Great location. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Location central & pool was nice but much smaller than pictures advertised would suggest. Jacuzzi good when working & good to have a gym but very limited equipment. The barman working evenings in the inside lobby bar with glasses was excellent.

Sheets were ripped & not changed during our 10 night stay. Dirty floors in room & bathroom, bathroom counter top not cleaned properly even on our arrival, horrible sewerage like smell every-time we entered room. We didn't get the double bed we booked & paid for, we immediately asked about this & we're fobbed off because we booked through a 'third party', we we're told to ask about availability during the week which we did several mornings & again we're just fobbed off and were given different explanations by different staff.

Exceptionally clean throughout, great location, food was good quality with plenty of variety. Stylish lobby, bar and restaurant areas. Pool area beautifully laid out and landscaped. Staff were amazing on reception and in restaurant.

Room was dated, bathroom facilities need to be modernised, tv wifi connection only worked intermittently. Sound travelled from neighbouring rooms, conversations, TV noise etc.

Breakfast was excellent, the location was great, and the staff were attentive, especially at the reception desk.

At times during peak hours, the swimming pool felt a bit too busy; understandably, it was peak time. We didn't like the fact that we had to leave a deposit for the kettle and for pool towels- it felt a bit odd. One would think that would come with the stay.

This is a lovely hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. We had a superior pool view room and it was perfect for 2. Nice pool area and central location to the beach and all the restaurants and nightlife in Salou.

Walls in hotel room very thin. Could hear neighbouring rooms very clearly. Food for dinner in restaurant could be hit or miss. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Race to get sunloungers in mornings, although we didn't bother with this, we were still able to get a sunbed around the pool. Plenty of beds and umbrellas about that you can move to your desired spot.

La chambre 218 était incroyable ! Notre terrasse donnait sur la piscine et la mer 😍 La chambre était propre et bien entretenue. Nous avons eu un lit de 200x200 cm, très confortable, beaucoup de coussins (3 par personne), un mini frigo très pratique, une belle salle de bains, chambre bien insonorisée par rapport à l'extérieur (on entend toutefois ceux qui veulent discuter longuement dans les couloirs à 1h du matin...). Nous pouvions observer les animations nocturnes depuis notre terrasse privée. L'hôtel est à 10-15 min à pied du parc PortAventura, ce qui était l'objet de votre visite. Il y a un arrêt de bus devant l'hôtel mais nous avons préféré utiliser les taxis (entre 7 et 10€ par course de l'hôtel au parc). Le personnel est très gentil et aux petits soins.

Le nombre de chaises longues autour de la piscine est insuffisant. Nous n'avons jamais pu en profiter car le matin et l'après-midi, tout était toujours complet 😕 Le petit-déjeuner ne nous a pas plu : beaucoup de produits industriels de mauvaise qualité, même les fruits et les viennoiseries n'étaient pas bons. Gros point faible pour nous, nous avons dû aller en ville les jours suivants.

Los horarios de las comidas, la habitación que nos asignaron no era como la de la primera vez que fui, da la sensación que la habitación de esta vez aún no estaba rehabilitada, era de aspecto más antigua.

Podría mejorar la variedad de comidas y no penalizar a los clientes de pensión completa, por los de media pensión. No estoy diciendo que la comida sea mala, al revés lo que hay esta bueno.

Niesamowity wybór świeżych, wysokiej jakości produktów, świetnie przyrządzone dania na ciepło i przepyszne wypieki. Dawno nie jadłam tak dobrego śniadania w hotelu. Polecam w 100%!

La ubicación es perfecta, estuvimos a pensión completa y la comida es fabulosa en todos los sentidos, igual que la atención del personal de comedor (cocineros, recepción y camareras). El personal de animación de la piscina muy profesionales también.

Sería necesario mejorar el confort de las habitaciones. El baño está bien, el tamaño de la habitación justa, pero los colchones son bastante incómodos y la almohada también, para tener un 10 deberían ser viscoelásticos y como opción más económica colocar un topper para el colchón, eso sería lo aconsejable y garantizarían la comodidad que le falta a la habitación.

Місце розташування готелю в 5 хв від моря. Наш номер був розташований на 6 поверсі з видом на басейн, але також було видно море. Приємним сюрпризом стало джакузі (для гостей 16+), що є плюсом, якщо хочеться позасмагати в тиші. Їжа смачна і різноманітна(були включені сніданок і вечеря). Залишилися приємні враження. Обов'язково повернемося ще!

Потрібно звернути увагу на прибирання. Оскільки воно поверхневе, то пісок і волосся у ванній залишалося.

Las camas… esto sí que me parece increíble que pongan camas supletorias de tejas que no te puedes ni sentar… por el precio del hotel esto es inaceptable. Los horarios de animación está muy enfocados a extranjeros limitando a los horarios españoles, una minidisco no puede ser a las 20:30.

Alojamiento muy limpio y moderno. Bufet excepcional, amabilidad del personal y calidad de la comida.

Como punto negativo, las tumbonas de la piscina estaban ocupadas desde primera hora con toallas, cuando apenas había gente en la piscina, estaban casi todas con objetos, así durante gran parte de la mañana. Nos metimos al agua 10 minutos nada más llegar;al salir ya teníamos una nota advirtiendo de la retirada de las toallas, cosa que en ninguna tumbona más había. Nuestra tumbona estaba apartada del vaso de la piscina.

-Los cuartos (moho en el baño) -La animación (waterpolo) porque impedía a la gente de meterse en la piscina durante la actividad y a veces las personas se recibían la pelota en la cabeza. Además, sigo esperando el cambio de habitación que solicité en recepción. Me dijeron que volverían a ponerse en contacto conmigo, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta por su parte.

The hotel in a great location, very near the beach and shops.. It was also very accessible to Port Aventura and other bus routes. The pool area was really nice and we enjoyed the music during the day and night entertainment. The selection of food available was excellent (we were half board) The bar was very reasonable. We were there during tge World Cup so there was a good buzz most evenings when tge matches were played in the lobby. The staff were very pleasant. I was there with my son (16) and daughter (13) and my sister and we really enjoyed our holiday there. Would highly recommend.

Only negative was that it was impossible to get sun loungers with umbrella shades, no matter how early we went down in the morning, they were all taken!

Estuvimos 7 personas alojadas con pensión completa y la comida supero nuestras expectativas en todas ellas. Variedad, bien cocinado y abundancia. Las camareras siempre muy atentas y nos buscaban el emplazamiento para estar juntos.

El cuarto al meter la cama supletoria para el niño se quedaba algo justo de espacio. Huéspedes no nacionales ocupan desde primera hora de la mañana las hamacas para todo el día.

El servicio, el personal mejor imposible, todo el personal de comedores, super atentos, muy profesionales. Las instalaciones siempre se puede mejorar.

No me gustó,la mano ancha que tenían con los giris, prácticamente hacían lo que les daba la gana y el vigilante poco hacia.Salian de la piscina y entraban al hotel mojados como Pedro por su casa, cuando habrían la piscina habrían antes de tiempo y dejaban las amacas con una toalla y se iban o bien a la playa, a almorzar, a pasear y tú artras del todo porque todo estaba ocupado por toallas.Eso era todos los días y no pasaba nada pues eso me hará pensar si vuelvo.

Het ontbijt en diner waren superlekker. De kinderen hebben enorm genoten van alle activiteiten. Kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad was super. We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We waren met een elektrische auto en kregen een oplaadpunt toegewezen. Ook was er parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar tegen betaling. Alles was goed geregeld!

Me gusto toda el bufet bueno y de calidad. Podrian mejorar la limpieza en las mesas y manteles del restaurante, pasar una bayeta creo que es poco. Se hace muy rapido, bayeta y ya esta... no vale poca desinfeccion. Por lo menos desinfectar con spray. Es llamativo ese detalle con un hotel con tan buen servicio creo que eso puede mejorar, pero el hotel y sus servicios con esa salvedad es un diez. Lo aconsejo a todo el mundo.

We stayed at the H10 Salou Princess for a week on a half-board basis. Sadly, we wouldn’t return. The hotel itself is very clean and the location is 10/10, with everything you need right on your doorstep. The pool area is also great. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to request rooms next door to each other and, as an added bonus, we were given an upgrade. We couldn’t fault the reception team at all. They were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to emails, which was really appreciated. Unfortunately, the sunbed situation really let the hotel down. Having to get up early and queue, with people racing to get their beds, wasn’t a great start to the day. There were also queues for both breakfast and dinner, and unfortunately we didn’t find the food particularly good. Although dinner was included with our half-board stay, we only ate in the hotel restaurant once during the week and chose to eat out for the other evenings. We stayed in another hotel in Salou last year which we felt was much better overall. The location and pool are definitely the highlights of this hotel, and the reception team were excellent, but unfortunately there were too many other issues for us to want to return.

Looking out into buildings across the street, about 6 minutes to the beach. The hotel lobby looks lovely but the rooms are like those from the 70s in a Blackpool hotel. No proper shower only linked up in the bath,You would think your in the tv show Benidorm. Queue for breakfast and dinner was like going to a football match. 25 euro for a bed type lounger. Grumpy staff coming round to check how long youve been away from your sunbed and leaving a ticket advising you. Wouldnt recommend, they pile them in and it shows.

Central location, dated small rooms, tight squeeze for 3. Food very repetitive and only warm. Very busy hotel!! Clean and great staff. No kettle in the room.

Eau potable à disposition. Animation au top temps en journée qu'en soirée. Piscine et jacuzzi paraissait trop petit mais bon ça allait

Aucune propreté au alentour de la piscine bcp trop de déchet pas de suivi de remise en ordre maintenant cela vient aussi des clients qui laissent tout trainer quand ils partent. Horraire piscine 09h c'est bcp trop tard et surtout les clients qui font la file derrière la porte pour sprinter oui sprinter et allez mettre leurs essuies et puis aller au petit déjeuner. Maintenant la salle de sport n'en est pas une 4 5 poids différents un vélo un banc et c'est tout et tous les clients passent tremper dans cette soi-disant salle pour aller au sauna c'est un carnage. Parlons salle de bain, douche trop petite et siphon bouché et WC collé à cette douche avec les fesses contre le mur pas terribles c'était la chambre 514 car la 512 pour mes deux filles étaient mieux agencées mais reste quand même très vieillot et petit pour ma part j'ai passé 7 nuit dans cette chambre j'ai demandé trois fois aux femmes de ménage de me mettre un lit double pour moi et ma femme et cela n'a jamais été fait nous avons dormi les 7 nuits en lit séparés même si ils étaient côte à côte les draps trop petit pour en faire un deux places nous même.le balcon n'a jamais été nettoyé. nous avions une bouilloire bien ,mais cordon trop petit pour aller rechercher une prise obligé de la poser à terre près des tables de chevet pour se raccorder et les tasses n'ont jamais été nettoyé ou remplacer pendant le séjour. Maintenant côté piscine il y a des affiches avec une interdiction de jouer avec un ballon ou des gonflable mais comme il n'y a aucun suivi on joue au ballon et gonflable hôtel non-fumeur qui est bien même si je suis fumeur moi-même par contre toujours le suivi autour de la piscine n'étant pas là ,des gens qui fument au bord de l'eau de la marijuana avec enfants autour ou cigarette électronique et qui boivent en étant dans la pataugeoire.

Lack of sunbeds around pool. Life guard not watching half the time constantly sitting down and checking his phone. Food in restaurant not much of selection some days. Cleaning staff didn't give enough towels in room. Electricity keeps going off one of the night to our floor so had to sit in pitch black for about an hour.

El buffet bastante bueno, el desayuno mejor que las comidas/cenas pero la verdad que por el precio tiene bastante variedad y está bastante bueno. Además, los trabajadores del buffet muy amables y profesionales. Nos flipo el show de las bailarinas polinesias, nos esperábamos un show bastante normalillo y fue espectacular. Eso si, un grupo de alemanes bastante irrespetuoso no nos dejó disfrutar del show porque no hacían más que hablar en voz alta... Una falta de respeto hacia las bailarinas y los demás espectadores. En fin, en su línea. La ubicación inmejorable, perfecta. Nosotros íbamos a volvíamos a la playa constantemente porque está al lado literalmente. Tienes un montón de comercios y ocio. La habitación por lo que hemos pagado, correcta.

Las camas de muelles y las almohadas eran bastante incómodas. No obstante, teniendo en cuenta el precio (que creemos es bastante asequible teniendo en cuenta la época del año y la ubicación), algo malo tenía que tener. Eso si, entendemos que invertir en renovar todos los colchones debe salir caro pero unas almohadas mejores se podrían valorar. El check out a las 11 y el check in a las 15 es algo que jamás entenderé pero bueno... La piscina y demás zonas comunes bastante bien, lo dicho, teniendo en cuenta el precio. En el buffet alguna opción más vegetariana que no sean sopas o ensaladas estaría genial. Aunque repito que el buffet era bastante bueno. Aunque el horario, entiendo pensado para los ingleses, era un poco temprano para nuestro gusto (de 6.45 a 10.15) y la música de la piscina podría ser más variopinta aunque el 80% sean guiris y el 20% hispanohablantes.

Pues me encantó el hotel todo muy limpio...el personal encantador super amable..la recepción encantadores...el comedor Rocío la encargada es una bellísima persona... Te trata con un cariño ...el resto de personal también... La comida todooooooo buenísimo...tienen una cocina que ya querría algún restaurante... En el buffet siempre están pendientes de que no falte nada cuando hay algo a la mitad ya lo están reponiendo, mirando que no falte nada que esté limpio....y la piscina está más que bien ..en general muyy contentos.

Las almohadas imposible coger postura y la cama la estructura ..se nota que me dieron mucho uso y sonaba mucho .

Absolutely a fantastic team who work extremely hard everyday of the week. We have had a lot of fun in the 10 days we have been here and would return just based on the animation team and their efforts to ensure everyone is included and has had an amazing time.

В целом все очень даже понравилось, отличное местоположение, большой выбор еды(еда вкусная), персонал вежливый и всегда рады помочь. Особенно рекомендую этот отель с детьми.

Из минусов, полный пансион не включает в себя напитки, бесплатные напитки только на завтрак( шампанское, соки, кофе, чай, молоко). На обед и ужин нету даже бесплатной водички, подходит официант и предлагает напитки. За две маленькие колы около 6€. Уборка была на среднем уровне, кровать делали, но полы зачастую как будто даже не подметали в номере.

Excellent location, wide variety of tasty food, cosy poolside with a bar, and a big, well decorated adjacent pub. There are even various evening gigs (singers, dancers, magicians, etc.) for people who prefer to stay in. Everything is simplified and straightforward, from the bracelet chip, used as a key, ID for the restaurant and payment method at the pool bar, to easily connecting your phone or tablet to the telly in the room.

Most rooms are obviously made for two beds, with extra beds just crammed in, if needed, which may prove a size issue for a bigger family. The poolside bar does not take cash, and the bracelet chip account has to be topped up in advance (I learned it the hard way, when I needed a drink).

La atención del personal excelente, empezando por el guarda de seguridad k estuvo muy atento y nos indico donde aparcar, las chicas de recepción, Rocío encargada del comedor encantadora y por supuesto todo su equipo.
