Reviewed Sep 10, 2026It was near shops and restaurants. Someone was always at the reception. The walk to the Louvre was 32 minutes. It’s 8 minutes from the metro.
The room was small and the bathroom had a weird smell. The internet service was very bad in the room. The room had a broken mini fridge in the wardrobe and it was hot.

The AC was dripping water on the television which was a bit worrying but we put a towel over the TV and it was okay for a while.

hall piccola e bagno piccolo ovviamente senza bidet, lo staff molto disponibile e gentile ha saputo sopperire al phon che si è guastato

Parte del suelo de moqueta de la habitación estaba mocador, creo que por un problema con el aire acondicionado, aunque se tenía que mantener encendido porque siendo una buardilla hacia calor sin él. Al ban̈o le faltant estanteries o alguna repisa para que sea cómodo.

I was put in a room on the 6th floor, just under the roof. I could stand straight in just a very small part of the room. Only some very small windows in the roof. It was warm as well. I asked for another room and said I was willing to pay extra if necessary. But the man at the reception assured me that the hotel was full and there was not one single room left. I went back to the room and after 5 minutes decided to leave for another hotel. When I gave the receptionist my key and told him I was leaving, suddenly there was a room available on the 3rd floor. That room was fine but I really did not like this way of treating me.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Emplacement exceptionnel, on ne s’attendait pas à ce que la chambre ait un balcon, qui plus est avec la vue directe sur les Folies Bergère et Montmartre! Chambre moderne et très confortable, personnel agréable et conciliant, conciergerie gratuite.
Les chambres ne sont pas très bien isolées, et il faut laisser la clé de sa chambre à la réception à chaque sortie sans vrai contrôle au retour.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026картинка не совсем сходится с реальностью, ковры выглядят грязно, душевая вся с налете, в номере нет никаких удобств, ни чайника, ни доп средств в ванной (только мыло и шампунь). мужчина на ресепшене разговаривал в не очень приятном тоне и мне не понравилось, что ключи от моего номера, где могут лежать мои личные дорогие вещи должны оставаться в отеле без моего спроса. сам отель не очень чистый, местами требует ремонта. за несколько дней до этого я оставалась в 3 звездах и там было абсолютно наоборот всё из выше перечисленного, при этом цена была ниже

Abbiamo fatto il check-in tardi verso le 00:30 ed abbiamo avuto un problema con il letto perché la stanza aveva due lettini separati uniti ed erano piegati i piedi di una delle reti, la mia ragazza ha dovuto dormire vicino a me per evitare che cadesse di lato perché il letto era storto, nonostante ciò una volta scesi giù in reception il portiere di notte si è messo a disposizione e salito a controllare e ci ha spiegato che al momento erano al completo per la notte e non avevano altre soluzioni, la mattina per scusarsi ci hanno offerto la colazione che non avevamo incluso e hanno aggiustato il letto se non era per questo non avrei avuto nulla da dire, staff cortese ed hotel pulito.

Consiglio caldamente questo hotel, praticamente, percorrendo 5 minuti a piedi nelle varie direzioni, ci sono 4/5 linee della metro e vari pullman (anche l'85, che vi porterà fin su Montmartre). Zona ben frequentata, la sera è piena di localini dove poter cenare oppure prendere un drink. Ci sono vari minimarket e un supermercato a pochi passi, aperti anche di notte. Tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel.
Tutto eccellente, consiglio solo di eliminare la moquette dalle camere.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Hotel has a nice and friendly interior. We booked two rooms as a family. The double room at the top floor was just great with a nice balcony and nice view on the sacre coeur. The 3 person room was just good for a couple of nights. The bedsofa was comfortable. Very good value for the money. Location is perfect. AC was a big plus during the hot summer days.
We found the Breakfast to expensive especially for a family with smaller kids and so didn't booked it

Le service de chambre laisse à désirer, nous avons trouvé un frigo en plein milieu de notre chambre, sans raison et le personnel de l’hôtel n’a pas prêter de réelle attention à notre plainte. Le lavabo était très inadapté et mal conçu. Inutile de mentionner les quelques cheveux retrouvés dans la chambre et la salle de bain également. Je suis assez indulgent et je n’écris jamais de commentaires négatifs sans raison mais là c’était impossible de laisser passer ce genre de choses.

El baño muy pequeño y algunas cosas para renovar (baño, cama, cortinas). El desayuno muy justo y sin variedad, sólo dulce, nada de salado. Por poca inversión podría estar mucho mejor. Llegamos a las 14,45h y nos hicieron esperar hasta las 15h para coger la habitación porque era su hora de entrada.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Bon PDJ, accueil agréable. Hôtel très bien situé au cœur du 9ème arrondissement pour visiter à pied et nous rendre facilement d'un point à un autre.
Il n' y a pas de bouilloire dans la chambre ce qui est dommage car nous aurions aimé boire un thé avant de nous coucher. C'est le seul point un peu négatif car l'on trouve habituellement ce type d'équipement dans les hôtels.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026La localización céntrica que conectaba con diferentes medios de transporte para poder moverte con soltura por la ciudad. El personal es muy agradable y están dispuestos a ayudarte dentro de sus posibilidades para que intentes estar lo más cómodo posible.
Tener que dejar la llave en recepción cada vez que sales es incómodo y da una leve sensación de inseguridad, junto con solo una copia de la llave de la habitación para dos huéspedes que éramos. El desayuno incluido era muy limitado.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The staff/receptionist was brilliant, there was always someone at the reception and the policy which they need you to leave your keys at the reception when leaving is really useful as we didn’t need to worry about losing them. The room was spacious, nice view, there was metro stations near, many restaurants, and in my opinion everything was in walkable distance, if you plan correctly. I don’t understand the negative reviews this place gets, there was nothing wrong in my experience. The room was cleaned everyday, sheet and towels changed, and the value for money was really good. Even the elevator had music inside which i absolutely loved😁. There was air-conditioning in the room and it worked perfectly fine. There was hot water and cold water in the bathroom/sink.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Location, air conditioner (we stayed there during heatwave in Paris), towels were changed and room was cleaned up every day, spacious room for two people, polite and helpful reception staff, private shuttle to airport for 38 Eur to CDG for two people (amazing!), can be requested at the reception. Also, there is an option to leave luggage before the check in (free of charge).
No points here. All was really good. I will definitely choose the same hotel next time (this was my third time in Paris) location is superb, good restaurants and breakfast places around, grocery shops, metro station is close.

El lobby muy desordenado lleno de cajas, la habitación es muy chica y la cama para dos personas muy apretada. Las personas de recepción muy serios no tienen mucha hospitalidad.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026God beliggenhed. Fin størrelse værelse med køleskab. Elevator gik i stykker en af dagene (boede på 6. sal), næste morgen var den fikset igen :)
Min sikkerhedsboks duede ikke. Jeg nævnte det for dem, men det blev ikke fikset på den uge jeg var der. Aircondition løb med vand, og det blev fikset ved at lægge håndklæder under, som jeg skulle skifte flere gange om dagen, pga de var gennemblødte. Flere gange kom rengøringen ind og ville gøre rent, selvom jeg havde sat et “forstyr ikke” skilt på døren.

La comodidad de las camas podría ser mejor. La habitación era bastante calurosa. El aire acondicionado que tiene es pequeño para esa habitación y bastante ruidoso por momentos.
