We like everything about this hotel, the location, the rooftop pool, the cleanliness and above all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Fijn hotel dat levert. Heerlijke kamer (suite), fantastisch ontbijt. Mooi zwembad met prachtig uitzicht.

Harde muziek in de bar en rond het zwembad. Mag van ons soms wel een tandje minder maar dat is persoonlijk.

Que la cena no fuese bufet libre, la bebida iba a parte pedí una Cocacola y era un botellín de 20cl 3,25€ un robo. La habitación necesita una actualización urgente. Sinceramente no volvería a hospedarme.

The location was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar were excellent. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options.

Our room was nice and we liked it, but there were a couple of things that could be improved. Our air conditioning unit was dripping from the ceiling and had mildew present. We were asked to not use it during very hot weather until it could be looked at by staff. It did not appear to be a new issue. My parents were also staying at the hotel and did not have an issue with their ac. Also, the mattress for the couch bed was not comfortable (we were a family of four and the extra bed in our suite was a couch bed). The main bed was very comfortable.

L'absence de parking

L'emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel, ainsi que la propreté de l'établissement.

Il manque un peu d'informations sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel et le code Wi-Fi ne se trouve pas dans les chambres. La télévision ne comporte pas de chaînes françaises, c'est dommage.

L’emplacement dans le centre avec à proximité la plage, restaurant et magasins. La petite piscine pour se relaxer, et le bar disponible juste à côté. Le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon!

L’insonorisation, il y avait beaucoup de bruits. Et la douche qui se faisait dans la baignoire.

Tout était parfait dans cet hôtel, l'emplacement est idéal, la piscine très belle avec une magnifique vue sur la ville, les chambres au calme et joliment décorées ainsi que le super petit déjeuner très complet et délicieux. Tout le personnel que nous avons croisé que ce soit à l'accueil, à la piscine ou les femmes de chambre étaient très sympathiques.

Hay que estar al tanto con el tamaño de la cama doble porque a pesar de que en la reserva te diga que es extra grande puede ser que te asignen la única habitación del hotel con cama doble estándar. Afortunadamente quedaba otra habitación libre y nos la pudieron cambiar

Uns wäre eine Dusche im Zimmer lieber gewesen. Wir hatten leider eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Wir hatten uns auch 2 große Betten, also Doppelbetten, erwartet. In einem Zimmer war "nur" eine ausziehbare Couch, die nicht so gemütlich war. In unserem Angebot und bei unserer Bichung war das nicht so nachzulesen bzw. nicht so gut beschrieben.

El hotel está muy bien. Bien situado, en el centro de Tossa de Mar pero en zona tranquila, muy cerca de la playa, las instalaciones son extraordinarias, tiene una piscina en la azotea que se está de lujo. El desayuno buffet muy correcto y completo y las cenas en la opción de media pensión son a la carta, con una variedad muy buena de platos, con una presentación muy delicada, el personal de comedor muy atentos y profesionales.

No le puedo dar un 10, por un pequeño incidente que tuvimos. Hubo una gotera en nuestra habitación, avisamos en recepción, se personaron la gobernanta y supongo que el jefe de mantenimiento nos indicaron que había una avería en un baño de la planta de arriba de la azotea, que habían cerrado las llaves y que ya no gotearia, nos propusieron cambiar de habitación, pero que estaban completos, que en cuanto hicieran unos cambios nos avisariarian, pasó todo el día, al día siguiente a las tres de la tarde nos llamó un chico que se identificó como de recepción, pero que yo no reconoci, porque durante toda nuestra estancia solo hubo chicas en recepción, preguntando que si no nos íbamos a cambiar de habitación, le respondimos que nadie se había puesto en contacto con nosotros para indicar que se nos iba a cambiar al final, que a falta de solo una noche para marcharnos ya no nos íbamos a mover, al final la habitación estaba bien y la fuga de agua había parado y no afectaba al resto de la habitación. De acuerdo que nosotros dijimos que ya no nos movíamos, pero esperábamos algún resarcimiento por las molestias ocasionadas. Nadie se dirigió a nosotros, ni tan siquiera al hacer el check out, nos pidieron disculpas, ni hubo ningún detalle que se nos agradeciera nuestra decisión.

L’habitacio no es correspon, al meu criteri, a un hotel de 4 estrelles superior. El bany antic i una mica degradat. Banyera amb cortina. El restaurant, excel·lent i el personal del mateix, molt professional i proper.

Family of four, two teenagers. Great rooms, good a/c, super beds, gorgeous rooftop pool with shade, cool restaurant and bar area. The pool is quiet and feels grown up. Younger, noisy kids might get a few stares! Right in the middle of town but only 200 metres to the main beach. Expensive, but it was mid August and very very busy everywhere. The shoulder seasons are much cheaper. Good breakfast included. Dining room is funky and modern. Teresa on reception was attentive, smiley and helpful especially as we had a late flight… she organised the courtesy room for a quick shower early evening before we headed to the airport. It’s a superb hotel, you won’t be disappointed!

La ubicación es excelente, y la piscina genial

Been to wonderful Tossa many times and are return guests to the Delfin which has not disappointed! We always book a family suite and a double with terrace and request a high floor and the Delfin have always accomodated our request. The rooms at the rear of the hotel have been refurbished and are excellent. The rooms at the front which includes the Family suite are now looking a bit dated but we understand are due to be refurbished for the 2027 season. Cleanliness is first class. We always book breakfast and on the whole it is excellent, catering for all nationalities. The coffee from the machines is also very good, unusual in my experience! The only negatives are that the plates are too small and not heated and the food can sometimes be luke warm. Some of the lights above the tables are also too bright and too low. In addition on this occasion I have to agree with others who have commented that some of the serving staff appear miserable and unfriendly and were either slow to remove all the small plates which cluttered the table or didn’t bother at all. The exception was a lovely young waitress but I’m ashamed I can’t remember her name! That cannot be said of the reception staff and pool bar staff who are very friendly. That said, the pool bar drinks prices are VERY high. Some simple cocktails are 15 euros, crazy. The snacks are very good and freshly made but again, expensive. The rooftop pool is lovely but small but you are literally 100 yards from the beach. We understand that there are big plans for extending the hotel in the next couple of years to include a family wing with a separate roof pool. We did not have an evening meal so can’t comment. There’s just so many nice places to eat nearby. Bocatas almost next door is superb and good value. Overall I would highly recommend the Delfin to anyone thinking of booking. Solve the above issues and I would have given it 5 stars.

This hotel is fine - comfortable rooms with good air con. Pool is quite small compared to pictures and music from speakers plays all day, but nice for a dip if hot. Breakfast is very good. My concern with this hotel is that my data was stolen from their system, and I was nearly scammed out of 800 euro as a result (via a WhatsApp message that knew all the details of my stay - name, phone number, dates of stay and cost etc - I know now this is called a "reservation hijack" and something the hotel would have been aware of). I reported the issue and asked for a manager to contact me. No response, then a denial. Only after many messages and a threat to report to authorities did the hotel accept the data theft and warned their other customers - five days too late. I hope their customers did not lose a lot of money as a result.

Super séjour ! Hotel très bien situé et très propre. Le personnel est très agréable. Le restaurant sert des plats très bons. Le rooftop a une vue incroyable. Bref tout était parfait.

Location is perfect in the centre with plenty of shops , restaurants and the seafront only minutes away. The room was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and there was a very pleasant atmosphere in the entire hotel. There was the added bonus of a shaded roof top bar with a great pool. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful holiday and helping me with my accommodation extended Philip

L’hôtel est bruyant ; nous étions au 3eme étage la piscine étant au 4 eme le matin le déplacement des transats et ou meubles était insupportable… Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées 😓 Fourmis dans le lit et dans la salle de bain malgré nos demandes 😳 C’est dommage

Hadde 2 dobbeltrom. Masse maur på begge bad. Melder fra i resepsjonen om maur, men da kommer de med kost og kostebrett. Veldig lytt mellom rom og etasjer. Hadde foretrukket et moderne bad, heller enn å stå å dusje i et badekar med dusjforheng. Ingen parkeringsplasser ved hotellet.

Great room on the corner. Parking tricky but great guidance from reception. Handy to walking to the beach and everywhere in Tossa. Swimming pool was excellent and immaculate if a bit cold but it was very early in the season ( many pools still closed). Bar was nice and prices fair. The hotel cafe bar next door was brilliant for coffee and light bites.

El desyuno impecable, variedad y rico. La ubicación esta bien. Conseguir estacionamiento cerca sin pagar uno privado es un poco dificil. Siempre estacionamos a 5 cuadras. El resto ok. Pagamos x habitacion superior y mis amigas la normal y se notaba que no estaban reformadas.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und die Lage ist ausgezeichnet! Das Zimmer war modern ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber - der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr schön gestaltet! Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Im Großen und Ganzen sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Reinigungspersonal fängt um 08.30 Uhr an die Betten auf den Fliesen hin und her zu schieben - das ist unangenehm laut, obwohl wir immer mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen ist man wach … und es gibt warum auch immer keine Klobürste im Badezimmer!

Excellent hotel in the convenient heart of the city. Short walking to Villa Vella, beach and many restaurants. Beautifully appointed rooms (marble bath, luxury linens and spacious room). Lovely balcony overlooking shops and restaurants (a fun watch). Staff was very helpful (with one exception, a young lady at front who knew nothing with sour attitude). I would book again. Loved this hotel!

Great modern rooms living up to the 4 star expectation. Very central and close to the beach. The rooftop bar with their cocktail selection adds on a nice thing to do after a day at the beach.

Unfortunately our bathroom had some ants. It was not the end of the world per se for a weekend away, but any longer than a weekend I would prefer without ants.

Great staff. Excellent location. Great to lounge at the pool on the rooftop throughout our trip. Enjoyed the TV area at the poolside to watch soccer World Cup. Great value for the end of June booking. Could not have asked for a better place. Not pretentious and very nice. Nice buffet and not a mass market service. Took a boat trip the hotel recommended and offered 10% discount for, stayed at the last stop beach, which was really nice - hot day but the boat was covered and very nice day at a more secluded beach. The town is phenomenal! Really nicely done and we will be back!

A bit of an issue with ants but not a problem. Cards did not work well for the hotel room doors, but again not an issue. Parking tiny by US standards but Europeans were seemingly zipping in and out. The town is so nice, but I wish Spaniards had tough laws on littering and cleaned their own beaches better, making sure tourists also behave with regard to keeping the beaches and towns clean.

Perfect location for shopping and the beach, nice rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner. Nice view from the roof sun deck but the pool is small.

That it did not have a gym

Fa molts anys que nem aquet hotel i repetirem. La habitació molt neta i el llit super còmode, la piscina (algo petita) pero suficient per regrescarte, aquet any al solàrium han posat uns tendals per fe ombra fantàstic. I per la nit al bar de la piscina per prendre un refresc i escolta música, me encanta!!

Mes que res es una recomanació, de posa més fruita en el esmorzar (talls de kiwis, Pina, meló, síndria)

The locations is perfect. The staff are nice. The room is spacious and comfy and clean. The roof has a pool and the bar up was showing the world cup games which we enjoyed. It was a lovely stay.

The breakfast is okay

La habitación 208 está pensada para venir a dormir solamente, porque hay solo una silla que es la del escritorio, vale que en la terraza hay una mesa y 2 sillas pero eran super inestables. En el cuarto de baño no hay un agarradero para personas mayores como nosotros. Si han pensado renovar las habitaciones de delante tenganlo en cuenta y adecuen un poco mejor la habitación con un sillón por ejemplo y un poco más acogedor. Gracias Pilar y Antonio

O hotel é muito limpo e a piscina muito conveniente para dias de calor intenso. O café da manhã é excelente e com uma grande variedade.

Die Dachterrasse war richtig toll. Generell ist das Hotel neu renoviert worden und sehr modern. Hotel entspricht den Bildern. Lage sehr zentral und alles Wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen. Toll auch, dass das Hotel einen eigenen Parkplatz (Garage) zur Verfügung hat.

Ubicación, ambiente y música en la zona de piscina. En la habitación todo muy limpio, decoración moderna, terraza estupenda. El parking es un poco estrecho pero gracias a la paciencia y maestría de Jordi pude aparcar sin problemas.

Me faltó algo más de fruta variada y ya preparada en el desayuno. Un poco más de sombra en la piscina.¿ Por qué no se ofrece agua de cortesía al llegar?

El personal de recepción que nos atendió

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, cama y almohadas comodisimas, muy limpio, personal muy amable, el restaurante súper recomendable.

El restaurante sólo sirven desayunos y cenas, por lo tanto no había posibilidad de cambiar la cena por la comida en media pensión.
