Room with a balcony and wonderful view. Excellent breakfast. We loved beign able to listen to the waves form our room and appreciated it was adults only. Large pool and sunbathign area, bus stop right ut fornt and an easy walk into town. We arrived 6 hours late, at 0130, and the gentelman at check in was wonderful! He gotus all checked in and gave us both a drink to just decompress. Every night dinner had a differnet theme and there was live music plus outdoor activites to enjoy. Way above what we expected.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We genuinely loved everything about it, and I could mention so many things, but just to name a few: the excellent location, very comfortable beds, delicious food, sun loungers right by the sea, and, of course, the fantastic staff. There are many other things that made our stay special as well. Perhaps it’s not entirely fair to single out just a couple of people, because everyone was absolutely wonderful, but we would especially like to mention Llorenç, who works at the reception, and Jesús, one the guy at the bar. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how kind, friendly, and genuinely wonderful they both are. That said, it almost feels unfair to mention only them, because the entire team was absolutely fantastic. We would also like to mention the hotel manager. He is doing an excellent job — always friendly, approachable, and warm, never arrogant, and always happy to greet guests with a smile. It really makes a difference. We highly recommend this hotel. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked two rooms for next summer. We can’t wait to come back!

- good breakfast, various foods available that also rotate daily; - helpful staff, very nice and organising a lot of activities, taxis, etc; - a lot of loungers, avoids people fighting over them; - easy access to a nice beach nearby; - quiet area, not far from the main city;

- very bad WiFi, poor signal most places. we are talking either no signal in rooms (like ours) or 15 Mbps in the lobby; - pretty old hotel/facilities; - food at the pool bar is mediocre and overpriced; - small gym, not a lot of space to workout. becomes overcrowded quickly; - uncomfortable beds, with really mediocre pillows. it's just two single beds pushed next to each other, with quite a hard mattress.

Nos encantó todo en general: la piscina, el acceso al mar y el spa estaban impecables y muy bien cuidados. También destacamos la atención del personal, sobre todo de los recepcionistas, siempre muy amables y atentos.

Lo único que mejoraríamos sería el buffet del desayuno, que nos pareció poco variado. Nos hubiera gustado encontrar más opciones típicas o de estilo español.

Die Lage: Direkt am Meer und ruhig gelegen, aber die Stadt war fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Adult only war toll!

Staff were very friendly and this is a very unique spot to relax, although it is a bit far from the city center, the cabs are very affordable. The views and the hotel itself is very cool - we loved the pool.

Le personnel a une fâcheuse tendance à parler en allemand même si vous parlez en anglais heureusement que je comprends un peu. Nous avons trouvé que les horaires de la piscine sont courts le soir

I was half board and all of the food options were excellent. Good quality and standard of food plus variety. I really enjoyed the Spanish theme night. What I loved was that there wasn't a struggle to get a lounger. It was a very relaxing stay.

Wearing trousers to dinner felt very old fashioned and having to wear a top to eat food outside by the pool. I understand that you shouldn't wear swim wear in the evening but why can't you wear tailored shorts?

Magnífica estancia. Veníamos de Budapest y quisimos hacer una parada en este magnifico hotel para descansar unos días y fue todo un acierto. Personal muy profesional y amabilísimos. Llegamos muy tarde el primer día y nos dejaron cenar antes de subir a la habitación. Además, nos ofrecieron una habitación superior muy muy bonita. Instalaciones perfectas. La calita que tiene el hotel es genial porque no esta masificada y puedes disfrutarla sin problemas. Muy recomendable

Por poner un pequeño inconveniente, el parking del hotel es algo pequeño y el que está justo delante es un terreno de montaña y el acceso no resulta demasiado cómodo.

El entorno y la paz

He venido en otras ocasiones desde hace unos 10 años y encuentro que antes los productos del desayuno eran de más calidad.Había jamón serrano, variedad de quesos. Recomiendo que pongan pan payés local, quesos locales de las islas, puesto que estamos en Mallorca y los extranjeros deberían comer productos más locales puesto que les gusta nuestra amplia gastronomía.

Sehr, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit erhielten wir kostenlose Upgrades auf Zimmer mit Meerblick. Die Klimaanlage hatte genug Kraft, um bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur kühle und angenehme Zimmertemperaturen zu erreichen.

Den Kritiken, dass die Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, muss man zustimmen. Ebenfalls sind die Zimmer hellhörig.

La ubicación, el estar apartado del bullicio de Cala Ratjada, te da el extra de tranquilidad y un entorno muy agradable. Destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal. El desayuno y cena muy bien

Que en pleno agosto los hombres tengan que vestir pantalón largo en la cena. Evidentemente hay que exigir un mínimo de formalidad como no ir en bañador para cenar - pero lo del pantalón largo en Mallorca en Pleno agosto me parece excesivo - pero no es un motivo de queja ya que aún cuando no vi el mensaje que indicaba lo del pantalón largo, en el hotel me dejaron uno.

La ubicación en ma cala. La amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal. Las instalaciones. La variedad del bufet. Lo limpio que estava todo. El spa incluido.

Los horarios para la cena están pensados para el turista extranjero.

Perhaps we didnt read all the fine print as it could be stated there. We didnt plan on eating dinner at the hotel, but one evening we thought the menu looked nice. Unfortunately couldnt have dinner as my partner didnt bring a long trousers so was a bit dissapointed.

Struttura tenuta molto bene e puliscono ogni giorno in modo eccellente. Stanze insonorizzate e arredate bene, con terrazza con tavolino e sedie e un utilissimo stendibiancheria. La posizione è ottima… fare il bagno in piscina affacciati sul mare non ha prezzo (danno anche gli asciugamani per la piscina che è possibile cambiare più volte). Il personale è gentile e accogliente. La colazione e la cena a buffet sono speciali … tanta varietà di cibi e di ottima qualitá. Si può mangiare sia all’esterno che all’interno. Animazione molto piacevole e ogni giorno ci sono attivitá diverse. Belle e comprese nel prezzo la palestra e la spa. Siamo stati soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno!

L’unica pecca di questa struttura sono i parcheggi: si può parcheggiare vicino alla struttura in uno spazio sterrato ma con le radici dei pini non è sempre facile fare manovre.

L’hôtel est sublime, la vue est à coupé le souffle, on y mange bien et le personnel est très agréable.

Eine sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Meer. Das Essen ist appetitlich angerichtet und für jeden Geschmack findet sich etwas. Der Meerwasserpool ist ausreichend groß und gepflegt. Toller Ausblick aufs Meer vom Balkon. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe es genossen und komme gerne wieder.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig . Deshalb vielleicht auch nur für Erwachsene. Die Parkplatzsituation ist im Hochsommer für solch ein großes Hotel nicht ausreichend.

L'esmorzar és boníssim, variat i de qualitat. També m'agrada que puguis anar al menjador fins les 10,30, crec, no necessites despertar-te molt prest. L’hotel és molt familiar, respires amabilitat i tranquilitat. El tipus de client és tranquil, sense joves de festa i sense nins, un luxe. Com a detall extra i molt d'agraïr, ens varen donar una habitació millor a la que haviem contractat. Hem visitat moltes vegades l'hotel n'Aguait i ho farem moltes més.

The location was great, room was clean and cozy and the views were stunning.

Breakfast was not as good as I believe should be and there was one night a girl working late night shift on reception, she was kind of rude. However all the rest of the stuff were great

Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel. Las vistas desde las habitaciones con vista mar son espectaculares. Tiene acceso directo al mar, piscina exterior y piscina cubierta en el spa. A cinco minutos en coche de Cala Ratjada. Parada del bus justo delante del hotel. Personal amable. Aire acondicionado de la habitación eficiente y regulable desde la habitación.

El único pero es la insonorización de la habitación con las otras habitaciones. El mobiliario está algo anticuado Se nota que el edificio tiene bastantes años.

I looove the location that its not in the middle of town that the building is right by the sea, absolutely amazing. Special thank you to Dora and Bogi the 2 animator/trainers. I loved their classes and their friendliness and welcoming demeanor. Also thank you to Albert on the night reception for his kindness and welcoming attitude towards my situation. I liked what the hotel has to offer, enjoyed the breakfast, my room even though it wasn't sea facing it was facing the back garden foresty area which was also nice, quiet and because you spend 90% of your time by the sea and the sea facing parts of the building you won't miss it much. The single room is small but it has everything you need. There was more than enough sun beds so no one was fighting for them or no one was reserving them. Lot of people mentioned that this is a German hotel but first of they're nice people but also there was quite a few English and Spanish speaking people too. The pool bar is quite good too with a decent selection. The spa offers a nice and relaxing environment with soothing spa music, a small pool woth some massage jets. All sort of saunas which i haven't used but they looked great.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Meer schön sauber, zentral gelegen. Das Hotel drumherum, Lobby, Pool waren sauber.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das. Haus verdient aufgrund der Massenabfertigung im Speisesaal keine 4 Sterne.

We loved the all inclusive adults only feel to the resort. The access to the beach was great, as well as large pool, plenty of sun beds, great gym and incredible views

The rooms need a bit of an upgrade based on the rest of the hotel being absolutely stunning.

Wir waren zum 2. mal in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Das Zimmer und der Balkon waren dieses Mal etwas kleiner, aber wir waren nur 4 Nächte zu Gast und da war es völlig ausreichend. Perfekte Lage, Blick aufs Meer, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal!!! Sehr sauber und gepflegt und das Essen…… einfach nur sehr sehr lecker!!!! ( ich vermisse es jetzt schon alles…) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Staff spoke perfectly fine German, English & Spanish. Great view and stunning pool. You can swim even in the ocean - stunning location. Rooms were great and aircon worked perfectly fine.

Breaky was huge but the quality wasn’t there. Rather do less but quality. Also all the spots at the pool were already taken by 10am as everyone was allowed to put the towel there and just leave for half day.

The hotel’s location and views were beautiful. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. It has a nice swimming pool and a private beach with direct access to the sea, which was a great bonus.

The staff, especially at the reception and in the restaurant, often seemed tired of their jobs and were not very welcoming. Even when you spoke to them in English, many of them replied in Spanish. * In my opinion, the food was not very good. Breakfast and dinner were almost the same every day, and around 80% of the dishes were pork-based, so there were limited alternatives. * Smoking is only allowed in a designated area. You cannot smoke by the pool or in the outdoor restaurant/café. * Around 80% of the guests were elderly, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for younger people looking for a more lively atmosphere. * The hotel does have parking, but the area directly in front of the hotel only has a few spaces. The overflow parking areas have a very poor surface, making it easy to damage your car.

Vorneweg, eine Bewertung ist immer vom Anspruch des Bewertenden abhängig. Im Hinblick auf die bisher hervorragende Bewertung dieses Hotels scheint der Anspruch der Gäste jedoch nicht sonderlich hoch gewesen zu sein. Ja, die Aussicht aufs Meer ist grandios und vergleichbar mit der eines Kreuzfahrtschiffs auf See. Zudem darf man sich über ein herrliches Meeresrauschen erfreuen, sofern man ein Zimmer in geeigneter Lage zugeteilt bekam. Trotz Meeresrauschen sei hier auch erwähnt, dass täglich um 21:00 Uhr Veranstaltungen im Außenbereich stattfinden. Während uns einige Musik-Abende zusagten, ist vorstellbar, dass dies nicht jedem Gast gefällt und die Nachtruhe etwas weiter nach hinten verschiebt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal durchgehend freundlich.

Bereits häufig erwähnt wurde die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Dies kann ich zwar bestätigen, hat uns in unserer Nachtruhe jedoch nicht gestört. Schon etwas störender empfanden wir die etwas laute Klimaanlage, die zudem steuerungstechnisch leider nicht auf dem neuesten Stand war. So hatte man nachts bei geschlossener Balkontür damit zu kämpfen dass es entweder zu kalt oder zu heiß war. Was leider ein No-Go ist, wenn das Badezimmer nach Kloake riecht. Das war bei uns zum Glück nicht dauerhaft so, kam aber min. 1x pro Tag vor, was die Aufenthaltsfreude schmälert. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt rechne ich dem Frühstück zu. Ja, es gibt eine große Auswahl an Gebäck, Wurst, Käse, Müsli, etc. Hier spart man allerdings bei der Qualität der Produkte. Das Hotel gehört auf Mallorca offenbar zum alten Eisen. Zwar hat man sich bemüht hier und da ein wenig zu renovieren, aber wenn man etwas genauer hinschaut, sieht man das abgenutzte Interieur, Risse in den Wänden und verkalkte Armaturen durchblitzen.

Ich war jetzt zwei Mal in diesem Hotel. Ich schätze die Lage, auch wenn es ein Stück zu kaufen ist, bis man in " der City " ist. Adults only Konzept finde ich super. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Aussicht, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, es ist überall sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts

Der Weg zur kleinen Bucht. Den könnte man wirklich ein bisschen besser zum Laufen machen

Insbesondere die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, aber auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Parkplätze gibt es gratis um das Haus herum. Also alles bestens.

Die Lage ist sensationell und der Ausblick ist absolut Mega 🫶🌴🌞 mehr Mallorca geht nicht. Das Personal spricht perfekt deutsch und ist absolut freundlich.

Das Unterhaltungsprogramm muss man mögen 😅 das Frühstück, macht was es soll, aber der letzte Pfiff fehlt einfach, wirklich schade! Was garnicht geht, es gibt im Sommer (laut Rezeption) wohl keine Bezüge auf den Bettdecken, die statt auf dem Bett im Schrank liegen 🤔 die Logik soll mal einer Verstehen!

L’emplacement, les repas, la propreté

Le manque d’accueil et d’amabilité du personnel. Hôtel principalement pour clients allemands, la 1iere langue parlée est l’allemand avant l’espagnol). Il y a une mauvaise odeur constante dans la chambre (vieux bâtiment? Odeur cigarette froide?…). Pour seulement une demi-pension sans boisson, le prix est assez élevé.

We liked everything, especially the personnel, the location, the view, the facilities, the peace, and the atmosphere. We arrived at night, around 10:00 pm, and we were greeted with a glass of Cava while on the terrace there was a party atmosphere with live music and people dancing. After check-in, which went pretty smoothly, we asked if the restaurant kitchen would still be open, which was not, as we didn't get a chance to have dinner (our plane landed pretty late and we had to drive for 1h). The receptionist offered us to enjoy the dinner buffet at the restaurant as it was still open, which really impressed us as we were tired and hungry. The hotel offers every morning yoga classes at 8 am and stretching/acqua gym at 11:00. Such a brilliant idea! The view of the room was just perfect - a little bit of sea, and a little bit of forest. The next day was my birthday and the hotel sent me a small gift with a lovely card. ❤️ Moreover, at breakfast, being Sunday, there was live piano music and we enjoyed our breakfast listening to an amazing music 🎶 coming from the piano. I couldn't have asked more than this - enjoying our breakfast on the superb terrace with the superb piano music in the background. Breakfast food was diverse, and adapted for every taste with a new topic everyday: one day waffles, the next day smoothies and so on. The outside pool has salty water and is just so amazing to enjoy it and swim in it. The sauna was one of the hottest I've ever tried. The lounges on the terrace coupled with the view and the atmosphere were so relaxing. This was a really relaxing and lovely vacation for us and we'll surely be back! ❤️

There's nothing we didn't like, except the fact we would have liked our vacation to be longer. :)

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut top, ein Auto ist jedoch empfehlenswert. Ein großes Lob geht an das sehr zuvorkommende Personal. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war gut. Zur Ausstattung gehört unter anderem ein Salzwasserpool wie ein Einstieg ins Meer. Kritikpunkte gibt es beim Frühstück und den Zimmern: Die Frühstücksauswahl ist zwar groß, aber die Qualität der Produkte hat uns enttäuscht – da bietet Mallorca in dieser Hotelklasse besseres. Zudem sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig, sodass man die Nachbarn stark hört. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

I love the location. I have been here a number of times. The location is just a 20min to local shops and the buzz, but secluded enough to be special and tranquil. Excellent value for money, the breakfast have options for everyone. There is a bus stop right infront of the hotel. The biggest selling point is the pool and loungers that look out over the ocean. And there is a small limited access step into the sea.

My only negative comment this time only, was that my neighbouring guest next door smoked a pipe which was not great and blocked my nose. I would say they need to put guests that smoke separate ot have non-smoking rooms.

Tolles Hotel mit fantastischer Meersicht! Alle sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Abwechslungsreiches Buffet mit grosser Auswahl, da findet jeder etwas. Eine Station wo die Speisen direkt grilliert, gebraten werden. Ebenso beim Frühstück. Schöne, grosse und saubere Zimmer. Gemütliche Hotelbar mit feinen Drinks.

Aardig personeel en heel uitgebreid,goed ontbijt. Locatie is top, je bent zo bij het strand en de boulevard. wij kregen een upgrade naar all inclusive in ruil voor een iets kleinere kamer. Super uitzicht bij het zwembad.
