موقع الفندق ممتاز في وط ساحة بولزانو وبالقرب من المحلات والمطاعم والكافيات الغرف واسعة ونظيفة الفطور بسيط ولكنه لذيذ وجود مواقف عامة في اسفل الفندق بقيمة 24 يورو في اليوم، ولكن لو قمت بدفع الموقف عن طريق الفندق سيكون 22 يورو

وجود صور اباحية الغير اخلاقية في الغرفة، ولكن من الممكن اغلاق برواز الصور فندق ممتاز انصح به ولاتوجد ملاحظات اخرى تذكر

Grosses Zimmer, direkter Zugang zur Tiefgarage. Super Lage. Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut, die Auswahl aber eher beschränkt.

Die sehr zentrale Lage hat den Nachteil, dass es in der Nacht nicht immer ruhig ist.

Es ist ein charmantes Design Hotel in allerbester Lage. Der Blick direkt auf dem Walter Platz bei entsprechendem Zimmer, ist einfach unglaublich schön. Das außergewöhnliche Frühstück auf der kleinen Sonnenterrasse und der aufmerksame Frühstücksservice. Der herzliche, persönliche Empfang an der Rezeption. Die Möglichkeit, die wunderschöne Parkanlage und den Pool des Nachbar Hotels Laurin mit zu benutzen. Die kleinen Details runden das Hotel Greif zu einem luxuriösen Aufenthalt ab. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast noch richtig verwöhnt. Das Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gepflegt.

Good location, nice breakfast and staff there. Front desk were sweet girls.

The lift was broken and it was a long climb to our room. No bellman but they did get someone to help when we asked. But shouldn’t a 4 star hotel have a bell staff? Our room had no view which we paid for. When I called to complain they said they were completely sold out. So…we stayed 1 night in the most horrible bed we’ve ever slept in. It creaked when we moved and was unbearably hard. Neither one of us slept. I complained the next day and we were immediately moved to a much better room with kind of a view. But, why were we put in that room in the first place?

Incómodo en mi opinión para personas adultos mayores - q movilicen equipajes por tener muchas escaleras a saber : desde ingreso cochera a hotel 2 de varios escalones - luego salida por cambio de ascensor otra escalera - salida ascensor pasillo a habitaciones otra escalera - ( con reducido personal para colaborar con el traslado de equipaje ) . Escalones dentro de la habitación para trasladarse por ejemplo de la cama al baño -

Le scale interne per prendere l'ascensore e per raggiungere la stanza. Potrebbero mettere un rampa almeno per le valigie. A mio avviso il prezzo è decisamente alto.

You had to be careful about the steps from the bathroom to the bedroom.

Bellissimo hotel in pieno centro con parcheggio, a pagamento, sotto l'hotel. Compreso di piscina, sauna con tutto incluso. Ottima colazione sia a buffet che con pietanze da ordinare. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera superior grandissima.

Hotel moderno in piano centro. Stanza con arredamento moderno e funzionale, letto comodo. La stanza era silenziosa nonostante affacciasse su un vicolo vcino alla piazza centrale, grazie ai doppi vetri. La sauna e la piscina esterna non le ho provate. Ci sono stata solo una notte quindi non posso dire di più. Personale alla réception molto gentile. Considerato il prezzo della stanza, migliorerei il tipo di carta igenica (di carta riciclata e non morbida), ma magari era una scelta ecologica.

Non era chiaro a colazione con che cucchiai prendere la frutta e i cereali.

La struttura è bellissima e la nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e affacciava direttamente sul Duomo. La colazione è abbondante e molto buona. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole!

La ubicación, en pleno centro histórico, y el edificio, que es bonito y tiene encanto.

Numerosas escaleras por todo el hotel y ascensor averiado, lo que hace muy difícil la estancia para personas con movilidad reducida. La ducha era de muy difícil acceso, la cama crujía muchísimo con cualquier movimiento y la luz de la mesilla no funcionaba. La primera habitación estaba sobre la terraza del restaurante y tuvimos que pedir un cambio. Además, el parking anunciado a 22 € finalmente costó 24 €. Para un hotel de esta categoría y 250 € por una noche, esperaba mucho más.

Zentrale Lage am Walterplatz mit direktem Zutritt über das öffentliche Parkhaus. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Hotel Greif ist empfehlenswert!

super sensationelles Frühstück. ich bin begeistert. So fängt der Tag gut an. es hat auch eine Sauna, haben wir aber nicht benutzt war schliesslich genug warm draussen.

das parken ist sehr kompliziert. von einer tiefgarage mit dem lift in eine andere tiefgarage. wieder mit dem lift und dann auch noch zweimal eine treppe… sehr kompliziert und das mit koffer und reisetasche.

Geen duidelijke communicatie. Ze geven dat honden welkom zijn. Op locatie blijkt dat hond alleen op kamer mag. Niet in het ontbijt zaal. Bij inchecken is er niks over aangegeven. Bij binnenkomst van ontbijtzaal word niks gezegd. Toen ik aan het ontbijt zat, kwam een medewerker naar mij toe om te zeggen dat ik weg moest. Letterlijk je moet weg, hond niet toegestaan. Op een erg onvriendelijke manier. Hotel is erg verouderd. Wij gaan er zeker nooit meer terug.

Das Personal war besonders freundlich, die Einrichtung des Zimmer war besonders schön und funktional. Die Lage im Zentrum war super. Achso ich habe das außergewöhnliche Frühstück fast vergessen. .

La COLAZIONEEEEEEÈ!!!! FANTASTICA nel Giardino con personale SQUISITO, prodotti TIPICI ottimamente preparati e presentati ed ABBONDANTI!! LA CAMERA (un appartamento) un sogno. Così come il bagno e gli ACCESSORI presenti. La POSIZIONE....dal balcone a 50mt c è la piazza Walther (dalla quale si va ovunque) ... Con viata sulle ALPI...MAGNIFICO.

Vor der Buchung wäre ein Hinweis sehr hilfreich, dass das ganze Hotel (von der Tiefgarage zur Rezeption, von der Rezeption zum Lift, vom Lift zum Flur zum Zimmer) und - zumindest unser grundsätzlich sehr schönes Zimmer 304 (16 Stufen vom Wohnbereich zum Schlafbereich) sehr viele Treppen aufweist und daher für Menschen, die sich mit dem Treppensteigen nicht leicht tun nicht empfehlenswert und schon gar nicht barrierefrei ist.

Room was beautiful and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was perfect! Fresh squeezed orange juice and the best coffee - and a little bonsai tree on our table. Elegant but understated. My first night in Italy and it set the tone for a wonderful week. A short walk to the charming town square.

Our driver had a hard time finding the right entrance to the hotel. Ended up dropping us off in the parking garage, which was fine - we found our way.. not sure if there was a better solution. I DO love the huge wooden doors decorating your actual entrance!

Amazing central location, excellent high quality breakfast, a big renovated room with all the amenities.

They do not offer the Bolzano card or Ritten card that provides guests with free rides in the local buses and cables. This card is offered in most hotels in the area. It is a shame for such high quality hotel.

Location very central to city and train station

Hotel très bien situé, très bon accueil et on a eu 1 upgrade pour la chambre. Assez grande chambre avec petite terrasse. Le réceptionniste nous avait même recommandé un super petit restaurant pour la soirée. Excellent petit-déjeuner le matin avec des produits de qualité , il ne manquait rien. Service café/thé à table par une serveuse très sympathique et souriante.

The location could not be better. The underground parking was convenient and was connected to the hotel. The room was very clean and quiet. Amenities provided were of good quality and bed mattress was firm. Breakfast was also excellent. Most of all the staff were very kind and helpful.

Il Greif è sempre una garanzia! La posizione, le stanze spaziose arredate con stile, lo staff estremamente gentile, e poi la colazione con una varietà di tè e di frutta che raramente si possono trovare

Excelente localização! Quarto amplo e banheiro com banheira. Tem uma academia pequena no hotel e é possível utilizar a piscina perto. Café da manhã excelente!

Infelizmente me deram um quarto bem em frente ao salão do café da manhã e o barulho começava antes das 7h...Pedi para trocar de quarto mas não foi possível...As senhoras responsáveis pelo café da manhã são bem lentas e demoram para repor as bebidas e alimentos.

La camera: non una matrimoniale ma quasi una suite con terrazzino personale. La pulizia: impeccabile. I confort: inimmaginabili. La colazione: da lasciarti a bocca aperta.

Booked two rooms for three nights one for us for ne for my daughters It was a good size comfortable room with again good size terrace. Bed was heavenly , breakfast was great which has my favorite variety of fruit salads with a glass of champagne. I also used fitness and sauna both was good enough to sweat and enjoy. This hotel also share garden and swimming pool with another hotel , garden is good size beautifully planted we with Daughters enjoyed a lot with having our evening drinks

Das Greif ist immer schon unser Hotel in Bozen. Jeder Aufenthalt war bis jetzt wunderschön. Wir genießen die Stadt mit ihrem Flair, das Hotel gehört auch dazu. Hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten, die gehobene Zimmerausstattung und das Frühstück mit sehr feinen Produkten

The front desk man didn’t feel too approachable- the bartender was really nice though!

Das Zimmer in der zweiten Nacht war super, das Frühstück war auch super, das Hotelpersonal war extrem freundlich.

In der ersten Nacht hatte ich ein Zimmer auf die Straßenseite hinaus, wo schon ab 5:00 Uhr morgens die Anlieferung Zone mit extremen Lärm war. Mir wurde dann für die zweite Nacht ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, dass komplett ruhig war. Dieses habe ich dann genommen und konnte daher die zweite Nacht genießen.

Top Lage - direkt am Walterplatz! Grosszügiges Zimmer in dem Fall im Dachgeschoss mit tollem Zuschnitt und beeindruckendem Ausblick.

Wunderbares Frühstück auf der Terasse. Freundliches Personal, das unseren Freunden noch spät am Abend einen Zimmerwechsel ermöglicht hat,da das 2stöckige Zimmer für sie wegen Gehbehinderung ungünstig war. Danke. Ausgezeichnete Wegleitung zur Parkgarage gleich beim Hotel.

Short walk to train and everything we wanted to do and see. Beautiful large room. Amazing dreamy breakfast. Great helpful staff

Dim lighting in black marble shower. Upholstered furniture in room were a little stained and beat up. Had trouble with temp. Our room had a patio so the only window was a door and it didn’t seem secure to leave it open at night. So it was a bit too warm at night no matter what we did with the thermostat

The staff at reception were mediocre at best. Uninformative and off putting
