The place is a bit run down, but priced accordingly. The location is perfect for a night around a flight from FCO. Under normal circumstances the airport is a 20 min drive away, but beware, in the morning peak the traffic is bad and that trip can be an hour. There is a breakfast which is adequate without being gourmet. There is a lift.

It was unusual not to have a fridge in the room.

Dobrá lokalita blízko pláže, centra a vlakovej stanice. Blízka ulica v noci sa utíši a nepočuť hluk. Raňajky sú talianske, prevažne sladké, ale aj chlieb, syr. Vynikajúca káva. Pekný výhľad na more.

Hotel už pred viacerými rokmi potreboval rekonštrukciu. Možno, že niektoré veci (omieka...) sú nebezpečné. Ak niekto nad vami si vezme nevhodnú obuv, ozýva sa to široko-ďaleko. Ventilátor v kúpeľni nefungoval.

Starší hotel, dobrá lokalita, krásný výhled na moře. Parkování u hotelu na hlavní cestě bez poplatku. Snídaně skromnější, ale byla i káva.

Otvíraly se nám dveře do pokoje, když byl průvan. Veškeré větrací mřížky a otvory byly zaneseny prachem.

La struttura è fatiscente, la camera non assomigliava per niente a quella in fotografia. Il bagno imbarazzante, sporco ovunque. Non c’è l’aria condizionata. Il balcone cadeva a pezzi.

The hotel was extraordinarily clean — honestly, I rarely see this level of attention to cleanliness. The room was cleaned every single day, with an impressive level of care and involvement. The staff was also very kind, friendly and always smiling. For a hotel in this category, the location was a pleasant surprise: very close to the beach, with a lovely sea view. We really enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be a wonderful choice for a relaxing time in Lido.

The bathroom was extremely small — probably the smallest bathroom we have ever seen! 😄 You had to open the door, the window and the shower in a certain order just to get in properly. That said, it was absolutely spotless, which we really appreciated. The small size is perhaps understandable given the hotel's classification, but it can definitely feel a little claustrophobic. The breakfast was rather minimalist and a bit repetitive. We were surprised that there were no eggs, for example. On the positive side, the coffee was really good and helped make up for the simplicity of the breakfast.

Posizione ottimale fronte spiaggia e vicinissima al centro di Ostia. Camere dignitose, non grandissime ma neanche piccole.

Rivedrei un pochino la manutenzione, i servizi ci sono tutti, nella mia stanza il water non scaricava bene, darei una rinfrescata alle pareti per togliere un pò di atmosfera datata e qualcosina in più per la colazione(non pane industriale, più succhi freschi, acqua frizzante, non solo naturale).

It’s reasonably priced. The location and the view is great. I always stay here when I come to Rome. Easy to get to airport and the train goes to town. The Breakfast is a pleasant plus.

Soggiorno di una notte, hotel 3 stelle nella norma con l essenziale pulito molto carina la hall stile anni 80. Staff molto gentile la mattina presto sono dovuto partire prima della colazione che era inclusa e mi hanno fatto trovare una brioche.

L'unica cosa positiva di questo posto è stato è stata la gentilezza dello staff che ha cercato di risolvere le mancanze che ha questa struttura. Altri punti positivi non ne ha.

A iniziare dal fatto che non dicono o specificano che l'aria condizionata è centralizzata, la accendono quando vogliono loro e non è un granché, la condensa dell'aria perde dal soffitto creando una pozza d'acqua orribile nel passaggio verso il bagno. È totalmente da ristrutturare e rivedere. La colazione una delusione, roba secca e vecchia si sentiva che non era fresca. All'inizio ci avevano dato una stanza dove il wc era attaccato praticamente alla parete e il letto anche se matrimoniale si divide in continuazione perché sono due singoli uniti. Un disastro.

Struttura fatiscente , doccia senza box ..neanche piatto della doccia..., solo una tenda mezza staccata che fa allagare tutto il bagno tra l altro senza finestra ... Senza bidet..lavandino che si ottura appena apri l acqua ..la camera non ha frigo... Letto matrimoniale fatto da due letti non uniti che appena ti sdrai si aprono rischiando anche di cadere in mezzo... Non c è posto per stendere un asciugamano tornati dal.mare... Una catastrofe. Da depennare

Wszystko było ok. Nie rozumiem osób, które pisały o nim złe opinie. Klimatyzacja działała i była wystarczająca przy 35 stopni. Było czysto, okna szczelne, nie było komarów, było bardzo cicho w pokoju. Hotel nie ma żadnych wad budowlanych: zdjęcia przedstawiające opadający tynk są nieprawdziwe albo nieaktualne. Hotel przy morzu, blisko deptaku gdzie są lokale i restauracje.

Jedyne co można poprawić to śniadanie: dość duży wybór, ale wszystko niskiej jakości.

Posizione veramente ottima, a un passo dalla spiaggia e dalla piazza nei prezzi dei viali principali nella zona Lido Centro. Staff veramente gentile e disponibile, la reception 24 ore è sicuramente un vantaggio.

La struttura e il servizio colazione sono sicuramente un pò old style. Una piccola ristrutturazione dei balconi (non certo pericolanti ma sicuramente non nuovissimi) e la sostituzione del mobilio un pò più vecchio, specialmente nel bagno, non farebbe male. Ma per il prezzo rispetto alla posizione non c'è di che lamentarsi.

La camera piena di polvere ,le ragnatele e cumuli di polvere dalle bocchette dell' aria condizionata e complessivamente l'odore di muffa e chiuso ha reso il riposo notturno quasi impossibile

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, strandok pár perc sétára, a Róma felé tartó metromare kb 10 perc sétával elérhető. A szoba céljának teljesen megfelel, tisztaság volt, kényelmes ágy, minden nap takarítottak és cserélték a törölközőket. A személyzet is nagyon kedves. A reggeli bőséges, főleg édességek, de vannak sós opciók is. Ezen az áron teljesen megfelelt az elvárásoknak. A recepción lehet vásárolni üdítőt, vizet, rágcsálni valót. A légkondi központi, de nagyon jól funkcionál, kicsit hangos, de meg lehet szokni.

Уютный маленький номер. Единственный завтрак был очень скудным. Бутерброд не с чего было делать кроме сыра. Ни колбасы ни яиц, ни овощей.. Но пицца с кабачком была вкусная. Также с собой в дорогу взяли немного круассан и пицца, т. К. Выезд был ранний. Персонал очень приветливый, на стойке регистрации всегда кто-то есть при необходимости, в 6 утра они вызвали нам такси до аэропорта.

Мне не понятно, почему со стен не вытирают размазанных и прилипших к ней комаров!? И это касается не только этого отеля. Я такое уже видела. Я сразу понимаю, что уборщица не париться на счёт уборки или эти кровавые узоры на стенах и потолке - предупреждение, что комары там есть?. Но честно, впечатление портиться. Во-вторых, я размера XXXL, я не смогла влезть в душевую кабину вообще, ни прямо ни боком. 30-35 см вход в душевую кабину!!! . Мы были там 2 ночи. Я мылась у мамы в другом номере. А если б не она? То где??? Дверь в туалете просела и открывалась и закрывалась с большим усилием, замок вовсе сломан. Как пожелание, хотелось бы, чтобы в отеле были на срочный случай гигиеническиесредства: прокладка и тампоны.

Purtroppo l'aria condizionata è centralizzata e alle 23 si stacca.Pertanto non c'era possibilità alcuna di riaccenderla ne l'albergo ci ha sofferto in alternativa un ventilatore.Il che per queste torride estati non è molto confortevole.

Die Lage ist toll, das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Es war für jeden etwas dabei, inklusive einer feinen Auswahl an leckeren Kuchenteilchen und einem sehr freundlichen Service.

Die baulichen Mängel des Hotels wurden von anderen Gästen schon beschrieben. Uns haben sie nicht gestört.

Все! Все отлично и рамположение в центре, и пляж через дорогу, завтрак вкусно и хороший выбор, очень и очень чисто. Вежливый и любезный персонал. Помогают и создают комфортные условия. Рекомендую.

Not expensive, this hotel on the beachfront at Ostia is an example of its era, but has everything you need for a stay, even if lacking some little things that one could wish for. Check-in was easy and straightforward, staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean with a desk, shelf and hanging space, and a comfortable bed. The air-conditioning worked well, and windows were able to be opened for fresh air. Although not a breakfast person, the breakfast looked excellent covering most continental options, including muesli and yoghurt. The Barista available for coffee to order was a lovely selling point for me. I would definitely stay again.

There wasn’t a fridge in the room, which I hadn’t expected but in the summer heat would have been nice. It is showing its age, but the (?original) travel posters give it all a retro vibe

Lots of mosquitoes, malfunctioning and noisy air conditioners, and lots of dust in the room. The staff was good and tried to help, but it was still bad because the hotel was old.

Ostia é um bairro de Roma, localizado a 30 km do Centro da cidade, acessado pela linha ferroviária Metromare. Muito fácil de chegar, partindo da Termini. O Hotel está localizado na avenida da praia, a 800 metros da estação ferroviária (viajamos sempre de trem), ao lado da praça na qual se localizam os bares e restaurantes, além de uma feira artesanal muito movimentada. Também vale a pena conhecer Ostia Antica (a apenas duas estações de trem), um antigo porto da época do Império Romano, com ruínas muito bem preservadas. Ostia foi um bom passeio, tanto na parte cultural, como na gastronômica.

O café da manhã não era ruim, apenas um pouco limitado, sem muitas opções. Mas nada que tenha comprometido nossa estadia.

Room walls and ventilation panels were really dirty with dust. Door to the room from the corridor and doors inside of room were all with ventilation panels and all noise from corridor came through.

Én a véleményem egyben írom, nem szedem szét negatív és pozitívra. Későn olvastuk a hsz-kat. A leírtak megfeleltek a valóságnak. Elhelyezkedés tökéletes, DE! nem volt saját strand, és minden nap sok sok euró volt a belépő, sehova nem kedvezmény. A reggeli szinte csak édes, a kv jó. Minden nap volt takarítás, de csak a látható helyeken. Pl szekrény teteje, ajtó, tv poros volt. Két ágy volt összetolva, matracok cserére érettek. Minden nap tiszta törülköző és ágynemű. Maga az épület is régi, retró hatású. Szobàban volt hűtő, tv, vízforraló. 4 napot töltöttünk ott, ennyit ki lehetett simán bírni, főleg h napközben nem voltunk ott.

We had two rooms for a family holiday. The rooms are on the smaller side; there is a kettle, though one room had a mini-fridge while the other didn't. The hotel is older and has a history; with the right management, it would have huge potential given its prime location. The Wi-Fi didn't work on the first day, but it was fine after that. We had mosquitoes the first night, but we used electric repellers we’d brought from home, so that sorted the problem. The air conditioning wasn't working in one room, but we were lucky enough to get a room change since the hotel wasn't full yet—it was fully booked later on. We have to commend the staff; the housekeeping team cleaned daily—fresh towels and bed linen were always provided, the bathroom was spotless, and toiletries were restocked. The mattresses were comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Italian-style; although included in the price, it was rather meager by our standards—though we were prepared for that. One of the breakfast ladies was truly lovely—always smiling and helpful, and she even made patterns in the cappuccino foam; the croissants were tasty and fresh. The second lady, however, goes down as a negative point for the hotel! The hotel is in an excellent location: close to the airport (a 15-minute taxi ride) and near the beach (right across the road, though a beach set there costs €50!). Access to the sea is free; further along, there is a private beach that charges an entrance fee. About a 7-minute walk away, there is a public beach where you can bring your own umbrellas, though you can also rent them at a reasonable price. There are showers, toilets, and a great beach bar serving excellent coffee and drinks. The water is warm and shallow, the seabed is sandy, and there are rock breakwaters.

A major downside was the staff—specifically the woman working the breakfast shift from June 15th to 17th. She really ought to undergo training on how to treat guests, and her supervisor should have a word with her; she was a very unpleasant woman—the sort of person who shouldn't be working in the service industry or dealing with the public. She was clattering dishes and trays and kept me waiting, only to serve an Italian gentleman who arrived after me first. She told my partner "una persona = una coffee, una croissant" :-( and ultimately complained to the receptionist that I was bringing my own oatmeal—so, in the end, the receptionist had to deal with me :-). It turns out this woman has already been mentioned in other reviews. Even though breakfast starts the day, don't let this woman ruin your holiday :-); enjoy Italy!

Hotel stary, ciasny i zniszczony. Łazienki malenkie. Prawdopodobnie " dorobione" kosztem powierzchni pokoju. Pierwsze wrażenie po wejściu do hotelu było okropne. Po czasie doceniłam pracę obsługi. Dali z siebie wszystko aby w tych warunkach zadbać o wygodę gości.

The location was great that’s why i don’t understand why they don’t invest in this hotel ! Everything was old dated and you could see that the air conditioning wasn’t cleaned out for years I can say.

Unfortunately, this hotel is not well maintained, even though, as I mentioned above, it has great potential. Its location and the large number of rooms could make it a wonderful place to stay. Sometimes, it’s the small details that make all the difference.

Le matelas était confortable et la climatisation était la bienvenue.... Et c'est tout !

Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel a 3 étoiles ! La chambre et la décoration sont vieillottes, il y avait dans la salle de bain une pseudo douche à l'italienne qui n'en était pas une (juste un vieux rideau de douche qui vois collé à la peau et le siphon de la douche se trouve devant le WC !), l'eau se dispersé partout dans la minuscule salle de bain, passe sous la porte et se propage jusque dans la chambre (obligée de mettre devant la porte de la salle de bain des serviettes pour faire office de barrage), une insonorisation inexistante (on entend les voisins éternuer, de moucher, prendre leur douche...) et je ne vous parle pas des voisins du dessus tous les matins à 5h en train de déplacer des meubles ?? On retrouve des fissures partout dans les chambres et sur le balcon (on aurait presque peur d'y mettre les pieds de peur que ça s'écroule), le petit déjeuner moyen (des viennoiseries à peine mangeables, du jus de fruits horriblement sucrés et inbuvables) et enfin.... Un personnel pas très accueillant voir pas du tout (hormis la femme et l'homme qui se trouvent à l'accueil), à 10h on vous fait comprendre qu'il faut dégager le plancher ! Enfin, concernant la situation géographique : pas grand chose à faire (même le point d'information se trouvant à 2 pas de l'hôtel est déplorable (aucune activité ne nous a été proposée et la seule adresse qu'on nous a donnée était fausse... Nous nous sommes retrouvé au fin fond d'un chemin où on nous a demandé de faire demi tour car interdit aux voitures !). Seul pont positif : Rome n'est pas loin (environ 30km) En bref : À FUIR

Hotel Ping Pong to bardzo dobrze usytuowany i ciekawy obiekt z długą historią sięgającą lat 60. XX wieku. Warto mieć to na uwadze, że mimo iż lata świetności ma już za sobą, a „ząb czasu” jest tu coraz bardziej widoczny… to personel dokłada wszelkich starań, by w hotelu było czysto i schludnie m.in. codziennie sprzątając pokoje. W pokojach także codziennie wymieniane są ręczniki, dokładane jest mydło itp. W barze przy recepcji (czynnej całą dobę) można zakupić napoje i przekąski. Śniadania są bardzo pyszne i wbrew temu, co piszą niektórzy goście w opiniach – można zjeść nie tylko na słodko, ale także m.in. trzy rodzaje pizzerinek. Pani serwująca pyszną kawę – uśmiechnięta i uczynna, podobnie cały personel od recepcji po panie sprzątające. Mieszkałyśmy na III piętrze w pokoju z balkonem i widokiem na morze i mimo sąsiedztwa ruchliwej ulicy można było się na nim zrelaksować patrząc na wodę. Goście, którzy w opiniach narzekali na komary i na to, że hotel „nic z nimi nie robi” widocznie nie zauważyli, że w recepcji jest informacja o komarach i można pobrać do pokoju elektrofumigatory przeciw komarom i wkłady do nich. Rada od nas: warto mieć ze sobą spray przeciw komarom itp. dodatkowe zabezpieczenia :). Hotel zauroczy miłośników starych plakatów, rycin i… historii ping-ponga zawartej na starych fotografiach. W recepcji można zostawić swój bagaż przed i po czasie rezerwacji. Hotel ma też strefę wypoczynkową otoczoną zielenią przed wejściem do obiektu i taras na dachu.

Zaznaczając, że dla nas poniżej wymienione sprawy nie stanowiły większego problem – warto jednak, by hotel zaczął dokonywać napraw np. opadających drzwi do łazienki rysujących płytki, zalanych paneli na suficie w przedpokoju, wymiany starych klejących się wieszaków czy dokładniejszego sprzątania powierzchni, które się bardziej brudzą (jak stół i krzesła na balkonie).

Najlepsze w tym obiekcie to Pani z recepcji ;) oraz lokalizacja

Z klimatyzacji strasznie śmierdziało grzybem, ponadto była ustawiona przez właściciela i nie można było ustawić mniejszej temperatury. Brudna pościel, w łazience brud i pleśń. Od rana ktoś hałasuje nie można się wyspać. Brak pilota od telewizora. Hotel do remontu i odświeżenia. Drzwi wejściowe nie domykały się!!

Esperienza terribile. 65€ per una camera singola, che ho trovato vecchia e nemmeno così pulita. Ma soprattutto senza aria condizionata, il 10 luglio con 38 gradi e una umidità incredibile. Era impossibile respirare, altre camere non disponibili, ho scelto , nonostante fosse mezzanotte, di prendere la macchina e tornarmene a casa mia. Pessimi.

Excellent location in the city center, very friendly and helpful staff, and clean rooms. The hotel has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that made me feel very welcome.

The only downsides were the leaking air conditioner and some worn-out facilities, especially the shower enclosure, which didn't close properly. The breakfast selection was rather limited, but everything was fresh and tasty.
