El hotel tenía una buena zona para guardar las bicis y tenía bastantes servicios.

1. El aparcamiento es realmente pequeño por lo que es muy posible que no haya espacio para el coche 2. Los horarios están hechos para los ingleses por lo que el desayuno termina pronto y la comida y la cena lo mismo 3. Falta de limpieza en la habitación, hubo restos de arena en el suelo durante toda nuestra estancia 4. No tuvimos suerte con el trato del personal, sin darnos cuenta nos llevamos la llave del candado de la bici y al llamar para pedir perdón y avisar que la íbamos a enviar de vuelta nos acusaron de intentar robarla. 5. Las hamacas en la piscina estaban reservadas desde primera hora 6. El gimnasio tenía literalmente 4 maquinas y la mitad en mal estado 7. El horario de la piscina terminaba a las 20:00 o a las 19:00, un horario ridículo en pleno verano

Qué fuera sólo para adultos

Los masajes había que pagarlos por adelantado y además en efectivo. Tuvimos que buscar un cajero por todo Salou que no cobrara comisión por sacar dinero.

La verdad que todo fue estupendo, las habitaciones muy limpias, las instalaciones genial, y el personal de 10. Cerca de la playa y muchos servicios cerca.

Lo único por poner un pero, es que en la web indica que no se puede reservar las tumbonas de las piscinas, pero la gente llegaba, ponía sus toallas y se iban a desayunar. El buffet muy rico pero muy repetitivo, como sugerencia pondría algo más de comida mediterránea, está muy orientada al público extranjero.

La comida nos ha gustado toda, bastante variedad, de calidad y bien hecho.

La forma despota de responder de una de las camareras en el comedor. (La morena de gafas y pelo largo, del turno del desayuno dia 8 de septiembre). Deberia haberse dirigido de forma amable y no respondiendo mal.

Sin duda la comida como principal motivo y otras cosas que también nos gustan y que enumeraré más adelante.Es el segundo año que reservamos en el H10 vintage y nos decidimos el año pasado por las puntuaciones en la comida, y sigue en la misma linea de calidad y buena elaboración de la mano de Antonio el Chef.La piscina y sus actividades,el personal muy amable,desde la recepción hasta la despedida y pasando por camarer@s y personal de limpieza.Supongo(ya que no entiendo mucho del tema) que de todo esto y de su buen funcionamiento tiene mucho que ver un gran gestor(en este caso gestora) que organice a tanto personal con diligencia y saber hacer me refiero a Iraima su directora.En ninguno de los hoteles que he visitado en mi vida,que a mis 68 años son muchos he visto al director o directora tan accesible por parte de los huéspedes,he sido testigo de la cantidad de saludos entre ella y los huéspedes.Un trato tan humano y familiar no lo dan en todas partes.Sinla salud lo permite volveremos al H10 vintage

Por poner una pequeña pega,La hora de cierre del comedor en la comida y la cena con media hora sería ideal.Pero entiendo que el personal sigue trabajando una vez que cierran

Замечательный отель для спокойного отдыха только для взорлых. Отличное питание: на завтрак каши, фрукты, соки, омлеты. А на ужин разноообразие и мяса и рыб ( ежедневно Три вида рыбы, это порадовало особенно), морепродукты: мидии, креветки, суши тут же свежие готовят у тебя на глазах; телятина Чимичурри нежнейшая, АКУЛА-МАКО на гриле, эскейшада из трески. Шоколадный фондан - это нечто !!! Кофе аппаратный прекрасный. Поварам огромное спасибо! Огромное спасибо команде аниматоров!Вечерняя программа — супер! Живая музыка, караоке. До общественного пляжа 10 минут ходьбы. Автобусная развязка рядом. Огромный плюс отеля — это его персонал. Все сотрудники невероятно вежливые, улыбчивые и отзывчивые. На ресепшене встретили очень тепло, быстро заселили и помогли со всеми вопросами. Горничные выполняли уборку на совесть, а официанты и бармены в ресторане работали молниеносно, несмотря на полную загрузку отеля. Чувствуется искреннее гостеприимство!

Lovely hotel, clean, tidy, modern, rooms were lovely, rooftop pool area is bliss, wristband with money on is a great idea, breakfast was plentiful with choice for everyone, hot and cold, British and continental, fruits, pastries, pancakes, porridge, yoghurts and more. 5-10 walk to the main area, 2-3 mins to local shops and 2-4 pubs/bars. Staff were warm and friendly

Had a great stay with my boyfriend. Hotel was very clean, staff were pleasant and helpful. Food at breakfast and lunch was excellent and had good variety. Good choice of drinks at the bar and reasonable prices. Wristbands for key was handy. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and hotel was very quiet at night once evening entertainment finished. Air conditioning in room was also excellent which was very much appreciated!

As you approach the entrance you have to walk past a row of outdoor seats where all the smokers were ashtrays always full. Shower not the best no power in it

Estancia de 10, hotel impecable, instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias. La comida exquisita, en toda la estancia y con mucha variedad de alimentos. Muy buena ubicación, zona con mucho ambiente, pero a su vez tranquila y fácil para descansar, rodeada de supermercados y comercios de todo tipo. El personal muy cercano, atento y agradable, sobre todo aquellos relacionados con la zona de buffet y cocina.

При бронировании нигде не было указано, что курить на территории отеля можно только в трёх специально отведённых местах. Курение на балконах также запрещено. Считаю, что о таких ограничениях необходимо предупреждать гостей заранее.

La demi-pension vraiment excellente matin et soir: Le poulet à l'orange est une tuerie! Les repas en extérieur. La literie très confortable. La piscine avec son bar au 6eme étage. La clim efficace.

Problème de disponibilité des transats au 6eme. Des serviettes sur des transats toute l'après-midi sans personne dessus. Assez rageant. En espérant que le nouveau système de détection soit efficace!

The interior, reception, bar, pool area was very nice. The food was good with lots of options for breakfast and dinner in a pleasant dining room

It was close to a busy road so the noise was bit of an issue although it usually quietened down later at night. A kettle in the room would have been good.

We loved the hotel, it was probably the nicest we have stayed in salou so far. The reception are, both pool areas and the room were all gorgeous. We were lucky to be upgraded to a deluxe room which really made the whole stay, we were able to use sun loungers on our balcony and the beds were so comfortable. We have no complaints at all about the stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

As vegetarians the food on offer for us was just the same as everyone else but with less choice. When there is burgers, steak, pork, sausage, meat balls, fish, prawns, ham on offer most nights they don’t provide an alternative for vegetarians. It would be so easy to do so. That would have scored it a 10/10 instead of a 9/10

The staff were so friendly and nice....The breakfast was unreal everything you would want...Only 10 minutes walk to the beach...

Can't say I could fault the hotel.....maybe if they had the football on the telly to watch soccer to cool down😀😀

La chambre était détérioré à notre arrivée, pas de lumière principal, bouton de la lumière cassé voir même risque électrique, la porte de la salle de bain grinçait, ces 2 points ont ete fixé apres l'avoir rapporté à l accueil mais ca n'aurait pas dû etre nous qui aurait dû le voir, autre chose, les portes du placard ne coulissait pas bien et si on activait la climatisation, on entendait un goutte a goutte très penible. Les murs était extrêmement fin, on entendait parfois la télé du voisin de chambre jusqu'à 3h du matin ou encore l'autre qui toussait chaque nuit. Notre extérieur menait vers les poubelle qui était ramassé a 1h30 et 2h du matin autrement les nuits était compliqué. Autre point, le règlement n'était pas suivi, il est marqué par exemple quil faut venir en pantalon pour les hommes au restaurants, ce n'est pas le cas meme si ce point ne me gène pas. Le plus gênant était la réservation des transats a la piscines, a 10h quasiment tout les transat était réservé malgré un règlement qui dis que cest interdit. Quand on voit une dizaine de personne dans la piscine et une cinquantaine de transats avec des serviettes dessus, c'est désagréable. La même chose etait observer sur la piscine en haut de l immeuble que lon a finalement jamais fréquenté faute de place. Le restaurant propose "peu" de choix au vue d'un 4 étoile, c'est dommage. La qualité est bonne tout de même. Je regrette certains événement que l'on voit qu'une fois par semaine et qui sont trop rares, c'est un plus que l'on retrouve trop peu. Bref je suis extrêmement dessus du niveau d'un hôtel 4 étoile qui selon moi en vaut un 3 tout au plus.

We loved the rooftop pool because the main pool was always so cramped and had very few parasols. Breakfast was ok, we certainly have had more choice in other similar star hotels. We thought the housekeeping did an exceptional job, our room was spotess. It would have been nice to be able to iron our clohes in the room rather than having to pay housekeeping 20 euros to iron 2 dresses. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Lunch menu at the bar was well priced but food was very basic.

No kettle in the room No use of an iron in the room. Poor bar food lunch menu. Decor in the hotel was in the need of updating.

Todo perfecto, un Hotel a la altura de sus estrellas, especialmente destacar el personal que era súper atento y amable. Muy pendiente de que estuviéramos todo el rato a gusto. Desde las chicas de la limpieza, que estaban pendientes en cuanto salíamos para hacernos la habitación, como el personal del servicio de comidas, que eran especialmente amables.

Si ave, lo único que no nos gustó fue que el ascensor se averiaba cada poco, y un Hotel de esa categoría con gente mayor que no tenga los dos ascensores, funcionando todo el rato, no me parece acertado. Es el único. Punto negativo

Bon emplacement entre Port Aventura et la plage de Salou. Les chambres sont confortables, le buffet est varié, le personnel est serviable.

Les piscines sont un peu petites et il n’y avait qu’un seul ascenseur qui fonctionnait.

The food was good, lots of variety, well cooked and always a place to sit. Rooms were nice, had a room overlooking the pool, noise didn't bother us, had a front seat view of the evening entertainment and everything stopped by 11pm. Good location, very central and rooms were quiet, never heard our neighbours. Free safe and water. Can opt to have an early breakfast if have to head out early.

Reception staff gave out inaccurate info, hardly any space around the pool as people line up from early to get a sun bed. Long to hire a towel, have to go reception, pay a deposit, then go to pool to get towel. When returning the towel same thing, over to pool to get a card, back to reception to queue to get your refund.

La atención del personal, haciendo especial mención a Antonio, el cocinero que tuvo atención a la alergia alimentaria de mi hija durante toda la estancia. La animación, super divertida. El hecho de ser only adults hace que estar en la piscina sea una mejor experiencia.

Llegamos un jueves, solo funcionaba un ascensor de dos que había, que para la cantidad de habitaciones que hay son pocos, y salimos un lunes y no lo habían arreglado

Nos ha gustado todo en general: las comidas, la ubicación (cerca de todo lo necesario), las camas cómodas, las piscinas (sobretodo la de arriba, una maravilla el ambiente de relajación que se crea), la animación por las noches, el trato del personal muy agradable (a excepción de una mujer rubia de recepción que nos ha parecido muy seca y cortante tanto en el check in como en el check out). Un hotel que recomendaríamos a cualquiera que pase unos días en Salou.

El trato recibido por la mujer rubia de recepción desluce al resto del personal que han sido encantadores. Tanto personal en el bar, en comedor, animadores y especial mención a las camareras de pisos, trabajo poco valorado y muy importante para el buen funcionamiento del hotel.

Cama extra larga, muito confortável. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Frigobar muito eficiente. Refeições variadas diariamente. Águas das piscinas em ótima temperatura. Animação todas as noites e atividades diárias na piscina do piso inferior. Bom funcionamento das pulseiras em todo o hotel, evitando uso de dinheiro.

Nos encanta todo, todos los años vamos al mismo hotel, los animadores muy majos y el socorrista Ismael tambien. Antonio super majo, tenemos ganas del año que viene para repetir de nuevo 😊

Хороший номер, удобная кровать и подушки. Большая ванная комната. Питание отличное, всего хватало и всё вкусно. Удобное расположение отеля. До моря 7 минут по тенистой улочке.

Se permitió mucho el dejar las toallas en las hamacas y luego dejarlas como reservadas cuando la norma del hotel no lo permitía, incluso generó algún conflicto . También dejar que subieran a su habitación algún cliente llevando descalzo y bañador mojado encharcando todo el suelo , que podría generar algún accidente por resbalarse. Pero en lo general todo perfecto y con profesionalidad . Gracias

Dificultats per aparcar a la zona. Al tenir que pagar l'aigua en els apats de sopar. En al nostre cas els dies que vam estar-hi (5 dies), 4 d'ells dels dos ascensors que hi han nomes en funcionava un. Amb un en surt en una de les averies.

Les services de l’hôtel sont super : personnel très gentil et très souriant, très bonne restauration, suffisamment de transats à la piscine, le système adults only est une pure merveille (calme et repos au bord de la piscine et dans les parties communes de l’hôtel), climatisation fonctionne très bien, très propre, animations de qualité tous les soirs

Gros point noir pour moi : le manque d’insonorisation des chambres (que ce soit dans le couloir ou de chambre à chambre : on entend tout !); l’hôtel est situé au bord d’une route très passante. Si vous avez une voiture, le parking payant de l’hôtel n’est jamais disponible. Prévoir beaucoup de patience pour trouver une place aux alentours de l’hôtel L’hôtel est à 5/10 mns à pied de la plage

Staff is excellent! Very quick check in, even though we came earlier. Quite big and very clean room, cleaning and changing of towels every day. Two swimming pools, enough space for every guest. Good location, just some steps to the sea beach, city center, Port Aventura etc. Territory is not very big but clean, cosy and very green. Nice entertainment every day! Good restaurant, variety of meat,fish, cheese, lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. Staff in the restaurant is friendly and always smiling! Any questions addressed to the reception are solved immediately.

Las instalaciones modernas, la amabilidad del personal, la ubicación (cerca de la playa), el trato después del check out (nos dejaron seguir utilizando las instalaciones e incluso nos dieron toallas para darnos una ducha).

Los horarios del buffet (muy enfocado para extranjeros), el tamaño de las piscinas (muy pequeño para toda la capacidad del hotel), falta de insonorización en las habitaciones.
