Die Klimaanlage schaltet sich von selbst ein und dadurch war es zu kalt im Zimmer. Ansonsten sehr schön.

Asub väljaku ääres, väga heas asukohas. Mugav parkimine maa-aluses parklas, sissepääsuga otse hotelli. Parklasse sissesõidul tuleb tähelepanelik olla, et mitte kogemata kaubanduskeskuse parklasse sõita! Hommikusöök rikkalik. Bolzano on armas linn väga paljude toidukohtade ja butiikidega, ostlejate paradiis.

Vannituba ujus, kui duši all käisid. Voodi kõrval oli pistik katki. Külmkapi juures võiks olla info, kas külmkapis olev vesi ja muud asjad on tasuta. Hiljem selgus, et on tasuta, meie ei tarbinud igaks juhuks. Seifi ust ei saanud kinni panna ja seepärast polnud võimalik kohvrit vastavale alusele panna.

We stayed for several days and had a great time. The hotel is in a great central location, allowing you to walk easily to many of the main sights, as well as to the bus and train stations if you want to travel to other parts of the area. The room was a good size, well furnished, and comfortable. The breakfast offering was also excellent, with multiple options. As an additional nice surprise, the hotel also informed us we could get a travel pass for the area, giving us free access to public transport during our stay.

Nothing to add on dislikes, it was a great experience from start to finish.

Nie polecam nikomu tego hotelu pierwszy raz w życiu spotkałam się z taką biurokracją przez którą nie mogłam spędzić urlopu. Regulamin jest ważniejszy dla właściciela hotelu niż gość.

Biurokracja w recepcji. nie można było zmienić daty pobytu o 2 dni. Niestety moja rezerwacja przepadła z pieniędzmi.

Die Zimmer sind recht klein. Die Übernachtung war sehr teuer.

الموقع ممتاز والإطلالة جميلة جدًا، والموظفون في الاستقبال متعاونون ومحترمون. نسيت حقيبة فيها أغراضي الشخصية، واحتفظوا بها بأمان إلى أن عدت لاستلامها. تجربة ممتازة وأنصح بالإقامة فيه والموقف من الاسفل على طول للفندق

Sehr zentrale Lage, top Ausstattung, großartiges Frühstück

The hotel is in a great location and has a wonderful staff. From Shaby who was a shining star and so gracious to us after a hot, long travel day, to Samuel and Giulia who gave us excellent hiking recommendations, the hotel was just what we'd hoped. Plus the breakfast buffet had a terrific selection of foods.

Initially we had some problems with the parking garage and our ticket, but a garage attendant came to our assistance.

Fantastic location right on the old city square. Close to tons of restaurants and shops. Easy access to train, buses, and cable cars. Great breakfast in the morning. Room was standard European hotel with two twin beds. Air conditioning worked great. Staff were friendly and helped us with restaurant reservations and hiking recommendations.

We had no issues at all.

The location was perfect for access to anything in Estes Park. Very comfortable room and extremely clean. The outside lot was right at our door, so accessible to room with luggage was great.

Was schade war das der Wellness Bereich nicht zugänglich war. Dadurch fand ich das Preisleistungs Verhältnis nicht ganz pasabel. Der Orangensaft beim Frühstuck schmeckte nicht nach Orange.

Struttura situata nel centro della città, con possibilità di parcheggiare nel parcheggio sotterraneo pubblico. Colazione ottima e personale qualificato e disponibile. consigliato sia per lavoro che turismo.

Genaugenommen haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen, weil es wohl eine kleine Überbuchung gab. Rührend um uns gekümmert. Nach gratis Wein dann das Upgrade bekommen. Ich komme wieder.

Nichts zu meckern.

Frühstück war OK, große Auswahl, gute Qualität, alles Bestens. Lage des ist PERFEKT! Zimmer entspricht den Fotos und war auch OK. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen.

Unbeatable location in the heart of Bolzano and close to the train station. It is a gorgeous building inside and out and very clean and well kept. It felt like luxury, and the staff was amazing.

As is the case in in many European hotels, the AC unit is weak and cannot keep the room very cool in the summer. I often woke at night sweating. The breakfast food lacks variety.

La mancanza del bidet, la spa chiusa e la pulizia discreta che per un 4 stelle non è proprio il massimo... mi aspettavo un piccolo sconto a fronte di quanto prenotato e non avuto... mi sono accontentato delle scuse. Sicuramente non tornerò in questa struttura.

Clean room and a comfortable bed. We had a great view of the large plaza and the mountain above the town. The staff was great and Chabby at reception was especially warm and friendly. We had been traveling through Europe for a month so we both were at bit tired and worn out so we had a number massages from Leonora who was really good and personable. The breakfast buffet was superb.

Our room had no USB ports for charging devices. Luckily I had an electric plug with a number of USB ports for charging. The toilet had a weird cover that would go up and down automatically but when as a male I had the seat up it would close before I was finished. My wife found it irritating too. The money would have been better spent by the hotel putting in USB ports and having standard toilet cover/seats.

Wunderschönes Hotel im Zentrum von Bozen. Auch das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns als Motorradfahrer war es super eine Tiefgarage gleich unter dem Hotel zu haben.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum von Bozen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind für ein Stadthotel groß und bestens ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr umfänglich. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Ein schönes Hotel in bester Lage.

Vielleicht abgesehen von der telefonischen Kommunikation mit der Rezeption bezüglich der Parkmöglichkeiten, war alles in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum Nebenraum, in welchem der Gast fern sah. Durch die Tür war das recht laut zu hören.

We enjoyed our stay and reception staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good for a continental breakfast with a wide array of baked goodies, fruit and yogurt as well as scrambled eggs, pancakes and bacon. We didn't use any other services.

If you have a car, park in the Walther Platz garage, not Walther Plaza, which is under a mall several blocks away. Their driving instructions were a little unclear about this new underground connection to the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is truly dog-friendly, and the staff were always kind, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for exploring. Breakfast was great as well, with a very good selection. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

מיקום מעולה במרכז בולצאנו. מלון מחודש ויפהפה. חניה בתשלום ממש מתחת למלון בגישה נוחה בחניון גדול מתחת למרכז העיר ועם כניסה פרטית מתוך החניון אל המלון. מזגן מצויין.

החדר די קטן. בארוחת הבוקר אין מספיק ירקות אך היא בסך הכל בסדר

What I enjoyed the most was the location and the staff, the room was really confortable. The only thing was the communication after we left. We forgot personal items and sent a message directly to the hotel but we did not get any response back. .

We loved everything.

El personal ha sido MUY amable, de recepción, de limpieza y del desayuno. Mil gracias! También debo remarcar que han sido muy pet friendly. Una tarifa de 25€/día y te dan comida para perro!

Tal vez el baño, no era pequeño pero estaba mal distribuido

Rummet var stort och rymligt, badrummet fint och sängarna mycket bekväma och inte så hårda som de brukar vara i Italien. Väldigt fin frukost som man kunde inta utomhus eftersom vädret var vackert. En annan positiv sak var att hotellet hade typ ett AW-upplägg med en buffe med små aptitretare som man fick ta del av gratis när man köpte drinkar.

Instruktionen om hur man skulle ta sig till parkeringshuset var lite förvirrande. Det stod lite oklart i den text vi fick från hotellet.

De ligging was perfect, de kamer was prachtig, het bed was goed, heerlijk ontbijt en het parkeren van de auto was heel praktisch; je kon via een tunnel het hotel in.

Läget var utmärkt

Zimmer war sauber. Es gibt wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Bad ist im Verhältnis groß hat aber auch keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Frühstück war gut, man kann bei schönem Wetter draußen frühstücken. Parken kann man in der öffentlichen Parkgarage Waltherplatz unter dem Hotel. Super zentrale Lage direkt am Waltherplatz.

Wenig Ablageflächen im Zimmer und Bad.
