Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Beautiful place to stay and rest in lovely garden with pool. Drinks can be ordered at the little bar. Great italien breakfast with homemade cakes, fruits, yoghurt and for sure eggs, bacon, cheese, bread. Staff very nice and helpful. Parking place onsite and shed for bicycles available. Castellina in walking distance and easy to reach.
we stayed in separate house in nice room but could hear other guests through walls …. no prob for us but maybe other guests might be disturbed

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Cela fais 2 fois que je viens dans cet hôtel, toujours aussi charmant et très bien situé. l'accueil et l'attention que l'on vous porte est irréprochable, les chambres sont très jolies avec une literie très confortable, très propre, ainsi que le sanitaires. Très bons petits déjeuners dans un extérieur des plus agréable et calme. Très bien situé pour les ballades dans cette magnifique région de la Toscane
Regrettons qu'il n'y ait pas de restauration, mais il y a des restaurants de qualité tout à côté (même rue) ou dans le centre de Castellina.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Na pewno dobra lokalizacja blisko Castellina in Chianti. Basen i ogród też fajne. Bardzo dobra obsługa- uśmiechnięta i sympatyczna:). Śniadania jak na Włochy ok.
Zaskoczenie przy wyjedzie - oplata 50 euro od pary za ,, kieliszkowe,, czyli pożyczenie kieliszkow do wina( żaden się nie zbił) . I nie chodzi o to że trzeba zapłacić, a o to , że nikt nas nie uprzedził o tym wcześniej. Chodzi o wybór .

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Verder was het ontbijt uitstekend en was de kamer elke dag zeer netjes en schoon. Met de auto kon je alles makkelijk bereiken.
Het enige wat ons tegenzat waren wespen bij het zwembad, maar daar kan het hotel weinig aan doen!

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026La cortesia dello Staff che è molto attento alle esigenze della sua clientela. La stanza che viene ogni giorno ben pulita ed ordinata. La strutturata è molto curata con un grande giardino ombreggiato e servizio bar e bella piscina. Le colazioni sono abbondanti e ovviamente continentali.
Non hanno un ristorante interno (sapevamo ad ogni modo che non c’era) però non son attrezzati per pranzi o cene veloci. Il primo locale comunque è raggiungibile a piedi ad un 1 km di distanza a Castellina in Chianti che è a dir poco stupenda!

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Отличная комната #22! Чисто, достаточно просторно, удобная кровать, очень комфортная ванная комната. В целом - ощущение добротного итальянского деревенского дома. Кондиционер не убивал холодом, но создавал приятную прохладу в номере при наружных "до +36". Приятная возможность побыть в саду - или посидеть за столом или полежать на шезлонгах или на траве. Очень и очень предупредительные, профессиональные и дружелюбные работники, все-все! Можно всегда легко получить посуду и лед для своих нужд.
На удивление холодноватый бассейн, наверное, потому что он имеет глубину около 3 метров с одного края, тесноватая ячейка душа, но это всё не было критичным. И, да, отсутствие своей кухни сказывается на желании позавтракать в отеле, но, это легко компенсируется тем, что можно достаточно быстро дойти пешком до Кастеллины и позавтракать там.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Nádherné místo, s láskou opečovávaná zahrada s mnoha krásnými zákoutími pro odpočinek, bazén dostatečně veliký i pro plavání, vše čisté a vkusné, velmi vstřícný a přátelský personál. Snídaně za příplatek opravdu bohatá a pestrá, navíc v příjemném prostředí zahrady. Parkování bez problémů, centrum pohodlně dosažitelné procházkou.
Pokoj byl trochu stísněný, což ale vynahrazovala možnost bohatého využití venkovních prostor, a klimatizace hlučnější, než by nám bylo milé - ale dostatečně výkonná.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026The hotel is situated in a beautiful old stone house, but perfectly renovated, surrounded by gardens and a wonderful green landscape. The room was spacious, the breakfast served in an outdoor area gave guests the opportunity to enjoy a good coffee while listening to the birds singing. The location is also great, as we could visit the historic city center within a short walking distance. The service was also excellent. Highly recommended hotel for those who want to relax and connect with nature.
It's a suggestion, not a complaint. The bedroom mattress is something that can be improved in the future.

Excellent petit déjeuner dans le jardin , Hotel à proximité du centre de Castellina et idéalement situé dans le Chianti pour visiter . Sienne , San Gimignano , Radda , Voltéra , Volpaia , . Lieu parfait si vous avez envie de découvrir cette parti de la Toscane en vélo . Les routes et le décor naturelle sont idéales pour cela .

Zum nächsten Ort kein Kilometer zur nächsten Pizzeria 200 Meter, nach Florenz und Siena ist es mit dem Auto auch nicht weit. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, das Frühstück ausreichend, tagsüber gibt es immer Getränke. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, es ist das Revier von 3 Wiedehopf Voegeln, und wenn es zu heiß wird kann man sich im bis zu 2 Meter tiefen Pool erfrischen. Ein Danke an alle und das nächste Mal bleiben wir länger als 3 Nächte.

Reviewed May 16, 2026This hotel is so lovely. The accommodations were very comfortable, the property gorgeous and relaxing. The staff were wonderful as was the breakfast. It was a quick car ride to Panzano and Greve and so so many amazing restaurants and wineries to choose from. When I return to this area I won't bother looking elsewhere and I'll be sure to stay even longer.

Inkludiert im Aufenthalt ist ein Wine Tasting im Weinkeller der Familie des Hotels, sehr schöne Erfahrung und lohnt sich definitiv! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, in einer schönen Umgebung. Castellina ist ein kleiner Ort mit charmanten Restaurants & Gassen.

Reviewed May 3, 2026The rooms and garden are very nice, and the service is genuinely friendly and attentive, which makes for a pleasant and welcoming stay. Overall, a comfortable place very close to the tiwn centre.
I think the description should be adjusted slightly to match reality more closely. While the property is an ancient 1400s farmhouse in the hills of Castellina in Chianti, the description said it‘s surrounded by vineyards and with views over the Elsa Valley. The surrounding landscape is partially obscured by hedges and relatively newly built houses, so it does not really feel like open, uninterrupted countryside with expansive views as one might expect from the description, but more like in a recently built neighbourhood.

Προερχόμενοι από τουριστικό μέρος οι ίδιοι και έχοντας πολλά τέτοια συγκροτήματα στο μέρος μας, μπορώ να πω ότι είναι τέλεια διατηρημένο, τακτοποιημένο και φροντισμένο. Είναι ένα πανέμορφο μέρος με τον ωραιότερο κήπο. Το προσωπικό απίστευτα φιλικό και καλοσυνάτο. Αγαπήσαμε Ziko και Christina. Πεντακάθαρα, ωραίο πρωινό και θα ξανάρθουμε σίγουρα

My wife and I needed to make a dinner reservation one evening but we don’t speak Italian, and the receptionist was kind enough to call into the restaurant to make a reservation for us.
