Hotel Madrid

Location

Could not sleep because air/con unit was leaking water all over floor so switched it of so had to leave window in showe/toilet room open also window in bedroom noticed after taking pictures of air/conversation unit that it has been leaking for sometime and has not been fixed why did they put my wife and I in this room when they know unit has been leaking as you know I use booking.com a lot I am not making false accusations also further more I expect a full apology from Hotel Madrid plus reimbursement

Jättebra frukost.

Har inget att klaga på.

Small balcony with an ashtray, secure parking for my motorcycle, swimming pool

Rooms are not very soundproof. Noisy lovers in the adjacent room

Was n the middle of every thing

👍

👍

Room was of a good size and clean- toiletries provided in the bathroom , we checked in on the 6th-7th of September, The young guy on reception was very friendly - welcoming and helpful re directions etc. Bar area was very basic but the prices were good Location was good with a few bar/restaurants nearby. Towels were handed out at reception if you wanted to use the nearby pool

Breakfast was very average, hot items re sausage- bacon- scrambled egg were only luke warm Towels in the bathrooms need changing - they are off colour and hard. The hotel pool is not in the hotel- you need to leave the hotel and go across the road , you are given a code for access through the gate, The sun loungers are of bad quality - some are broken and more sunbeds are needed. My biggest disappointment re our stay was the barmaid that was on duty Monday the 7th - we went into the bar at 8.05 and the bar was quiet as it closes at 9pm - the barmaid was so rude , basically did not want us in there as she was cleaning and getting ready to close up and she made it very obvious regarding how rude she was - was very disappointing.

It is very central , good parking for that area of town. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning unit in my room was leaking water. I reported it to the staff twice. An attempt was made to fix it with success.

Ubicación

Hotel muy básico

Secure parking. Great location Great breakfast, buffet style

N/A

Proper, sober hotel. Basis ok! Vriendelijk personeel.

Lovely small hotel. Good value. Great selection for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Room cleaned every day and towels changed

Bien

Please people, do not book with this hotel. Pay the extra 10 euros. Very bad experience. The hygiene is below standards

I got a room above their dinning room where there is loud noise till 12 at night. So no sleep. The ceiling is full of mildew. The bathroom, OMG. See pictures attached

Colchon bastante incomodo

Très sympathique et familiale bien aménager

Habitación renovada, ducha limpia, aire acondicionado

Todo ok

Veldig grei beliggenhet i forhold til sentrum

Frokosten kunne gjerne vært litt mer variert, savnet grove rundstykker/ baguetter

Great location- lovely staff and good value and nice bar area

Swimming pool area is very grotty - probably best to either reinvest in it or close it- it’s across the road in their car park area and very dusty and not very nice with old washed out chairs etc

Location was ok

Run down and dirty rooms, the double bed was only a really uncomfortable queen size bed,not suitable for two. The room was very small (like a prison cell)the car park was a friends place up the road and he charged us €12 per day. The swimming pool was also not part of the hotel. The breakfast is not that great either, eat out !!! The staff didn’t really care about the room being dirty or that the window wasn’t working.

It is a beautiful hotel very close to all amenities. The room were spotless and functional. Staff excellent. Would highly recommend a stay there. Very reasonable

Sorry no dislikes

Location. Staff helpful.

All good did not like breakfast

Breakfast

The staff are great. We had a room with a seperate sitting area and 2 bathrooms (they had upgraded us) we have stayed before. The breakfast is fsb. Pool across the road.

On occassion the pool this time we went, was very noisy/busy. People from the apartments above the pool were using it - i do not know if this is for their use as well as hotel Madrid.

Beliggenhed. Safety box .

❤️ Hotel 100 % recomendable. Volveremos seguro. ¡Muchísimas gracias por todo!

Mooie locatie

Alles wat goed.

Clean and friendly staff

We thought we had a room with a balcony but no balcony

Liten balkong. Var bara AC i ena rummet. Frukosten var mer att önska, ganska torrt. Poolen var på andra sidan gatan.

Veldig bra frokost. Og god kaffe

Kunne vært renere totalt sett

Really nice hotel in a great location with very friendly staff. Our room was very clean & spacious with complimentary waters plus a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge! Great little balcony was an added bonus - my friend & I were very impressed overall.

Nothing to dislike

Accueil et services très bien

Rien

It was clean & close to the centre

The poor finishes, the toilet was wobbly the grout round the sink didn’t look clean , the original tiles had just been painted over & the hair dryer wasn’t fitted properly

Nothing

Very noisy and the shower was poor could not shower or stop the problems so checked out early

I'll be staying again 💯

Personalen och sovrummet

Frukost

Great location to Marina and beach, hotel facilities were great and the breakfast offered a great range of choice . Staff were great and welcming, chamber maid was very helpful and cleaned the room daily, thank you!

Very Spanish

Room a little small and bathroom dated

Bon endroit parking bon dejeune a recommander

Location cleanliness and friendly staff .Good breakfast choice.

Thought rooms would be a bit larger ,could do with extra pillows. Noise from roadworks outside, although the hotel can't be responsible for this.

Nada

Arrived early, room was ready, staff excellent and very pleasant 😀, room cleaned daily and fresh towels every day, balcony was small but efficient

There was nothing I disliked as it was great value for the money

Balcony, swimming pool, breakfast

Sehr laute Nachbarn.

Super Frühstücksbuffet, obst etc

Location is great, breakfast was good.

N/A

Liked everything inside hotel, ie service, breakfast, staff and general ambience

The pool chairs and sunbeds need replacing. Very uncomfortable plastic sunbeds (sprung ones would be better). Some chairs and sunbeds were cracked which could course an accident.

Good breakfast.

Room could have been cleaner floors dirty Toilet could do with an update.

A very friendly, family run hotel, excellent value, full buffet breakfast included, decent sized room, comfortable bed, very good location -easy access to town centre, beach, bus routes and several restaurants close by.

A very pleasant hotel, staff very friendly especially at breakfast, a good variety on offer to suit everyone, only downside is the hot food plate didn't seem to be working the whole fortnight I was there, cold egg, bacon and sausage every morning. The room was comfy but the air con unit could do with updating, very noisy. Overall a good 2 weeks stayed here and would recommend it.

Cold breakfast and noisy air con unit in the bey

Staff were amazing. So helpful and understanding

Clean, staff weee welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was ample.

It was really nice and well situated for the beach . Clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.

I would have liked a room with balcony.

UBICACION Y ATENCION RECIBIDA

AISLAMIENTO EXTERIOR RUIDO

śniadanie OK

wszystko dobrze

Muy bien nada en particular

Staff were also friendly breakfast was amazing and room was clean. Couldn’t ask for much more.
