Catalonia Santa Justa

The beds where very comfortable and the shower was amazing

The food. We got roomservice and it tasted bad and the plates smelled like egg (we didn't have any egg dishes). and the breakfast was the same

Nice location, clean and peaceful. The hotel also smell amazing. The front desk person: Victor was great. They let us check in early. Which was Huge for us.

The hotel was very nice, the room was great and the reception staff were very helpful.

For 4 nights the rooms nearby had room service and left their empty trays of half eaten outside the door. This was never cleared away. We came in at night and passed these trays of half eaten food and they were still there when we left in the morning. Considering the courtyard arrangement meant that the corridors were open to the elements it is very unhygienic. Of course this may say more about the guests than the hotel, but it was slightly disappointing.

Aangenaam verblijf, prachtige ruime kamer, leuk dakterras met zwembad Uitgebreid ontbijt

Niets

Staff very professional and friendly

The hotel is in an excellent location. The beds were really comfortable.

Très propre et literie excellente. Chambre spacieuse, située dans la partie jardin. Personnel professionnel

Ras

Lovely dip pool, close to station… 30mins walk to plaza espana & centre

Breakfast was ok, room nice, facilities all good.

Only I sachet each for coffee, would be nice to of had more. Reception gave wrong directions for hop on bus, if you do go, go to left from hotel and left again walk is about 25 mins to stop 2 to a kiosk.

Clean, well designed, comfortable bed, good breakfast

Great location and staff were lovely

Nothing at all it was lovely

Beautiful design / we stayed in Patio section. Great rooftop bar and close to Santa Justa train. Easy 20 min walk into central

For me the pool area wasn’t great, too small to swim and not that relaxing as guys shouting and drinking beer in the water - but I do appreciate it’s a plunge pool so for others this wouldn’t be an issue. I just really wanted a little swim space which didn’t work as everyone uses it to chill and drink on. Not a big complaint as for others this wouldn’t be fine.

A 10 mins walk to the center, shops and restaurants are available very closely. I had a few minor issues with my room and the staff went out of their way to make my stay the nicest. Small gym but with the basics, the rooms to the patio are very nice, modern and spacious, the other ones a little bit outdated but nice enough. There is a bar on the rooftop where the swimming pool is and usually there are sunbeds available without too much trouble.

The swimming pool could need a bit more clean, it is full of suncream and doesn't look too nice.

Sauber, ruhig, sehr komfortabel, sehr gute Lage.

Personnel sympathique.

The staff were very friendly from the minute we walked in and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. The rooftop bar and pool was amazing (especially given the temperature!)

Nothing

Great location, very clean, staff very friendly

Dommage

The staff were welcoming. The room was lovely with nice little touches, eg a jar of sweeties, an America cookie, a bottle of sparkling wine etc. Comfy beds. Would use this hotel again.

There was nothing that I didn't like

Amazing hotel, super clean, spacious rooms and helpful staff, would definitely recommend

Staff and facilities

Restaurant

Great Location, 10 mins from Train Station and into the centre. Lovely room and staff . 100% Will be back

Tutto molto bene

Niente

The front desk staffs are fantastic. Location is as expected.

The shower were different from the booking pictures. There were separate tub and shower but neither of them have shower curtains! If we use the shower, the water just goes everywhere and wet the floor. We wish they can assign us the room with proper showers showed in the booking room pictures.

Heel vriendelijk, proper hotel.

Nichts.

Hotel Calm with good staff, clean ... good breakfast, good location.

Diner isn't buffet.. piscine not good even in rooftop.

A limpeza do quarto estava perfeita.

Nada

colazione ricca salata e dolce, non mancava nulla, personale disponibile

Camera confortevole e ben pulita. Colazione buona.

Piscina all’ultimo piano estremamente piccola e poco pulita.

La piscina, el desayuno.

Nada

Pequeno Almoco fabuloso,Decoracao do hotel linda muy familiar y trabajadores muy atenciosos.

Alojamento moderno, extremamente limpo, confortável e super funcional. Ótima relação qualidade/preço e staff muito simpático e prestável.

Nada a apontar.

Preis-Leistung: Unschlagbar! Wir kommen wieder!

Habitació i personal

Espai poscina molt masificat

Nada a destacar

Clean, welcoming, tranquil, just lovely! Also a lovely rooftop bar and plunge pool with great choices of food n drink and great staff. Enough sun loungers and seating. Really friendly, helpful, welcoming staff inside the hotel also, who were so patient with my Spanish! Loved it all. My room was heavenly (booked a balcony room), high spec, exceptionally well resourced. Should out to the cleaning staff who were meticulous.

Nothing. It was all fabulous!

The hotel breakfast was delicious. However, I paid for the next day’s breakfast at the front desk the night before, but the restaurant staff still asked me to pay again the following morning. I had to show them the receipt before they realized that I had already paid

El personal y la habitacion. Amplia y limpia

The rooms themselves were great, but the staff were even better. The first room had a water sound behind the wall every 30 seconds which was impossible to ignore so the staff moved me without issue. Then the neighbours moved next to the new room and left their barking dog alone for many hours at a time. The staff moved me again without issue. In the third room, the air-conditioning did not work properly, so we moved for the fourth time. This time to a premium room that had absolutely zero issues at all. I gave this hotel 10 out of 10 primarily because of the staff – all hotels have issues but if the staff can put it right then the guests will enjoy. Will definitely stay here again. All I can say to the upper management is to please audit your rooms a little more frequently

Todo espectacular.
