Room was comfy with clean bathroom. Check in process is very easy and can arrive at any hour of the night. Also really liked not having to carry a key with me. Great location. Perfect for a couple on vacation.

Sounds travel very easy throughout the building, the AC has a hard time keeping the room cool during the day, and power can go out for short periods of time here and there. Electricity problem is not from hotel though. We encountered this issue out on the town at dinner as well 1 night. No elevator so be sure you can carry your bags up stairs.

It is the perfect location, centrally located if you want to explore Venice. Very short walk from water taxi locations and a maximum 20-minute walk from all the major attractions. You can leave your bags before and after check-in, which enables more exploration time without carrying things around. Room was simple and clean, with comfortable air-conditioning. Maximillan in the reception was very nice and helpful, as were the other staff.

For coffee drinkers there is a machine in the room to make coffee. It would have been great to add tea to non-coffee drinkers. It would also be good to have toothpaste to toiletries.

The best location you will find in Venice 100%. Coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, and the self checkout was simple. Great noise cancellation for the outside and of the neighbouring rooms but can’t hear the noise in the corridor but that is understandable

The bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner but it was still clean enough.

Hotel Orion – Venice We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Orion. The location is excellent, very central and close to the main attractions, which made exploring Venice very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Everything was smooth and convenient during our stay, and we felt very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Hotel Orion to anyone visiting Venice. We would be happy to stay here again!

Ubytování bylo perfektní. Vybavené klimatizací, čisté, naprosto dostačující vybavení a skvělá lokalita. Byli jsme nadšení.

Très belle chambre typique vénitienne, le personnel est adorable et l’hôtel se situe véritablement à deux pas de la place St Marc

Le bâtiment étant d’époque, les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées entre elles et nous entendions les voisins prendre leur douche (mais pas les bruits provenants de la rue)

Tuvimos que subir 3 pisos por una escalera angosta, incomoda. Nunca aclararon que no había elevador. Mi esposo tiene dificultad para movilizarse y fue muy molesto subir y bajar.

Locatia perfecta pentru un sejur in Venetia. Central, aproape de Piata San Marco. Curatenie zilnica. Acces foarte usor pe baza de coduri, nu stai cu grija cheilor. Hotelul protejat, nu intra oricine. Per total, excelent.

Líbilo se mi místo, čistota a ochota hotelu si nechat zavazadla i po odhlášení z hotelu v úschovně.

Tolle Lage. Leider kein Aufzug - meine Frau und ich sind bereits älter. Das Zimmer war im 4. Stock und nur über eine schmale Treppe zu erreichen. War mit Gepäck äußerst anstrengend. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel werder wir ein Zimmer im ersten oder zweiten Stock buchen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung !!!

Ottima struttura in pieno centro a Venezia. Stanza pulita e ampia per tre persone con vista meravigliosa. Personale gentilissimo. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out.

Qualche difficoltà a contattare telefonicamente la struttura il giorno prima dell’arrivo ma poi abbiamo risolto.

We got the fifth floor which was fine but would have been a nicer stay without all those stairs. I guess the only room for 3 adults is on the top floor

Sicuramente la persona alla reception, Massimiliano professionale e sempre pronto ad ascoltare ogni esigenza di noi ospiti, e ottimo il fatto di gestire senza chiavi la struttura ma con codici numerici per aprire portone e camera👏👏

Il fatto che al secondo piano, essendoci un frigo grande dove tenere le nostre bibite, altri ospiti hanno preso la nostra acqua comprata da noi. Ma la gestione non ha colpa sulla maleducazione degli altri ospiti, anche perché in inglese avevo scritto sulle bottiglie di non toccare

La ubicación es excelente y la comunicación fue muy buena. Hay escaleras pero para nosotros no fue problema. Puedes dejar las maletas en una zona cerca de la recepción (en la que no hay personal) y no hay vigilancia. En la habitación dejan agua, café y galletitas.

El mobiliario y el baño es viejo y huele a humedad, la habitación era muy oscura. Se confunde el estilo veneciano con lo viejo. Para mí no se ajusta el precio con la calidad

Not much-location was good.

Terrible complete lack of communication. What’s Up messaging, Bookings messages, phone calls, all completely ignored. They apparently have multiple apartments with various sizes and amenities. Some are apparently better/newer remodeled than others. Ours was not so great. -a bit dated but mostly dangerously hot with no air conditioning on the 4th floor. The best part of this apartment was leaving.

La ubicación excelente, a unos pasos de dan marcos, la habitación hermosa y limpia. Me encantó. Volveré a alojarme cuando vaya a venecia.

Difficile d’avoir quelqu’un de physique en cas de problème mais le mail fonctionne bien Nous avions réservé petit déjeuner mais ne se faisait plus ( rembourser 50€ pour deux pour une semaine !!!) La salle de bain petite mais pour le peu de temps qu’on passe dans la chambre suffisant

Die Lage ist herrvorragend! Die Ausstattung ist gut, man hat alles was man braucht. Leider gibt es kein Frühstück mehr, was wir nicht wussten...

Die Codes überall sind etwas mühsam und leider hat man keinen persönliche Kontakt mehr..

The location is perfect, it is just 3 mins walk from piazza san marco, the room was perfectly clean too, definitely recommended for short stays🥰

On our last day, it started to rain (heavily) and I noticed raindrops above the door of the bathroom.

Magnífico alojamiento a dos minutos de la plaza San Marcos. Limpieza muy cuidada, buen aire acondicionado,muy buenos colchones y excelente presión de agua. Excelente relación calidad- precio teniendo en cuenta los elevados precios de Venecia. Tuve un problema con la cancelación de mi vuelo y me cambiaron las fechas de mi estancia sin ningún problema pese a que reserve sin cancelación. El acceso también es cómodo y ágil y puedes dejar las maletas en recepción todo el tiempo necesario.

No encontré ningun aspecto negativo. Quizás, por decir algo, que no dispone de ascensor aunque para mí esto no fue un problema.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la place Saint-Marc, ce qui permet de visiter Venise facilement à pied.

L’absence d’ascenseur est le seul point négatif.

The room is really beautiful,cozy and clean. It has everything! A lot of excellent details to make your visit really comfortable, the location is the best, it is practically close to everything! And the staff are very helpful and friendly. Definitely I will back here in my next visit

La localisation est parfaite

On entendait absolument tout ce qu'il se passait dans les l'hôtel... Aitant nous n'entendions pas le bruit de la rue, autant chaque mouvement interne a l'hôtel était tellement audible que ca aurait pu etre dans notre chambre. (les femmes de chambres qui discutent tôt et très fort dans les couloirs, la sonnette de l'hôtel ou les passants s'amusent à appuyer toute la nuit, les autres voyageurs logeant à l'hôtel....) impossible de dormir sans boules quies.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, a dos minutos de la Plaza de San Marcos. La habitación está bien equipada, con nevera y todo. Totalmente insonorizada y limpia. Los recepcionistas muy agradables. Dejamos las maletas para visitar la ciudad el último día y al regresar nos ofrecieron si queríamos refrescarnos en una habitación. Cuando regresemos a Venecia, que espero hacerlo, nos alojaremos aquí de nuevo, sin dudarlo.

Habría que mejorar un poco la presión de la ducha, pero se puede usar así perfectamente.

Venedik de oldukça merkeziydi. İki kişilik yataktı ama oda biraz küçüktü. Venedik için oldukça temizdi. Yataktan biraz tiksindim açıkçası. Bir de venedikte çoğu otel gibi asansörsüzdü ve valizleri kendiniz çıkarıyorsunuz, o çok yorucu ve zordu.

Ubicación inmejorable si quieres alojarte cerca de la plaza di Marco. Hay muchísimos bares,restaurantes y tiendas alrededor como para no tener que irte a buscar lejos. La habitación era una suite,muy bonita,pero era en el 5 piso y como la mayoría de los hoteles en Venecia,no hay ascensor. Por lo demás todo correcto. Pasamos solo una noche, y como nuestro hijo estaba como apartado en otra sala,estuvimos muy cómodos.

Solo una pequeña sugerencia. El aire acondicionado da para la sala donde está una cama. Debido a eso,mi hijo a pasado un poco de frío y en cambio nosotros pasamos calor,por no querer bajar más la temperatura. Por lo demás todo perfecto!

Die Lage war top. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war ausreichend.

In den Zimmern war ein sehr penetranter Geruch von Putzmitteln oder Pestiziden. Wir hatten das Gefühl das es durch die Klimaanlagen verteilt wurde.

When booking I felt it wasn’t clear that the hotel was 4 floors and there was no lift. This was difficult for me I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known this.. also I had noisy neighbours I could hear everything

Wyśmienita lokalizacja, wysoki standard hotelu za przystępną cenę. Miłe zaskoczenie to dobrze zaopatrzony aneks kuchenny. Klimatyzacja w pokoju działała bez zarzutu. Pokój dobrze przygotowany do obsługi gości (do dyspozycji była przejściówka do gniazdek elektrycznych, lodówka do napojów, mały ekspres do kawy).

Trochę zbyt głośny sygnał otwarcia drzwi do pokoju - nie był to duży problem, ale wieczorem mógł przeszkadzać innym gościom.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. La ubicación es simplemente increíble; si buscan un hotel con una ubicación excepcional para recorrer Venecia caminando, este es el lugar ideal. Está muy cerca de los principales atractivos y rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas, lo que hizo nuestra visita muy cómoda. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y su decoración era hermosa y acogedora. Todo el hotel se encontraba muy bien cuidado y disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Todo fue excelente.
