Emplacement remarquable. Les chambres sont confortables et la literie est très bonne. L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Et le personnel de la réception est vraiment agréable et sympathique. Vraiment une bonne adresse !

Staff parecchio scortese, abbiamo aspettato più di un’ora per il check in in quanto le camere non erano ancora pronte alle 5 del pomeriggio e nessuno ha avuto l’accuratezza di avvisare appena la camera fosse stata pronta ma ci siamo dovuti interessare noi dopo più di un’ora di attesa.

Location with reserved parking, Nice room and good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Shower in bathtub is not pleasant and dangerous

Lovely hotel in a wonderful city. It is our favourite place to stop on the way to Italy. The staff are very helpful especially advising where to park.

It is a bit expensive for the facilities, with no bar and little parking.

Un soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Aosta. Il Duca D'Aosta si trova proprio nel cuore del centro storico, posizione strategica per la visita alla città. Le camere sono molto belle: ben arredate, climatizzate ed insonorizzate. Letti molto comodi. Bagno ampio e funzionale con tutto il necessario. Lo staff è incredibilmente cordiale, siamo stati accolti meravigliosamente sia alla reception, sia per la colazione, sia al piano dal personale addetto alle pulizie. Ci hanno messo tutti a nostro agio e hanno avuto anche un occhio di riguardo per il nostro cane. Le pulizie vengono effettuate con regolarità e precisione ogni giorno. La colazione è ottima ed abbondante, credo possa soddisfare tutti i gusti degli amanti del dolce e del salato, ma in particolare le torte sono speciali. Molto consigliato!

rooms was comfortable and well cleaned, location was convenient for me, lots of nice streets/restaurants/shops nearby.

I was disappointed that when my plans changed last minute, and I let them know ahead of arrival that I needed to check out a night early, that they were completely inflexible in making any concessions for this - I had to pay for all the nights booked, and they wouldn't even entertain for example allowing me to pay for breakfast or hotel parking with the cost of the unused night. I'm not sure if it that would have been different had I booked directly, but they did attribute their response to "because you booked through booking.com" - regardless it turned an opportunity for me to think very highly of them to being very frustrated with them. I will definitely be visiting Aosta again, but will use a different hotel next time. I've been in similar situations in other hotels around the world and always received some flexibility/understanding/concession - I get that staff have to follow rules imposed on them, but those rules/policy have a cost, in this case bad review and no repeat business.

Emplacement centre ville, accés routier et parking sous-terrain privé, idéal pour la moto. Acceuil du personnel en français, grande chambre.

Sehr gute Lage, 50m von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Und ganz wichtig: bei 35 Grad Anfang September ist die Klimaanlage Gold wert!

Pour un hôtel 4 etoiles il serait bien d’offrir une bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée et ne pas la faire payer 2 € !

És un molt bon hotel. Bona ubicació, al bell mig del casc històric. Confortable, boniques vistes des de l' habitació i bones instal·lacions. Amb un estil retro dels anys 60/70 molt elegant. El personal és molt amable i atent. Volem destacar l' amabilitat i simpatia de la noia joveneta dels esmorzars ( no sabem el seu nom...). Volem agrair- li la seva simpatia amb la nostra gossa Golden Retriever Nina. Gràcies!!!

Ens ha agradat tot i ens hem sentit molt a gust. Hem gaudit molt de l' hotel i de la ciutat d' Aosta. És una ciutat molt tranquil·la i molt agradable per passejar. Hi tornarem!! Gràcies per tot!!

The location was very close to the train station and the city center. Staff was wonderful and the breakfast was phenominal. Great selection with eggs, meats, breads, yogurt, cake, fruit and jams. Absolutely the best!

Steps away from the main pedestrian street in Aosta. Very comfortable room with A/C. Breakfast was amazingly generous in its offer of products. The best in a 14-day trip. Would not hesitate to recommend the hotel.

This was a perfect hotel just in the city center. The rooms were beautifully designed, with a certain old time charm, but a modern filling. Perfect bathroom. Nice breakfast in the hotel bakery.

The pillows are not the best ones, very hard and flat.

A hotel jónak tünt ezért választottam.

Fél évvel előre foglaltam, de még sem katam normális szobát. A hátsó lift hofra nézett az ablak, ami sötét és hangos volt. Nem tudtam milyen idő van odakint, azt sem láttam, hogy szakad az eső. Az ágy kényelmetlen volt, fájt a hátam, derekam tőle. A tusfördőnek szörnyű illata volt. Kár, hogy, nem hoztam sajátot. Más kisebb hotelekben az árban benne van a napi 1 kis üveg víz. Itt fizetni kellett érte. Szóval sztem nem ért ennyit a hotel. Ja és kértem parkolást előre, de persze nem kaptam.Jó negyed órányira volt fizetős parkoló.

Snídaně byla velmi dobrá, mohlo být více zeleniny.

Hotel er ret dyrt. 5 overnatning. Når vi kom virker aircondition ikke, 35 grader udenfor.. først dagen efter blev repeteret. Parkering som vi troede var private ha plads kun til 6 biler med ekstra gebyr..( det var ingen plads til os) ellers kørt vi rund hver dag for at finde offentlige parkering som var svært! Morgenmad restaurant lille mange gæster skal udendørs og spise selv om var varmt!kun 1 elevator til mange gæster som var meget optaget af service personal, og man ventede lang på den.. ikke det peng værd

Pour 3, la chambre manque un peu de place mais on a pris une chambre double avec lit d’appoint donc normal. Et peut-être le rapport qualité / prix un peu fort mais bon, tout était top.

Sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück; freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal; zentrale Lage in Aosta und trotzdem ruhig; gemütliche Atmosphäre; vielfältiges Angebot an guten (und auch preiswerten) Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung.

Autozufahrt und Parken etwas umständlich, da zentrale Stadtlage, aber mit Assistenz des Hotelpersonals auf jeden Fall machbar
