Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The hotel is in a good location and the underground parking - just across the road from the hotel - is very secure. Our room was spacious with lots of extras in the way of toiletries. Staff could not have been more helpful when we had an issue with the bed and it was sorted immediately. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice available.
Nothing to dislike.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Domenico at the front desk was tremendously friendly and helpful. All of the staff were very kind and responsive; they helped us select a quieter room. The air conditioner was a godsend in the 36-degree heat. We were lucky enough to be able to reserve a parking space, and it could not have been more convenient--immediately next to the front door! The location is excellent, just a few minutes away from Piazza San Secondo.
The air conditioner was a bit underpowered, and I think the beds were a bit short...? The curtains were neither blackout nor floor-length, so the room was quite bright as soon as the sun came up.
