Große Zimmer, freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, ausreichend Handtücher etc,, komfortable Betten, die Lage ist soweit ok, Altstadt ca 20-25 min fussläufig zu erreichen

Frühstück eher mittelmäßig, Kaffeeautomat ständig servicebedürftig, nicht ausreichend genug Geschirr, insbesondere viel zu wenig Kaffeetassen, laute Klimaanlage.

The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. Cleanliness was about the only good thing. Daily cleaning and new towels went well. Day shift staff were helpful, evening shift, not so much.

There was supposed to be a phone in the room and there was not. No wake up call and all questions or room issues had to go downstairs to talk to desk. Desk staff reported that none of the rooms had phones. Lift only went to 3rd floor and our room was on the 4th floor so we had to walk up a flight of stairs with our luggage (I am 70, my wife is 69). There was no assistance to get our luggage to our room. When I asked about another room, I was told nothing was available. Two rooms on 4th floor, felt very isolated and vulnerable. Bed was so big, it blocked access to one of the closets (mattress about 10 inches from closet door). In room safe did not work. Only one small table to use as a nightstand. In room Smart TV would not connect to internet though there was in hotel WiFi. Breakfast buffet was adequate but, like the rest of the hotel, poorly attended; repeatedly run out of cups for juice and water. No shelf in shower, all soap and shampoo had to be on the floor and difficult to reach at our age. Patio outside of room was spartan; cracks in all the plaster, unused floor tiles stacked in the corner, could not "look out over the courtyard" as described because wall was 5 feet tall. Outer patio doors were deteriorating plywood. No hallway lighting outside our room at night (reported, but never addressed) and I had to use my phone flashlight to find the door each evening. No "spy hole" to see in hall if someone knocked on our door. No security bolt on door. Air conditioning worked intermittently. Fall hazard in that there was a step up to get into the room and a step down once inside. Ceiling wallpaper dirty and peeling. A twenty something back packer who needed a one night stay only to sleep, might have found this "adequate", but for an older couple staying for 5 nights, it was miserable. Overpriced for what was provided.

Det var en väldigt liten yta där frukosten serverades. Det var mycket folk så det tog slut.

A realy friendly atmosfere

Läget. Nära järnvägsstationen och ca 15 min att gå till centrum. Vårt rum låg mot baksidan så det var tyst på natten. Bra AC

Lite rörig och och ocharmig frukostsal. Personalen hann inte fylla på så det blev rätt utplockat snabbt. Personalen i receptionen var ointresserad och tämligen nonchalanta. Duschen var liten och trång och golvet i kabinen blev glashalt.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht , leider hatte das Zimmer keinen Balkon. Ich monierte das zwar und sie wollten uns auch ein Zimmer mit Balkon geben, das wäre aber viele Stufen hoch gewesen, aber ohne Fahrstuhl. Sie wollten uns zwar den Koffer hoch tragen, das haben wir aber abgelehnt, weil das ja bei der Abreise auch hätte wieder geschehen müssen. Und da war morgens wenig Zeit und wir hätten das auch wieder organisieren müssen. Wir haben schon einmal in diesem Hotel geschlafen und hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, aber im Haupthaus mit Fahrstuhl. Das war ok.

Die Lage war super und das Frühstück gut.

Wir haben ein sehr schlecht ausgestattetes, unrenoviertes, und nicht sauberes Zimmer im Dachgeschoss bekommen. Es sah ganz anders aus als alle Bilder eines Classic Rooms im Internet. Schimmel an der Decke in der Dusche, Spinnweben in der Ecke…. Absolut nicht das, was wir erwartet haben zu einem Preis von knapp 170€ pro Nacht. Die Tiefgarage ist nicht für niedrige bzw tiefer gelegte oder große Autos geeignet! Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich.

A nice sized hotel near to the station and not far from the town. Clean room with comfy beds and air conditioning . Nice breakfast could be eaten outside in the undercover terrace area.

Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar und zur Stadtmitte ist es nicht weit. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat mir sogar die Möglichkeit eingeräumt, schon etwas vor 07:00 Uhr mit dem Frühstück zu beginnen, damit ich meinen Zug schaffe. Davon abgesehen, war es das einzige Frühstück auf meiner ganzen Reise, wo auch dunkles Brot und ein größeres Angebot an verschiedenen Beilagen zu finden war.

Die Kofferaufbewahrung und der Check-In haben super geklappt. Die Lage ist super, nur 10-15 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und nicht weit in die Innenstadt. Die Zimmer haben eine Größe die in Ordnung ist, nur das Bad ist ein wenig klein und es gibt so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Leider haben wir uns entschieden, direkt wieder auszuchecken. Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht, ein Einzel- und ein Doppelzimmer. Im Doppelzimmer gab es einige Beschädigungen. Im Einzelzimmer haben wir Schimmel im Bad vorgefunden, der schon komisch gerochen hat. Wir haben uns aufgrund der Gesundheit dazu entschieden das Hotel zu wechseln. Der Herr an der Rezeption reagierte wenig überrascht und hatte uns angeboten bei der Suche zu helfen (ein Hotel das zu ihnen gehört), wir haben uns aber selbst um eine Buchung gekümmert.

Prijs kwaliteit was top! Lekker ontbijt inbegrepen, vriendelijk personeel. Ideale locatie, dichtbij het station.

Er viel niet echt iets tegen... behalve 1 tip: ik had wel een spiegel in de badkamer... maar als je 's avonds gaat dineren, dan wil je jezelf toch volledig bewonderen in de spiegel.... maar zo'n grote spiegel was er niet in mijn kamer... dus bij een volgende update van de kamers: spiegeltje spiegeltje aan de wand, wie is de mooitste van het land!

Bologna merkeze yakındı ve tren istasyonuna yakındı. Sessiz ve sakin bir hoteldi. Sabah kahvaltı olmasıda bizim için oldukça iyi oldu. Personel de oldukça ilgiliydi.

Aggiungerei una luce nei bagni sopra lo specchio in quanto la luminosità non è molta e cambierei i cuscini in quanto un po' bassi e molli oppure ne metterei due per persona.

La nostra stanza era al piano terra ma sembrava un seminterrato perchè aveva solo una piccola finestra alta con le sbarre quindi l'assenza di luce naturale ed aria non è stato gradevole

For å dekke over dårlig lukt så brukes det enorme mengder av noe duftegreier. Det er så mye at det var helt kvalmende . Var en befrielse å komme ut i frisk luft. Toalettet lakk, vi gav beskjed og fikk beskjed om at det var vår feil at det lakk. Vi brukte det ikke korrekt.

The hotel is quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast in the garden. In addition to the usual offering of a 3 star location, they provided some nice little extra things. The staff was very friendly, everything was organised very well.

Cerca de la estación de tren y no muy lejos del centro. Estaba limpio y nos dieron a elegir entre habitación de hotel apartamento. Elegimos apartamento. Estaban limpios y eran funcionales.

Aunque en las fechas en las que estuvimos hacía mucho calor, el calor en los saloncitos para desayunar era exagerado.

הצוות היה מאוד נחמד ושירותי, והמלון היה נעים ונוח. בסך הכול ללילה אחד זו הייתה בחירה מצוינת והיינו מרוצים מהשהייה.

למזגן לקח קצת זמן לקרר את החדר. בנוסף, באזור ארוחת הבוקר יש מעט מקומות ישיבה והשולחנות די צפופים, כך שמרגיש שיושבים מאוד קרוב אחד לשני.

Location for the train station is excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

❌ bez wcześniejszej informacji otrzymaliśmy inny pokój, niż zamówiony. Brak informacji, że pokój będzie dostępny w osobnym budynku na dziedzińcu hotelu, 👷‍♀️ może to taki włoski styl, ale mam wrażenie, że obiekt wymaga delikatnego odświeżenia, aczkolwiek pokój, który otrzymaliśmy spełniał nasze oczekiwania, 🧱 ściany między pokojami są zbyt cienkie. Można było usłyszeć o czym rozmawiają i co oglądają sąsiedzi, ❌ brak wcześniejszej informacji (przy rezerwacji oraz meldunku) o konieczności opłacenia podatku lokalnego (nie informowano o wysokości, dopiero przy wymeldowaniu). Brak informacji nie podobał mi się. Rozumiem, że takie opłaty są pobierane, należy je opłacać. Co też poczyniłem. Wolałbym jednak informację przy podejmowaniu decyzji i najlepiej z przeliczeniem w kwocie za pobyt. Proszę administrację obiektu o uwzględnienie tych informacji w ofercie

Servicii bune, mic dejun diversificat si foarte buna mancarea. Camera a fost curata. Hotelul este aproape de gara si cam la 20 minute de mers inspre centrul vechi- piazza maggiore.

Camera avea un geam prea mic.

Le personel était sympa, la jeune demoiselle un peu moins par contre j'avais plutôt l'impression qu'on l'embêtait. La chambre était très spacieuse, pareille pour la salle de bain. Le petit-déjeuner était suffisant, il y avait du choix. Très bon emplacement, vous avez un arrêt de bus à proximité si vous ne voulez pas marcher mais sinon on peut tout faire à pieds honnêtement.

Le personel de chambre est entré dans notre chambre à 8h30 après avoir frappé alors que nous dormions toujours !

Le personnel très désagréable et même pas du tout souriant ! Il était deux à nous accueillir malgré notre anglais mauvais, ils nous ont fait galéré… pour ce rendre compte qu’un entre eux parlait français le lendemain… ils en étaient même moqueur ! Nous sommes très insatisfait du personnel. Chambre très mal située… je dirais même dans le grenier de l’hôtel! Les équipements sont très vieillissants ! Je déconseille cette hôtel. Au même prix il est possible de trouver largement mieux !

It was close enough to the Bologna train station. The breakfast was a very good variety of food.

The streets at night were dark and quiet. It did have air conditioning which could have been cooler.

Posizione ottima per raggiungere la stazione in un attimo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione ok.

Purtroppo il fon presente in bagno era bruciato e inutilizzabile per cui fuoriusciva fumo. Ho chiesto un secondo fon es era rotto anche questo. Il terzo fon era funzionante. Avevo una camera al secondo piano ma si sentivano voci dalla reception già dalla mattina presto.

Quartos modernos, espaçosos e muito confortáveis. O café da manhã estava muito bom e a localização é excelente, bem próxima ao centro histórico. Uma ótima opção para quem busca conforto, praticidade e uma boa localização!

C’était plutôt calme. Le petit déjeuner est complet. Nous avons pu récupérer notre chambre tôt sans supplément.

Le quartier n’est pas très safe. La fenêtre de notre chambre ne pouvait pas fermer. La lumière de la clim ne s’éteint pas.

Non c'è il telefono in camera quindi dovevo alzarmi presto e non era prevista la sveglia.

A localização era bastante boa.

Os quartos nos foram atribuídos ficavam numa espécie de cave, com janelas mínimas e pequenas. A relação qualidade- preço fica abaixo do desejável devido às comodidades oferecidas.

Bien situado respecto a la estación y el centro histórico; habitación correcta, jardincillo agradable para el desayuno y personal amable.

El baño era un poco pequeño y para las personas mayores sería deseable un asidero en la ducha.

At first I was amazed. The staff was so friendly and kind, especially the lady at the reception and the night guard on the weekdays. But then weekend came another shift was extremely cold and the vibe changed from a warm welcoming place to tension. The breakfast food is very good, but it runs out fast and there are not enough tables to sit. Location is great.

The other shift of the staff was very rude. Too little tables to sit in the breakfast area. But tables I can understand, because the hotel itself is not very big. I wanted to leave 10, but inly because of the rude other half of the staff I leave 8. Also at night it’s too cold in the room because of AC and no normal duvets, only italian sheets….

Nice rooms with balcony and nice breakfast area outside. Kind staff. Possible with fitness close by. Walkkng distance to city center. Parking possible at hotel. Nice breakfast. We liked the wine bar close by.

Chambres spacieuses, propres et lit confortable. Nous avions une triple et une double.

Hotel qui n'est pas très moderne avec une decoration desuée, des espaces verts mal entretenus, de vieux tapis dans l'entrée et le couloir... Le petit déjeuner est certes varié et abondan mais les produits ne sont pas de qualité. Une deception.

Η μεγάλη ποικιλία στο πρωϊνό. Η τοποθεσία βολεύει για μια νύχτα, σχετικά κοντά, περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια, στο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό για άμεση πρόσβαση στο αεροδρόμιο, ή άλλες πόλεις μέσω τρένου.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν λίγο απογοητευτικό για το κόστος του. Οι τοίχοι και το ταβάνι είχαν σημάδια απο την υγρασία και την μούχλα. Το μπάνιο ενώ φαίνονταν σε καλύτερη κατάσταση, είχε και εκείνο δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά μούχλας. Κεντρικό κλιματισμό πού δεν σου δίνει επιλογές για θερμοκρασία. Λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο, αν αποφασίσεις να πας με τα πόδια.
