This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel upon arrival in Rome. The reception staff is always so welcoming and friendly and we especially enjoy the breakfast at their partner hotel ( 1 block away). The rooms are basic but always clean.

The location was near the metro and several tourist sites. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

Unterkunft war sehr schön. Klein aber fein. So freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter:innen gibt es selten. Die waren alle so lieb und hilfsbereit!!!

Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel wirklich super, man hat alles was man braucht! Bereits zu Beginn hat uns die Rezeption eine Karte übergeben und uns auf dieser eingezeichnet, wo sich die Sehenswürdigkeiten, gute Restaurants, bestes Tiramisu der Stadt, Partystimmung etc befinden. Das Hotel liegt neben der Metro Repubblica - man kommt dort mit der Metro überall hin; man muss höchstens beim Termini umsteigen, von dort aus fährt alles ab. Man kann aber auch mit den Bussen Nr 60, 40 und H fahren - alles mit Fussweg 3 Minuten. Das Frühstück war auch wirklich super - zwar ein sehr sehr kleiner Frühstücksraum, aber hat alles was man braucht - Rührei, Speck, verschiedene Brotsorten, Marmelade, Käse, Schinken, Joghurt, frisch gepresste Säfte, sehr guten Cappucino etc! Die Zimmer waren zwar klein, aber haben immerhin einen Safe, eine Minibar mit Inhalt (auch nicht immer Standard und vor allem mit angemessenen Preisen), Haarföhn etc - alles was man benötigt.

Auf dem Balkon kann man nur stehen - das ist eher ein französischer Balkon. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wenn jemand im Nebenzimmer den Wasserhahn aufdreht, hört man alles.

Room was extremely clean and comfortable with a good air conditioning system to fight the heat of the summer. The only thing I thought was strange is the staff installed a light outside the rooms to indicate the power is still active in the room. They would only provide one key to prevent you from cooling the room down while you were out in the city. In the heart of Roma, within walking distance of theRoma Termini and easy to find. It was also in a good neighborhood with plenty of resturants and cafes to enjoy throughout your stay. The Staff were extremely nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend visiting this hotel if you need a haven from the busy life in Roma. La camera era estremamente pulita e confortevole, dotata di un buon impianto di climatizzazione per combattere il caldo estivo. Si trova nel cuore di Roma, a breve distanza a piedi dalla stazione Termini e in una posizione facile da raggiungere. È situato inoltre in un bel quartiere, ricco di ristoranti e caffè da frequentare durante il soggiorno. Anche il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un rifugio tranquillo lontano dalla frenesia di Roma.

Honestly the breakfast was not good. We loved the lady working the 4th Floor breakfast option. She was extremely helpful and sweet. Unfortunately, the hot food was cold in the middle of the serving hours @ 1000 with no lid on either the eggs or the bacon. We were the only ones in the breakfast for the first 15 minutes so I do not understand why the food was left open and cold. The food actually made me sick that day after a little while and I had to take the train back to Napoli as well feeling under the weather. That made for a VERY bad return leg of our trip. I would recommend not ever eating the in house breakfast option, instead take the option to go to a cafe near by that they have arranged for. It should be cook properly and to order there? I am not sure about that though. Or simply pay only for a room and go out to eat instead. Onestamente, la colazione non era buona. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la signora che gestiva il servizio colazione al quarto piano: è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Purtroppo, le pietanze calde erano fredde già alle 10:00 (in pieno orario di servizio) e né le uova né il bacon erano coperti. Eravamo gli unici presenti per i primi 15 minuti, quindi non capisco perché il cibo fosse lasciato scoperto e freddo. Quel cibo mi ha fatto stare male poco dopo e ho dovuto prendere il treno di ritorno per Napoli sentendomi indisposto; questo ha reso il viaggio di ritorno davvero pessimo. Consiglio di evitare la colazione offerta dalla struttura e di optare invece per il bar convenzionato nelle vicinanze. Lì dovrebbero preparare tutto al momento, anche se non ne ho la certezza assoluta. In alternativa, si può semplicemente prenotare solo la camera e andare a mangiare fuori.

O quarto era um pouco apertado e o café da manhã em salas bem pequenas no prédio mas tinha tudo bom e fresquinho.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Each of them took time to greet us and ask us about our holiday. Breakfast was great also!

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we were very pleased with our experience. The location is excellent, with both the train station and the city center within easy reach, making it very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The room was comfortable, and the beds were very cozy. A special mention goes to the ladies at the reception, who were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm and attentive approach made us feel truly welcomed.

I'm on a solo trip and had hoped this hotel would be good for personal down time in the mornings and evenings. Every staff was attentive and certainly accomidating and com I assionate. My 7 night stay was excellent and I had the balc9ny room all to myself. Wonderfull♡

Bed was comfortable and the staff was extremely kind. Nadia didn’t even allow us to pay for the waters in the mini bar and was very welcoming and kind to us.

Location is quite convenient - we were able to enjoy gelato across the street, dinner around the corner, and even take a walk (only a mile!) to the Colosseum. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. They don’t have a gym but only a 5min walk away and a 15 euro guest pass at the Hive hotel was a great option. Lastly we used their services for all transfers from the airport to the hotel to the cruise terminal and back - choosing to stay at this location for both the front end and back end of our trip.

It’s quite small. I mean that’s the name of the hotel. It’s a single floor within another hotel.

The hotel was very disappointing, we specifically booked accommodation with air conditioning only to find that the air conditioning was not working. In addition to that it was evident that the facilities had not been cleaned. When asking for alternatives we we brought a fan which did not help for the heat. I didn't manage to sleep at all and what was supposed to be a lovely get away turned out to be a huge disappointment

Angenehmes Ambiente, es ist nachts nichts laut, die Klimaanlage läuft gut und macht ein angenehmes Raumklima. Frühstück ist klein aber oho, toller Kaffee, super Olivenöl, leckere dolci. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Im Eingangsbereich ruht man sich gern schon mal aus, dort gibt es auch Wasser gratis. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber sehr schön neu renoviert, Betten bequem, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank vorhanden, Bad ist ebenfalls schön und die Dusche sehr gut. Essen gehen kann man aber direkt neben dem Hotel im Ristorante Cotto sehr gut und in unmittelbarer Umgebung auch, in den Straßen bummelt es sich gut. Die Diokletiansthermen und Museum sind in der Nähe. Und noch dazu in der Nähe von Termini, deshalb hatten wir das Hotel gewählt. Absolute Empfehlung!!! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

El baño es bastante nuevo pero la ducha perdía un poco de agua. La habitación un poco pequeña pero por una noche no es un problema. La sala del desayuno es muy pequeña

A very well-positioned small hotel close to the absolute heart of Rome, ideal for a short one or two-night stay. However, if you are traveling by car, parking is a major issue because the hotel is located inside the ZTL (restricted traffic zone).

On the downside, it is quite noisy and the breakfast area is very small. However, the breakfast selection itself is surprisingly diverse and varied.
