The location and the front desk service was awesome. Jessica was amazing. She helped out on all of our requests.

The front desk attendant (middle aged man with glasses) was the most unprofessional person I have met. Every request was an uphill battle. He made out last day stay uncomfortable.

Really well located, close to Notre Dame, just off a busy street full of cafes/ restaurants, but far enough away for a comfortable sleep

Great location in the 6th

Very very small, dark, tired room. Desperately need some freshening up and updating. And for $400+ a night for a scrap of a room, the carpeting and furnishings could be MUCH better.

The location is amazing, well situated within local bars and restaurants and our room on the top floor has the iconic Parisian rooftop view and of the Eiffel tower.

The hotel was in a very convenient area near the Seine, Notre Dame and three Metro stations. The room was comfortable and staff friendly and helpful.

Saint-Germain é o nosso local preferido em Paris. Gostamos de ir aos restaurante e bares da região, e de caminharmos pelas suas ruas. O hotel tem localização privilegiada para isso. O custo-benefício é excelente. Ficamos em um quarto com frigobar, controle de temperatura e um pequeno armário embutido, o que facilitou bastante a organização das nossas coisas durante a hospedagem. Foi a nossa segunda hospedagem nesse hotel. É muito bom sair do hotel no final da tarde já no meio do movimento de restaurantes e bares, com bastante movimento, e apesar disso, não haver incômodo nenhum de barulho no quarto. Há estações de metrô próximas. Uma caminhada agradável de 600 metros nos leva ao Louvre, atravessando o rio Sena pela Pont des Arts. Caminhando, também acessamos facilmente o Musée d'Orsay, o Pantheon, os Jardins de Luxemburgo, a Saint Sulpice, o Quartier Latin, Saint Andre des Arts, etc. Tomamos um excelente café-da-manhã no hotel e, durante a hospedagem, o time de funcionários do hotel foi excelente, todos muito simpáticos e prontos a esclarecer as nossas dúvidas.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were small but just what was needed and were decorated beautifully.

Everything was great

Location was EXCELLENT! Walking distance to most of the sites like Notre Dame and the Louvre Museum. It is also in the middle of restaurants and cafes. Bonus for my husband who has Celiac’s. We were a minute walk from an excellent gluten free patisserie/bakery and under 15 minute walk from other gluten free restaurants. Hotel staff were nice and so accommodating. Answered our questions and helped us with transportation to the airport. Loved our room. Very spacious and charming. It was on the 5th floor with access via a small spiral stairway. There is a lift but it’s very small. Enough for 2 people or 1 person and 2 pieces of luggage.

The shower/tub combo was very narrow, making it difficult to turn around. The shower head stand also was not high enough for my husband to stand under properly; so he had to use the handheld shower which made it awkward given the narrowness of the tub. The only thing preventing the water from splashing outside of the tub was a piece of glass that ran less than halfway across the tub. Most times water splashed over the top of the glass or to the side where the glass did not cover

The location was absolutely outstanding. You walk out the door and you are 10 steps away from cafes and other eateries. This street was bursting with activity. The vibe in the area is 10+. Secondly, you are an easy walk to the Louvre, Tulleries, Notre Dame and a variety of other attractions. You are also close to major Metro and bus stops. The front desk and the maids were incredibly nice and helpful.

This seems like a minor point but they really need to put an non-slip mat in the tub/shower. The tub is really slick and I would envision someone one day taking a nasty spill.

Location was great in the heart of a busy area (in a good way) with easy access to transport or walking distance to sites. Right outside the hotel are many vibrant restaurants and cafes with warm friendly staff. The large window and opening was great so you could take in the street view and ambiance.

Our room was cosy / small. Difficult to open luggage properly anywhere to access clothes especially for 2 people. Was manageable for a few nights but not for longer periods. The front desk is manned 24/7 which was great. The staff were accommodating & helpful but not warm. This would not deter me from booking here again though.

今回で三回目の滞在でした。いつもながら、スタッフの皆さん親切でフレンドリーです。部屋は今回の5号室は今までで一番素晴らしかったです。部屋の広さも充分、トイレとバスルームはセパレートで、シャワーブースもありました。水圧、お湯の温度も快適でした。この夏の滞在はエアコンが非常に助かりました。朝食もコンパクトですが食べたいものがしっかり揃ってます。ロケーションも周辺に多くのレストランが有り楽しめ、観光に出かけるのも便利な場所です。 また来年もここに泊まるつもりです。

フランスあるあるですが、クローゼットのハンガー掛けが壊れてました。すぐに直してもらいました。

Grand hotel in una posizione strategica! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. La posizione è davvero fantastica, nel bellissimo, centralissimo ed elegante quartiere di Saint-Germain, vicinissimo a tante delle mete imperdibili di Parigi, oltre che alla metropolitana e alla RER a due passi. Sotto l’hotel si trovano tantissimi locali e ristoranti. La camera era bella, pulitissima e molto confortevole. Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno, i letti erano comodissimi e la camera era silenziosa e perfettamente insonorizzata. Personale sempre molto professionale, disponibile e gentile. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole e una posizione eccezionale: non potevamo fare scelta migliore!

Beliggenheden var perfekt - store seværdigheder som fx Eiffeltårnet og Notre Dame-katedralen kan nås til fods på ca. 30 minutter. Desuden tæt ved metro samt et stort udvalg af restauranter og cafeer. Hotellets renlighedsstandard er desuden uovertruffen. Det gjaldt både værelset og fællesarealer. Venligt og imødekommende personale både i receptionen og i morgenmadsrestauranten.

Jeg har intet objektivt at udsætte på hotellet. Som klaustrofobisk anlagt kunne jeg godt have ønsket en større elevator.

Our second visit. Really good location. Comfortable and spotlessly clean, although in the heart of St Germain, quiet. Very cool in 43 degrees with helpful staff.

Amazing location: restaurants all around, between river and Luxembourg gardens. a/c was ideal during one of the biggest heatwaves ever. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water (I hear other places that can be a challenge)

If I had to be nitpicky, the elevator is small, but most places do t have one at all.

Très joli hôtel à la déco traditionnelle, jolies chambres même si petites, mais c'est Paris. Nous avions demandé une chambre tranquille, ce qui était le cas en étant sur cour, mais sans vue et sans lumière naturelle, mais pour une nuit ça allait très bien. Excellent emplacement et déco charmante.

The front desk staff, Caroline and Theo were very kind and helpful. They were happy to make recommendations for dining, accommodate rides to/from the airport. They made the experience even that much better.

Fabulous location , lovely clean and modern hotel! Right in the centre of Saint germain des Pres, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. Honestly you couldn’t get a better hotel in my opinion. Room has air con, fridge, sizeable bathroom etc- a real gem!

The room was compact but perfect - it had everything you needed, was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The hotel is situated in the middle of bars and restaurants and a few short minutes to the subway. we had a warm welcome and would recommend the hotel.

Das Hotel verfügt über eine wunderbare Ausstattung der Räume und hat eine perfekte Lage, um zu Fuß zum Louvre oder zur Kathedrale Notre Dame zu gehen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Todos da equipe muito gentis e prestativos, nos ajudaram inclusive com indicação da melhor linha do metro para os passeios. Quarto extremamente silencioso. Não tomamos café da manhã no hotel, então não posso opinar sobre isso. A localização é o ponto que mais nos agradou, o hotel é muito bem localizado, fica em uma área com inúmeros bares, restaurantes e cafés, próximo ao Louvre (5 minutos de caminhada) e diversos outros pontos turísticos. Tem duas linhas de metrô e trem também muito perto.

Não nos incomodou, mas somente a título de informação, o hotel é antigo, todo com carpete.

Unser Zimmer war richtig klein, aber sehr hübsch und alles da, was man braucht. Gute Betten. Sehr netter Frühstücksraum. Perfekte Lage, um Paris zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Very quaint. Location good for getting around Paris. Staff good and helpful. Air conditioning was installed new 2024 and was very efficient allowing good cool down in heatwave time. Asked for quiet room and got v quiet room. Lift to upper floors also.

Breakfast hugely expensive @19euros- locally could get croissant, juice & coffee for 9 euros 50.

The hotel is near lots of little restaurants and shops. Great access to the metro, 9 minute walk to the station. The breakfast was great, good options to eat in a nice atmosphere.

No real issues with the hotel or my stay.

Room was a bit small. We chose the room for cost but we made it work.

We loved the central location for Paris sights, a great room size and generally good facilities. The room decor was well done.

It would have been good to have a coffee machine ( normally in most French hotels of this standard)

This hotel is a gem; tucked away in a quiet street, it is quintessentially French. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good - it was worth having breakfast at the hotel if just for the breakfast room. Nice lounge area downstairs too. Staff were wonderful; polite and helpful. Location is perfect. Easy to walk everywhere, or catch public transport or a taxi. Restaurants abound.

We thought we'd booked a different (larger room) and spoke with the concierge, who was able to facilitate a move to a larger room the second day. Appreciated this!

Chamber maids kept forgetting to replenish the supply of instant coffee and little cream packets.. So we had to request them from the concierge for the first 3 mornings. After that it was resolved. The cost was high (quite a bit higher than just a year or two ago).

Great location. Not a new hotel but full of character and charm. Loved the spiral staircase. It was quiet and yet just outside Buci St with everything you would want.

Breakfast buffet is very adequate, but no frills. We were there in record heatwave and aircon in our room tried hard but couldn't cope. Any other time it would probably be fine.
