Местоположението, закуската и това, че можеше и да се вечеря в хотела. При една непредвидена ситуация , от хотела реагираха много бързо и деликатно. Бих отседнала с удоволствие пак в този хотел

La moisissure dans la salle de bain, l'odeur était vraiment prenante. Le matelas du lit avait un trou, ce n'était vraiment pas agréable. D'ailleurs j'ai eu mal de dos à mon retour.

Le bon compromis entre le service et le prix . Hôtel bien situé, sans prétentions avec du personnel agréable et serviable. Une très bonne note pour le réceptionniste anglais . Toujours attentif et serviable.

Rien d'important, peut-être l'ascenseur un peu petit , et les escaliers pénibles. Un refraichissement ferait bien .

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel waren sauber und gepflegt.

Das Frühstück war leider nichts Besonderes. Für ein oder zwei Tage ist es vollkommen in Ordnung, allerdings fehlt etwas Abwechslung. Eine größere Auswahl sowie frisch zubereitete Spiegeleier oder Rührei wären eine schöne Verbesserung. Insgesamt könnte das Frühstück etwas vielfältiger sein.

Au départ qu’on a reçu une chambre qui correspondait pas du tout aux photos la chambre était mauvaise qualité. Après notre discussion, on a reçu deuxième chambre plus confortable.

Our room was not suitable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers( bunk beds) , the bathroom was very tired and in need of an update. Door does not shut properly in the bathroom and the handle is loose. Leaking from the bath tub onto the floor when showering. Water was dripping from the ceiling where the outside blinds run into the ceiling upon the small hallway . Not clear on booking.com that I needed to specify about quadruple room and did not expect bunk beds which were rather rickety. The staff were super helpful and nice.

Abbiamo prenotato questo albergo perché volevamo fare il tour delle Isole Borromee sul Lago Maggiore e, da questo punto di vista, è stata una buona base per il nostro soggiorno. La camera era abbastanza semplice, il letto comodo, ma purtroppo abbiamo notato qualche ragnatela, dettaglio che sicuramente andrebbe curato maggiormente. Anche il bagno ci è sembrato un po’ datato e avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato. La colazione era nella norma, senza particolari note positive o negative: giusta per iniziare la giornata. Nel complesso un soggiorno sufficiente, soprattutto se si cerca un punto d’appoggio per visitare la zona e le Isole Borromee. Ci sono però alcuni aspetti, soprattutto per quanto riguarda pulizia e bagno, che potrebbero essere migliorati. Voto: 6/10.

Pas très loin de la gare, à quelques pas des ferries, l'emplacement est plutôt bon. En plein centre ville. C'est entouré de restaurants donc parfait pour se déplacer. Restaurant proposé également à l'hôtel. Lits plutôt confortables mais oreillers un peu mou.

Salle de bain avec des équipements qui manque peut-être d'un petit rafraîchissement. Mais rien d'alarmant!

Dieses Hotel ist eine reine Katastrophe, die Bilder auf booking.com oder auf ihrer Homepage haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun , das badezimmer eine Ruine, alles kaputt alles schmutzig voll mit schimmel Das gleiche mit den Zimmer alles voll mit Flecken alles schmutzig es fällt alles auseinender. Das paar das mit uns gekommen ist hat nach 1 std wieder ausgechekt. Vom Frühstück buffet reden wir nicht, ein Witz. Auch dort Besteck dreckig tisch tuch voller Flecken auch das Personal dort am Frühstück buffet unter alles Sau ! Eine Schande für booking.com das sie so etwas über haupt auf ihrer Seite anbieten !

Malgré la confirmation par PRIMAVERA de notre réservation par mail, notre chambre n’était pas disponible. Une personne nous a dit que la réservation n’était pas passée (problème avec Booking) et que la chambre a été donnée à un autre client, et en même temps une autre personne de l’accueil nous disait que notre chambre avait un problème de climatisation. On nous a accompagné dans un autre hôtel *** de moins bonne qualité mais sans diminution de prix.

L'hôtel est "un peu dans son jus". Les équipements sont un peu dépassés. la salle de bain n'est pas au confort actuel (mitigeur, douche minuscule, vmc très bruyante)

フェリー乗り場まで２，３分と素晴らしい立地。周囲にはレストラン、カフェ、アイスクリーム屋、お土産屋さんなど多数。中心となる広場も近いです。歩いて２，３分にカルフールもあり買い物にも困りません。部屋は高い階にして頂いたので、眺めも良く、今回は暑くて使いませんでしたが、ベランダ付きでテーブルや椅子も備え付けてあります。小さいながら冷蔵庫もあり、エアコンもよく効きます。

エアコンはずっと入りっぱなしで、切る方法が分からなかった…くらいかな。 立地は色々良い点を書きましたが、駅からは下り道、つまり帰りは上りになります。少し傾斜があるので、地味ですが夏場はしんどいです。

La photo de la chambre sur Booking n'avait rien à voir avec la réalité ! Salle de bain ancienne par rapport aux belles photos, pas d'isolation , on entend parfaitement les voisins de chambre... Propreté qui laisse à désirer.... Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre l'accueil à été très froid et évidemment refusé. Petit dej pas qualitatif

Decent enough hotel excellent location.All was good until we were checking out we stayed 1 night and we were charged 30 euros for city tax which is normally 1.50.It was returned when we realised and went back bluster about oh I thought you stayed 7 nights which still would not equate to 30 euros. It was returned out of the receptionist wallet .So be careful!

Lage des Hotels ist super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es hatte viel Auswahl. Das Zimmer verfügt über alles, was man braucht.

Schade war, dass das Zimmer nicht fertig renoviert war.

The hotel is in the heart of Stesa - very close to everything - shops, restaurants, the ferry boats, train station, etc. The staff was overall amazing, very nice and helpful on all aspects - special thanks to Kevin on the reception, truly differential to the stay. The room was super clean all the time. I took a family room, and the children beds were separate, which was also a very good thing, so each could sleep in their own single beds without problems. The bathroom was fairly small, though it was as expected/seen on the photos. Overall, super recommend.

The hotel is a bit old but very well kept. It’s in the City Center and the staff is wonderful and helpful.

Breakfast

Location was good and the view from the room was nice. Room was air conditioned.

Unfortunately this hotel was a big disappointment. Firstly the room was filthy when we arrived with unwashed cups and a bowl with a spoon. Quite clearly used. I’m not fully convinced the room was cleaned before our stay. The room itself was very dated and the ceiling had holes and the panels were dislodged in many places. No coffees, teas etc provided with the kettle. The minibar drinks had mould on it?! The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows flat. The breakfast staff were quite miserable and just raised their voice at everyone coming in.. very confusing as to what was required of us. Were we meant to wait to be seated or take a chance at seating ourselves etc. Whatever we did was wrong anyway. Breakfast had a poor selection of food. The only substantial items to eat were ham, salami, cheese and a bread roll (I love a continental but this was a little pathetic :/)

La camera quadrupla non adattissima ai bambini piccoli : letto a castello in ferro quindi pericoloso per la testa (mio figlio ha sbattuto e si è fatto male), frigorifero in mezzo alla stanza con parte elettrica a portata di mano, ma la nota peggiore è stata l’aria condizionata centralizzata, non si può spegnere ed è molto rumorosa, abbiamo speso molto per una notte senza dormire e svegliandoci con il mal di gola (temperatura degna degli hotel americani!). Colazione purtroppo pessima: torte scadenti e secche, non in quantità sufficiente per gli ospiti, anche i camerieri se ne lamentavano. Infine in camera molto odore di muffa

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt und der See ist nur eine Minute entfernt. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen obwohl die Altstadt Nachts etwas laut ist. Unser Zimmer hatte jedoch Schalldichte Fenster und eine Klimananlage.

Schmutziges Geschirr in Frühstücksbereich. Sowohl auf dem Tisch stehende Tassen, als auch Besteck im Selbstbedienungsbereich. Wirklich schlecht. Sind dann trotz schon bezahlten Frühstück auswärts essen gewesen. Badezimmer verstaubt, Lüftung ebenso schmutzig und schimmlig.

Localização excelente, 2 minutos a pé mesmo junto ao lago e ao centro . Os funcionários muito simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar. Bom café da manhã.

Billigenheden var super og personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Renligheden var i top.

Elevator dørene kunne forblive åben på de forskellige etager så den ikke virkede. Måtte flere gange finde den åbne dør på en etage, for at gøre elevatoren brugbar igen. Der var flere småting de burde få styr på.
