Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da menzionare, rivedrei la colazione aggiungendo una miglior proposta che preveda cibo cotto al momento. Alcune cose erano molto buone altre (patate e uova) un po' fredde e/o cotte da un po'

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The whirlpool was nice and the room was clean
Ventilation in the Toilet did not work, the entire light system in the suite is controlled via wall switches and a tablet, with the tablet I have two issues. First it couldn't be blacked out and I am light sensitive when sleeping and the big issue since it is a tablet and the light control is an external software I think about if the tablets microphone and camera are also remotely accessible. Big privacy Issue. Second as we spent one night in the suite we fell asleep in the early evening and woke up to late for dinner. My plan was to grab one pizza outside and share with my partner in the room. I was told at the reception that bringing food from outside is not allowed, 2 minutes later another lady entered the hotel with a pizza box with no issue. When asked the young lady at the reception it was also very unpleasant, friendly but clearly a fake friendliness which did give a bad look and the expression made me feel not welcome. I work in the 5 Star hotel industry and I'd never told my clients a no for such a minor issue, yes they have their in home restaurant so I totally get this valid point, still it caused us discomfort and we had to leave the hotel again for food since the in-house restaurant serves mostly fish dishes which neither me or my partner was up for that night.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and genuinely comfortable. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and designed in a way that made it easy to relax after a long day. What really made this stay exceptional, though, was the staff. A special thank you to Laura and Alex, who went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. They made me feel valued as a guest and ensured that every part of my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. It’s rare to find such a high level of care and warmth, and it made all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
