Schlecht war, dass viel Müll. Immer neue Papierdecken beim Frühstück. Toilette defekt nach mehrfacher Aufforderung nicht repariert

La posizione dell'albergo, la gentilezza e la prontezza dello staff, specialmodo la signora Oxana che è stata super gentilissima e simpaticissima. La spiaggia è bellissima, l'acqua cristallina. Il tutto la, a due passi da te.

Hotel un po' ancora fermo su suoi anni, non c'è nulla di moderno, nessun confort moderno. Purtroppo gli asciugamani del bagno inizialmente puzzavano di acqua appantanata. Abbiamo segnalato il problema ed è stato risolto in parte. Se usassero ammorbidente secondo me avrebbero un odore un po' meglio. I cuscini non erano comodissimi, più sullo stile tedesco direi, che a me non piace. Ho cenato al ristorante e diciamo che non ho trovato un granché come qualità ma il prezzo è stato onesto.

Proximité de la plage et du centre ville. La plage vraiment très accessible et très belle. Très belle vue. la chambre était très spacieuse, le cadre est vraiment top.

Le bar nous attendons toujours notre mojito et les personnes qui été la n’étaient pas très au point au niveau organisation des prises de commandes. Très peu d'informations en Français. Les jus a la machine sont beaucoup trop sucré a mon gout.

Las instalaciones muy cómodas y aseadas, pero lo que más valoró fue la atención del Sr mohamed, mil gracias por su atención y su apoyo cuando lo necesite, estuvo muy pendiente y me ayudó a solucionar el transporte para mi hija. Todos los días que estuve ahí su actitud siempre fue la mejor.

La habitación fue más bonita que en las fotos, las vistas a la playa desde la habitación, la ubicación en la misma calle de Son Moll, café Nespresso en la habitación y en el buffet de desayuno, personal de recepción amable y cercano.

Nos dieron una habitación en la que el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido tremendo como un tractor. Lo dijimos en recepción dos veces y dijeron que vendría un técnico del que nunca supimos nada. Estaba claro que esa habitación llevaba mucho tiempo con ese problema sin solucionar. Por ello el descanso fue malo. En el buffet hay algunos camareros que atienden mucho mejor a los alemanes que a los españoles, una noche nos tuvieron la mesa llena de platos sin retirar por más de una hora. Otra pareja española más al fondo les pasó lo mismo y el chico se quejó, mientras los alemanes eran atendidos rápidamente. Finalmente tuve que levantarme yo misma y llevar adentro todos los platos sucios que nos molestaban en la mesa para terminar de cenar a gusto. La calidad de la comida es la que esperaba para este tipo de hotel, pero la calidad de la elaboración era mala, ensaladas aguadas y pochas, fritos blandos… Además los platos estaban siempre sucios, no del lavavajillas como en otros hoteles, sino de secarlos con un trapo sucio, siempre podías ver las marcas del restregón que le habían dado con el trapo y olían mal. Que dejen fumar en los balcones, no pudimos disfrutar a penas el nuestro porque nos llegaba humo de cigarrillo todo el tiempo de los vecinos de al lado, por la mañana no podías ni ventilar la habitación porque sólo entraba humo y peste

Hôtel qui ne parle pas le français Pas d équipe d animation, une seule personne qui gère l animation et qui parle en allemand 1/2 heures d animation et cerise sur le gâteau a fait un bingo payant toujours en allemand Jacuzzi froid et très peu de bulles et pas nettoyé Frigo annoncé qui ne fonctionner pas et on nous a répondu que c était un conservateur Restaurant du soir , repas basique 1 litre d eau au restaurant à 4,5 euros et ce n est même pas une bouteille mais une carafe Pas de transat à la piscine Si vous ne mettez pas votre serviette le matin

Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Das Frühstück zwar umfangreich und auch sehr freundliches Personal. Aber der Cappucino schmeckt nicht gut (süß), die Rühreier manchmal nicht gut, die Guacamole mittelmäßig … also alles nicht wirklich gut.

Отличное расположение, еда, вежливые и клиенториентированные сотрудники ресепшена. Особое спасибо Оксане на ресепшене, всегда помогала!

Very dirty common areas Complete chaos at the pool ( trash + too many people) Dirty not great quality breakfast The bathroom ( I mean restroom ) is OPEN to the room : zero privacy ( just a glass door and a mirror positioned so that you can see the person sitting on the toilet from wherever in the room + noise and smells ) The bathroom where you take the shower is in front of the room door and is completely transparent/open ( so people cannot go in and out when someone is showering) We had a terrace but the table and sunbeds were very dirty + people passing in front Overall dirty and chaotic and not practical. I can understand why the staff and locals are exhausted . Staff was nice

Le materiel usé , les infrastructures vieillissantes. Les photos du site Internet ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Les employés ont l’air surmenés et épuisés. On se serait plus cru en Allemagne qu’en Espagne.

Veldig fine rom, med gode senger. Vi bestilte med havutsikt og den var virkelig fin med en nydelig soloppgang. God beliggenhet med god oversikt over bukten og strandpromenaden. Det var en del kø ved måltidene.

La camera. Situata all ultimo piano con vista mare e terrazzo enorme con tutti i confort. La colazione ottima e abbondante. Hotel direttamente sul mare.

I tempi di attesa al bar e lo staff con poca pazienza.

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Toller Strandzugang mit klarem Wasser und man kann beim Schnorcheln auch einige Fische sehen. Das Zentrum ist fussläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel hat eine gute Größe. 24h Check- In funktionierte problemlos.

Leider ist das Buffet nicht sehr "Vegetarier" freundlich. An einem Tag war die einzige Option Pommes. Selbst in den Nudeln waren Muscheln, in den Ravioli Fleisch. Die Speisen sind nicht gut beschildert, oft fehlen die Beschreibungen. Man weiß oft nicht ob Fisch oder Fleisch enthalten ist oder Nüsse, was für Allergiker gefährlich werden kann. Es gibt ziemlich viel Frittiertes. Schälchen für Müsli oder Eis musste man sowohl abends als morgens oft vergeblich suchen. Ebenso fehlte es immer an Gläsern an der einen Saftstation. Man hatte oft das Gefühl, dass das Personal nicht hinterher kommt.(Abräumen, Auffüllen von Geschirr und eindecken der Tische, Getränkebestellungen am Abend) Speisen wurden zum Auffüllen dann genau weggenommen, wenn man schon eine Weile stand und wartete - und eigentlich noch genug für die Anzahl der wartenden Personen da war. Fazit: noch länger warten. Das bei Booking.com angezeigte Foto des Zimmers war nicht das Zimmer was wir erhielten. (Anderer Balkon Ausblick) Die betonten "Rituals" Produkte waren nicht vorhanden. Ein kaputter Aufzug über 5 Tage.

El personal de recepción muy profesional, sobretodo el chico mas joven. Impresionantes vistas desde la habitación a la playa.

La ocupación de las tumbonas de la piscina. Los huéspedes dejaban las toallas durante muchas horas sin que hubiera nadie.

Nos dieron una habitación con terraza la 2401, hermosa muy grande y con una vista increible al mar. Las son muy camas comodas. El personal es muy amable y eso es de destacar.

Nos hicieron esperar 45 min pasadas las 14 hs del check in, pero verdaderamente la habitación termino valiendo la pena la espera. El secador de pelo es muy malo. Solía haber algo de olor a humedad por las mañanas

Je recommande à 100 % l’hôtel, la vue est magnifique. L’accueil est super agréable. Personne est très gentil.

In generał it is an amazing location exactly on the beach, if you have a room with sea view - it's just an amazing view. There's great food, great staff, so in principle highly recommend. If I were to book it another time though, I would choose a room on a different side of the hotel (so without a view, but should be a bit quieter).

The hotel itself is very quiet, but be aware that the neighboring hotel has live music every evening, and it's exactly opposite Na Forana, so you hear that music until 11 pm. Also occasionally there are parties on the beach in early morning/night. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend booking a room without sea view (on the opposite side) - it should be quieter.

Beside the location, the hotel has low quality rooms and services. The big rating is for location. But the rooms are very poor, bed smelling and very old. The food was not so bad, but the AC in the restaurant and hotel lobby was not enough, being very hot. The reception personal was not so kind, except Oxana and Hugo. The sunbeds on the beach are 20 eur / day( 2 sunbeds and an umbrella). The hotel is very close to the center and the restaurants on the promenade. Overwall , if you find rooms here at 100 eur / room / night , it might be ok. But more , is not worth it .

The location was great, but other than that, not much unfortunately.

I was very disappointed with our stay here and would not recommend this hotel based on their levels of customer service. We arrived at 14h00 to check in but were told the room wasn't ready. No apologies, just it won't be long. We were asked to sit in reception which we did. We were told we could go to the pool and leave our bags but as we had been up since 4h00 we just wanted to get into our room. I asked a couple of times and was just told "it won't be long". After over an hour and a half of sitting in reception we were signalled up to be given our room key and 2 tokens each, with absolutely no explanation what the tokens were or how to use them! A general sorry for your wait and that was it! A few days prior to our check in, I received a message from the hotel asking what time we would be arriving and I messaged back to say 14h00. I also asked a couple of general questions about our stay and no-one bothered replying, even though I sent the message twice. When we got in the room it had obviously been cleaned in a hurry as there were hairs in the bathroom and mould around the shower (not really what you expect from 4* hotels). With that level of cleaning we didn't want the room cleaned every day but there was no do not disturb sign in the room. I asked at reception 3 times for a do not disturb sign. The first two times they couldn't find any and asked me to come back. The 3rd time the receptionist said he would get one brought to our room. By the next day it still hadn't been brought. I went back again and after rummaging through drawers they found one! What sort of hotel doesn't have something as simple as that? The Aircon unit constantly dripped on the floor in the room and the safe didn't work. Also, the WiFi was absolutely rubbish and we couldn't use it.

Das Personal war nicht bestens motiviert, mit einer Ausnahme. Ein junger Mann im Gastrobereich (Frühstück und Rezeption) war sehr bemüht und freundlich. (Kleinerer, leicht korpulent, blonde Haare, immer am lachen und sehr bemüht.) Der Aufpreis für Abendessen mit 26 Euro pro Person war zu hoch. Die Servicekräfte waren oft träge. Tische waren nicht gedeckt. Gläser am Tisch haben fast immer gefehlt. Kaffee in der Früh mit Einweglöffel war grenzwertig. Am Pool waren die Plätze bereits in der Früh immer komplett mit Handtüchern belegt, der Bademeister hatte keine Ambition dagegen einzuschreiten.

My parents and I spent a week in Cala Ratjada. End of June, early July was busy but not yet crowded. This destination is very popular with German tourists. Beside Spanish/Catalan most people speak German and some also English. It is located at Mallorca's easternmost tip within 90 minutes of a smooth drive from Palma airport. Some famous caves and beaches are accessible by car within less than an hour. Cala Ratjada boasts with a smaller, nice beach with cristal clear water excellent for swimming. The town has got a very nice and clean promenade with plenty of small shops, bars and restaurants. While the accommodation in the Hotel Na Forana is old fashioned it is clean and well maintained. The food quality and selection is good. The personnel is busy but helpful. Surrounded by plenty of pine trees at the extremity of Cala Ratjada it offers a rather peaceful vibe with practically no noise. Overall, it is a good destination for a family vacation.

Die Lage ist super – direkt am Meer und mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten. Außerdem ist es sehr familienfreundlich.

Das Hotel ist definitiv in die Jahre gekommen. Das merkt man vor allem an der Ausstattung, den Betten und den Wänden. Auch die Steckdosen sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Außerdem wird das Zimmer nicht staubgesaugt. Gerade wenn man täglich vom Strand kommt, wäre das sehr sinnvoll, da sich schnell Sand im Zimmer ansammelt.

Cena troppo presto e necessario maggiore rispetto delle regole e abbigliamento più adeguato negli spazi comuni.

Místo s krásnou energií a pláží. Byl tu jak klid, tak možnost zajít večer na promenádu a užít si krásný večer. Výborné restaurace a zmrzlina kousek od hotelu.

- Die Lage ist sehr gut. Strand ist direkt da und nur einige Gehminuten entfernt hat es einen Müller und Supermarkt. Auch die Promenade mit den Restaurants war gleich da. - Personal war nett. - Frühstücksbuffet hatte viel Auswahl und war lecker.

- Unser Zimmer war auf dem 4 Stock und wir hatten fast nie Wifi. - Für die Safebox musste man extra 18€ für eine Woche bezahlen + 5 % Depot (ich finde das gehört inkl. zum Zimmer dazu) - Sauberkeit nur mässig. Es stinkte oft in der Badewanne oder nach WC-Spülung nach dem Abfluss. Man riecht es im ganzen Zimmer. - Keine Duschgel/Shampoo/Bodylotion nichts zur Auswahl. Es hatte nur so eine riesen Flasche Handseife. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr schlecht. Wir mussten uns alles dann selbst kaufen. Mit Handseife kann man sich doch unmöglich die Haare waschen. - Abfluss Dusche schlecht. Wir hatten eine halbe Überflutung, da das Wasser nicht abläuft. Der ganze Sand bleibt in der Wanne liegen.

1. Internet hat im Zimmer nicht funktioniert 2. In der Dusche waren Ameisen 3. Der Boden war z.T. klebrig 4. Die Aussicht war eine Hecke 2 Meter vor dem Balkon, damit man die Strasse nicht sieht. 5. Der Empfangsapero war mickrig, ein kleines Glas Sekt ohne auch nur ein Chips 6. Die Badetücher konnte man nur zu gewissen Zeiten erhalten, tauschen, zurückgeben 7. Das Personal kam beim Auffüllen der verschiedenen Stationen beim Frühstück überhaupt nicht nach, d.h.

Camera molto grande, pulita e con tutto il necessario. Comodissima la piscina in prossimità della spiaggia dove in pochi passi accedevi alla Playa de Son Mol (dandoti un grande un vantaggio la mattina per prendere posto nei lettini rispetto a chi veniva da altre strutture). Posizione strategica per accedere alla lunga passeggiata che costeggia la costa con tanti locali e ristorantini. Zona molto tranquilla.

Principalmente i limiti di questa struttura sono nella ristorazione. Qualità del cibo non ottimale e fin troppo pasticciato per i miei gusti. Se la colazione si salvava grazie all'area show cooking dove venivano realizzate le uova in mille varianti tutte ottime, la cena era un terno al lotto. Raramente abbiamo mangiato qualcosa di veramente buono. Le bevande si pagano a parte e per quanto ci riguarda pur ordinando sempre acqua frizzante a volte la pagavamo 3,50€ altre volte 4€. Onestamente la ratio non l'abbiamo capita. Lo staff di sala è un po' sottodimensionato per fornire un servizio adeguato a un ristorante con tutti quei coperti infatti, bisognava un po' rincorrerli per richiedere dei bicchieri che spesso mancavano (e che puzzavano TUTTI di uova) o per chiedere di pulire un tavolo.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber es besticht einfach durch seine sensationelle Lage. Der Pool mit seinen Liegen ist für diese Größe bei voller Auslastung jedoch einfach zu klein und der Platz zu knapp bemessen. Der tolle Strand vor der Tür ist ebenfalls überfüllt. Das Buffet bietet viel Auswahl, es ist für jeden was dabei. Fast schon überladen, hier wäre weniger mehr. Etwas hochwertiger, aber weniger Alternativen... hier ist es wohl schwer, es allen recht zu machen. Der Kaffee am Morgen mit den tollen Nespresso-Maschinen und der (warmen!!! Milch, DANKE) ein Hochgenuss. Der "Saft" dagegen (im Land der Orangen!?) ein Kraus... eine elektrisch Saftpresse (da gibt es sehr robuste automatische Maschinen!) wäre phänomenal- ein paar Orangen daneben gestellt, jeder macht sich seinen Saft selbst-fertig! Die Pulverpansche aus dem Automaten kann man (ich?) leider nicht trinken, wenn man auf viel Zucker steht, dann schon, aber es ist kein Saft... Das Personal war durch die Bank weg klasse, sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Danke! :))) Der als "besonders für Booking-Gäste reservierte große Balkonbereich" ist leider der weit unattraktivere. Die Bäume versperren die Sicht und es war zu wenig Schatten, zu wenige Schirme. Die andere Terrasse wäre tatsächlich attraktiv, um es als etwas "Besonderes" anzubieten. Aber hier war es schwer einen Platz zu bekommen... Alles in allen Ist das Kritik auf tendenziell hohem Niveau. Ich hoffe, die Angestellten werden gut bezahlt, nur dann sind sie zufrieden und machen auch langfristig einen guten Job! Es ist ein Jammer zu sehen, wie die privaten Bereiche in den Ortschaften -ausserhalb der touristischen Bereiche- mehr und mehr verfallen. Dann dusche ich liebe in einer "alten Wanne und ohne Duschstange", als dass am Personal noch mehr gespart wird!

Posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia, acqua bellissima, tutti i servizi raggiungibili a piedi, parcheggio gratuito pubblico a pochi metri dall’hotel.

In camera viene fornito solo il sapone per le mani e il bagnoschiuma, tutto in confezioni grandi e non monouso (scelta che trovo poco igienica) non ci sono shampoo, cuffia per la doccia o dischetti di cotone . La palestra è sporca, trasandata e non ci sono pesi decenti per potersi allenare bene. Attenzione, la spiaggia attrezzata chiude alle 18.30 segnalo anche se non è gestita dall’hotel.

Kein gratis Wasser auf dem Zimmer Nespresso Kapseln wurden nicht aufgefüllt und die Tassen wurden auch nicht herein auch die Gläser fürs Waser nicht. Frühstücksbuffet eher eintönig. Ich hatte es nach 5 Tagen gesehen.

Hotel tranquillo direttamente sulla spiaggia. Abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione e sia la colazione che la cena sono a buffet. Privilegiato il salato. Presente sia in camera sia durante la colazione le macchinette per il caffè Nespresso Cene a tema ogni sera anche se in fondo sembravano ripetitive. Personale cordiale. .bella anche la passeggiata lungomare che parte subito dopo l'hotel.

L'hotel è un po trascurato in alcune parti, non sembra proprio un quattro stelle. Alcuni addetti sia nella sala ristorante sia alla reception non sempre pronti a capire le tue esigenze.

Very bad knowledge of English language which for me personally everyone needs to know when they work in hotel , some if the very unfriendly, food is terrible , we had only breakfast and it was bad , rooms are old and bathroom is nightmare , so long story short only what is good here is beach it’s clean , you must to pay for sunbeads but it’s super crowded with people , so for us this was was big no and definetly will never come back
