מיקום החדר פנה לסימטה של הטיילת והפרוזקטור דלק כל הלילה ולכן היה צריך לסגור את התריס הרמטית על מנת לישון

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Habe für 3 Tage gebucht, hatte aber einen privaten Notfall und musste nach nur einem Tag abreisen, war alles kein Problem - top! Lage ist perfekt, Frühstück ist richtig gut.
Problem, es gibt keinen Nebeneingang bzw Rezeption hat keinen Nachtdienst, d.h. man muss spätestens um 1.00 Uhr nachts im Hotel sein sonst kommt man bi s7.00 Uhr früh nicht mehr rein.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Nettes Hotel direkt am See, ideal für einen Kurzurlaub. Das familiengeführte Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber auch schon eine lange Geschichte. Es war alles sauber und die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist ausreichend - inklusive Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück war gut und alle waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist super.

Jag kommer inte på något. Det finns dock en trafikerad gata strax intill.

Staff molto abbottonato poco ricettivo. Orari da convitto , cioè c'è una ora per rientrare la sera. Pulizia camera cosi cosi la biancheria non viene mai cambiata. Balcone che da sull'interno angusto e sporco (cacca di uccelli). Molto rumore proveniente da altre camere . Struttura da rimodernare secondo me.

Gebäude ist sehr alt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Anbau. Sehr abgelegen. Renovierung altbacken, jedoch sauber und zweckmäßig. Zimmer war groß, für 3 Personen. Jedoch nicht sehr gemütlich. Für eine Nacht jedoch akzeptabel, da vergleichsweise günstig (die Region ist halt insgesamt ziemlich teuer).

Bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. Personnel aimable et disponible. Climatisation silencieuse très appréciée en cette période de très fortes chaleurs.
Contrairement aux chambres des étages supérieurs, notre chambre située au premier étage et ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la vue sur le lac.

Il personale molto molto cordiale e disponibile! La posizione ottimale per il centro storico e lungo lago, nonché per il punto di partenza dei battelli. E a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione.

Le personnel est très agréable, une mention particulière pour Marta, Marinella et Rafaella qui ont fait preuve de beaucoup de douceur et affection envers notre bébé. Un grand merci!

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The location is absolutely perfect, right near the lake and the boat station, making sightseeing incredibly easy. The reception team and the rest of the staff were wonderful, very welcoming, and pleasing throughout our stay. The rooms themselves were perfectly okay.
There were a few disappointments. The biggest issue is that the elevator only goes up to the first two floors. We had to carry our heavy luggage the rest of the way by hand. Soundproofing is also nonexistent. On our second night, we barely slept because another guest was swearing loudly on the opposite balcony for most of the night. Breakfast was okay, but it lacked basic hot items, such as scrambled eggs. Also, be aware that the rooms use specific electrical outlets with thin pins, so you may need an adapter.

Maybe a bottle or two of water could have been provided as a complimentary item, since tap water was not drinkable. But nothing major.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026The property was spotless, conveniently located, and affordable. I moved to this hotel from one where the noise kept me awake at night. The staff were courteous and competent. A variety of options were available for breakfast.
I liked everything about Hotel Italie et Suisse.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Excellente situation géographique, en face de lac, en centre ville, près de tout. Personnel sourient qui parle français, surtout la fille en service de petit déjeuner. Hotel très propre. Coussins supplémentaires dans la chambre, ainsi qu’une couverture. Si on veut visiter les îles, les billets à prix réduits sont disponibles à la réception.
Chambre un peu petite, besoin d’un coup de rafraîchissement. Faut s’attendre à du bruit, vu l’emplacement du hôtel. Petit déjeuner peu varié, mais avec des bons croissants et très bon café.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Die Lage ist top, direkt am Rande der Altstadt und des Sees. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist sehr freundlich.
Das Personal am Empfang (Besitzer?) ist eher unfreundlich und unhöflich, eine freundliche Begrüßung und guter Service sollte möglich sein. Leider hatten wir keinen Balkon sondern eins der Zimmer in den Innenhof in dem sehr viele Schwalben direkt am Fenster nisten - es war sehr laut und die Fensterläden konnten deshalb nicht geöffnet werden. Besonders eklig waren die Ameisen die durch den Boden und Nischen an den Wänden reinkamen, das darf nicht sein. Renovierungsbedarf vorhanden.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellant étant donné qu'il est en face du lac avec petite séparation par les arbres du parking. Le déjeuner était tout simplement continental. La chambre était spacieuse et bien que se trouvant au premier étage possédait 3 balcons bien agréables.
Quelques fruits supplémentaires au petit déjeuner ainsi que d'avoir la possibilité de prendre des œufs préparés type miroir

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Nettes, älteres Hotel ideal für einen Kurzurlaub. Zimmer sind schlicht, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber Viel Stauraum für Gepäck. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf den Lago. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Öffentlicher Parkplatz gegenüber. In der wunderschönen Altstadt ist man in wenigen Minuten. Anlegestelle für Boots-und Schiffsfahrten ist über der Straße gegenüber. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen, es hat alles gesstimmt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig, und der Kuchen war einfach himmlisch. Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum, nur wenige Minuten vom Schiffsanleger entfernt.
Was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass das Hotel keinen eigenen Parkplatz hat. Das ist leider ein großer Nachteil. Wir sind um 11 Uhr angekommen, um die Umgebung noch vor dem Check-in (ab 14:00 Uhr) ein wenig zu erkunden. Nach einer Stunde Suche haben wir schließlich einen Parkplatz gefunden, etwa 10 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Für einen Tag haben wir 16 Euro bezahlt. Hätten wir gewusst, dass das Hotel keinen eigenen Parkplatz hat und es so schwierig ist, hier einen Parkplatz zu finden, wären wir schon um 8 Uhr morgens gekommen – dann hätten wir vielleicht bessere Chancen gehabt.
