di acqua da 75 mi sembra eccessivo! Non c’è nessuno che fa rispettare le regole di comportamento in piscina ed in buffet per i maleducati che purtroppo ci sono !

Davvero un'ottima struttura, dotata di ogni comfort. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. A due passi dalla passeggiata sul lago e in una mezz'oretta si raggiunge il centro (camminata super piacevole, imperdibile). Ottime le piscine e la colazione.

Forse il senso di sovraffollamento la mattina a colazione ma lo si può immaginare in una struttura del genere in piena alta stagione. Non ci ha creato problemi.

Hotel przeznaczony raczej dla starszych osób , wieczorna muzyka i tańce niczym w Ciechocinku . Bardzo małe pokoje 2+1 ( pokój deluxe) , przydał by się już mały remont . Siłownia nie nadawała się do trenowania , sprzęt zepsuty i stary . Śniadania w miarę dobre , brakowało zieleniny typu ogórek , sałata itp . Hotel dosyć spory a co się z tym wiąże dużo ludzi , rodzin z dziećmi i starszych osób .

Deixa ver por onde começar… A cidade é linda e o hotel tem essa vibe! Fomos bem recebidos! O estacionamento embora cheia sempre tinha opções de lugar pra estacionar, a localização é bem próxima a lugares para caminhar/ passeio, restaurantes, shopping, farmácia, mas um pouco mais recuado da via principal! Banho de piscina com meus filhos e andar na ciclovia com as bicicletas disponibilizadas pelo hotel gratuitamente foi uma das minhas melhores recomendações da nossa viagem à Itália, bom café da manhã…

Frühstück war reichlich und das Angebot umfassend. Man bekam auch ein frischgemachtes Spiegelei wie auch ein Omelette. War sehr gut. Das Abendessen begann mit Vorspeisen wie verschiedene Salate, die sich jeder zusammenstellen konnte. Bei Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und Nachspeise konnte man zwischen 5 Gerichte wählen.

Our first visit to Riva Del Garda, and after a lot of research, booked Savoy Palace for 7 nights. It was fabulous and in a great location, close to the lake and a nice stroll to the old town. Service, food, atmosphere, the pool, lovely gardens and very friendly staff all deserve a mention. Must give a particular mention to Omar who always had a few minutes for a chat to ask about our day. We’ll definitely visit Riva again, and wouldn’t hesitate booking Savoy Palace.

Bra familjehotell, lagom stor pool som inte blev för djup. Barnen kunde plaska runt självständigt Bra lekrum och spelrum. Fanns biljard och table tennis Aircondition var superb är, var välbehövligt i värmeböljan.Terass dom hörde till rummet var fin. Gångavstånd till stad och sjön Frukosten var bra, halvpension var bra för vuxna. Om barnen är lite kräsna ätare kan man be dem om enklare barnaltenativ typ pasta,pommes etc.

Il personale nei ristoranti e bar erano poco attenti e poco gentili. Non c’è personale che ti aiuti per le valigie da portare su e giù alla stanza per me una grossa mancanza dato che al check out ero da sola con la mia bimba e ho fatto molta fatica.

Very large facility with a big restaurant, large grounds including swimming pool and lounge area. About a 15-20 min walk into the old part of Riva del Garda. A very nice breakfast as well.

Somewhat out dated, but that didn’t detract from the experience.

The Savoy Palace is a lovely hotel with extended seating area at the bar and an extensive dining area, top of which overlooks the pool and garden. It is quite far out of Riva though, a good 20 minute walk but there is a bus stop not far from the hotel on the main road which costs approx 2 euros per person each way. This was a special anniversary holiday for us booked as a package holiday, the room we got was on the 5th floor overlooking the back of the hotel not far from building work, the room was small and very old looking with marks on the walls and a very small balcony. As it was a special holiday I asked reception if we could be moved due to the building work etc and eventually after having to say it was a special anniversary holiday we were moved to the first floor to a much nicer bigger room with a lovely balcony overlooking the side of the hotel. Unfortunately we found the food not to our liking at all, there was a selection for 1st, 2nd and dessert courses but obviously a lot of pasta and seafood but all the food we had was just a bland taste - not what we expected from a 4 star hotel in Italy. I would not recommend anyone to take the half board option at this hotel, we ate out one night as there was nothing on the menu that we wanted to eat and had chicken and chips and a delicious dessert not far from the hotel which was full of flavour and we enjoyed a lot. Our waiter Omar was very pleasant and helpful but the rest of the staff were very unfriendly and quite often we had to step back to let the staff come down the steps instead of them standing back to let guests through! On one occasion we even had to ask at reception to ask housekeeping to leave some toilet roll and tissues in our room as they didn't when cleaning the room! We also came back one day and the balcony door was open - we didn't leave it that way and I can only assume that they forgot to close it after servicing the room. When we checked out the receptionist didn't even ask if we had a nice stay or wished us a safe journey home. We stayed at this hotel about 20+ years ago and honestly couldn't fault it but not this time - the hotel should only be given 3 stars in my opinion, we will definitely will not stay there again.
