Great little hotel, with really playful and whimsical room decoration. Lavish look in the main room / bedroom, large comfy bed, and the biggest bathroom I ever saw in a normal hotel! Has all regular amenities, large "antique" furniture, and good air conditioning. Located in on the edge of the center in Asti, everything reachable by foot. Easily accessible by car, with not expensive secured parking spot option.

Some mosquitos in the night - but, as it was summer this was expected. Closed balcony doors and air conditioning solved the problem.

At booking.com it says that there is breakfast at this facility, however the staff told me they didn't have it for more than over a year.

Posizione ottima, alloggio pulito, ben arredato e molto ampio.

La colazione elencata nell'offerta di booking in realtà non è servita ormai da un paio di anni. I serramenti sarebbero da rivedere, una camera aveva la porta che dava sul balcone senza la maniglia e nella notte non si è potuto arieggiare (per fortuna c'è condizionatore) e l'altra aveva la tapparella rotta che non si poteva abbassare, stesso problema di arieggiamento notturno se non a rischio zanzare.

Friendly welcome on arrival, shown to our room which was beautiful. We had a fantastic night's sleep . And what a huge bathroom with everything you needed. Very clean, highly recommend a stay

Lo stile della stanza ,la pulizia e il prezzo molto contenuto ( sconto genius) Non ho acquistato il servizio colazione. A 10 metri dalla struttura c'è un ottimo bar + altri in zona.

La sicurezza : l'accesso alla struttura di via Serafino Grassi 35 dalla strada è possibile per chiunque , poichè la porta di ingresso si apre anche senza codice di accesso , che viene inviato ma è inutile , cosi come non serve per l'accesso alle stanze che si aprono/chiudono con un giro di chiave come normali porte interne di appartamento. Dunque dalla strada che una via di transito automobili chiunque puo' arrivare direttamente alle stanze indisturbato. Ho soggiornato due volte e dopo la prima segnalazione anche la seconda volta ho trovato la stessa situazione. Per quanto Asti sia sicuramente una cittadina tranquilla la percezione di scurezza da ospite non è il massimo. In entrambi i casi ho trovato l'ascensore non utilizzabile

La cortesia del Signor Guido, la posizione della struttura, l'ubicazione delle stanze, la comodità del letto.

Le lenzuola strappate in alcuni punti, i cuscini, la scarsa pulizia soprattutto nel bagno, ove la carta igienica non era confezionata e due rotoli già utilizzati precedentemente. Parimenti, la mancanza di bollitore(menzionato invece nella prenotazione online)

The horrendous thunder storm with hailstones that we got caught in. Although Booking.com's directions were excellent, it wasn't easy to find the hotel as it's signage was too discreet.

Posto fatiscente e rumoroso. Di sera/notte si sentivano molto i rumori delle auto e motorini che passavano sotto le finestre. Non c'erano neanche le luci sui comodini per poter leggere la sera.

Purtroppo mi è capitata una stanza che sebbene fosse esposto il cartello "vietato fumare" era completamente impregnata di fumo e a nulla è valso tenere le finestre aperte, sono tornata a casa che sapevo di fumo anche io. A questo si è aggiunto un altro imprevisto,che è stato prontamente risolto,il blocco caldaia con zero acqua calda.quindi tutto molto bello ma in quella notte per me zero comfort.

Camere innovative con uno sguardo al passato, pulitissime; zona perfetta!

Nous sommes arrivé tard le soir et le propriétaire de l’hôtel a été très réactif. Le lendemain, nous sommes allé petit déjeuné dans le café à côté qui est excellent !

Malheureusement, la chambre avait été donnée à un autre client nous n’avons dont pas eu celle choisie ni le design espéré… Même celle qui nous avait été attribuée au départ ne correspondait pas à la réservation. Pas de parking privé, vous devez vous garder aux alentours et le parking à côté est souvent plein…

Everything was superb! The host, Guido, is very kind and welcoming. The location was perfect for walking to the town and the station. The entire property is beautifully decorated, and the room was absolutely delightful. The best place that I have stayed for a long time. Thank you so much, Guido!

Soweit ich sehen kann, ist die Fabbrica das einzige Hotel in Asti, das mitten in der Altstadt liegt. Die anderen scheinen sich um den Bahnhof zu scharen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, manche werden sagen, ein bisschen desorganisiert, man kann aber auch sagen, originell und flexibel. Auf jeden Fall ein sehr unkonventionelles Haus. Jedes Zimmer ist anders eingerichtet, ein bisschen wie vom Flohmarkt.. Sehr nette Cafés zum Frühstücken um die Ecke.

La Fabbrica dell'Oro how its possible to provide a fantastic experience while at the same time charging a very reasonable price. If its value for money you want then it would be very difficult to find better. There were many things that exceeded expectations, including the outside seating area/terrace, microwave, refrigerator. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and has lots of character (take time to enjoy looking at all the old photographs on the walls of the staircase). Another thing that has to be complimented is how easy the check-in process was.
