Preislich scheint sich alles auf die Lage an der Amalfiküste zu orientieren, aber vieles unberechtigt. Shuttle auf Bestellung fährt in die nahe Umgebung, leider nicht zurück. Schlechte Fahranbindung. Taxifahrer in Amalfi extrem unfreundlich und Fahrkosten viel zu hoch, müsste verboten und bestraft werden, die Urlauber so auszunehmen. Restaurants in der Stadt überfüllt und Preise zu hoch. Extrem unfreundliche Busfahrer, die keine Infos zu ihrer Fahrroute geben und die Touristen allein am Straßenrand stehen lassen um ihre Fahrroute fortzusetzen. Allgemein scheint es ein Abkommen zwischen Bus und Taxi zu geben, das die Touristen abzockt. Einmal Amalfiküste ist genug, nie wieder, es gibt andere genauso schöne Umgebungen in anderen Urlaubsländern mit netteren Menschen in gerechtfertigtem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ohne diese maffiosen Züge.

Amazing hotel with an unbelievable view of the coast. Rooms were huge and clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinners were absolutely amazing. Pool was great, and the shuttle to Amalfi was helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Tutto... io e mia moglie abbiamo fatto questo we per festeggiare il compleanno e all'arrivo in struttura doppio graditissimo regalo, la stanza già pronta nonostante fossimo arrivati 2 ore prima del check-in, all'orario che avevamo dichiarato, e una bottiglia di prosecco bello ghiacciato! La struttura poi molto bella e curata.

The only disappointment was the food… even the breakfast was average and uninspiring. The evening meal / menu was expensive and the food felt like it’s best served in a service station canteen… such a shame because if the food was better then Hotel Belvedere would have got 10 out of 10.

The view is just stunning, the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the location was great in terms of proximity to Amalfi and positano.

WiFi worked on and off, and the location was great in terms of being on the main road but not being walking distance from any restaurants/groceries etc as well as there is no parking anywhere to drive made it difficult to manage.

Nous avons passé deux semaines à l'hôtel Belvédère, alors que nous avions imaginé initialement finir nos vacances vers Rome, nous sommes finalement restés une semaine de plus sur la Costiera Amalfitana, essentiellement happés par notre hôtel. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce que nous aimons : le confort, la gentillesse du personnel, l'élégance des lieux, le calme et surtout, tout ce que n'ont pas ces trop nombreux hôtels surfaits : l'authenticité d'une maison parfaitement gérée et qui cultive une vraie identité. La piscine est fantastique, nous avons aussi beaucoup profité de l'accès à la mer. Le restaurant est parfait pour déjeuner ou diner, le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec une vue imprenable, nous avons tout aimé et on se sent comme à la maison. Mention spéciale à Giuseppe, maitre d'hôtel et à son équipe. On a beaucoup discuté et beaucoup ri. Et un petit coucou également à toutes les personnes de l'accueil, toutes formidablement aidantes, notamment pour nos sorties mais aussi pour nous réserver des restaurants le soir, avec le confort des différentes navettes des différents lieux. Nous avons été upgradé une bonne partie de notre séjour, merci beaucoup. Petite note si vous vous inquiétez de voir la piscine bien plus basse que l'hôtel : il y a un ascenseur ! Le parking est gratuit et super pratique. Dernière petite précision : l'hôtel est du bon côté de la route et super calme, car il est en contrebas de celle-ci.

La douche est un peu petite, ou plutôt, mal agencée (le pommeau devrait être fixé sur la largeur pour pouvoir profiter de la longueur de la douche !). Le piscine et l'accès à la mer ferment en fin d'après-midi. C'est un peu tôt car on aimerait profiter un peu plus des lieux après une journée de visite dans les environs.

The views and the pool area were stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was well located on Amalfi coast and the surrounding area was lovely with fantastic restaurants - so helpful that the two restaurants we ate at provided free shuttle service to their establishments. The breakfast was delicious with good variety. The hotel, rooms, and pool area were exceptionally clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The walls were thin and you could hear people in the rooms above and beside you. The beds could use upgrading - a little firm and were two single beds pushed together to make a king size. Overall, we slept fine though.

Hotel is large but causy and quiet at the same time. Really good service, we felt exceptionally taken care of . Dinner both a’la carte and daily menu was really good and breakfast as well with breathtaking views. There is a 25m long pool with great views and plenty of sun and shade .

Wi fi in the room could be better

We came to this hotel in August 2024 and had a fantastic time. The hotel truly is memorable - it is like slipping back in time to when customer service really mattered. The breakfasts are great, the views spectacular, the staff engaging and accommodating, evening meals are wonderful with staff that really make you feel special. We can't speak highly enough - and we are going back on 17 July and are so excited!

Hôtel très bien situé. La vue est à couper le souffle que ce soit de l'hôtel, de la piscine un peu plus bas ou du petit promontoire aménagé permettant d'aller se baigner dans le mer. Personnel très aguerri, attentif et agréable. Clientèle discrète et familiale, souvent d'habitués qui fuient les mondanités des palaces voisins. La nourriture est de bonne facture. Un très bon rapport qualité / prix au vue des prix pouvant être pratiqués sur la côte amalfitaine !

Wonderful location just outside Amalfi away from the crowds and with exceptional views. We loved the pool and sea platform. The restaurant was excellent and the rooms spacious and comfortable.

נגישות עם רכב: המלון ממוקם ממש על הכביש וקשה מאוד לצאת ממנו עם הרכב. הנהיגה באזור קשה מאוד (מומלץ לקחת מלון עם חנייה). ​מגבלות השאטל: השאטל של המלון עולה 5 יורו לאדם, אך הוא פעיל רק עד השעה 16:30. ​מצב המלון והחדרים: המלון והבריכה מיושנים מאוד. החדר עצמו פשוט, והמיטה לא הייתה מיטה זוגית כפי שהובטח אלא מזרנים מופרדים. ​שירות ואבזור בחדר: ​לא היה קומקום או ערכת קפה/תה בחדר. רק לאחר בקשה הביאו קומקום ותה, והיה צריך לבקש שוב ושוב בנפרד כדי לקבל סוכר וקפה (שהגיע בקערית וללא מלבין), דבר שהיה מאכזב. ​בעיה במצעים: כשביקשנו שמיכת פוך, קיבלנו שמיכה ללא ציפה, מה שהיה מאוד לא נעים על הגוף. ​לא היה קו טלפון תקין בחדר – הצוות הבטיח לסדר זאת אך הנושא לא טופל. ​ניקיון: רמת ניקיון החדרים הייתה בינונית בלבד.

We loved the location peace and quiet for the busy Amalfi coast spectacular pool and dip in the Mediterranean . Loved the friendly staff and the beautiful rooms - old room charm .

Ein entspanntes Hotel im guten alten Stil (im positivem Sinne) in traumhaftem Setting, abseits vom übermäßigen Trubel in Amalfi und Positano, aber dennoch mitten an der Amalfi-Küste. Großartiger 180°-Meer- und Küstenblick vom Zimmer und noch besser von der Frühstücksterrasse. Die Junior-Suite ist äußerst empfehlenswert, da sehr geräumig - wir erhielten diese als Free Upgrade. Der sehr freundliche Chef ist immer präsent und hat stets die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste im Blick - quasi echte Chef-Garantie! Sehr geschätzt haben wir auch den Pool (mit Ess- und Trinkmöglichkeit) und den direkten, privaten Meereszugang - letzteren bietet selbst die 5*-Konkurrenz in der Gegend nicht. Personell ist das Hotel gut ausgestattet, alle waren stets freundlich, Kellner tragen Anzug und sind stets zuvorkommend - TOP! Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und schmackhaft, auch das Abendessen war exzellent. Wunderbar ist auch der große Gratisparkplatz (Carport) neben dem Hotel für sämtliche Gäste sowie der günstige Hotel-Shuttle nach Amalfi auf Wunsch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder!

We had a lovely holiday in Conca dei Marini and have come back with so many happy memories including going in the sea every day, lounging by the pool, visiting the other villages and looking at the incredible view. We were in room 104 which has a fantastic big terrace overlooking the sea, a lovely bathroom and lots of room for us both and our luggage. We were there in May which is quieter than the summer season which made it feel even more special. Our room however did back onto the elevator which was quite clunky and we could hear its mechanism very clearly in our room. The air con worked really well. The hotel is definitely not modern but that adds to its old-fashioned, sleepy appeal. It's showing its age in places such as cracked tiles, or burn marks inside cupboards, but it's got a certain charm about it. The location is amazing in terms of it being by the sea with access to a private swimming platform but it was also very isolated and the only supermarket/shop was a 20 minute vertical walk up the mountain! Now that I've been to other villages along the Amalfi Coast I might have chosen somewhere with a bit more going on around it. There is a hotel shuttle bus to Amalfi which costs 5 Euros per person for a single journey but the last one leaves the hotel at 4pm (last return from Amalfi to the hotel is 4.30pm) and after that you're stuck in increasingly unreliable buses that are often full, or EXTORTIONATELY PRICED taxis! Asking the hotel to book me a taxi for the 3km journey would have cost 60 Euros one way even though it's their staff and their minibus that they use. I felt really ripped off by that. We walked one way one night but the roads are narrow with no pavements so it's not the most relaxing way to transport yourself. The reception does sell bus tickets which is helpful but don't rely on the timetable and build in lots of extra time. The last bus from Amalfi back to the hotel was about 9pm and if you can't get on it because of the amount of other people on it, then you're stuck with a 50 Euro taxi from the main square. The staff at the hotel were absolutely AMAZING! Pepe in the restaurant was a standout star and we loved seeing him every day. There were a couple of misses in the hotel over our stay - like finding a used drinks can in our room when we first walked in, our room being pretty dusty the whole holiday, and a prized soft toy somehow ending up in the laundry when the sheets were changed but these were just minor niggles and were sorted really quickly. Half board is nice (see above in terms of how hard it is to get back to the hotel if you have dinner out) but we wish it hadn't been quite so formal. Sometimes we didn't really want three courses, although Pepe was sweet enough to ask the chef for a cheese omelette when we really didn't fancy eating so much. We didn't find it very comfortable to lounge either - the bar wasn't that inviting, the pool area is closed from 6pm, and there wasn't much space just for sitting quietly outside and having a snack (after the pool closed). Generally the prices in the hotel were pretty expensive - e.g. mozzarella slices and proscuitto and some bread was 20 Euros by the pool. We would have liked free water seeing as the local shop was so far away. The pool is amazing with lots of room for everyone, and the views from every corner of the hotel are breathtaking.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was the perfect location with access to all areas along the Amalfi coast. They offered on-site parking, which was a huge plus for us. Everyone there was exceptional, especially Franceso, who consistently offered advice on where to go, looked up parking availability, and even found (and returned) our wallet when it was lost in the lobby. Thank You, Francesco!!!!

The location was perfect. The views of Amalfi were amazing. And between the bus stop right outside of the hotel and their own shuttle service, we were able to get around easily. The hotel interior was beautiful -- we felt like we stepped back in time. Gorgeous pool and amenities. Also, the staff were extraordinarily kind and helpful. Shout out to Thomas and Francesco!

Stanza splendida, vista incredibile, colazione ottima. Circa 850 euro per due notti ma se volete passare un momento indimenticabile con il/la vostro/a partner, scegliete questo hotel e non ve ne pentirete. Se siete mattinieri, l'alba dal terrazzino della stanza è qualcosa di indimenticabile. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante, non possiamo valutarlo.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Our room was wonderful and kept clean the entire stay. Our view was amazing with a very large balcony for our Jr Suite. It was shared with two other rooms but we never saw them, so it worked out great for all. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was good and the restaurant provided one of the best meals we had in Amalfi. The location was good with hotel providing a shuttle up until 8 pm. I would highly recommend Hotel Belvedere.

I would have liked a private balcony. Though it never caused a problem, we could never walk out in night attire.

Hotel Belvedere was perfect. Location is ideal and the hotel shuttle to and from Amalfi make getting around super easy. The staff was amazing. Always available to help and offer suggestions. The dinner service was perfect with spectacular views. All spaces are roomy and bright. Our Jr Suite balcony offered great views to watch boats sail by. The complimentary breakfast was a perfect way to start each day. We can’t wait to return to Hotel Belvedere!

This is an old-world charm hotel. You're not going to find the Kardashians here. If you don't have a car, you will have to take a taxi, which costs $50 every time you get into a taxi, or $5 every time you get onto a bus. Either way, that's the way to get around. It's a beautiful hotel, nice and clean. Breakfast is basic, continental style eggs and sausage every single morning with coffee from a computerized machine.

The pool area was very nice and the staff was great. Our driver back-and-forth to Amalfi was great. The air conditioning in the room did not get very cool but other than that we love the area. We love the location and we will definitely be back.

Took my two adult children and their spouses to the Amalfi Coast to celebrate a "milestone" birthday. I chose the Hotel Belvedere from its description and location described in a guide book, and the Hotel's Manager Antonio Barbaro provided almost instant responses to all of my questions and requests as we planned our trip. From offering car service options from Naples, to restaurant recommendations and the ability to reserve several different types of private boat trips, our itinerary was well organized months before our vacation. Upon arrival the beginning of July, Francesco and the rest of the on-site Hotel Belvedere team provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay to ensure an unforgettable vacation. The terraced rooms with breathtaking views were comfortably decorated; dinner at the Hotel offered excellent local fare, and the private day trip along the coast to Capri and back was clearly one of the highlights of our stay. The recommendation for the Chef's tasting menu at the nearby Ristorante da Ciccio Cielo Mare e Terra provided an unforgettable seven course feast, and dinner at the local La Piazza Da Nino provided delicious pizzas. Spending time at the Belvedere's pool further complimented our relaxing stay. The price paid for our Hotel Belvedere vacation was very reasonable especially given the customer service provided by all of the Hotel staff members. Booking directly with the Hotel can further enhance the overall value of a vacation at the Hotel Belvedere.

Das Hotel, die Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür - es war alles perfekt. Die Aussicht, die Sonnenaufgänge....Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, privater Transfer von Hotel kann auch gebucht werden, funktioniert wunderbar. Besonders möchten wir noch hervorheben, dass das Personal und der Service außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend sind. Herzlichen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren kurzen Aufenthalt genossen. Das Hotel empfehlen wir zu 100% und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

What an amazing hotel experience! High up on the cliffs overlooking the sea. Fabulous all round. No mobility issues experienced - lifts and helping hands everywhere. Delightful colourful and authentic well equipped sea view room diligently cleaned every day with fresh bed linen/towels by lovely housekeeping staff. Tremendous choice breakfast out on the terrace overlooking the sea. Intimate sea view dining room where your room number is your table number for your entire stay. Friendly seating arrangement to allow conversation with other guests nearby. Maitre D Pepe (aka Giuseppe) holds the fort (team) in military precision with his own unique Italian twist. Lovely 3 course menu with 4 choices per course - delicious well presented food. The top bar area overlooks the sea with terrace and inside seating and is very friendly - nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff here. The pool area offers comfortable sun beds with built in sun shades, well spaced either side of the biggest pool on the Amalfi Coast. Well attended by lifeguard and very attentive pool staff, with small on site cafe for lite bites/drinks, served quickly always with a smile. Sheer joy spending days poolside and the fact this is a small family run hotel with just 36 rooms means that everyone speaks to eachother. We met some lovely people. Shout out to Chris & Terry, Jill & Justin, Sue & Lindsay and Sue & Ian if you get to read this - thanks for your very enjoyable company. Everyone at this hotel went all out to make it so enjoyable that it felt as if we were on one big family holiday. Just back a week and we have already recommended to family and friends. Located 15-20 mins outside Analfi, you either take a busy bus into town or hotel offer a shuttle service - this is 3 times more expensive than the bus and only drops off, would have hoped it could offer pick ups too. Property has a great pool and is right on cliff edge with fab views. It is traditionally decorated / lined by king tired and staff have a very formal approach - many are friendly but did meet a few with a poor / rude attitude. Breakfast was basic - really not sure why all fruit couldn’t be fresh rather than tinned, pastries weren’t as tasty as previous hotel we stayed in on the coast. Many older people - a few had been coming back for several years - whilst loyalty needs recognising we found certain people were treated better than others - staff reserving sinners and tables in restaurant for example - hotel should adopt a more consistent and fair approach and treat all customers well. Think faulty towers.

Everything about this hotel is 100% Staff are amazing, views are stunning, great quiet location and the most charming hotel. Loved the pool with beautiful views and the pool staff are the best, serving is drinks and food as and when you want it.

Incredible facilities, delicious breakfast and dinner service. It’s definitely on the luxurious side of things and we enjoyed not having to leave the hotel unless we had an excursion. The views were immaculate from everywhere on the property.

Travel to and from Amalfi after the hotel shuttle hours is expensive but make the most of the hotel shuttle if you need to get to Amalfi.

Views it incredible staff is friendly the bag thins is the bed wich are really not comfortable and also the hotel restaurant is expensive and not really good

Great hotel! Niche, old fashioned but in a good way! Exceptional taste and awesome facilities. Beautiful seascape and landscape.

It’s hard to get there without a car. But it worth it!

We had the best 5 days at Hotel Belvedere !! Big thank you to all the team, Francesco who made sure all our needs were met, Pepe with his lovely presence at breakfast and everyone who has made our stay one of the most memorable of all. We will definitely come back. Suzy & Carla

Great views, balcony and pool.

A true hidden gem. Amazing value for money. Breathtaking views, the smell of the sea and pines, retro interiors that add to the character and vibe kf rhis classic Amalfi coast hotel. I hope they wont renovate it and keep up the classic 60s style interior. Great service, cuisine and own beach which os never crowded and feels private and prestigious. There is a very nice restaurant nearby that offers a free shuttle service. The hotel can arrange a booking for you. I hope the rates don't go up by too much, cause we will definitely be back!

Ants on the balcony were a bit annoying, but that is a very minor distraction

Staff were very engaging and friendly. Especially with our daughter, which was great. They were always willing to answer questions and help us out with visits in the area. We dined at the restaurant, which was brilliant with exceptional service. Amazing views of the Amalfi coast from the hotel, and especially the pool area with ocean access. The room we booked was a good size for two adults and one child.

Beautiful view for a reasonable price - had a great time.
