The common areas felt a bit museum-ish and not very inviting - love the old vibe but could do with some curating to make it feel charming and fun rather than old and dusty. Breakfast - would prefer to be able to select things lite fruit, cheese and ham from the buffet rather than having to order a pre-selection off of a menu. Now we got things we did not eat, and they came quite late. The AC needs upgrading!!!

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Gostei muito da arquitetura da casa, da vista e da localização. Local central, com acesso à praia, à cidade velha e aos restaurantes da cidade.
A chegada de carro foi um pouco complicada. Acho que a explicação para os hóspedes de como funciona o funcionamento do estacionamento e a chegada ao hotel com as malas funciona. Ficamos muito tempo para conseguir chegar ao local para deixar as malas, pois todas as orientações de trânsito, Google Maps e Waze dizem que o acesso de carro ao local é proibida. Fomos na "coragem" até lá.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Beautiful hotel with a perfect location and excellent breakfast. The property itself is stunning, and its central location made exploring Tossa de Mar incredibly easy.
We called multiple times beforehand to ask about parking in the pedestrian zone, but no one answered. Upon arrival, we were told our car was too long, and staff offered no apology for ignoring our calls. Later, the reception desk was completely abandoned while the phone rang endlessly, leaving us unable to get extra towels. Additionally, the rooms lack proper soundproofing.

Nos dejaron ingresar antes pues la habitación ya estaba lista y como habíamos pedidos dos camas y estaba con una de dos plazas las separaron inmediatamente. Especiales felicitaciones a los encargados del desayuno y sobre todo a Rocio.
La verdad nada todo excelente y de poder repetir Tossa sin dudas me quedaré en el Diana

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Die Lage des Hotels und die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten haben uns sehr gefallen. Zudem fanden wir die Atmosphäre und das Klima in diesem alten Gebäude sehr angenehm und die Betten äußerst bequem.
Die Tiefgarage des Hotels befindet sich einige Straßen entfernt und ist aufgrund der Enge und der Auslegung (Säulen und Biegungen) schon für mittelgroße Fahrzeuge eine echte Herausforderung (der man sich aber stellen kann ;-)

Bien qu'il ait conservé tout son caractère d'origine, il offre tout le confort nécessaire. Sa situation est idéale : d'un côté, il donne sur la digue ; de l'autre, sur la place de la ville.

Consiglio di dare informazioni più precise su come arrivare all' hotel con l'auto sul lungomare. Bastava indicare che alla piccola rotonda è necessario andare oltre le transenne pedonali con l'auto, al solo fine di scaricare i bagagli. Sarebbe stato un 10 pieno...20 minuti di inutili patemi che hanno sofferto anche i nostri amici , arrivati 2 ore prima.

Pas de parking, donc obligé de se garer loin dans le parking souterrain et un peu cher. Et le personnel ne parle pas français donc difficile de se comprendre si tu ne maîtrises pas parfaitement l'anglais.
