Breakfast was good.

Absolutely everything. Run down and dirty. Furniture looks home made and so does the decor. Pictures used for advertising were false. Owner is rude presents a very poor image. Reception has been turned into a nursing home for an old lady.

War bestimmt mal ein schönes Hotel, das ist aber vermutlich Jahrzehnte her. Das Bad war eine Katastrophe , Schimmel an der Dusche, Ablage heraus gerissen usw. Im Schlafzimmer Fliesen locker , alles extrem abgewohnt.Die Tür zum Flur schließt nicht richtig. Lichteinfall vom Flur, damit keine Privatsphäre.

Výborná lokalita, blízko mora a pláže. Bývali sme na 3. poschodí s terasou odkiaľ bol nádherný výhľad na more, pozorovali sme odtiaľto aj západ slnka. Izba bola primerane veľká pre dvoch raňajky boli v pohode.

Colazione completa, stanza molto comoda, posizione eccezionale. Un neo, ma che non mi ha dato fastidio, la mancanza dell'ascensore sul lato dove era sita la mia camera, che per altri potrebbe essere un problema (lo ripeto, non per me). Confort oltre l'atteso. Lo terrò presente quando in futuro tornerò a Lido di Ostia.

La posizione, non funzionava il televisore e non è stato cambiato, avevo avuto uno scambio di e-mail importanti e non sono state prese in considerazione

Arrived at hotel earlier than the stated check in. But we had a room which was great. Old school with a room key which they advise to leave at desk when we went out. Room was large with a great balcony. Window in the bathroom. Shower was small but powerful. Room looked and smelt clean. A quant old school hotel. Staff efficient. Hotel entrance looked tried. Steps going into hotel so not sure about disabled access. Breakfast was uninspiring. Charming breakfast room.

Starší, ale velmi čistý hotel přímo na pobřeží, cca 800 metrů od nádraží. Vybavení pokoje též starší, ale naprosto postačuje, včetně klimatizace a minibaru. Úžasná terasa s výhledem na moře! Vynikající bufetová snídaně včetně skvělých čerstvých croissantů. A hlavně milý a ochotný personál.

La camera è pulita con un bel terrazzino vista mare. Bagno spazioso doccia buona. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi in camera prontamente risolti. Personale gentile. Colazione buona.

Struttura essenziale ma pulita

Oltre a essere un appartamento molto carino e molto comodo per il matrimonio a cui dovevo andare, i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi con me e li hanno aiutata in tutto! Anche preparandomi la stanza in anticipo per consentirmi il tempo necessario a prepararmi per il matrimonio.

Пляж через дорогу, но он платный, минут 5 пешком от отеля находится общественный пляж на котором можно прекрасно найти место, арендовать зонтик и шезлонг или устроиться прям на песке. Море просто супер. Номер был с большим балконом, очень удобная кровать, уборка в номере хорошая. В номере есть чайник, что встречается довольно редко в Италии, чай/кофе. До Рима можно добраться на метро, очень быстро и удобно.

Если не хотите получить разочарование от отеля бронируйте номер без завтрака. Первый раз за свой многолетний опыт встречаю такую концепцию. Яйца нужно сварить самому, причем пока они сварятся, если конечно сварятся, ты уже перейдешь к десерту; фрукты настоль мелко шинкуют, что их просто неприятно даже есть, круассан режут пополам, наверное тоже - экономия. Мне кажется лучше позавтракать в кафе их рядом достаточно много.

I booked 3 rooms and requested close each other. The front ignored and gave us rooms in different floors and sections of the building. Fix these old, broken wooden chairs in the room and the veranda/terrace. Not convenient at all in a 2 ft x 2 ft (0.6m x 0.6m) size tiny shower room.

Hotel jak najbardziej OK w stosunku do ceny. Mogłyby być śniadania trochę bardziej urozmaicone. W łazience trochę za mały brodzik. Zasłonka okalająca ciągle się wysuwa poza brodzik i zalewa podłogą. Obsługa techniczna hotelu powinna trochę uwagi poświęcić stanem technicznym łazienek. Ale podsumowując jesteśmy zadowoleni.

Pobyt w hotelu był bardzo udany i z przyjemnością będziemy go wspominać. Od samego początku zwróciła naszą uwagę wyjątkowa życzliwość, uprzejmość i profesjonalizm całego personelu. Każdy pracownik był pomocny, uśmiechnięty i chętnie odpowiadał na nasze potrzeby, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się naprawdę mile widziani. W szczególności dziękujemy Panu z recepcji.

En flott opplevelse på Hotel Sirenetta – Lido di Ostia 🇮🇹 Jeg hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold på Hotel Sirenetta i Lido di Ostia, Italia. Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhet rett ved sjøen, og utsikten er virkelig vakker. Det var deilig å kunne nyte nærheten til stranden og den avslappende atmosfæren. Rommet var rent og komfortabelt, og personalet var vennlige, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Frokosten var også god, og hotellet hadde en koselig og avslappet stemning. Lido di Ostia er et fint sted å bo dersom man ønsker å kombinere strandliv med en tur til Roma. Det er enkelt å komme seg inn til Roma, samtidig som man kan trekke seg tilbake til sjøen etter en dag i byen. Alt i alt hadde jeg et veldig fint opphold på Hotel Sirenetta og kan absolutt anbefale hotellet til andre som ønsker en hyggelig ferie ved sjøen i Italia. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake! ❤️🇮🇹

We had view for the sea from the balcony. Actually it was very close to the beach. The accommodation provided all the necessary facilities, like air con, fridge, toiletry, towels, wife, bathroom.

We were only two together so, one room was enough but it was really just one room and a bathroom. Felt a bit small.

A kertben sok lehetőség rejlik, érdmes lenne kihasználni és frissíteni az ottani kerti bútorokat.

Da ich meinen Ausweis verloren hatte, konnte ich dort trotz 2 bezahlter Zimmer für 2 Nächte für meine Familie mit 2 Kindern (Alter 9&12) und vorhandener digitaler Kopie des Ausweises nicht einchecken. Der Besuch bei 2 Polizeistationen und ein Telefonat der Botschaft mit der Rezeption des Hotels konnte die Angestellten nicht überzeugen, dass ich dort die erste Nacht bleiben kann und am nächsten Tag zur Borschaft fahre. Ich weiß, rechtlich ist das Hotel im Recht, in Italien ist ein gültiger Ausweis Pflicht. Meine Familie und ich sind dann alle abgereist und das Geld ist weg. Die Herzlosigkeit und Stimmung in dem Hotel war jedenfalls unterirdisch!

Quello che ho apprezzato maggiormente è sicuramente la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale. Avevo richiesto una camera con vista mare e un balcone con lettino, e la mia richiesta è stata accolta senza problemi. Durante il soggiorno il personale si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Non ho davvero nulla da obiettare sotto questo aspetto: è stato un punto sicuramente positivo del soggiorno.

La colazione è in linea con il prezzo della struttura: non è niente di eccezionale, ma nel complesso va bene. Secondo me, però, ci sarebbe margine per migliorarla. Ad esempio, sarebbe molto meglio offrire una spremuta fresca al posto dei succhi confezionati, soprattutto considerando la grande disponibilità di frutta fresca che abbiamo in Italia. L’unica vera pecca, che si presenta ogni mattina, è la mancanza di cucchiaini e, a volte, anche di piattini. Sarebbe sicuramente utile prestare un po’ più di attenzione a questi piccoli dettagli, che fanno la differenza durante la colazione.

The place is very well located, just some steps to affordable beach clubs, restaurants and city centre. There was a large balcony in our accommodation, where we could have a nice view of the boulevard. The breakfast is simple but nice and works well.

The bed is not so comfortable. The shower was broken and could not be fixed in the wall or support. The hotel is quite old and needs some refurbishments but still works well for a nice stay of few days.

Dopalo mi se samo sto je blizu plaze.

Nazalost, mnogo sta mi se nije dopalo. Dorucak nije svjez uvijek, stalno je jedno te isto za dorucak, jaja sami sebi kuvamo, sto oduzima dodatno vrijeme. Sobe se nisu cistile dobro, samo nesto povrsno. Osoblje se ponasa kao da su oni meni platili smjestaj. U sobu ulazi ko stigne. Lose iskustvo u svakom slucaju.

Rummet var stort och rent, även om inredningen var lite åt det äldre hållet. Läget var väldigt bra med nära till både tågstationen, stranden och torget med många restauranger. Incheckningen var smidig och det var lugnt och tyst på boendet. Frukosten var fantastisk och överlag kändes boendet väldigt prisvärt.

Det enda negativa var duschdraperiet, som verkligen skulle behöva bytas då det såg smutsigt ut och nästan hade fläckar som liknade mögel

I have returned here almost every year since 2019. I love this hotel. It is close to the airport and the sea. The staff is friendly and helpful. The terrace is great!

I have been returning to this cute hotel since 2019 almost every year. Some things have changed - I miss the bar being open in the afternoon and evening. The hotel overall needs a little updating it deep maintenance (ie paint) but it is still charming. The bathroom needs updating in 209. The furniture on the terrace is in need of replacing. Even so, it's a nice place to stay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, I was very surprised and disappointed by how much the service has changed. First of all, I want to say that the hotel itself is wonderful. The location is absolutely fantastic, especially if you want to stay close to the sea. The rooms are very nice, spacious and comfortable, and almost every room has its own balcony and little garden, which is a huge plus. The breakfasts are also very good and tasty. From the hotel itself and its location, I really have no complaints.

However, the biggest problem this time was the staff and the level of customer service.Unfortunately, I found the staff to be very unfriendly and not customer oriented at all. They seemed to have a very narrow view of each situation and, instead of trying to find a solution, simply refused to help.For example, I asked at reception if I could borrow a bottle opener, take it to my room and bring it back afterwards. I was initially told no. Eventually, they gave it to me for a couple of minutes, but then a staff member came to take it back because, apparently, there was only ONE bottle opener for the entire hotel.Another situation was even more frustrating. My door accidentally closed while the key was inside the room. I went to reception and explained that the key was inside my room, not in the lock. However, the staff member completely misunderstood me and thought that the key was stuck in the door. The situation became so absurd that they were almost going to call someone to come and break the door open. At the same time, I was even told that it was my fault and that I would have to pay for opening the door.I eventually spoke to the manager and explained the situation again. Only then did they understand that the key was simply inside the room and that there was no key stuck in the lock. In the end, they opened the room with a spare key exactly what could have been done from the beginning. Later that evening, around 10 p.m., I also asked at reception for the mosquito-repellent refill used with the device provided in the room. I was simply told that the staff member didn’t know where it was and couldn’t help me.What disappointed me most was not even the individual problems, but the attitude. There was no attempt to understand the situation, find a solution or even apologise. The general impression was more like: “take it or leave it.”

Bliskość do morza i dobra klimatyzacja. Dodatkowy plus za świetną kawę.

Obiekt stary, farby nie widziała już lata. Śniadania kiepskie, mały wybór, brak owoców i świeżych warzyw ( nie wliczając półmisek sałatki owocowej, która powinna wystarczyć od 7-10, czyli w godzinach serwowania śniadania). Brak jajecznicy, już nie mówiąc o możliwości zamówienia omleta. Warto większą uwagę zwrócić na kurz panujący w jadalni, ramy, obrazy, lampy, drzwi do windy wyglądające jakby wysmarowane marmoladą a wystarczy płyn i ciepła woda. Poza tym hotel z duszą i ciekawym klimatem oraz pięknym widokiem z balkonu( barierki też można umyć) po odświeżeniu, posprzątaniu i wprowadzeniu bardziej rozmaitego wyboru na śniadanie będzie ciekawym miejscem i godnym do polecenia.

Bardzo udany pobyt! Hotel Sirenetta ma świetną lokalizację, blisko morza i z dobrym dojazdem do Rzymu. Pokój był czysty i wygodny, a obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Czuliśmy się tutaj naprawdę dobrze i cała nasza rodzina była zadowolona z pobytu. Chętnie wrócimy przy kolejnej wizycie w Ostii. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Die Lage ist sehr gut, für uns durch das Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer - sehr schön. Unmittelbar davor der Strand, ca 5 min zu Fuss ist auch der öffentliche Strand erreichbar. Lokale, Supermarkt und Bahnhof in ca 10m zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist gross genug für 2, das Bett ebenfalls, Wasserkocher, Seif und sehr wichtig bei den Temperaturen - Klimaanlage und Minikühlschrank vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!!! Unsere Klospülung spinnte - war innerhalb von 20 minuten repariert. Das Hotel hat eine Sondervereinbarung mit 2 Strandbetreiber - Rabatt erhältlich für Schirme und Sesseln. Frühstück macht satt.

Wer gerne dunkel schläft bitte Schlafmaske mitnehmen, die Klimaanlage hat eine Temperaturanzeige die das Zimmer beleuchtet. Eine 2te Ablage für den Koffer wäre gut gewesen. Kein Aufzug. Das Bad ist sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen, Zwischenwende - Trockenbau -wenn der Nachbar laut ist.. hört man alles.

Спасибо персоналу отеля! Все чудесно. Аутентичный оодскульный семейный отель в лучших традициях итальянского гостеприимства. Чисто очень, вода и чайник в номере. Завтрак великолепный: все что только хочется и круасаны, кексы, иогурты, яйца, кробасы-сыры и конечно ж ароматнейший итальянской кофе! Вернусь.

We had a wonderful stay! The facilities were fabulous, and the property clean. We had a huge balcony overlooking the sea, perfect.We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return!

De locatie van het hotel was voortreffelijk; het ligt ideaal ten opzichte van eetgelegenheden en natuurlijk het strand. Formidabel. Ook de parkeergelegenheid is uitstekend. Bovendien is de ligging ten opzichte van Rome ideaal: met andere woorden, zowel de bereikbaarheid als het verblijf zijn een tien waard."

De service van het personeel was natuurlijk prima, maar de entree oogde bij de binnenkomst verschrikkelijk rommelig en onverzorgd. De receptie maakte een gedateerde indruk en deed denken aan een kringloopwinkel of een soort ziekenhuisachtige sfeer. De kamer was sterk verouderd. Het badlinnen was daarentegen perfect.Het geheel voldoet niet meer aan hedendaagse verwachtingen. Bij het ontbijt was de keuze beperkt; kort voor het einde werd er nauwelijks nog iets aangevuld. Op basis hiervan zou ik niet meer willen terugkomen.

Credo si debba rinnovare, mobilio della camera davvero vecchio e anche un odore non piacevole. Idem per materasso e cuscini. Sedie in terrazzo anche con ruggine. È davvero un peccato perché con poca cura in più diventerebbe delizioso.

Ami kevésbé tetszett, az elsősorban az ár-érték arány volt. A kapott szoba meglehetősen kicsi volt, az ablaka pedig a szomszéd épület falára nézett, ami csalódást okozott. Emellett a zuhanyzó lefolyójával is gond volt: több napon át felgyűlt a víz, így zuhanyzás közben bokáig állt a víz. Ezt végül a tartózkodásom vége felé kijavították, amit értékelek, de addig kellemetlenséget jelentett.
