Me gustó mucho la ubicación, en una zona tranquila, cerca de todo, buenos restaurantes cerca, la habitación era cómoda, hicimos el check out muy temprano y fueron muy amables en prepararnos unos breakfast box y conseguir un taxi para traslado al aeropuerto a buen precio

El baño, en este hotel nos hospedamos en dos ocasiones, la primera vez el baño era muy pequeño, la segunda vez era una habitación distinta con un baño más amplio, pero no tienes donde colocar nada (jabón, champú) no tienen una repisa o algo, entonces es incómodo, podrían mejorar eso

Very convenient location to restaurants and shopping. breakfast was excellent. Everyone was very pleasant that worked there. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable.

This was such a cozy and quiet hotel that still managed to be within walking distance of everything. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and had lots of options, and our bed was comfortable and the AC was plentiful after a scorching day in Rome. I'd definitely recommend it to a friend.

Just the shower was a bit odd with the half curtain half door situation. We were worried about getting water all over the floor.

The staff went above and beyond expectations to assist in getting transportation for my group. The breakfast was awesome.

The location is excellent,surrounded by cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores, and a bus stop nearby. You can easily walk to the Trevi Fountain or even the Colosseum in less than 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room size was adequate, and while the shower was a bit small, it had great water pressure.

Breakfast was the weakest point of our stay. It felt very repetitive with a lot of pre-packaged items, limited fresh fruit, and inconsistent bakery options (some felt fresh, others not as much). The juices from the machine were also extremely sweet, you might want to skip the hotel breakfast and explore local options nearby instead!

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage zu einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten die fußläufig zu erreichen sind (Colloseum, Trevibrunnen, Spanische Treppe) und die Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 3- 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Vor allem der Mitarbeiter am Empfang (der mit dem Zopf) war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten Glück und ein riesiges Zimmer mit riesigem Bad bekommen, obwohl Classic gebucht wurde. Das Frühstück war gut mit einer großen Auswahl an Kuchen und Kaffeestückchen. Allerdings hatte das Rührei einen leicht süßlichen Geschmack. Zuerst dachte ich, man habe Salz mit Zucker verwechselt, dem war aber nicht so. Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr gut. Ein Fleckchen auf dem Kopfkissen und schon wurde es frisch bezogen.

Der Blick zum Innenhof war nicht so schön, dafür war es aber ruhiger als zur Straße hin. Man kann halt nicht alles haben. Die Dichtung an der Duschtür war leider mangelhaft. Nach dem Duschen hatte sich ein See vor der Dusche gebildet, der erst mit dem Handtuch "trockengelegt" werden musste (Rutschgefahr auf dem glatten Marmorboden). Einige Ablage Möglichkeiten im Bad wären wünschenswert gewesen.

מיקום מעולה, כ-15 דקות הליכה מהקולוסיאום וממזרקת טרווי, קצת יותר לפנתאון ולפורום הרומי (כ-20 דקות). צוות אדיב ומוכן לעזור במידה וצריך, החדר נקי. במרחק לא גדול מהמלון יש בתי קפה, מסעדות ופיצריות. שקט ולא רועש.

מקלחת קטנה יחסית, מזגן טוב אבל מרגיש קצת חלש. ארוחת בוקר הייתה מעולה לצרכים שלנו והיו גם אופציות ללא גלוטן, אך לחלק יתכן והבופה יתפס כמצומצם (לחמים, נקניקים, גבינה, ריבות וממרחים, קצת ירקות, קצת פירות, קצת מאפים, שתייה חמה וקרה) ודי קבוע (כמעט אותו דבר בכל בוקר).

Short walk to all amenities inclusive of Trevi Fountain. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were pristine (we stayed in the new refurb part of the hotel). Location was nice and quiet at night but also safe and accessible to all tourist attractions. Bedroom and bathroom were modern, comfortable beds and clean shower etc

Not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity if you want food in the evening but of no fault to the hotel. Do NOT under any circumstances use their airport transfer service. Our driver was 50 mins late picking us up and we had to rush for our flights back to the UK. We were told the original driver was sick but this is a blatant lie as an Australian family were in the lobby shouting that their driver was also over 30 mins late and they were going to miss their flight. If the hotel has any sense I’d remove all association with this taxi firm.

Location was good and the hotel was listed as 3 star but the room was not sound proof there was too much noise at night in the alley and also in the morning for cleaning the sound was too loud and we couldnt sleep properly for the days we stayed there.

Il soggiorno in questo hotel è stato semplicemente fantastico! Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale. La camera era pulita, confortevole e curata in ogni dettaglio. Anche la posizione è eccellente, comoda per raggiungere facilmente i principali luoghi di interesse. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole e rilassante. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel e ci tornerei sicuramente!

La ubicación es muy buena, a solo unos minutos de la Plaza de la República y de la estación. Justo detrás de Vía Nazionale. El hotel está muy bien, la habitación renovada y el desayuno completo. Lo mejor es su personal, todos muy amables y muy simpáticos y te ayudan con todo lo que necesites; un 10 para todos, especialmente Patricio en la recepción y Fabio en el desayuno, muy atentos siempre.

Spacious rooms that were spotlessly clean. Modern clean bathroom. Deon (I think) on the front desk was very helpful and warm and friendly. Location was superb. Quiet street with wine bars that opened in the afternoon and convenient to supermarkets and other supplies. Could walk to all the attractions and a short taxi to Vatican City.

We booked a Classic Double Room, which happened to be on the main floor. Initially I was worried it might be noisy being on the main level but it was excellent! The room was modern, clean and good sized. It was quiet, never heard people in the other rooms or in the hallway. Location was excellent, so many cafes and food options right outside the hotel, and a 10 min walk to the Colosseum.

Algunas instalaciones necesitan un lavado de cara como el ascensor. Pero esto es algo normal en Roma.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché la sua pozione è buonissima, a piedi si riesce a raggiungere grande parte del centro di Roma. Dopo però siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno: l' hotel è molto pulito, tranquillo . Lo staff cordiale, disponibile pronti a consigliarti dei posti da visitare. Al nostro prossimo viaggio più che sicuro che sceglieremo Hotel Virgilio di nuovo!

I like the location of the property, the cleanliness and the nice interaction with the staff. We were here 10 years ago and decided to stay here again for nostalgia. It was renovated now, much modern that what I remember. It’s very well located with lots of nice restaurants around the vicinity.

Ottima posizione della struttura per poter girare comodamente il centro. Stanza essenziale ma funzionale, peccato per la ventola del bagno che non da cenni di vita. Personale del mattino particolarmente gentile e molto apprezzata la possibilità di depositare i bagagli sia in attesa del check-in che in fase di check-out.

Súper céntrico, se llega muy fácilmente a todos los puntos de interés. Recién remodelado, muy limpio, cuarto de baño muy amplio. Ropa de cama y toallas buenas, cama cómoda, habitación súper silenciosa. Personal muy amable en general.

Coordinamos con el hotel un taxi para el aeropuerto pero no llegó pese a que lo re confirmamos la noche antes de salir de Roma; el empleado que estaba en recepción en ese momento no nos ayudó ni fue proactivo.

Ancak kısa sürede şu tecrübeleri edindim otel çok temizdi ve konforluydu çalışanlar çok yardımseverdi ayrıca konaklamaya başladığımız için iade hakkımızın olmamasına rağmen geriye kalan iki gecenin iadesini yaptılar.

Emplacement idéal pour se balader dans les lieux, les plus visités de Rome, facilité pour déjeuner ou dîner. L’hôtel et le personnel sont parfaits.

Le petit déjeuner est très limite même si le prix reste très acceptable. Aucune sorte de pain et celui proposé n’est même pas frais. Mais l’hôtel est tellement bien placé Kiki a tellement d’autres endroits. Prendre un très bon petit déjeuner. Mélangé à la vie des citadins.

The caulking in the bathroom was moldy. There was a waste dispenser on the wall next to the toilet that had waste in it (not from us) that was never cleaned out. There were fruit flies in the breakfast room. The walls in the hallway were dirty; it just overall had a neglected feeling.

A estadia no hotel foi ótima, quarto e banheiro limpos, cama e lençóis muito confortáveis. Ótimo chuveiro. Ar condicionado não gelava muito, mas foi o suficiente para não passarmos calor durante um verão de 40°C. Funcionários simpáticos, conseguimos deixar as malas no hotel de manhã após o checkout para pegá-las após aproveitar o dia. Ficamos no prédio ao lado do hotel mas não foi nenhum incômodo.

Elevador bem antigo mas não foi um grande incômodo.

Tertemiz bir otel . Personel çok ilgili ve her detayı samimiyetle anlatıyor. Oda çok temiz ve konforlu. Odadaki herşey ücretsiz; çikolata , şarap , minibardaki içecekler vs ücretsiz. Merkezde istasyona 7-8 dk uzaklıkta ve gezilebilir alanların tümünü otelden yürüyerek çıkıp gün içerisinde yaklaşık 45 dk süren bir yürüme turuyla gezebiliyorsunuz.

L'accueil et la propreté ont été très satisfaisants. La climatisation dans la chambre a été très appréciée aussi surtout par cette canicule.

Le pain et les viennoiseries au petit-déjeuner auraient gagné à être plus frais. De vrais jus de fruit aussi aurait été un plus, et les oeufs brouillés étaient froids. Le métro était un peu loin par rapport à ce qui était indiqué, les distances peuvent sembler courtes mais à pied sous la chaleur avec une valise sur les pavés c'est différent. La distance entre la gare Termini et l'hôtel était quasiment identique que les métros Cavour et Republicca. Mais l'emplacement de l'hôtel est intéressant car proche du Colisée. La panne de l'ascenseur le jour de notre arrivée avec les valises, mais l'hôtelier nous a proposé son aide. Un peu de bruit aussi venant des chambres voisines.

Hotel was in a great location and felt very safe and clean. Breakfast was good and had plenty on offer. And has a nice late check out time of 12.

The lift wasn’t working all week, so after a long day of walking, you had to climb the 3 flights of stairs. They did help with our bags on arrival and departure, I know it’s not a major issue but did get annoying.

Chegamos de madrugada e fomos muito bem recebidos. o Hotel fica bem localizado, no bairro de Monti. com um bom café da manhã e um bom quarto. Opções boas de restaurante por perto. Fica a 1km da Fontana de Trevi e 1km do Coliseu.

Infelizmente quando chegamos o elevador estava fora de serviço e não havia sido consertado até a data de nossa saída (5 noites). Além disso havia cheiro de mofo no sistema de ar-condicionado.

Clean and well equipped room (although tiny).

The room was really tiny, just walls around the bed, no sound isolation (or effort to be mindful of noise), the elevator wasn’t working and the AC was automatic - set to 21 degrees without the possibility to change the temperature or even to turn it off (it was on 24/7, even when we were out, it’s a shame, so we turned the mains switch off or opened the window to not freeze. The hotel’s explanation was that American tourists want rooms to be this cold :D Breakfast so so, mainly carbs and sweetened foods, no lactose free options (there was gluten free bread), a vegan would suffer.

The room was always neat just like the hotel itself. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The room we got was on the newer side of the property. The room was spacious and had tall ceiling. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a big sink. The shower was big and had a fancy detachable shower head. I like the shampoo they provided since it smells gentle but fragrant.

We were in Rm 328. We were surprised that it had a small walk-in closet with a big clear glass window. Unfortunately, there is no privacy in the walk-in closet since the window lacked a curtain or covering to provide privacy to get dressed in the walk-in closet. We did not really use it except to hang our used bathroom towels on the hooks or hangers they provided. So please put some kind of window covering in the walk-in closet for privacy. During our stay, the elevator was under repair, so it was inconvenient at times to go up to the 3rd floor or to visit our friends on the 5th floor.
