Great location in old part of town near restaurants and easy short walk from station Staff very helpful, very comfortable room, good breakfast and nice pool

L’emplacement en plein cœur du centre historique. Le parking souterrain avec bagagiste dès l’arrivée. La piscine, pour se rafraîchir, car l’eau n’est pas très chaude. La salle du petit-déjeuner rénovée, très claire et le choix du buffet. La gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel.

Nous avons bénéficié d’une chambre rénovée mais plusieurs parties et chambres de l’hôtel demandent une rénovation pour atteindre l’objectif d’un hôtel totalement 4 étoiles. Le fait de recevoir l’information, après avoir réservé, que toute annulation entraînera le versement du 50% du prix de la chambre alors qu’il est mentionné annulation gratuite!

Super vriendelijk personeel die op allerlei manieren ons hebben geholpen. De auto werd in de garage gezet, koffers op de kamer. Heel schoon. Je loopt zo het centrum in.

Magnifique hotel, les gens sont d’une gentillesse et tellement serviables. Nous avons passé un séjour sans fautes, de la chambre, à la piscine jusqu’au parking tout étaient très bien. Le petit déjeuné extraordinaire. Nous voyageons tous les ans sur la même période et c’est de loin le meilleur.

The building was nice, location is very interesting and the street looks very good too. The room was clean and beautiful. We were really like the pool and the pool area too. The restaurant was excellent , the staff were professional, really friendly and kind. We enjoyed all the time we spent there. I can tell only good things about everything, from reception to waiters to cleaning staff to everyone who was serving us in the time we spend there. Thank you Hotel Monte Rose, we will see you each other soon…..😊

Very nice hotel. Our rooms were Newly decorated and very nice to stay in. The aircond worked so well, it was a life saver. The swimming pool was very nice, so was the terrace and bar/restaurant

Friendly staff. Convienient Parking garage. Located in the historic centre and near the beach. Room was modern and up to date. Pool area was clean with enough sunbeds.

Rapporto qualità prezzo non all'altezza, non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina in quanto non c'erano lettini , il bagno della piscina non era pulito.

Slidte hotel værelser. Revner i væggen. Og trist morgenmads sal.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, zudem war das Hotel sehr kinderfreundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ermöglichte uns die Altstadt zu Fuss zu erleben sowie den Hafen zu erreichen, wo wir Bootstouren bis nach Portofino sowie Cinque Terre unternehmen konnten.

Die Liegeflächen bzw. Schattenplätze beim Pool waren eher begrenzt, jedoch war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und suchte nach Lösungen.

la vétusté sur certain endroits comme a la piscine parasols déchirés margelles de piscine cassée et dans la chambre tapisserie déchiré bas de porte en bois cassé et robinet salle de bain branlant . concernant le restaurant les plats annoncé dans le menu ne corresponde pas a l'intitulé comme œuf parfait a la truffe noir a 18 € truffe présente dans l'assiette mais sans le moindre gout ni odeur de truffe. pour suivre sur un autre plat comme magret de canard fruit rouge et figues pareille dans l'assiette pas la moindre figue ou gout de figues !!! dommage car il y a des commentaires positif et une réputation pour se restaurent centenaire et dernier point mais qui n'affecte en rien mais juste un conseille mais pour un hôtel restaurent international pour la clientèle la moutarde devrais pouvoir êtres disponible comme le ketchup ou la mayonnaise. mais concernant le service il est vraiment digne d'un hôtel 4 Etoiles notamment le chef de salle qui a préparé une très belle table pour nos 18 ans de mariage avec un dessert surprise et offert par la maison

Alt var fantastisk, Monte Rosa er en lille perle i fantastiske Chiavari. Alt var perfekt, service niveau virkelig i top. Havde booket junior suite og var heldig at få dem med størst balkon. Personalet gav sig altid god tid til at levere maximal service, så prøv denne lille perle. Husk at bestille plads i garagen hvis du kommer i bil.

La struttura è storica, molto elegante, in una zona particolarmente affascinante dei portici di Chiavari; rappresenta da sempre per me una piccola isola autonoma dove spiccano comfort, eleganza e disponibilità dello staff intero; una menzione a Luca, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, ci ha permesso di usufruire di una colazione appartata assieme al nostro cucciolo ….

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ormai un po’ troppo sbilanciato verso il secondo fattore (caratteristica non solo di questo albergo ma di moltissime strutture site in Italia)

I stayed at Hotel Monte Rosa in Chiavari for one night and had an overall good experience. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the town center, restaurants, shops, and only about 10 minutes from the beach. The breakfast was good, and the swimming pool was a great place to relax on a hot afternoon. Although the pool is small, it was very enjoyable.

The hotel does not have parking, so we used a paid parking space on a nearby street. The room was a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation.

We arrived by car and were very impressed by the parking valet service they offered. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was reasonable and the location was great and very close to all the shops and beachfront.

Un gradito ritorno. Posizione, comfort, eleganza, gentilezza del personale.

La colazione è varia e ricca, ma purtroppo non incontra i miei gusti. Mi piacerebbe ci fossero dolci "meno dolci"... una buona torta al cioccolato, ad esempio. E migliorerei anche la qualità del pane.

The parking wasnt available and we had to park really far away and walk up a hill The buttons on the jacuzzi were not working and there were not many bubbles

Hotel bien ubicado y con personal muy bien dispuesto. Pileta y restaurante bastante bueno . Ellos te reservan sombrillas y tumbonas si queres ir a una playa que esta a unas 7 cuadras del hotel que que también te llevan en coche sin cargo si queres

La habitación y el hotel están un poco anticuados pero en buen estado. No parece haber mucho turismo en Chiavari asi que el hotel esta a la altura de la demanda

I had a single room and it had everything I needed for a one night stay, coffee/tea making facilities , lift , and the small touches like a pool bag with towel and flip flops and robe so you could use for the pool Hotel was clean and I had paid parking although they kept the keys so I didn’t want to keep asking for them to get stuff out of car but I was here one night so ok Bar and restaurant were great and the breakfast was brilliant and liked the touches of it being in little jars etc no waste

Posizione comodissima al centro, si possono trovare anche parcheggi gratuiti in zona. Struttura accogliente, staff molto gentile , mi hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito con una camera matrimoniale bellissima. Bagno spazioso, con doccia bellissima e illuminazione rilassante, accappatoio e set igiene. Camera moderna, prese vicino al letto, tv, frigo e bollitore. Palestra piccola ma attrezzata. Colazione spaziale.

un po complicato parcheggiare a Chiavari, ma se si vogliono fare 4 passi si trova comodamente.

La gentilezza

L'accueil chaleureux du personnel, toujours à être serviable. Le bâtiment, dans le quartier ancien et donc typique, très confortable. La proximité de la gare, de la plage, des commerces. Le petit déjeuner, excellent et copieux, avec des produits Italiens. Je le recommande. Merci pour ce séjour.

Un véritable service 4 étoiles. Le personnel est particulièrement serviable et accueillant. La grande piscine et le jacuzzi ont ravis nos enfants.

La chambre familiale est particulièrement pratique et représente un bon rapport qualité/prix. Elle mériterait toutefois une montée en gamme pour être un peu plus dans le style des chambres Deluxe.

Piscina e idro massaggio poco curati con sporco sul fondo, sporco nero su tutto il bordo perimetrale della piscina. Idromassaggio usato sin modo inadeguato sia dagli adulti sia dai bambini che lo utilizzavano come un gioco

La posizione è ottimale: vicino al centro nevralgico di Chiavari con i suoi bei negozi, bar, ristoranti. L'accoglienza gentile, sorridente e professionale. La struttura molto curata ed estremamente pulita in ogni sua parte. Il ristorante di ottimo livello che affaccia sulla piscina: davvero gradevole anche nel periodo invernale. Un particolare ringraziamento alla signora Francesca per la gentilezza che mi ha fatto spontaneamente e che ha aggiunto serenità al mio soggiorno. Anche i camerieri del ristorante e della colazione si sono dimostrati molto gentili oltre che professionali. Sentirsi accolta con gentilezza e attenzioni quando si soggiorna da sola è una carezza per il cuore.
