Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en nette kamers

Läget, trädgården och rummen. Frukosten var väldigt bra. Vi tackar damen i receptionen som gav oss bättre rum och finare utsikt som vi förväntade oss.

Vi saknade foodtrucken som låg vid trädgården.

Étant en demi pension, au tant que le petit déjeuner était très bien, par contre le buffet du soir était fade et gras.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend und offensichtlich mit wenig Fluktuation. Die Einrichtung und Lage der Suiten ist für unsere Zwecke perfekt. Das Frühstück ist für ein Haus dieser Art perfekt. Der Gym ist komplett neu ausgestattet.

Der neue Gym ist (wie der alte) offensichtlich nicht im Reinigungsplan enthalten. Die Wasserbehälter waren regelmäßig leer.

Helaas viel ons verblijf erg tegen. Elke ochtend werden we rond 07:00 uur wakker door veel lawaai op de gang. Hierdoor was rustig uitslapen eigenlijk niet mogelijk. Daarnaast is de douche niet goed aangelegd. Het water loopt de verkeerde kant op, waardoor na iedere douchebeurt bijna de hele badkamer onder water staat. Zelfs de handdoeken aan de zijkant worden hierdoor iedere keer helemaal nat. Voor een hotel verwacht je dat je rustig kunt slapen en normaal kunt douchen zonder dat de badkamer onder water loopt. Dit heeft ons verblijf helaas behoorlijk minder prettig gemaakt.

The property needs updating , we had a problem with a leaking blocked shower which took them 3 days to agree to move our room

The location is un beatable and the staff was professional and friendly.

The hotel was clean and really nicely decorated inside. The pool was great , sunbeds were well spaced out - not sitting on top of each other which was great ! Bedroom was huge, comfy beds and shower was great. The pool view rooms also have a lovely Sea view. Staff were all lovely - everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay again .

Location Staff Clean just a few failures

We were on 6th floor yet the room had ants which at one point covered the bed we had to brush them off

We were in a classic room with a tiny outside space overlooking a dead space, and the lady who rescues dogs. Disappointed with that, also asked for a second chair for room and was refused that. Outside space very good and room staff excellent and friendly, food plentiful and varied. We stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and find it's now been run as a budget hotel but not a budget price. Very small staff also.

El trato del personal, excepcional. Especialmente el jefe de comedor, Luis, ademas de Pamela y algun otro que ya no recuerdo.

No se cuida la ocupacion previa de tumbonas, aunque se anuncia su prohibicion.

There was a strong smell of burnt food everywhere. You couldn't even sit on the balcony of the room because of the smell of burnt food. Including in the lobby în gold zone. The evening before departure and the morning of check-out the staff was very rude.

La ubicación, me sorprendio que oarece por fuera bastante antiguo pero por dentro esta genial .

Las camas las tendrían que cambiar y bastante ruido por la noche

Me gusto Todo ya que había ido en otras ocasiones .Pero debido a mis alergias por parte del personal de Cocina ,Camarer@s me trataron genial un 10 por resolverme mis dias de comida .Sobre todo Raquel ,Carmen que superr agradables y cariñosas con los peques (mi nieto ) y perdon por no acordarme del nombre pero si que es Venezolana todas fue un placer conocerlas......volveré ♥️

Por decir algo que no hay opción a pensión completa .Y alguna persona de recepción,muy poco atenta .

La ubicacion es muy cómoda para el acceso a la playa y zonas de ocio. El desyuno es amplio y variado.

Algunos horarios, que se salen un poco de nuestro ritmo de vida.

El agua caliente funcionaba mal , informe pero no lo arreglaron Eramos 3 pero solo había 2 camas preparadas y toallas solo para 2 Solo pusieron 2 galletas de cortesía la piscina la cierran muy pronto

La limpieza y el desayuno, son inmejorables así como el personal.

Todavía le falta que mejorar los exteriores, que son pobres de plantas y la restauración es lenta.

Es muy buen hotel. La ubicación es excepcional, con salida directa al paseo marítimo. Está en el centro de la playa de la Carihuela que te permite, por un lado, llegar caminando al centro de Torremolinos y por el otro a Puerto Marina. Aunque nuestra estancia ha sido a finales de agosto el ambiente del hotel era familiar y agradable. El bufé del desayuno y la cena, media pensión, era muy bueno con mucha variedad de alimentos y de calidad. El parking del hotel, aunque es de pago, es en superficie y con mucha facilidad para el aparcamiento. Sin duda es un hotel recomendable y volveremos.

No pudimos elegir otro tipo de habitación, solo quedaban las clásicas y no hay con cama de matrimonio.

La piscina estaba tan sucia que no me bañé

lo poco insonorizado que esta todo se escucha todo ya no solo lo ee fuera sino los vecinos de habitación y toda la planta vamos si vas con una niña de 2 años como yo eso es un punto a tener encuenta yo no repetiria por eso y por que esta todo demasiado enfocado al extranjero entiendo que es lo que mas demanda pero tambien nos alojamos gente local y le falta mucho para ser un hotel completo

Ya hemos estado otros años y como siempre el trato ha sido estupendo, desde los recepcionistas, a Raquel, la animadora, y la camareras de piso, lo hemos pasado fenomenal. Nos ha gustado una arpista que tocó un día durante la cena, que hayan incluído más vegetación en el espacio exterior y las actividades nocturnas. Volveremos.

Hotel com história, disponibilidade de lugares para estender a toalha , muito bom pequeno almoço, funcionários simpaticos. excelente 4 estrelas.

A melhorar, os colchões necessitam de ser trocados, no pequena almoço deveriam aumentar o numero de torradeiras disponiveis

De locatie.

Ietwat verouderd. De “lounge” was een beetje onfris en beperkt. De food truck buiten, en het zwembad en terras was allemaal een beetje onfris en camping vibes. Locatie super, personeel heel vriendelijk!

Dorucak i vecera odlicni. Soba komforna. Lokacija odlicna Divna gospodja koja sama radi u kafe baru sa terasom na spratu.

Bazen radi tek od 10.30, kafu u hotelu a da nije u sklopu dorucka ne mozete popiti ispred na terasi, sve se otvara u 10.30 Internet nije bas stabilan Cistoca bi mogla biti bolja narocito u dijelu kafe bara kod bazena, iza zardinjera sve pobacano smece koje niko nije ocistio dugo vremena Bazen nema dovoljno mjesta ako ne rezervisete, a more je bilo toliko hladno ( avgust) da se nismo mogli kupati.

Nous étions à l'étroit dans la chambre avec les lits collés, peu d'espace pour circuler pour 3 personnes (2 adultes et 1 enfant de 7 ans)

La ubicación en primera linea de playa es lo mejor.

La habitación es muy pequeña, viajamos 3 y nos metieron en una habitación doble moviendo la cama para poner una supletoria, solo tenias espacio por uno de los lados de la cama y al dormir te dabas con la lamparita en la cabeza.

Todo ,menos la cama q teníamos q dar la vuelta a las Almohadas porq teníamos los pies más alto q el cabecero,, y todas las noche lo cambiamos los pies para el cabecero 🤷‍♀️

The hotel was generally great! - I really like the interior of the room, hallways, restaurant and lobby. It was also very green and pretty outside. - The location is top, right on the beach, you just walk out and you're at the sea. - Breakfast was very nice, even for a vegan like me, which is sometimes tricky with hotel buffets. The only thing I would ask for to be added is tofu and my satisfaction would be complete. - I find it super nice that there's a music programme every evening, makes it feel very cosy and enjoyable.

Small things, nothing major: - The cleaning was starting a bit too early, sometimes we would come back from breakfast and they would already be about to start cleaning our room, which was a bit stressful. - I think this is a general Spain thing, not specifically for this hotel, but being a beachfront hotel and not having any sunbeds on the sand is a bit sad. You need to calculate and additional 20 eur a day for 2 people, if you want to have a sunbed on the beach. - The bathroom was smelling a bit like sewage some days, which is obviously not great, but I think this is an issue in most of Spain in summer.

Instalaciones antiguas y falta de mantenimiento en las habitaciones: Armarios que no corren, puertas a la terraza con la manivela rota, mamparas de duchas q pierden agua, puertas del baño que se atrancan ... Colchones...

la ubicacion es buena y la piscina pequeña para el aforo pero suficiente para un baño

el desayuno es variado pero de poca calidad el genero , la habitacion estaba el suelo muy estropeado y el bajante del agua por la noche es incomodo como es el ruido

We love this hotel and return every year and it remains at the highest standard with delicious food. This last visit was to celebrate our Golden wedding anniversary and the concierge made it extra special for us with balloons and treats in our room. Can't wait to return next year.

Pesuhuoneessa ei ollut ilmanvaihtoa, ja suihkun vedet valuivat suihkunurkasta koko tilan lattialle. Pesuhuone/wc oli kokoajan aivan huurussa ja lattiat märkänä. Lisäksi pesuhuoneessa tai koko hotellihuoneessa ei ollut ainuttakaan koukkua mihinkä olisi saanut pyyhkeet tai vaatteita roikkumaan

Se escucha bastante ruido en las habitaciones, podrían estar mejor insonorizadas y las camas podrían ser más cómodas

Genialna lokalizacja tuż przy promenadzie i plaży, cudowny i pomocny personel, codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników, obłędne śniadania. Czujesz się zaopiekowany i zrelaksowany na 100%. Obiekt z bogatą historią, klasa i elegancja. Z tego co widziałam, w hotelu nie było zorganizowanych wycieczek, co pozwoliło uniknąć walki o leżaki przy basenie i miejsce w restauracji 😉. Zazwyczaj nie wracam do tych samych obiektów, ale do tego hotelu będę.

Na początku niewielkie problemy z internetem, wi-fi nie jest idealne. Po zgłoszeniu problemu, szybko go rozwiązano.

De Locatie is echt fantastisch alles is vlak bij van nachtclub tot bakkerij en van massagesalon tot apotheek. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en spreekt goed engels. de restaurants behorende bij het hotel zijn echt goed. vooral op het strand hebben we van een heerlijke lunch genoten.

De fitness ruimte was aan de kleine kant maar het ontbrak vooral aan materiaal. er was eigenlijk maar materiaal voor 2 personen. Met de aanschaf van wat kettlebels en een paar extra dumbels van hoger gewicht en een extra bankje los je dat al een heel eind op. Overwogen kan ook worden om een van de cardio apparaten te ruilen voor nog een fullbuddy kabel machine.

Большой курортный отель. В номере хорошая ванная комната. Конечно, немного все изношено (пятна на раковине, сломанные вешалки), но в целом впечатления положительные за счет хорошего питания и расположения отеля.

Localização ótima, tudo perto praia restaurantes comércio. Pequeno almoço e jantar ótimos comida boa e variada. Pormenor excelente alugar tolhas de praia e poder trocar todos os dias.

Preço do estacionamento podia ser mais em conta. Um bocadinho caro

Una señora que se supone organizaba o supervisaba el desayuno, que al transmitirle mi sorpresa porque estaban dejando que otros clientes se nos colasen no tuvo más contestación que darse la media vuelta y dejarme con la palabra en la boca: un comportamiento falto absolutamente de modales.

Un hotel estupendo, el área de piscina, el personal, el bufet muy bueno y variado. Estancia para repetir.

La animación de la noche muy floja no, lo siguiente, el espacio es muy agradable y el servicio de bar también, pero cantantes con un micrófono y sin luz apenas casi todos los dias no es animación de un hotel de estas características.

Басейн не большой Полотенца выдают под залог и только за наличные- За наличные! Что крайне не понравилось Это... На завтраке ходит официант и предлагает сомнительные коктейли за 5 евро ( напомню гостиница 4 звезды) сомнительные так как видел как эти коктейли покупали и половину не допивали И что самое удивительное казалось бы большое разнообразие на завтраке но качество просто отвратительное За два завтрака сьедобного было крайне мало Блины (маленькие) и яичница готовились на одной камфорке и на каком-то странном жире
