Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Proche de la grande place de Venise (palais des Doges). Proche de tout. Idéal pour passer une nuit ou plus et voir l'activité du soir au cœur de Venise. La chambre était nickel. L'accueil était parfait.
Petit souci avec le GPS et les canaux (la précision de celui-ci déconne car l'eau peut induire le GPS en erreur), mais un petit appel téléphonique à l'accueil de l'hôtel a pu tout arranger ;)

No front desk after 6 pm and in morning . Very very small entrance , hard to find hotel. We paid for breakfast but had to leave early to catch the train , our early breakfast request was not met as no one was there .

Receptionist help with looking up schedule for vaporetto since we were leaving early in the morning. Loved the candies at reception desk,.complimentary tea with kettle. We got slippers and toiletries. Loved the balcony overlooking the canal. Liked the luggage rack.
It did not have a lift and no smart tv

Nos acomodaram no quarto andar duas senhoras uma de 62 e outra de 72 anos tínhamos que subir e descer 4 andares a pé todas as vezes pq não tem elevador e o sinal do wi Fi nunca chegou lá no quarto ! Quando comentei com a recepção ela duvidou! Eu sei mexer na internet e viajo bastante, então não tenho dificuldades com isso ! Mas em nenhum momento conectou o wi fi de lá !

Der Frühstücksraum, das Frühstück der Raum war auch bereits in der Früh schon ziemlich warm (ohne Klima) in der Nacht war es plötzlich sehr laut vor dem Fenster, wie wenn ein Partyboot direkt unter uns stehen geblieben ist und die Musik extrem laut aufgedreht hat.. von 02:15 Uhr bis 04:30 konnten wir somit nicht mehr einschlafen

Por buscar algo para criticar, no tenía ascensor (obviamente la mayoría de los hoteles de esa zona no lo tiene, hay que ir preparado para subir equipaje por la escalera) y la habitación era algo chica para 4, pero ambas cosas ya las sabíamos y aceptamos de antemano, así que no fueron problema.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026The hotel was in a great location, only about a 3 minute walk from the rialto river boat terminus. The girl on reception was really great. We arrived early, but she got the room ready quickly, so we didn't have to wait around. Friendly staff and a cosy feel to the place. If going back to Venice I wiuld definitely go back to this hotel.
There is no elevator, but in the main that was not really a problem.

Wir haben ein Zimmer für uns 4 bekommen, das wir zu zweit auch bekommen hätten. Entsprechend war das Zimmer klein, das Bad noch kleiner. Aber ok, wir haben nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbracht.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Nothing. The owner was incredibly rude from the moment we entered. Asking for $21 in cash for city tax- the hotelOwner said only cash excepted- this turns out to not be true. Luckily we had cash on us. No receipt offered. We got to our room and found the curtains had been pulled down. The website and confirmation of our exact room clearly show curtains, and the room still had the hardware attached to the walls. The room was so hot and worse, we had no sleep with light pouring in to wake us at 4:45am. Also this hotel is weirdly barely managed. No one ever at front desk. The day We checked in at 3:00 he basically left shortly after. I noticed others were not in yet, so he left a note and keys on the desk for others to basically self check in. I spoke to the owner straight after checking in when I saw we had no curtains. I asked where the curtains had gone. He said “oh yes a guest pulled them”. I asked what could be done and could we not be offered a room with curtains He said he wasn’t obligated to. it’s not in the fine print to offer curtains. And then doubled down with- and you booked an economical room. He checked the computer begrudgingly and said the next available room is the day we check out….. After spending one night there we left - forfeiting the cost of the room we paid for and checked ourselves into a wonderful hotel nearby. With friendly, helpful staff. And curtains! Money well spent! Please shop around. There are many beautiful hotels you can pick from. No need to pay someone to be disrespected or treated poorly on your holiday

Installer des stores ou autres pour masquer la lumière et réduire la chaleur, même s'il y a la climatisation qui fonctionne bien (Chambre au dernier étage).

The room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator or assistance available to help with luggage. The reception staff were not friendly and seemed to have an attitude when answering questions. The room was very small with no balcony, and the windows were positioned too high to provide any view. The air conditioning did not work well, and the room remained hot until midnight. Overall, I do not recommend this property and had a very poor experience for the amount of price.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026De mooie kamer en het uitzicht. Vanop het balkon zicht op de bootjes en mensen die over de brug wandelen, de andere huizen en een gezellig restaurant... Heel gezellig allemaal. Het ontbijt was super lekker en enorm veel. Lekkere drankjes, bediening aan tafel.... Zoveel keuze. Gratis bagage opslag tot 17 uur.

Le prix global (mais c'est Venise, les hôtels sont très chers) Pas d'accueil physique après 18h (mais récupérer les clés est facile) Pas d'ascenseur (typique pour ce type de petit hôtel à Venise)

Ho contattato la struttura avvisando che saremmo arrivati in tarda serata, ci hanno detto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. Il mattino successivo ci hanno chiesto 30€ per il late check in, ridicolo… turisti non fatevi fregare!! In più durante il nostro soggiorno di 2 notti non è andata l’acqua calda, di conseguenza non abbiamo potuto usarle la doccia e la struttura non è stata per niente collaborativa né nel trovare una soluzione né nel proporci un rimborso parziale.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026The location was very central. The bathroom was new and clean. The reception was very helpful. The breakfast was generous.
We were on the fourth floor. After walking around so much it was too much having to go up all those stairs. The point of beIng so central was to be able to nip back in-between site seeing to restore but it wasn’t convenient. Also it was very hot and the net curtains didnt block the light so we were woken early with the heat of the sun pouring in on us.
