One person in the staff was very kind and nice, also the location was great and once we were allowed to have a nice room our journey was much more enjoyable.

Some people are not made to work in jobs like that… i know what i’m talking about because ive done this job before, i know how some costumers are but being rude or mocking a costumer because they just want to have a better experience is really low, i wouldnt recommend it for that, don’t let them put you in room 1 trust me.

Mainly the noise. We could hear the people in the hallway and when they were opening their doors, we were having the impression that it was at our door (probably because of the proximity of rooms)

The noise from nearby apartments No milk in rooms for the complimentary tea and coffee - I asked two different times at reception if I could have some (surely there’s milk in their kitchen as they offer breakfast) and was told there wasn’t any. The nearby supermarkets were closed so I couldn’t get any outside which I did mention to reception one night

Carpets in hallway need a good wash. Lady at reception on arrival was not very welcoming, all other staff we encountered at reception was very warm and welcoming. Daily cleaning was not thorough as bathtub was not cleaned properly.

The room was tiny and very basic. The shower was bad (didn't even have a full glass surround and water would go everywhere). The.location was fine for accessing Gare.de 'Est if that's important to you. Very poor value for money vs everywhere else I have stayed, and that's a lot of places this l)trip (blame Paris for that too). I realized that I could not eat the breakfast.on the second day because the service started too late for my scheduled train; but.they refused to refund my money for that unusable breakfast.daWould not stay there again.

There is no air conditioning. One thing is Australian are very much used to. The room was in the roof area. Which meant it was very stuffy. We didn't know you weren't able to open the windows. Until we asked for another room. Once the windows were opened we were able to get some fresh air

Hotel seemed a bit tired and room was very basic ,didn’t feel good value for money. Shower was broken and you had to hold the head the whole time. Rather difficult to wash yourself with only one hand. They only provide you with one soap that obviously does it all. But was a very harsh soap.

Zimmer nicht klimatisiert.bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen und Nacht unbedingt offenen Fenstern war es mitunter am Wochenende sehr laut. Bad nur durch Falttür abgeteilt. Einige Leuchten gingen nicht, das wirkte infofern etwas vernachlässigt

Veel stuk… douche kraan viel er uit, wasbak aan de onderkant was niet goed. En schimmel in bad…

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, weshalb wir das Fenster nachts nicht öffnen wollten. Dadurch war es extrem stickig. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur Ventilatoren. Richtig unangenehm war jedoch das Bad. Es roch sehr nach Kloake und war im Bereich der Dusche in den Fugen extrem verschimmelt.

L'isolation est nulle on entend le voisinage cote tirer la chasse prendre sa douche bref tout. Et pour rentrer dans la baignoire qui est minuscule on doit enjamber le WC pas pratique du tout.

Ligging, dichtbij metro en treinstation. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was mooi. Ruime en nette kamer.

De ontbijtruimte in de kelder was nogal warm en benauwend. Het ontbijt op zich was dan weer wel goed in orde. In de ochtend veel lawaai van het verkeer in de straat.

Great location, easy to navigate especially taking the Eurostar from Gare Du Nord. Staff were awesome! Shoutout to Anis ♡ Love that there was cold water available in the lobby, and lift access.

The room was very hot, no fans or aircon (I have heard this is common for Paris.) I had the window open all night which helped as it was cool outside- but unfortunately my window faced the courtyard and I could smell the smoke from people smoking out there in the morning and night.

The staff were fine and did say we could change our room if there was space the next day as I was not happy with the room, but I did not see the point after we had unpacked etc.

The room was not as listed on the website, had mould, was given the head off a broken fan, the shower seal was broken, no fridge to keep any drinks cool, phone didn’t work and no do not disturb sign to put out.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è molto conveniente, essendo vicino alle due grandi stazioni di Parigi.

La camera era sporca e molte cose erano rotte o danneggiate. Cose come la lampadina in bagno che pulsa perché sta morendo, quella in camera che ha una luce fredda ed è insufficiente per illuminare la stanza, la lampada a muro che non è fissata bene e si capovolge quando la tocchi, le macchie di sporco sulle porte e sui muri, sono tutti difetti ai quali si può rimediare facilmente e senza grandi spese. Sopratutto la pulizia deve essere implementata. Non si può giustificare la mancanza di igiene in una struttura ricettiva, neanche se avesse 1 stella. Per chi soggiornasse in estate: faceva caldo e dato che non c'è l'aria condizionata ho provato ad aprire la finestra. Pessima idea perché dal cortile entra l'odore della cucina di un ristorante al piano terra.

5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Gare de L'Est, diverse Metrostationen im Umkreis. Fußläufig zum Canal St. Martin, diverse Museen. Zimmer klein, aber sauber. Passt für einen Städtetrip, wenn man nur zum Schlafen ins Hotel geht.

Der Service beim Frühstück war eine Vollkatastrophe. Zu bestimmten Zeiten alles abgefrühstückt, keine Teller, Messer etc. mehr da. Personal fühlte sich nicht zuständig und schaute nur gelangweilt, anstatt Tische abzuräumen und Buffet nachzufüllen. Als dann endlich wieder Messer da waren, wurde ungefragt mein Teller abgeräumt als ich mir ein Messer holen ging. Keine Entschuldigung nur Gestammel. Sorry, das geht nicht!

Lage war gut. Nahe Bahnhof ( abends nicht so schön da her zu gehen, aber ok) , zur Metro in die andere Richtung aber wirklich ok, da an der Hauptstraße und belebt. Frühstück war einfach aber ausreichend - ich würde mir beim nächsten Mal eher was bei der nächsten Boulangerie holen oder in den zahlreichen Cafés im Umkreis was bestellen.

Schiebetür im Bad war defekt und ging immer auf. Bad selbst war alt und optisch nicht ansprechend ( offene Rohre, verfärbte Kalkablagerungen) Sauberkeit war aber gegeben. Fenster schloss zwar, aber etwas wackelig. Da hätte ich im Erdgeschoss gestreikt.

There is no fridge in the room which is a major flaw! Can’t bring any food into the room that needs to be in the cold temperature. It’s elementary to have fridges in hotel rooms! The breakfast place downstairs is awfully hot, like sauna, even in fall and winter, not just in the summer, there is no AC and after about 2 mins you just get so hot and sweaty that can barely finish the meal.

Heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Rustiek ouder hotel op perfecte locatie nabij Gare du Nord en l' est. Schoon maar gedateerd.

Met de huidige zomer temperatuur is het eigenlijk niet te verkopen dat er geen airco in de kamer is. Dit heeft ons verblijf niet doorslaggevend negatief gemaakt omdat het verder ruimschoots goed gemaakt werd door de ligging en het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Voor sommige gasten zal dit echter wel een probleem kunnen zijn.

The room was so small and gets very hot during the day and night. There was no AC and only a small fan, but without leaving the window open overnight the room would be too hot. The bathroom was tiny and only one person can fit in there at a time. The neighbourhood it is located in felt very unsafe and I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you had a young family. Also stayed here for 5 days in total and on the 4th day got told we had to leave the room key at reception which felt odd.

Расположение от жд вокзала 10 минут пешком. Я приехала ближе к вечеру, и это было важно дойти с чемоданом пешком.

Очень маленькая комната в мансарде, плохая звукоизоляция между номерами. Слышала всех и в коридоре и в соседнем номере. Вечером на улице много африканцев, кажется это их район, днем, кстати уже все прилично выглядит, чем вечером. Цена завышена для этого района. На одну ночь остановится вполне можно. На дольше не советую.

L'hotel è comodo per muoversi a piedi o con le bici a noleggio

La pulizia, la reception e le scale non le ho mai viste pulite, sempre le stesse foglie all'ingresso e le stesse cose per terra. In camera abbiamo trovato in armadio, nell'ultimo scaffale, un paio di calzini sporchi che parevano la da molto tempo e un pacchetto di fazzoletti mezzo aperto. Un giorno la camera non è stata rifatta e l'abbiamo trovata come l'abbiamo lasciata. Per la colazione se vai presto mangi qualcosa, un giorno abbiamo dormito un po' di più e abbiamo fatto colazione fuori, non c'erano ne tazze ne bicchieri e da mangiare solo pane e marmellata oltre a prosciutto e formaggio. La macchina delle bevande calde era senza latte e nonostante assieme ad altri clienti abbiamo segnalato la cosa è restata senza latte, quindi solo caffè e the. Consiglio di non prendere la colazione a parte, appena fuori ci sono molte pasticcerie disponibili.

The Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The water fountain was great to fill up our water bottles. Our room was clean.

The room was comfortable, we were on the 7th floor (under the roof) . Unfortunately on the heatwave week without AC, but they gave us 2 big fans. Unfortunately it was still too hot. I believe with a different weather the room should have been more comfortable in terms of temperature. To be fair the temperature was not their fault. We found the shower a bit small, even my 14 year old was struggling in the shower.

Oppervlakten schoon, in bepaalde hoeken niet zo fris, onder de wastafel veel stof. Wat je ziet als je op de wc bent, en in de hoeken van de douche zag het er ook niet zo fris uit. En paar dingen waren kapot. Douchstang was los, raam was ook aardig los. Het is een klein hotel meer met een Hostel feeling. Ontbijt was teleurstellend. Vaak niet goed bij gevuld en zeer beperkt keuzen, maar ja je had iets in je buik.

Handy location for transport. Clean room with comfortable beds. Good security at front door/reception/lift. Much better than I expected for the price and some of the reviews I saw online - my experience was nothing like them at all.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war einfach und sauber aber eher klein. Das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Ablage überm Waschbecken kaputt und nicht nutzbar. Ansonsten sauber und für den Preis angemessen.

La stanza è molto piccola, però essenziale (letto, bagno e poco altro). Non ci sono il mini frigo e l’aria condizionata, ma c’è il ventilatore. La posizione è ottima (alle spalle c’è una boulangerie davvero economica e sono a distanza di pochi minuti a piedi diverse fermate della metro). Non abbiamo provato la colazione. Lo staff è molto gentile. È pulito e c’è un distributore gratuito di acqua freschissima.
