The restaurant next to the hotel was amazing. Fine dining at its best. Highly recommend. Unfortunately that’s where it ends. Room was modern but very dark. Not as clean as expected from reviews as the toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned. It was a little tough paying 2 euro for water especially when bottles of water were complimentary in other stays in Europe. Sorry but did not meet expectations.

Nulla

Bardzo ładny, wygodny hotel, stosunkowo nowe ręczniki, dobre, pachnące kosmetyki, suszarka do włosów, czajnik i herbata, ładna pościel, dużo poduszek, pokój klimatyzowany.

Ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie 😍

Staff perfect! Restaurant is very tasty end good!

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. It looked very modern and recently renovated. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. The owner was very helpful and kindly let us choose between two rooms. Parking for guests was just in the front of the hotel.

Nothing

Clean, nicely renovated rooms in a charming family-run hotel. Friendly staff, and an outstanding restaurant serving fresh, local, seasonal food alongside excellent wines. Everything was spot on!

The room was spacious, lovely, and spotlessly clean. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and were especially wonderful with our two children. We also had dinner in the restaurant, which was delicious — highly recommend.

The stuff is so polite and friendly. Room is clean and nice. Everything was great! Will come again for sure :)

Soggiorno perfetto. La camera è nuova, pulitissima e molto silenziosa. Si dorme benissimo. Personale gentile. Colazione ottima

Pulizia , gentilezza, camera comoda e ottima colazione. Consiglio .

Locatia, micul dejun, curatenia camerei, amabilitatea personalului.

Fantastic rooms, very clean, spacious and quiet.

Nothing

All’ingresso è esposta una targa Michelin.

The room and staff were perfect for the value!

Camere spaziose e confortevoli, pulizia ottima

Perfect stay. Good location for what we were looking for, parking in front of the hotel, very modern, nice and clean rooms. Incredible breakfast! Very nice and helpful staff.

Everything was just perfect — clean and enjoyable. The staff are so friendly and always ready to help, making the experience even more pleasant.

Personale molto gentile

A very nice family run hotel with excellent rooms and a nice italian restaurant

Superb hotel with excellent service. Convenient location for visiting Venice, Lido di Jesolo and Designer Outlet Noventa di Piave.

Super hotel, cisty, velmi mily personal, vyborna restauracia.

The staff was very helpful and flexible, the rooms are comfortable and modern and the dinner was unexpectedly delicious.

Véletlen találtunk a szállásra, késő este érkeztünk. A recepción igazán kedves fogadtatásban volt részünk. A személyzet rendkívül kedves es segítőkész. Nagyon tiszta és rendezett. A reggeli abszolút kielégítő.

Peccato!

Great hotel and nice staff.

Profesionalci.

Uslužno, čisto, moderno.

It was clean, new and fresh. From the moment we walked up to desk til we got to our room, all was perfect. The staff, owners, everyone were so warm and accommodating.

Nothing, it was glorious!

Loved this hotel! It has a warm Italian atmosphere throughout the entire property. The hotel is charming and quaint, with great bedding; plus, their evening restaurant is Michelin recommended . We had a very pleasant stay.

The breakfast room is lovely, with great food, a clean and inviting environment, and a wonderful team that made us feel welcome each morning.

O camera moderna, designe frumos, totul nou, foarte curat, parcare, personal foarte amabil

Nimic

Clean, friendly, excellent service, kind and happy personnel, and wonderful beds. Water was also tasty and clean ; and to top it all, both, the breakfast area and their restaurant were simply amazing.

We loved everything about this hotel. It has a soul and a welcoming spirit that you’ll notice if you take the time to talk to the staff. We will definitely come back next year‼️

It was so great. We were received with a big welcome even though we arrived late. Everyone was so kind.

Nothing, everything was new, clean, very accommodating.

Absolutely fantastic service, really cosy rooms, perfectly clean, modern and well furnished. The best Italian experience so far - will be coming back whenever I get the chance. Although the restaurant is more on the expensive side it is well worth it to taste all of the best of local cuisine; we felt very welcome, and made a lot of nice memories with every dish. You can absolutely feel that the place is family-run and well cared for instead of just being a place to stay between attractions. 11/10

Great stay One of the best hotel we stayed in. The hotel is located in City centre, with a short walk to shops. The room was spacious, with everything we needed. It was very clean. I think whoever cleaned did a very good job, with attention to details. It was very quiet, could not hear the noise of the street at all. All the staff was great and welcoming. From reception to restaurant, everyone was polite and helpful. The breakfast has plenty of selection, with delicious Italian ham and cheese. Loved it The food in the restaurant was same, really enjoyed the steaks and pastas. Prices were affordable. Definitely recommended as we would comeback staying in this hotel. Venice is at 30 min train ride. We booked a taxi to the train station, but could have walked to, as it is like half hour.
