Petit déjeuner assez simple mais tout est là. 1 serveur vieux très bien…. 1 autre jeune couleur noire , semble peu motivé ou même pas de sourire. Réception le soir : 2 hommes différents ( 1 chauve et 1 jeune) : pas très cool / pas très problem solving…. Pas d’efforts ou ne me comprenaient pas bien… Wifi / internet / réseau : compliqué par moment ( lent ) le soir ou fin journée Scooters parqués dans la porte de l’entrée hôtel, vraiment pas très classe …. ( 1 fille de la réception…. Les 3 autres ? Quid?).

Totul a fost perfect.

The location is perfect to take a boat trip to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. The port where the boat leaves is just 2 min walk. The room was nice and clean, perfect sea view. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The hotel has a great location with nice views. There are good local restaurants nearby, and the pool is a nice place to relax. The staff were friendly.

There were not enough sunbeds around the pool, especially during busy times. The breakfast had limited options, and after five days it became a bit repetitive. A little more variety each morning would have made the stay even better.

Very welcoming and helpful reception, gives lots of recommendations and information about the area. Nice location as long as you plan for getting the bus, the walk from Massa Lubrense is very steep.

Ants throughout the bathroom and a relatively small room and bathroom. The (many) breakfast staff appeared uninterested and judgemental.

Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist nicht direkt in Sorrent, sondern außerhalb. Trotzdem konnte man mit dem Bus immer in die Stadt fahren.

Strand ist keiner vorhanden. Meer ist durch eine Steinmauer abgetrennt, über eine Treppe gelangt man aber ins Meer wenn man das möchte. Sehr felsig

For the breakfast they offer free coffe from a machine which is very very terrible. I have never seen anything like that in Italy, you usually get your freshly brewed coffe served from the bar for free, here you have to ask for it and pay.

Booked at the last minute for 1 night stay close to our boat tour the following morning. Excellent location, lovely view from balcony. Great parking close to the hotel. No steps!!

Al momento della colazione i tavoli più belli vicino alla vetrata non erano disponibili perché apparecchiati per la cena (alle ore 9). Questa cosa mi è dispiaciuta moltissimo, oltre a trovarla un’usanza alquanto bizzarra.

The overall condition of this boutique property is well maintained and convenient to navigate. The rooms are nicely appointed including the bathroom with plenty of hot water and great water pressure! The breakfast is plentiful, fresh and tasty! The pool is such a bonus for a hotel in this location (directly on the sea cliff) It rained on and off during my stay so I didn't get to enjoy the poo but it looked very accommodating.

So I'm an ambiance "lighting" freak and I didn't like the bright fluorescent lighting in the breakfast and dinner restaurant. The lighting options in the room were very good but some dimmer switched would have made it perfect! The bed was a nice size king with super fresh linens BUT way too firm for my liking.

The decor was attractive.The pool area very inviting and beautiful bay view. Near to small port

The restaurant seems to really only cater for group bookings providing very ordinary food.We had an a la carte menu dinner which was very poor.Steak was full of grizzle and the meal was expensive for the quality served. The location of the hotel is not in the village of Massa lubrensa.It is really walking distance to the port.The road is too narrow and dangerous to walk up to Massa.Taxi charged us 20 euro for a 5 min ride.

L'endroit est très sympa avec une vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur Ischia depuis la terrasse, très agréable au coucher du soleil pour prendre l'apéritif. L’hôtel se trouve sur une route en cul de sac (tres calme la nuit) aboutissant à une petite marina sympathique d'où partent des bateaux d'excursion avec quelques bons restaurants pour diner le soir. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable.

C'est un hôtel très vieillot qui mériterait vraiment une rénovation à la fois pour la decoration et l’aménagement des chambres qui sont peu confortables (la literie.... zéro) mais aussi pour l'isolation phonique quasi inexistante des chambres voisines et des couloirs. Il y avait plusieurs groupes de touristes (allemands, polonais, anglais peu discrets dans l'ensemble) et quand tout le monde part à 7h (voir 5h30) en excursion, autant dire que vous pouvez oublier les grasses matinées. D'autant plus que le ménage commence bien avant 8h.... La piscine est plutôt pas mal mais elle est littéralement glacée malgré le très beau temps, inutilisable en septembre, on n'a pas pu se baigner en 4 jours. Le rapport qualité/prix pas optimal, c'est assez cher au final.

Room was quite large, as was the bathroom. Balcony was nice. Breakfast was basic but did the job. We enjoyed a swim in the pool.

Bathroom would have been perfect had the toilet seat been the right size and had the the basin tap worked properly (room 103).

Clean, bright hotel in a quiet area on the coast. Beautiful views of the bay and a very nice terrace with a pool. They have a full restaurant and bar and the staff was very warm and helpful. The room was clean, bright and spacious. Everything looks new and very well taken care of. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It also had on-site parking, however, a tour bus was there, and they parked along the edge of the parking which made getting in and out of the parking lot a little bit difficult. I walked down to the port and then up into the town, which has a lot of beautiful buildings and churches to visit. There’s also a wonderful open public Terrace in the Square that overlooks the Bay. breakfast options were good, but not great although they did offer gluten-free bread, which was a helpful and appreciated item for me.
