Absolutely beautiful setting and stunning view. Sunbeds were comfortable and beautiful breakfast spot. Our room was upgraded and was beautiful and a real treat for us.

The swimming pool is amazing with great views. The entire hotel has amazing views, expecially from the sky bar. The staff are excellent and super friendly. I would highly recommend.

The hotel is 15 minutes from Sorrento, and cost 45 Euros each way, but that is no fault of the hotels. It was not an issue for us as we were happy to be away from the bustle of Sorrento.

Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours aux petits soins. Les restaurants de l’hôtel sont délicieux et offrent un cadre très agréable. Le rooftop est tout simplement magique : admirer chaque soir le coucher du soleil y est un moment inoubliable. La piscine est également très agréable, idéale pour se détendre dans un cadre magnifique. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation pour un séjour d’exception sur la côte amalfitaine !

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning outdoor areas and breathtaking views all around. The location is very convenient and made it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor drawbacks were that our room was a bit small and located close to the reception area, so we occasionally heard some noise. The balcony offered a lovely view, but it was situated directly above the parking lot, which slightly affected the atmosphere.

Excellent hotel. The common spaces and rooms could be renovated but overall it, really nice place, we would go back.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel! Location is ideal to visit Sorrento and the entire Amalfi Coast without the crowds nor the noise. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a spectacular two-floor suite. The staff was extremely attentive to our needs. We were in communication with the concierge two months before we traveled. They helped us book small-group boat tours to Capri and Amalfi/Paisano, booked restaurants, gave us a ride to the nearest busy stop, They also made sure I celebrated my birthday the best way possible. They even give me a special dessert on my birthday…twice! We were treated like royalty! I recommend this Italian jewel without hesitation. Ciao!

The room, the staff, the restaurants, and the view were all absolutely spectacular! We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The parking situation was a bit tricky because of how tight it is but hey, it’s Italy. I highly recommend eating at the restaurant and adding the breakfast option, it was a great way to start our days.

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and sunsets. All of the staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful. Our room was spacious and very well designed. Turn down service is an addded bonus to have fresh amenities and towels Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, pre-dinner drinks at the rooftop bar with wonderful sunsets. Dinner by the infinity pool is delicious and tranquil. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We had the most fabulous holiday! From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel straight at home. Reception, breakfast, pool, restaurant... everyone is super friendly and helpful and professional. Daily whatsapp messages to inform you of local tips... they go out of their way to make you feel special and at home. Special thanks to Lia! The location is fabulous, with the most wonderful views.. oh and the sunsets ... thankfully all away from the crowds. Food is delicious! We had a fabulous holiday and will definitely come back!

Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and had a breathtaking view of [mention something specific, like the city, beach, or mountains]. It was the perfect mix of comfort and style, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay – the bed was incredibly comfy, and the bathroom was spacious with high-quality toiletries. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better – just peaceful, and it was easy to explore everything the area had to offer. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, where we had a delicious breakfast every morning. Special shoutout to the staff for going above and beyond – they made recommendations for local activities, always had a smile, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay memorable. Overall, Villa Fiorella Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be coming back on our next visit. From service to the pool to the rooftop, stay there, have the most romantic time and photoshoots, this place is a true gem.

Struttura semplicemente meravigliosa. Un’atmosfera magica che ti avvolge sin dal primo momento. Qui ho trovato un ambiente estremamente rilassante e tranquillo , in cui ci siamo sentiti coccolati sin dal nostro arrivo. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente! Un grazie a tutto lo staff che ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.

Se proprio devo fare un piccolo appunto, ci saremmo aspettati che per il senza glutine, qualcuno ci preparasse qualcosa di fresco, soprattutto a colazione, vista l eccezionale cura degli ospiti. Tuttavia, non possiamo dire che i prodotti senza glutine non erano presenti, bensì erano i classici imbustati. Abbiamo comunque apprezzato.

This was a fantastic hotel and we had a great stay. The staff were AMAZING- so friendly and very helpful. They helped us sort out tours and have great recommendations. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed smooth a refreshing drink and a tour of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious! So many tasty pastries, fruit and yoghurt and then your choice of cooked food too. We had a room with a little roof terrace which was nice, although we didn’t really use it, we preferred to go to the roof top bar and have some lovely cocktails whilst we watched the sunset! A special mention for Adele who really went above and beyond to help with anything we asked about!

The gym was very small and had limited equipment. Getting a taxi into central Sorrento was a little expensive (but this is not the hotels fault, and we did know it was 15-20mins from the centre when we booked it). The staff were always willing to help us book a taxi or arrange dinner at a nearby restaurant that provided free transfers!

The Villa Fiorella is a beautiful property located just far enough from Sorrento to escape the hustle of that city. The pool facilities are very nice with comfortable recliner. The landscaping around the hotel is superior. We stayed in a larger room with a big terrace. The view of the ocean from our room was spectacular!

Nothing. Just to note hotel is a little outside Sorrento and taxis can be expensive. However, trips to Capri and Amalfi Coast are available from the local marina which is very convenient.

This was one of the best stays we have ever had. We couldn't ask for anything more. From the hotel staff , to the multiple dining entities, it was a dream. It was perfect. They always made sure we had water on our bedside table with turndown service, which was a perfect touch after a long night drinking wine in their restaurant. Dont get us started on the pool.... honestly don't think twice about booking here!

Wonderful 4 nights in the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed at. This is a high end small hotel with elegant rooms, grounds and poolside restaurant that was more than I could have imagined. What really makes The Villa Fiorella Art Hotel special is the exceptional staff. Lia was a friend from the time we walked through the door with her warm and welcoming smile. She is amazing, so helpful and kind. She answered any questions, made wonderful suggestions and helped make this an unforgettable experience. All the reception women were wonderful (Adele, Greta and Magherita). The atmosphere at the poolside bar is unmatched. From the moment we sat down Gino made us feel welcome and special. He is wonderful. Every morning we were treated to an elegant breakfast with exceptional service by Candadia. A relaxing and wonderful way to start the day. I need to mention the housekeeping staff. They did an exceptional job. Our room was immaculate everyday. This is more than a hotel. It’s an unforgettable experience! I can’t wait to go back!

I was upgraded to a sea view and the room was beautiful! The staff was very kind and helpful. If you want a quiet getaway it is perfect! My husband and I both had a message and used the spa facility and it was just perfect. Such a nice hotel!!!

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very nice. We paid $180 extra a night to have an upgraded room to include a hot tub on the balcony, unfortunately the hot tub never got above 90 degrees the entire trip and we couldn’t use it. We told the staff the first day and they sent a worker and he said it would work but it never did. Disappointed to waste $540 on something we didn’t get any value from/: Probably will not stay here again.

From the second we arrived, until the very last minute of our departure! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! You will not be disappointed! Lovely small hotel with fantastic staff, friendly, polite and very helpful. Beautiful infinity pool with views to Capri. Great location for walking to local town of Massa Lubrense and the charming harbour village of La Lobra. Great breakfast and good food.

We paid £650 for 1 night at this hotel to wake up with ants crawling on us, the room was infested! Our drinks covered with ants! We contacted reception to deal with the issue however upon returning to our room, the ants were still there. Not what you expect with such an expensive price tag! Expedia has contacted the hotel since to address the issue but the hotel aren’t interested!

The attention to detail from the staff was amazing, the rooms were clean and well decorated. Pool area was very nice. The complementary use of the private spa was very nice.

It was a bit of a shame it’s not an adults only hotel, the pool is quite small so once you have 2 or more children having fun in the pool there isn’t much room to relax as a couple. There is ample space poolside just not really in the actual pool.

This hotel is amazing. Breathtaking views with high quality service. I enjoyed the pool. It has a parking for free that’s it’s necessary for traveling at this part of Italy. Also hotel has own v-class if you want to have a driver. Recommend it, definitely yes!

Stunning Property and exceptional service!

This property was by far the best place we have stayed on the Amalfi coast. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Italy. The staff went above and beyond. They definitely made my first trip to Italy a very memorable one.

If I could give more stars to the Service I would!!!! Especially the folks that work in both the fine dining and casual pool side restaurants!!!! We felt so cared for!!! A hidden gem!!!!

I don't know where to start, everything at the Villa Fiorella was fantastic. It's a beautiful boutique hotel situated on a cliff overlooking the marina town of Massa Luberisse. The zero edge pool and bar is very relaxing, and great to just relax and take in the view. The rooms were large and clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The food was very good. The pool side bar serves casual meals while the meals at the Michelin rest. up stairs are quite memorable. The breakfast service was wonderful, I highly recommend it. Most important, is Lia, she is the head concierge and she is your key to an enjoyable time in the area. She knows everyone, and takes the time to help you to figure out what to see and how to see it, while not busting your budget. Her network and knowledge of the people in the area is exceptionally helpful. Most importantly, she's very aware of how expensive everything is, and how to maximize what you want to do, while steering you to the right people to provide the best experiences. She and the staff treat you like family. You can't really appreciate the views until you get there!

For us, nothing. Our goal on the Sorrento coast was to find some rest in our travels. When you see Sorrento/Amalfi/Potsitano/Capri, they are huge tourist draws. Each with cruise ships and big tours stopping there daily. These famous places are beautiful, yet very crowded. Masse Luberisse is a little town and a little marina situated about 15-20 min drive outside of Sorrento. If you're looking for action, and people, and shopping, and night clubs, etc. Massa Luberisse is NOT the spot for you. If you want a quiet town, with an Italian coastal flare where the locals live, eat and shop, then this area is for you. As far as Villa Fiorella is concerned, the only complaint is that the wifi did work well in our room. However, if you go into the library/book reading room, it works great. It's easy to get a boat/fairy or bus service to all these other towns!

Nothing. Some people may be attracted to the more well known areas of Sorrento or Positano/Amalfi, but I believe this a wonderful area to stay. It’s easy to get to all the major towns by bus or train, while still staying in the quiet of a less busy area.

Stunning views, the friendliest staff, a spotless hotel in an oasis of calm. From arrival to departure we were very well looked after - nothing was too much trouble for the splendid hotel team. A highlight was the wine tasting with the excellent Luciano! Thank you!
