Hotel Hiberia

La ubicación es muy buena, se puede ir a pie a muchas de las atracciones. Hay restaurantes cerca. La gente en la recepción es sumamente amable, simpática y atenta. Tuvimos una habitación que no daba al frente, resultó muy silenciosa y tranquila.

El baño no tenía dónde apoyar cosas, había que dejarlas en el piso; tampoco dónde colgar la toalla de mano. Sería bueno que agregaran esos detalles.

Right from the beginning the reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable and humorous. Really nice start to the trip. Location was of course great and you can walk to most of the famous locations. Plenty of amenities nearby. Rooms were clean and well kept. The breakfast team were lovely and the chefs provided an excellent breakfast.

This property is fantastic, it is located in a great part of town, close to all the great sites.

A charming hotel full of history and character. I especially love the unique, old-fashioned elevator—it really adds to the hotel’s charm! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, with many major attractions nearby. The price is also very reasonable. Overall, a lovely and memorable stay!

The building is a bit old as expected in Rome, it also has a lift (old one) but works perfectly and saves the hassle of going up the stairs with the luggage. Receptionist was very welcome and gave us a lot of information. Location is very central and you can reach the most famous sites easily by walk. The room was very comfortable, beds were amazing and the bathroom was super clean. We did not eat there but they have a restaurant next door which pizza is amazing and opposite there is an ice-cream shop and it was yummy...

Hotel muito antigo .

Расположение отеля великолепное. Все основные достопримечательности Рима в пешей доступности, до вокзала Термини 15 минут на автобусе или 45 минут пешком. При этом отель расположен на тихой улочке, в стороне от толп людей и шума. Номер был чистый, хотя ремонт немного устаревший. Кондиционер исправный. В номере есть панель управления и можно настроить его под свои предпочтения. Горячая вода всегда была. Завтрак хороший: были и сладкие и соленные блюда, и фрукты и овощи.

Шторы в номере были порванные.

The location is perfect and easy to reach the main monuments such as the Colosseum, Fontana Di Trevi and the Pantheon. The building is old, and you can see it mainly because of the elevator. lol The staff is so friendly and polite. The breakfast is very good, with plenty of options like fruit, beverages, bread, and more.

The elevator is a little bit scary, but we could handle it.

The only complaint I could make was that it was a shame there was no smart tv for international guests to watch shows when escaping from heat!

El personal del hotel es muy amable y te ayudan con lo que necesites. Son muy amigables. Hablan varios idiomas y es muy importante para una buena estancia en la ciudad. Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas y hay bar en las habitaciones. Al lado se encuentra el restaurante Petrucci, donde se desayuna con el plan desayuno incluído. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la Fontana de Trevi y otros lugares de Roma. Muy recomendado el hotel . Gracias por todo cuando estuve allí. El hotel queda a 40 minutos máximo del aeropuerto.

Era cerca a la Fontana di Trevi y a la estación Roma Termini. Les aconsejo que si llegan a Termini , tomen bus hasta el hotel, aunque caminando es cerca , hay demasiadas calle en subida y con maleta no es recomendable.

Atvykome anksčiau nei check-in laikas. Viešbučio personalas maloniai pasitiko, pavaišino kava ir paėmė saugoti mūsų kuprines iki kol gausime kambarį, tad patogiai galėjome tyrinėti miestą. Gavome suit tipo kambarį su labai autentišku interjeru. Mums labai pasisekė, nes jis buvo tobulas. Visai tai personalo dėka, ten dirbantys žmonės yra tiesiog fantastiški.

O banheiro tinha uma cortina de plastico que a meu ver não condiz com a estrutura do hotel. O chuveiro tipo ducha, estava posicionado na parede errada, de frente pra cortina o que dificultou um pouco , pois a agua batia direto na cortina . Se estivesse na lateral e não na frente, dentro da banheira estaria mais bem posicionada para banho. O café da manha era bom, mas poderia ser melhor. Todos os dias era a mesma opção.

El personal que fue muy atento servicial y profesional.La habitación grande los muebles antiguos pero muy cómodos se duerme muy bien el baño más bien pequeño el desayuno muy bueno la ubicación muy buena para ir andando a todos los lugares de interes excepto el vaticano pero nosotros por ejemplo fuimos de ida en bus 64 que tiene la parada a 20 MTS del hotel y andando de vuelta. El precio razonable volvería

This Hotel is in great location. Walking distance to major attractions/landmarks such as Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum. Breakfast is very good, Room is very clean, and all of the the staff were amazing, accommodating and extremely helpful.

Nice location, the staff were super nice and friendly, the breakfast it is ok to start your day, the rooms are big and you have elevator. The hotel and restaurany was also pet friendly.

The location was the best in Rome, I swear! We could walk to almost anything and if we couldn’t walk, it was just a short taxi ride! It is so clean and I liked having a hot pot in the room to make coffee. And now let’s talk especially about the service and the staff. It was the most welcoming, gracious, accommodating, and friendly: everyone we encountered was that wonderful. The bathrooms were big and the showers were wonderful and the water pressure was amazing.

Not much storage space, but we just used our suitcases as drawers! It might be an American thing, but there were no small washcloths provided to shower with or wash our face with. But that is definitely not a huge problem or would ever keep me from staying here! The breakfast provided was good, but the scrambled eggs were consistently runny and gross - probably just a preference issue. Loved the hard boiled eggs!

L'hôtel Hiberia est charmant, idéalement situé, son personnel est très sympathique.

Lo mejor del hotel es su personal, son atentos, amables, cercanos y te hacen la estancia muy, muy fácil. Desde el servicio inicial de transfer desde el aeropuerto, el Restaurante (al que fuimos muchísimo) y el transfer de vuelta; todo excelente.

Hotel Hiberia hat eine perfekte Lage. Sehr viel LE Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Trevibrunnen, spanische Treppe, Pantheon und auf der anderen Seite das Viertel Monti der zum Colosseum und Forum Romanum mit Palathin führt. Bushaltestelle zum Vatikan befindet sich paar Schritte entfernt. Das Personal ist durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders die Herren an der Rezeption

El hotel está muy bien situado, a 8 minutos de la Fontana de Trevi y a 13 del Coliseo, al lado del precioso barrio de Monti. Las camas son muy cómodas, la ducha funciona perfectamente y la instalación de aire acondicionado es buena. Tienen un restaurante con una relación calidad-precio excepcional. El personal es encantador y te hace sentir como en casa. Nos han gestionado también el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. Muchas gracias por todo.

El personal fue super amable en todo momento. Incluso nos preguntaron si queríamos que nos guardarán las maletas durante el día.

Because hotel were in a old building so the facility wasn't very good.

We liked the location, mattress, the pillows and travel bed. It was to be honest on of the best pillows and mattress we’ve ever slept on. Also the cot bed was very very cute and colourful, never seen any place putting so much effort in for the care of babies, they placed an extra mattress in this as well which makes for me even better height wise as I’m petite! our son slept whole night through which he normally doesn’t! Perfect location, close to many touristic attractions. Staff were very helpful and polite.

The property has an amazing location and friendly and helpful staff.

It is outdated and it needs a refurbished to become more comfortable. We witnessed a frustrating situation from one of the staff towards a black family that were guests at the hotel, something that we considered racist and made us very upset. It was very uncomfortable and sad to witness that. For that reason I would not consider staying at the hotel again.

직원분들 매우매우 친절하십니다 처음 도착했을때 기쁘게 반겨주시고 가보면 좋은곳들 설명도 해주세요 트레비분수 걸어서 8분 콜로세움 15분 안걸린거같아요 걸어서 갈수있어서 좋고 호텔앞에 버스정류장이 있어서 이동하기 편했습니다 너무 더워서 얼음 요청 자주드렸는데 요청드릴때마다 한가득 담아주셔서 감사했습니다:)

Worst hotel I ever been in. One night the toilet didn’t work and they didn’t have another room, the bed isn’t one bed but two separate beds, the water in the shower didn’t sink properly and they didn’t solved it, and refused to refund.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in July. Clean, comfortable room with comfortable beds and a great view from the window. The customer service was fantastic - the front desk staff was super helpful and easily arranged taxis for us. Would definitely stay again!

It was conveniently located to nearby attractions. My daughter’s Quad rooms were spacious and fit their family of four comfortably with lots of character and modern amenities. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

My double room was extremely small, but cozy. The elevator was very old and only fit 3 people, but we loved the experience.

Hotel muito bem localizado, os funcionários muito prestativos, principalmente o Sr Rafael. O quarto tranquilo e completo.

Não tive algo em específico, se puder dar um conselho: há muitos alimentos doces no café da manhã, iria bem um pão e vários tipos de queijos. Mas a variedade é boa.

Hotel Hiberia is located in Trevi locality and not far from main tourist attractions. The Hotel is clean, well furnished with large comfortable rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It was our second stay at Hotel Hiberia and would stay again. Petrucci restaurant located on the ground floor has excellent food and beverage and good prices. Very clean and comfortable

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, w pokoju było czysto, klimatyzacja działa, personel bardzo pomocny. Rano poszliśmy się wymeldować, mieliśmy jeszcze trochę czasu do samolotu więc postanowiliśmy zwiedzać z bagażem ( podręczny) , jednak Pan z recepcji zaaprobował nam abyśmy go zostawili. Kiedy wróciliśmy zaoferował skorzystanie z toalety, doładowanie telefonu. Bardzo miło nas to zaskoczyło.
