Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Einzigartige Lage. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Toller Pool mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht und tollem Service. Fußläufig nach San Gimignano. Eine schöne gemütliche Terrasse mit einer tollen Atmosphäre.
Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen. Das Frühstück ist eine bisschen spärlich.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026This was a comfortable stay - staff were very friendly and helpful and the room and bathroom were surprisingly large. Breakfast had a limited number of items but it was tasty and the orange juice and coffee were good. All in all, a place to be recommended.
The locking mechanism for the room door was a bit awkward. You had to turn the key just the right amount to lock the door. In the room, a large TV took up a whole table, which I would have much preferred to use as a table!

Danke an an alle an der Rezeption! Und auch sonst dem Personal. Leckeres kleines Frühstück morgens inklusive. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Sandro and der Rezeption für die Hilfe beim Parken! 😇

Walking distance to stores and restaurants. An unadvertised breakfast of hot drinks and croissants/cakes was provided. It suited our needs for an overnight stay.

Infelizmente tiveram problema com ar condicionado central do Hotel. Isso gerou um pouco de desconforto nas duas primeiras noites. Ainda assim, gostamos da acomodação. Recomendamos!

Reviewed May 26, 2026Old, shabby hotel, but nice new bathrooms and it's cheap. Staff is nice and pretty helpful. Located at the edge of old town, and not too far from the train station. The new tram scheduled to open summer 2026 will stop right next to the hotel.
The rooms are all fairly dreary and the breakfast is just some sweet bread, and sometimes fruit if you get there early.

Reviewed May 16, 2026We enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Felice. The room was simple, spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also spotless with a good shower. As other reviewers have noted, unlike most other city hotels, San Felice offers breakfast at no extra cost and we found this more than sufficient with fresh fruit, a good range of pastries and coffee freshly-made to order. The staff at breakfast and in reception were always friendly and helpful, including recommending and booking a local restaurant for us. The location was pleasant and convenient for the city centre and Bologna Centrale railway station. We will certainly rebook if we return to Bologna.
