Reviewed Aug 29, 2026I thought it was close to the train station since I have difficulty walking with a lot of Luggage, but that was my mistake. Property is close to a nice coffee shop and not far from anything really restaurant shopping 10 minute walk to the train station. Sabrina, the manager was very warm and welcoming, and tried to help me with whatever I needed that made up for all the other stuff.
I had a lot of problems here, but I guess mostly they were mine since I have a perfume allergy and there was a heavy scent of something in the room. I removed the scented sticks, but there was still something probably in the mattress. I removed the sheets and I had to sleep on the floor one night I don’t like memory foam and they have memory foam beds and also they have foam mattresses which really put my neck in a crank.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026This lovely guesthouse close to both the beach and the historic centre of Chiavari is a great place to base yourself for a short stay. The room was comfortably sized with a terrace, and they provided a bed for our toddler daughter at no additional cost. The breakfast - with fresh focaccia and the option of freshly baked pastries - was lovely. The hosts were extremely friendly and attentive. There was private parking (subject to availability and chargeable), which made our arrival very convenient.
There was no air-conditioning in our room, though they were in the process of installing it, so future guests should check whether this is still true. Though coffee was included at breakfast, it was charged at €2 per capsule in the room; in most places I've stayed, this is free where offered, so it seems excessive.

Noisy every morning around 0530 or 0600. Woke us up all the mornings. Staff was moving laundry bags and cleaning supplies right outside our door. Very loud. Incredibly annoying. The coffee machine in the room used pods. The hotel charged $2 eud per pod. Been traveling in this country for a month now, have never encountered this pricing. Bit much, kind of tacky.
